      • 연약점토상 자갈성토지반에 대한 반복재하시 지반의 거동에 관한 연구

        When the band load effects on the surface of soil ground, the characteristics of underground stress vary from the equipment load and the ground condition. The experimental data of the underground stress occurring on the weak stratum can be more accurate on the estimation by running the equipment and these can be applied to a counterplan for the improvement of appropriate construction equipment.

      • 建設現場의 電氣安全意識에 관한 硏究

        This study is based on the examination of 157 employees at various types of construction sites in Kwangju and Chunnam. The purpose of this study is to examine their awareness of electrical installation at construction sites, as well as their consciousness of accidents and the occurrence types of electric-injury accidents. It emphasizes the importance of electric safety education, which is expected at construction sites, and reveals basic data for precautions against electric-injury accidents and efficient safety supervision. In respect of the degree of awareness of accidents, 93.6% of the employees in this survey showed a very high sense of the danger of such accidents. With respect to type of accident, 38.8% replied that accidental falls are the most dangerous, while 44.6% replied that they have experienced electric-injury. In regard to the types of the electric-injury accidents, 38.0% replied that leakage of electricity is the main source of such accidents. It is therefore necessary to strengthen educational programs and precautional plans for electric-injury accidents. It is furthermore required to intensify the periodical execution of safety education, increase the publishing of guidebooks for safety education, and provide for thorough establishment and management of electrical equipment.

      • 建設現場의 電氣設備安全에 관한 調査 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to consider a plan to improve the peoples' electrical safety consciousness by investigating the causal factors and issues of electrical safety accidents at construction fields and to offer effective preventive measures against electrical accidents. The conditions of installation, maintenance, and management of electrical equipment by shape, hydroelectric voltage, and area of construction fields in Kwangju and the Chonnam region were investigated. Thirty- two construction fields were chosen, and their conditions of safety management and installation of high- voltage and subordinate equipment were investigated. The electrical safety consciousness of 157 workers at the fields was surveyed. The main constant of the investigation was the conditions for the installation, maintenance, and management of hydroelectric equipment, the installation and management of electric wiring, the use, of mobile electrical and portable type apparatus, the possession and management of electrical safety devices, the case investigation of electric shocks, and the safety consciousness of the workers at the fields.

      • 진행성 골화성 섬유 이형성증의 1예

        진행성 골화성 섬유 이형성증은 2 백만명 중에 1명 발생하는 매우 드문 유전질환이다. 저자들은 2차례의 외상후 심해진 진행성 섬유 이형성증환자에서 최근 다시 발생된 외상후 생긴 병변부위에 biphosphonate와 steroid 투여로 최근수상부위의 근육 골화와 경화를 현저한 호전을 보였으나, 기존의 골화가 이미 진행된 병변에서는 잘 반응하지 않음을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva(FOP) is an extremely rare hereditary disorder characterised by progressive heterotopic ossification of the soft tissue. The resulting progressive immobilization of the limbs, jaw and chest wall generally leads to severe disability. We present an 20-rear-old man with advanced FOP. He had two operative interventions by prior traffic accident and recent biopsy. It resulted abnormal ossification. Treatment for this disorder is avoidance of exacerbating factors and medical strategies is biphosphonate and steroid. We observed the course of ossification and muscle atrophy during biphosphonate and steroid therapy in advanced FOP.

      • CF_4가스의 MCS-BE법에 의한 전자군파라미터 해석

        본 연구에 의해 산출된 전자군파라미터는 시뮬레이션에 의하여 약전리 플라즈마의 많은 정보 뿐만아니라 특히 원자들과 분자들에 의한 저 에너지 전자산란이론의 중요한 데이타로서 공헌이 기대되어진다. 본 논문에서는 CF_4가스의 전자수송특성을 볼쯔만방정식과 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션에 의해 E/N : 1~ 300(Td)범위에서 해석하였다. 전자의 운동은 전자이동속도, 확산계수, 특성에너지, 평균에너지 등의 전자군 파라미터와 전자에너지 분포함수에 의해 계산되었다. CF_4가스에서 전자에너지 분포함수는 E/N=50, 100, 200(Td)에서 평균전자에너지의 평형영역에서 해석하였다. 볼쯔만방정식과 몬테칼로 시뮬레이션의 결과는 Y.Nakamura와 M. Hayashi의 실험 데이타와 비교 검토하였다. The swarm parameter from the swarm study are expected to serve as a critical test of current theories of low energy electron scattering by atoms and molecules, in particular, as well as crucial information for quantitative simulations of weakly ionized plasmas. In this paper, the electron transport characteristics in CF_4 has been analysed over the E/N range 1~300(Td) by a two-term approximation Boltzmann equation method and by a Monte Carlo simulation. The motion has been calculated to give swarm parameters for the electron drift velocity(W), diffusion coefficient(D_L), the ratio of the diffusion coefficient to the mobility(D_L/μ), mean energy(ε ̄), the electron energy distribution function. The electron energy distribution function has been analysed in CF_4 at E/N=50, 100 and 200(Td) for a case of the equilibrium region in the mean electron energy. The results of Boltzmann equation and Monte Carlo simulation have been compared with experimental data by Y. Nakamura and M. Hayashi.

        The design ranges of human-environmental system can be divided into seven kinds-water, thermal, air, light, color, psychology and sound environment. This study aims at clarifying the theoretical background of color environment from the historical point of view. Color study has begun to develope ancient times. Color environment needs to the study of color theory, color system, harmony of colors, color conditioning, color psycology, color culture and coloring of a architecture.

      • Improved Micropropagation of Root Chicory, Cichorium intybus L. var. sativus.

        The establishment of an efficient protocol for plant regeneration and micropropagation from leaf explant cultures of Chicory, Cichorium intybus L. var. sativus. is reported. Callus formation rate appeared 100% from explant in all growth regulators, but calli formed in the prensence of naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) were appeared very compact and non-embryogenic state. The regenerated shoots were obtained from leaf explant cultures on solid MS medium containing different concentrations of cytokinins and auxin. The highest number of shoots (5.7) per explant and shoot growth (2.8cm) was obtained on MS medium containing 0.1 mg BAP L^-1 and 0.1 mg NAA L^-1. Indole acetic acid was the most suitable auxin for root formation among three auxins tested. 2,4-D had no effect on shoot and root formation.

        The electric equipment of the recently building is established in underground of the building, it is the actual condition where the immediacy countermeasure preparation which is special regarding an electric equipment is deficient. The dissertation which it sees the case where the mold transformer which is established in the underground enclosure will be flooded minimizes the damage regarding the 1st disaster it could occur and a 2nd disaster in the test Book of Psalms to select the mold transformer which at fundamental phase of the research for is established on th actual underground enclosure, it analyzed the surface discharge voltage which it follows in distance and the electric current corrugated back. It appears with the fact that the recording surface discharge voltage where the analysis result electrode for interval will become larger increases, peek of discharge current highly there is a possibility of knowing the burden. Also, it caused by with increase of the surface discharge hour and the recording discharge hour when the interval of electrode for will become larger to increase also the insulation scandal damage will be augmented with the fact that it is thought.
