중소병원 간호사의 경력개발시스템 기대감, 경력몰입, 이직의도와의 관계

Purpose: This study was done to explore the relationship between expectations of the clinical ladder system (CLS), career commitment and turnover intention in nurses employed in small-medium sized hospitals. Methods: Participants were 154 nurses from 3 small-medium sized hospitals in Gyeonggi Province and Gwangju City. From February, 8 to April, 14, 2017, self-report questionnaires were collected and analyzed using frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, and Person correlation coefficients. Results: Of the participant nurses, 61% perceived the CLS as needed. The mean score for expectation of CLS, career commitment, and turnover intention on 5-point scale were 3.38, 3.17, 3.21, respectively. There were no significant differences in expectation of CLS according to general characteristics, but career commitment and turnover intention did show significant differences depending on age, position, type of work shift. Expectation of CLS correlated positively with career commitment (r=.23, p=.005), and career commitment correlated negatively with turnover intention (r=-.49, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study show that there is a need to adopt the clinical ladder system to improve career commitment.

Ernest Hemingway는 찰나적 향락적인 남녀주인공을 내세워 전후 풍속 을 묘사, 이른바 "Lost Generation"의 대표작가로 떠올랐다. 그의 문체 도 독특했다. 간결하고 힘찬 "hard-boi1ed"풍의 문장으로 그는 "A Farewe1l to Arms" "For Whom the Bell To11s"등 6편의 장편과, "The Snows of Kilimanzaro" 등 50여 단편을 남겼다. 그중 1952년에 발표한 "The Old Man and the Sea"로 Pulitzer Prize, 54년 Nobel Prize 을 잇 따라 수상해 작가로서의 최고 절정에 올랐다. Spain내전, 제1차 세계대전을 겪으며 그는 지성과 문명을 속임수로 보았다. 인간이 세운 윤리와 도덕, 행동규범이 전쟁앞에서 산산조각이 나버린 것이다. 기존의 가치를 상실한 세대의 대표적 작가로서 그는 난 폭하고 험난한 대자연과 전쟁. 그리고 인간생활의 긴장속에 대결 의식과 투쟁 정신을 그 기조로 하여 일생을 살아갔다. 이처럼 Hemingway는 "삶"이라는 엄숙한 대상과의 대결 내지 투쟁의 역사를 그 작품속에 투영시킨 작가이다. 특히 죽음과의 대결 의식에 대 하여 Spiller교수는 말하기를; "HeIningway was more limitted in scope than most of his contemporaries, for he had but a single theme how many may meet death in a world stripped of all values except that of intensity" 2) 이와같이 강열한 체험의 작가인 Hemingway는 전후 세대의 대변자로 활동한 1920년대를 그의 초기로, 1930년대 후반 Spain 전쟁 이후를 그의 중기로, 1950년대를 후기로 구분하여 볼수있고 이들 작품에서도 주인공 들의 인생관의 변천을 볼수 있다.

Tetracyclinehydrochloride, oxytetracycline·hydrocholride and doxycycline. hyclate have been studied in acetate and phosphate buffer media using differential pulse polarography. Electroreduction of tetracycline·HCI in the acetate buffer is processed via three stips with consumption of hydrogen ions. The decomposed product of tetracycline·HCI in the alkaline phosphate buffer is reduced in two steps at more anodic potentials than the intact antibiotics. A plot of peak current vs. concentration of tetracyclin·HCI shows a linear relationship with a slope of 11.5nA/ppm when 50㎷ of pulse height is applied.

pH 7.0 인산염 완충용액으로 제조한 1.0 x 10-4 M 리팜피신용액에 대하여 자외선/가시광선 흡수 스펙트럼을 조사하였더니 200 ~ 700 nm 파장영역에서 4개의 흡수봉우리가 나타났다. 네 개의 흡수 봉우리중 474 nm 의 봉우리를 정량분석을 위한 최적의 봉우리로 선택하여 리팜피신의 농도를 변화시키면서 흡광도를 측정한결과 리팜피신의 농도 1.0 x 10-6 M ~ 1.0 x 10-4 M 범위에서 흡광도는 농도에 대하여 직선적으로 증가하였으며 상관계수는 0.9985로서 상관도가 높았다. 가시광선 분광광도법에 의한 리팜피신의 검출한계는 1.0 x 10-6 M 이었다. The UV/VIS absorption spectrum of 1.0 x 10-4 M rifampicin in a pH 7.0 phosphate buffer produced four peaks in the wave length region between 200 nm and 700 nm. Among the four peaks , the peak at 474 nm was chos en as the optimum wave length for the quantitative analys is . A plot of abs orbance vs . concentration of rifampicin at the concentration range between 1.0 x 10-6 M and 1.0 x 10-4 M yielded a s traight line pas sing almost zero point. The correlation coefficient between absorbance and concentration was 0.9985. The detection limit of rifampicin was 1.0 x 10-6 M in the spectrophotometric as say.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relation of ownership structure and financial property. The first, the financial property and the tax property among group of Ownership structure differ. The second, the difference between financial and tax reporting according the ratio of large shareholder's equity is in existence. and the difference between financial and tax reporting according the ratio of large shareholder's equity exists on p<.01 significant level. When the ratio of large shareholder's equity is high, when ownership and management are not separation, because pressure of capital market is a little, the incentive being selected accounting standards to increasing accounting return is few but tax return in order to more small friction with revenue authorities is properly reported.

We experienced 2 cases of caute subdural hematoma with tentorial herniation due to ruptured posterior communicating artery aneurysm. Based on a review of the literature and the clinical course in the present cases, recommend therapy consist of early evacuation of hematoma and clipping of aneurysm because of the not infrequent development of rapid deterioration.
