RFM을 이용한 고해상도 위성영상의 기하보정에 관한 연구

Manufacturing of the large scale map using the high-resolution satellite data requires high-precision geometric correction, and for this the location ephemeris data as like the location and attitude of the satellite sensor, which is an orbit component model, is needed, but in IKONOS satillite these are not porvided because of the business technology protection. Therefore, in this study, as the basic course for obtaining the ground coordinates from the IKONOS satellite imagery, using the ground control point without the satellite aid data it derived RMF's coefficient in the geometric correction of high-resolution satellite imagery, did the geometric correction using RFM and evaluated accuracy, and then finally it could be gotten the follwing conclusion as the result of evaluating the RMF's usefulness. First, as the result of applying to the least square method, to derive the coefficient of RFM using the ground control point, in the case of using the third order expression, it could derived the exact coefficient value about 0.686 pixel(m) of the root mean square error. Second, as the result of comparing the polynominal expression model and RFM, by using RFM it could improve the root mean square error more than 1.5 pixel. Third, RFM is very sensitive to the Z value information, and it could know that using the polynominal expression is more efficient than RFM is if the Z value infromation is inaccurated.

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the result of immediate full weightbearing after cementless total hip arthroplasty and to find the appropriate rehabilitation program. Materials and Methods: The(52patients)60case of cementless total hip arthroplasty was evaluated after average duration of follow up 78.4months. The age of patients at the time of operation had average 54.7years. Preoperatively diagnosis was avascular necrosis 36case, osteoarthrites 18case. The Harris hip score was checked clinically at last follow up and osteolysis and subsidence was evaluated radiologically. Results: Harris hip score was improved to 93.2point, Radiologic finding revealed no severe more than 2㎜ and subsidence and physical examination revealed hip pain on only 2case. inguinal pain on 1case. Results: At last, we can not find fibrous ingrowth that was worried in the prvevious rehabilitation program. No significant difference was revealed as compared with the result of previous reports. Immediate full weightbearing after cementless total hip arthroplasty shortend the hospital stay and can make early return to the society.

Recently, various researches are conducted in the application of regenerative energy produced during the operation of an electric locomotive. Regenerative energy is produced by a generator in the brake procedure. The generator is operated by kinetic energy of an electric railroad using an electric motor. The process of producing regenerative energy varies with the current type of a railroad and its running condition. The quality of electric power can be improved and electric energy can be utilized effectively, especially in the use of an energy storage system (ESS). Thus, it is necessary to apply ESS into AC section and high speed railway. This study analyses the composition of the regenerative ESS equipment installed in Yong-Jeong sectioning post, operational principle, charge and discharge algorithm and energy efficiency. The analysis shows that CO2 emissions can be reduced about 0.5 ton per a day. In addition, ESS helps saving the energy and the compensation of the voltage drop caused by the operation of high speed train when it is installed at the end of the feeder section. The number of high speed train will be increased continuously related to the electrification rate. Therefore, applying the ESS to high speed railway is expected to solve the instability of the feeder voltage and the equipment capacity problem caused by the high speed trains.

Heat treatment is applied to orthodontic wires in order to relieve the stress that results from cold working and the orthodontists manipulations. In this study, 4 types of wires were heat-treated in an air, argon or vacuum environment, and were either cooled in a furnace or a water bath. Corrosion properties of the heat-treated wires were investigated by potentiodynamic method. The difference of corrosion resistance between the wires heat-treated in an ambient according to cooling methods was not significant. After heat-treated in an ambient, both water-cooled and furnace-cooled wires had a similar and low corrosion resistance. The difference of corrosion resistance between the wires heat-treated n a vacuum environment with cooling methods was significant. After heat-treated in a vacuum, the furnace-cooled wires had high corrosion resistance, but the water-cooled wires low. After heat-treated in a vacuum, argon, or air environments, the water-cooled wires had low corrosion resistance. It was considered because the irregular and unstable film was formed on the surface of the wires when cooled in a water bath. The control wires showed a low current density and high pitting potential, but most of the heat-treated wires did high current density and low pitting potential except for the wire heat-treated in vacuum and then cooled in a furnace. Conclusively, orthodontic wires are considered to have to be heat treated in vacuum condition or inert gas environment and then to be cooled in a furnace in order to inhibit surface oxidation, minimize the decrease of corrosion resistance and improve the mechanical properties.

A bacterium producing five fibrinolytic isozymes was isolated from black bean chung kuk. The bacterium was identified as Bacillus subtilis BB-1 by 16s rDNA sequence homology search. A gene out of five fibrinolytic genes in the Bacillus subtilis BB-1 was cloned by shot-gun method. A Cla ⅠDNA fragment of B. subtilis BB-1 chromosome was cloned in to pBluescript ⅡSK(-) and showed the fibrinolytic activity to bacterial cells. The Cla ⅠDNA fragment was sequenced and the sequences did not show homology with gene for protease or fibrinolytic enzyme genes in other organisms. The Cla ⅠDNA fragment was reduced to 2,142 bp by activity-guided PCR cloning method. The optimum pH and temperature of the enzyme were 5.0 and 35℃, respectively. Substrate specificity of the fibrinolytic enzyme was detected in skim milk, casein, gelatin and blood agar plates. The activity of the enzyme was not detected with these substrates. Taken together, this enzyme is a new fibrinolytic enzyme and may be used to prevent thrombosis and arteriosclerosis.

Chrysanthemum boreale (C. boreale) has been used for the treatment of furuncles, carbuncles, sores, conjunctivitis, headache, vertigo and swollen throats as a folk medicine in Korea, but there is little report about experiment evidence of antimicrobial activity. To investigate the antifungal and antibacterial activity of Chrysanthemum boreale(C. boreale) volatile substance and EDTA, the growth inhibition against Aspergillus nidulans (A. nidulans), Fusarium oxysporum (F. oxysporum), Alternaria mali(Al. mali), Candida albicans (C. albicans), staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), Streptococcus pyogenes(S. pyogenes), streptococcus mutans (S. mutans), Escherichia coli(E. coli), Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) and Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalis) was monitored by agar dilution and broth microdilution method. The antifungal effect of C. boreale on A. nidulans, F. oxysporum, Al. mali and C. albicans was shown at the concentration of 0.04%. The antibaterial effect of C. boreale on S. aureus, S. pyogenes, S. mutans and H. pylori was shown at the concentration of 0.04%. However, the growth was inhibited at the concentration of 0.04% irrespective of the presence of EDTA 0.125% was much higher than higher than that of several concentration of volatile substance. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of volatile substance were 0.16% against S. aureus, 0.04% against S. pyogenes, 0.02% against S. mutans, 0.40% against E. coli, and 0.18% against C. albicans. The growth of human gingival fibroblasts was not affected by C. boreale volatile substances at the concentration of 0.04%. These results indicate that volatile substance from C. boreale may have biologically toxic activities to the microorganisms.
