        After a coal industry rationalization, An employee evasion rate of the mine industry have been increased continuously. Because of a mine employment evasion phenomenon, collecting manpower of new employees and primary grade technicians are very difficult situation. Such these circumstances, the mine security law is still same law when the coal industry was activated most. Supplying a primary grade technician of mine business was ended currently. Therefore, the mine industry made a self-aid plan, which is, the mine expert take an examination to obtains manager qualification. But, experience skilled workers are hard to pass the mine security manager examinations, because of low academic background and too old age. Considering these circumstances, we must revise the each items of the mine security law and it's trial rules to activate mine industry, we need to relief mine security manager appointment condition. Which means, we propose next subjects for the relief plans of a mine security manager appointment condition. 1. Considering characteristics of a mine field, to get a mine security qualifications, mine experts who has experiences over enough times can take a examination after educated by an appointed educational institutions. 2. Same as the mine security technician by an existing nation technique qualification law, give a qualification of the mine security manager to anyone who pass the mine security manager examination after educated by an appointed educated institutions and after they have a specified period of enough experiences at mine field. 3. Give mine security manager qualifications to student who took a mine security technique subject at the mine related department of four-year university and who has enough mine field experiences during specified period including field training program of the university.

      • 복잡적응체제론과 도가사상의 관점 비교 연구 : 조직관리를 중심으로 Focused on Organization Management

        The purpose of this study is to reconfirm the potential applicability of the complexity theory to organizational management by comparing the similiarities between complex adaptive system theory(CAST) and Doism thought. There has been some effort to apply complexity adaptive system theory to organization management due to the rapidity of the environmental changes, CAST can cover weakness of reductionism inherent in the traditional science, and has relevance in explaining complex and chaotic organizations. However, since it has been developed from natural sciences of the West, it manifested philosophical limitations in applying to social sciences of the East. The results of the study reveals many commonalities and similiarities between Doism Thought and CAST in many aspects. Especially the Doism and the Book of Changes connecets various notions of CAST with such similarities as between the notion of emergence in complex adaptive system theory and dynamics of exchage, or the continuous flux, between nonlinear feedback loop and holism, between self-organization and the notion of the Nature, and between co-evolution and the relativism of the paradox. This study results have implications for the improvement of the richness in studying organizations.

      • 강진 고려상감청자의 과학적 분석에 관한 연구

        The chemical compositions and microstructure of the Celadon sherd excavated from Kangjin area were investigated by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray fluorescence(XRF), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and dilatometer. The chemical compositions of body were SiO_(2)(73-77%), Al_(2)O_(3)(17-19%), RO·RO_(2)(4-5%, R=Ca, Mg, K), R_(x)O_(y)(1-2.5%, R=Fe) in weight ratio. Owing to the high content(12-25%) of calcium oxide the glaze is considered lime type. The chemical compositions of the white and black inlay were Al_(2)O_(3)(37-42%, 19.7%), Fe_(2)O_(3)(1%, 6%) in weight ratio, respectively. White inlay was higher Al_(2)O_(3), whereas black inlay was higher Fe_(2)O_(3) and CaO but lower Al_(2)O_(3). The body of celadon sherd was found quartz and mullite phase. The density of black inlay was higher than that of white inlay. Firing temperature range for the Celadon was presumed to about 1,180℃.

      • Mössbauer 분광법에 의한 Permalloy Thin Film의 자기적 성질 연구

        Permalloy thin film was prepared by Butcher Plating System. For the study on the magnetic properties and structure of the sample, Mössbauer spectroscopy and XRD and SEM/EDS were used. Thickness of the sample is about 86μm and its structure is FeNi_(3), Awaruite in crystallography. The magnetic property of the sample is ferromagnetic. There are two lattice structure in sample, one is FeNi_(3) and the other is similar to the natural iron's.

      • 액체질소의 방전형식과 방사 전자파에 관한 연구

        In this study, the relation of discharge patterns with the radiated electromagnetic waves is investigated by measuring electromagnetic waves using a antenna and a spectrum analyzer. The patterns of radiated electromagnetic waves measured at the atmospheric pressure in Liquid Nitrogen(LN_(2)) during the partial discharges in nonuniform electric field depend on positive DC power. From these points of view, it is considered that these results obtained from this investigation may be used as fundamental data for diagnosis and prediction of insulation on the equipments of superconducting and cryogenic applications.

      • 생분해성 랩 제조를 위한 원재료 수지의 물성조사에 관한 연구

        생분해성 랩을 제조하기 위해서 적당한 단위체를 선택하고, 수지의 안정성 및 효율성을 높이기 위해 가하는 첨가제의 종류와 물성 변화에 대해 연구하였다. 이런 목적을 위해 원재료 수지, 산화제, 활제의 종류와 사용량 등과 같은 몇 가지 조건을 최적화하였다. 생분해성 랩을 제조하기 위한 복합수지는 Polyester 계열의 PBAST(숙신산, 아디프산, 디메틸테레프 탈레이트 및 1.4-부탄디올의 4성분 공중합체)를 이용하였다. 또한 첨가제의 도입으로 변화된 수지의 물성조사는 MFI에 의해 조사하였다. 조사된 수지의 물성은 원재료 PBAST에 비해 우수하였다. 기타 복합수지의 안정성, 가공성 등은 UTM으로 측정하였다. 본 연구 결과를 이용하여 생분해성 랩을 제조한다면 환경오염 감소에 대한 좋은 원천기술과 큰 수입대체 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. The compounding resin for wrap that is biodegraded by microorganism was developed and it's physical properties were studied. For these purposes, the some following conditions were optimized : the types of raw resin material, an anti-oxidant, lubricant and adding amount of them. The stable compounding resin to make biodegradable wrap was based on poly(butyleneadipate -co-butylene succinate-co- butyleneterephthalate) (PBAST) in this work. The improved properties of resin with an addition were investigated by melting flow index(MFI). From these results, The physical properties of compounding resin base in PBAST were more than those of raw PBAST. Then the stability and faculty of wrap were investigated by the elution of heavy metals and tensional experiment with universal testing machine(UTM). Therefore, the developed compounding wrap and manufacturing process were the best source technology to decrease environmental pollution. lf this study will be able to produced on a commercial scale and domestic production, the substitution effect of import will obtain.

      • 견운모의 고품위화 정제에 관한 연구

        In this study which it sees for the development of beneficiation technique of the sericite raw materials at the clay for the removal of a iron and separation of quartz hydrocyclone with the high intensity magnetic separator it introduced in beneficiation process. The characteristic analysis of the raw materials and the beneficiation sericite were investigated by the X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer(XRF), X-ray Diffractometer(XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM), Thermal Gravimetic-Differential Thermal Analyzer(TG-DTA) and Paticle Size Analyzer(PSA). The iron content(0.91wt%) and mean particle size(3.55μm) were decreased by the hydrocyclone, high intensity magnetic separator and spray dryer, respectively.

      • Electical Characteristics and Efficiency of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes Depending on Thickness Variation of Buffer Layer

        In a device structure of ITO/hole injection layer/N, N'-biphenyl-N, N'-bis-(1-naphenyl)-[1,1'-biphenyl]4,4'-diamine(NPB)/tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum(Alq_(3))/A1, we investigated an effect of hole-injection layer on the electrical characteristics and efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes. A thermal evaporation was performed to make a thickness of NPB layer with a rate of 0.5~1.0Å/s in a base pressure of 5×10^(-6) Torr. We measured current-voltage characteristics and efficiency with a thickness variation of hole-injection layer. The PTFE and PVK buffer layers improve a performance of the device in several aspects, such as good mechanical junction, reducing the operating voltage and energy band adjustment. Compared with the devices without a hole-injection layer, we have obtained that an optimal thickness of NPB was 20 nm in th device structure of ITO/NPB/Alq_(3)/Al. And using the PTFE or PVK buffer layer, the external quantum efficiencies of the devices were improved by 24.5% and 51.3%, respectively.

      • 유한 Dirichlet 적분을 갖는 해석함수들의 Hilbert 공간

        In this paper we study the Hilbert space of analytic functions with finite Dirichlet integral in a connected open set Q in the complex plane. We show that every such function can be represented as a quotient of two bounded analytic functions, each of which has a finite Dirichlet integral, This has several consequences for the structure of invariant subspaces of the algebra of multiplication operators in the Dirichlet space, in case Q is simply connected. Namely, we show that every nontrivial invariant subspace contains a nontrivial bounded function, that each two nontrivial invariant subspaces have a nontrivial intersection (that is, the algebra is "cellular indecomposable"), and that each nontrivial invariant subspace has the "codimension one" property with respect to certain multiplication operators.

      • 지역경제분석법을 이용한 강원지역산업에 관한 연구

        The study was intended to do an regional economic analysis in Kangwon province so as to analyze the industry sector that could be helpful as a part of local economy revitalization. As the results of the study, prospective industries were indentified to be agriculture, forestry and fishing; food and beverages, publishing and printing, chemical products, non-metallic mineral products, precision equipment, transportation equipment, furniture and other manufactures in the manufacturing industry; electricity, gas and water, construction, restaurants and hotels, finance and insurance, real estate and business services, community, social and personal services, and others in the service industry. Kangwon has a great store of untapped regions and lower land price, clean environment, increased economic value of environmental resource, and specific resources. Here after, Kangwon could lift the reasons of stagnant local industry fundamentally and in the long run, specialize itself by region, carry out the development plans by step, concentrate its development capacity on building the industry clusters, and strengthen partnership between private sector and government, and local government and central. If it fosters environmentally friendly high-tech industries and reorganize the local industries focusing on the knowledge-based new industries, it could grow to the foothold of South-North korea interchange and that of the East, and stretch itself to the center of both tour and trade interchange in the world.
