고등학생용 분노조절 프로그램 개발 = Anger-Control Program for High School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study attempted to develop Anger Level reduce program for high school students(ACP-H).Anger control in this investigation was operationally defined as the total scores on the three domains(Perception,emotion,
behavior) of the anger scale(Moon & Kim, 2008).
In order to verify the effect of ACP-H which was developed in the present study, 308 first, second grade students in P High School in P City completed the Anger scale for high school students. The 45 students who were within 20 percent of the high rank in the Anger scale score.
Each student of the treatment group and comparative group participated in the program, 2∼4 sessions per week, a total of 12 sessions, 90 minutes per session.
The Anger scale for high school students(Moon & Kim, 2008) were used as a measuring instrument, the Anger Control program were used as an experimental instrument.
In the statistical analysis, 39 data were finally used, except the data of 6 subjects, who were not participated in the program, or who were not peformed the Anger scale.
To verify the effect of programs, Multivariate repeated-measure analysis was conducted. The program used for data analysis was SPSS 15.0 for Windows and the significance level for hypothesis testing was set at .05.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 분노수준이 높은 고등학생들의 분노를 효과적으로 조절할 수 있는 분노조절프로그램을 개발코자 하였다. 일반계 고등학생의 분노조절을 위하여 기존의 분노조절 프로그램들의 문제점을 보완하여(대상, 내용구성, 척도) 일반계 고등학생에게 적합한 분노조절 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하고자 하였다. 연구에서는 분노조절을 조작적으로 인지적 요인, 정서적 요인, 행동적 요인의 3개의 하위요인으로 이루어진 고등학생용 분노척도(문은주, 김성회, 2008)에서 얻은 총점을 말한다.
본 연구의 평가대상은 경상북도 P시(인구 50만)에 위치한 남, 여 공학 일반계 P고등학교 남, 여학생 1, 2학년 45명이다. 이들은 1, 2학년 고등학생 308명을 대상으로 실시한 분노척도(문은주, 김성회, 2008) 검사에서 상위 20% 이내에 해당되는 학생들이다. 분노조절 프로그램 총12회기를 4주에 걸쳐서(매주 2-4회기, 매회 90분씩) 실험집단을 대상으로 실시하였다. 비교집단에 대해서는 비행여고생 분노통제프로그램(문은주, 2002)을 실험집단과 같은 시기에 같은 방법으로 1일간의 시차를 두고 실시하였다. 본 연구는 1피험자 간(집단유형: 실험집단/비교집단/통제집단)- 1피험자 내(측정시기:사전/사후/추후) 이요인 혼합설계에 따라 프로그램 효과를 검증하였다. 연구문제를 밝히기 위해 프로그램 실시 사전과 사후 및 추후에 실험집단, 비교집단, 통제집단에 대해서 분노척도(문은주, 김성회, 2008)를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다.
이상의 모든 자료는 SPSS for Windows 15.0을 이용하여 통계처리 하였으며, 가설 검증을 위한 통계적 유의수준은 .05로 하였다.
