Customer service marketing has been well developed in business since last several decades. The purpose of this research is to apply service orientation in hospitals. The specific purposes are as follows. First, The process of customer service in business includes medical service delivery, which will be a competitive strategy for the 21st century. Second, more specifically, the degree of customer satisfaction will be explored based on data collected and analysed by questionnaire survey. Third, customer service strategy of small-medium sized hospitals will be presented based on the findings of this research. For the successful completion of the research, the established theories in customer service will be reviewed and questionnaire technique will be adopted to collect data. The following finding indicate some general strategies for better medical service delivery in small and medium sized hospitals. First, finding show the punctuality of service employees and immediate notice of examination results are most preferred elements in service delivery. Second, the study also pointed out the kindness of employees in hospitals need to provide free medical program for the community residents. In conclusion, the research showed some critical issues in hospital management. In humane treatment and kindness of employees are the most chronic problems among many others. The research also indicated give a competitive advantage to small and medium sized hospitals for better service delivery.

Study on Method of Sperm Aspiration and Injection into an Oocyte in Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI) Immobilization of spermatozoa prior to intracytoplasmic sperm iniection(ICSI) sometimes results in crooked tail and this makes it difficult to aspirate sperm into an injection pipette tail first. Head-first sperm aspiration into an injection pipette avoid this problem due to the bigger size of the sperm head. The effect of head or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte on fertilization cleavage, percentage of grade I embryos and development to blastocyst stage in ICSI program has been studied. A single living immobilized spermatozoa from oligoasthenozoospermic patient was injected into an oocyte head-first or tail-first according to the treatment. Eighteen hours after microinjection, oocytes ware inspected for survival and fertilization Fertilized oocytes with two pronuclei were cultured in 30μl drop of mHTF supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated follicular fluid(FF) at 37℃. On day 2. embryo transfer was performed with cleaved embryos. The remaining 2-8 cell stage embryos were co-cultured with BRL cells in mHTF + 10% FF for 72 hours and the developmental stage was observed. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance. A total of 164 oocytes from 36 cycles were assigned to earth treatment and ICSI was performed(88 head-first, tail-first). The rates of normal fertilization were 81.8% and 76.3% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the fertilized oocytes, the percentage of cleaved embryos and the percentage of grade 1 embryo among cleaved embryos were 88.9% and 68.8%, 93.1% and 74.1% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the 2-8 cell embryos cultured, 44.4%(16/36) and 50.0%(10/20) for head first and tail first, respectively developed to blastocyst stage. There were no differences in fertilization, cleavage, rates of grade 1 embryos, and development to blastocyst stage. In conclusion, head-first or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte in ICSI program does not affect fertilization and subsequent embryo development to blastocyst stage in vitro.

This paper is focused on the improvement of reflection angle of an optical scanner by changing a shape of a torsion bar attached with an optical scanner reflector(mirror). In order to improve the light efficiency of the optical scanner by virtue of the magnetic effect, which tiny magnets are attached under both ends of the optical scanner reflector. and hence the optical scanner reflector was operated in relatively lower driving voltage. By changing the torsion bar's shape I type into S type, we've got the lower resonant frequency(32.5Hz) of an optical scanner than that of conventional one(50Hz). According to these results. The reflection angle of an optical scanner with magnets was much larger in the range of about 14.8° compared to one without a magnet. By making use of a magnetic actuator instead of a conventional electrostatic actuator, the optical scanner was less influenced from outdoor dust or moisture.

Extremely small multimode-interference coupled triangular resonator with sharp angle of incidence

<P>Novel triangular ring resonators combining extremely small multimode-interference (MMI) coupler, low loss total internal reflection (TIR) mirrors, and semiconductor optical amplifiers are reported for the first time. The MMI length of 90 microm is among the shortest reported. The incidence angle of the TIR mirror inside the resonator is 22 degrees. A free-spectral range of approximately 2 nm is observed near 1550 nm along with an on-off ratio of 17 dB. The triangular resonators with a sharp angle are very attractive components due to their promise of compact size and high levels of integration. Therefore, large numbers of resonators can be integrated on a chip to increase functionality in future optical wavelength division multiplexing system.</P>
