경간동맥화학색전술로 치료받은 간암환자의 생존율과 관련된 예후인자 분석

Transarterial Chemoembilization (TACE) has been shown to be effective in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and can be applicable to patients with resectable HCC who reject operation. There have been studies concerning prognostic factors in patients with (HCC) undergoing TACE but they reported diffenrent prognostic factors from each other. The aim of this study is to estimate the survival rates and to determine which prognostic factors contribute to long-term survival after TACE of HCC. Thirty eight patients with HCC who had been treated by TACE were analized retrospectively. TACE was accomplished by hepatic arterial infusion of a suspension of lipiodol and anticancer drugs (Adriamycin), either alone or followed by gelfoam embolization. Male to female ratio was 4.4:l. Mean survival time was 463 days. Maximum survival time was 1,683 days. The overall cumulative survival rates at the end of the first and second years were, respectively, 54% and 38%. According to univariate analysis (log-rand scale test), variables significantly associated with survival were: tumor type, hepatic vein thrombosis, portal vein thrombosis, lipiodol uptake pattern, remained enhancement after TACE, AST, ALT, height and tumor size. Multivariate analysis (Cox proportional hazard model) for the significant variables in a univariate analysis revealed that the AST level, hepatic vein thrombosis, remained enhancement after TACE were statistically significant independent prognostic factors. The criteria of known contraindication may still be applied for TACE treatment of HCC. Additionally we should select the good prognostic patients without hepatic vein thrombosis and try to normalize the AST level if abnormal level before undergoing TACE. Thereafter, intensive chemoembilization to minimize the remained tumor is required to improve survival rates.

In this study, using linear and nonlinear deformation theories and by closed-form analysis and finite difference energy methods, respectively, various buckling load factors are obatined for stiffened laminated composite panel with trapezoidal type stiffeners and various longitudinal length to radius ratios, which are made from Carbon/Epoxy USN 125 prepreg and are simply-supported on four edges under uniaxial compression, and then for them, optimal design analyses are carried out by the nonlinear search optimizer, ADS.

자가면역 간염의 정확한 진단을 위해서는 먼저 특징적인 자가면역 간염의 임상 양상과 검사 소견, 그리고 다른 원인에 의한 만성간염의 가능성을 배제할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 2009년에서 2010 년의 자가면역 간염 증례 3례를 살펴 보았다. 아울러 진단 점수표를 이용하여 자가면역성 간염 진단의 객관성을 검토해 보고자 하였다. 본 증례보고는 2009년에서 2010년까지 본 병원에서 자가면역 간염 으로 진단되었던 세 증례에 관한 연구이며, 주로 진단과 치료에 대한 반응을 중심으로 기술하였다. 혈 액을 이용한 간기능 검사는 치료 전과 치료하는 기간 동안 내내 지속적으로 매 1주일마다 시행되었다. 3명의 환자들은 모두 여성으로 평균 나이는 53.7세(48~64)였다. 세 명의 환자 모두에서 표준 치료 요법에 좋은 반응을 나타내었다. 간조직 검사는 2명의 환자에서 시행되었으며 자가면역간염에 부합하 는 병리소견을 나타내었다. 환자들은 prednisolone 단독요법이나 prednisolone과 azathioprine 병 합요법 치료를 받았다. 치료시작 시점으로부터 치료 종료에까지 걸린 시간은 한 달에서 두 달 사이에 분포하였다. 재발은 한 명의 환자에서 치료 종결 후 5개월 째 관찰되었다. 결론적으로 자가면역 간염 환자 세 명은 모두 전형적인 임상양상과 간기능 검사 소견을 나타내었다. 면역 억제 치료제를 투여하였 을 때의 치료반응은 매우 효과적이었으며, 대체로 한 달에서 두 달 사이에 신속하게 나타났다. 재발은 한 명의 환자에서만 관찰되었다.

This study is object to structural analysis of high pressure injection nozzle. The finite element model was developed to compute the stress, strain for high pressure injection nozzle. For structural analysis using result from FEM code. This structural analysis results, many variables such as internal pressure, boundary condition, constraint condition and load condition are considered.
Bacillus sp. KCM-101에 의한 내열성 α-amylase의 생산 및 효소학적 성질

A strain isolated from soil was able to produce thermostable α-amylase. The strain (KC-101) was identification as Bacillus sp. Bacillus sp. KC-101 was treated NTG(N-methyl-nitro-nitrosoguanidine). The mutant KCM-101 increased α-amylase activity and decreased pretease activity. The condition for production, purification, and properties of α-amylase were investigated. α-Amylase production was maximized when was grown on soluble starch 2.0%, yeast extract 0.5%, K2HPO4 0.1% and MnCl2 0.02% for 24hrs at 37℃, and initial pH 7.0. The enzyme production was also increased by the addition of 0.01% Triton X-100. The enzyme was purified by ultrafiltration(MW 10,000), 80% ammonium sulfate precipitation, and Sephadex G-75 gel chromatography and it's yield 15.0%, The characteristics of purified α-amylase were as follow : MW 55,000, optimal pH and temperature were 7.0 and 95℃, respectively. The enzyme was activated by Ca++ and Mn++ ion but inhibited Co++, Cu++, Hg++, and Pb++ ion. The enzyme was stable at 95℃ and it's thermostability was greatly increased by the addition of Ca++. In kinetic studies, the Km value of α-amylase for soluble starch was 0.93mg/mL.

This study is to investigate the characteristics of the surface around a hole and outlet of product which are manufactured by face mill or end mill cutting with a hole or a pocket in its surface. Furthermore, experiments for optimization of process conditions to minimize the change of characteristics of milling cut surface after a hole cutting operation are implemented. This result is apply manufacture of mold products and metal products by diecasting.
