        Partial Discharge Detection Method Based on DD-DT CWT and Singular Value Decomposition

        Partial discharge (PD) detection is signifi cant for insulation condition evaluation of electrical equipment. However, it often happens that the PD signals are submerged by interferences, which will cause the inaccurate detection results. In this paper, we propose a PD detection method based on double-density dual-tree complex wavelet transform (DD-DT CWT) and singular value decomposition (SVD) to solve this problem. The denoising method based on DD-DT CWT has better performance in both removing interferences and retaining features of PD signals. The inner product of the singular value matrix obtained by applying SVD to denoised high-frequency wavelet coeffi cient matrix can concisely represent the complexity of the tested signal, which can be used as a basis to judge the existence of the PD signal. Besides, Otsu algorithm is introduced to calculate the threshold to locate the appearance time of the PD signal. Experimental results show that the proposed method can detect the PD signal with the accuracy rate of 77.8% when PD signals are submerged by noises, while the traditional method cannot detect the existence of the PD signal. In addition, only the method proposed in this paper can detect the appearance time of the PD signal with the accuracy rate of 97.2%.

        A Practical Model for ICT-Integrated Music Education

        This paper aims to develop a practical model for better enactment of ICT integration and music in Taiwan. Currently, the progress of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has changed the way music is experienced. ICT is presented as an efficient tool to enhance students’ attainment of listening, composition, performance, improvising, or music appreciation. Nevertheless, a growing body of evidence claims that the lack of funding, provision, teaching resource, or capability of employing ICT has restricted music teachers in developing new curriculum ICT use. In 1998, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan released a policy that encourages Grades 1-9 school educators to integrate ICT into all curricula. In order to explore more closely the enactment of integrating ICT into music curriculum, a qualitative single case study with multiple methods including observation, interview, and document analysis was conducted for four months at one ICT-Seeded junior high school in central Taiwan. Rather than the lack of ICT funding or equipment, the findings indicate that providing music teachers required support and training should be focused in future. Finally, a 'Staffing and Provision Model' is proposed to inform better implementation of ICT integration and music in Taiwan. 本文旨在發展一個改進台灣資訊融入音樂教育運作的實用模式。近年來資訊通訊科技已經改變體驗音樂的方式,且被認為是提升學生聽力、作曲、演奏、即興與欣賞成就最有效的工具。儘管如此卻有研究顯示推行資訊融入音樂教學所匱乏的經費、設備、教學資源及設備操作能力已經影響音樂教師使用資訊科技發展新課程設計的意願。1998年台灣教育部發佈政策,鼓勵國中小學校教師將資訊科技融入各科教學中,因此為深入了解資訊融入音樂教學的實施狀況,本研究利用實地觀察、訪談與文件分析等質性研究方法,針對台灣中部一所資訊融入教學種子學校進行個案研究。研究結果顯示在台灣經費跟設備因素對資訊融入音樂課程發展的影響較少,反而是對音樂教師在課程設計上所需要的技術支持與訓練在未來要更加重視。最後則根據研究結果,提出一個實用模式(SP Model)做為改進台灣資訊融入音樂課程的建議。

        Monitoring Analysis and Numerical Simulation of the Land Subsidence in Linear Engineering Areas

        Non-uniform land subsidence can cause subgrade deformation and threaten the safety of linear projects such as high-speed railways. The Lunan high-speed railway is taken as the research background. Combined with the hydrogeological and engineering geological conditions, the regional land subsidence is analyzed by the combined method of the differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar (D-InSAR) and small baseline subset interferometric synthetic aperture radar (SBAS-InSAR), which is verified by using precise leveling and GPS monitoring data. The accurate land subsidence analysis of large-scale linear engineering is realized. The distribution situation and change laws of land subsidence in linear engineering areas are revealed. Then, a three-dimensional coupled numerical model of land subsidence along a large-scale linear project is established by using the finite difference method. The spatial distribution characteristics of land subsidence in the linear engineering area are quantitatively analyzed and predicted. The main factors affecting land subsidence and the degree of land subsidence are discussed while keeping the pumping rate constant. The results show that: 1) The combined method of D-InSAR and SBAS-InSAR has high accuracy in the land subsidence monitoring of linear engineering. 2) There are five non-uniform settlement funnels along the Lunan high-speed railway. The groundwater over-extraction and coal mining are the main reasons for the land subsidence. 3) Realizing water source conversion and reduce groundwater exploitation are the main factors in linear engineering areas as soon as possible.

      • A Simple Reversible Watermarking Scheme Based on Difference Expansion

        A simple reversible watermarking scheme based on block-wise difference expansion is proposed. Pixels in a block are expanded with respect to a common reference point. The maximum capacity will exceed 0.5 bpp if the block size is larger than 2. According to local variances of the reference points, blocks introducing small distortion by difference expanding are selected firstly to embed watermark. In Tian’s difference expansion algorithm, the embedding of the location map causes large overhead cost, apparently in low payload region. A good lossless compression algorithm is required to reduce this cost but the complexity is increased. In the proposed algorithm, a simple all 0 pattern is used to distinguish between non-expandable and expandable blocks. In this way, the location map is no longer necessary and the complexity of the scheme will be reduced.

        Conceptual design and analysis of remote steering system for CFETR ECRH system

        In order to optimize the operational safety and reliability of the upper launcher for the CFETR ECRH system, a design of the launcher based on the remote steering concept is currently being carried out for comparison with the front steering equivalent. This paper presents the remote steering system's conceptual design and simulation analysis. A Square Corrugated Waveguide (SCW) of 65 × 65 mm has been designed with an optimized length of 9.35 m. By changing the relative length of the waveguide, the transmission efficiency of the SCW is optimized within the range of steering angles ±12°. Different error factors are investigated in detail, and corresponding acceptable error ranges are provided. Considering these error factors and ignoring ohmic losses and thermal effects, the relative transmission efficiency of the SCW is estimated to be >98 % within the steering angle range. A matching steering unit for the SCW is designed, which consists of an ellipsoidal focusing mirror and a steerable flat mirror. The detailed design of the steerable mirror motion trajectory is presented. Also, the influence of the possible beam incident errors caused by the steering unit on the transmission efficiency is analyzed in detail.

      • Research on Incentive Mechanism of Employees in Internet Enterprises

        The Internet, as one of the most rapidly developing industries in China in recent years, has made great contributions to China’s economic development. Internet enterprises are both an important pillar of China’s current economic development, but also a great source of scientific and technological development and innovation. For Internet companies, the core of enterprise development people-oriented, talent is the foundation of enterprise development, enterprise development cannot be separated from the team, team building cannot be separated from the talent, in the final analysis, talent is the core of enterprise development. Therefore, enterprises want to develop, we must retain talent, enterprises want to retain talent, we must incentivize the enterprise staff. Incentives are vital in human resources management, and every enterprise should design a mechanism that suits its specific circumstances. The mechanism should motivate staff to make better contributions to the enterprise, thus promoting its growth and development. This paper reviews relevant domestic and foreign literature, as well as the results of a questionnaire survey of Internet enterprise employees, to study the employee incentive mechanism in Internet enterprises. The paper puts forward measures to existing problems to facilitate the better development of Internet enterprises.
