As recently the need for electronic commerce and infra information system using Internet increases, several organizations have attempted to develop mutual authentication mechanism between Certification Authorities(CA's) as well as fundamental authentication mechanism, based on Public-key. In this paper, we propose a new efficient authentication protocol which is applicable to various servers. For the protocol, we complement Public-key certificate structure and authentication protocol defined in X.509 with self-arithmetic function and data security function of 1C card.

본 논문에서는 원격 서버관리를 위한 지식기반 시스템을 구축하고 지식기반 시스템으로의 실시간 입력정보 처리에 관한 연구를 수행하였으며 그 응용으로서 지식기반 시스템을 이용한 원격 서버의 웹 traffic 분석 사례를 보였다. 예에서는 원격 서버에 요청되는 client의 서비스 요청율과 그에 대한 원격서버의 서비스 time 등을 지식기반 시스템이 내재된 supervisor computer로 전송하고 지식기반 시스템이 이를 입력정보로 원격 서버의 traffic 상황을 진단하는 방법을 취했다. 이에 수반되는 주요 연구내용으로 서버 시스템 관리, 지식기반 시스템, traffic 모델, UNIX 네트워크 프로그래밍 및 TCP/IP datagram 구조 등을 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 GNU/Linux 기반에서 지식기반 시스템을 개발하였고, 전문가 시스템 개발 tool인 CLIP[10][11][12]를 사용하였으며 tcpdump[13]를 이용하여 원격 서버의 웹 traffic 데이터를 수집하였다. traffic 데이터의 분석과 데이터 전송에 이용된 프로그램은 자체 개발한 프로그램을 사용하였다. In this study, the real time information processing technique for the input of a knowledge-based system for a remote server is investigated. Web traffic analysis for the remote server is also performed. The knowledge-based system resides in the supervisor computer. For the Web traffic analysis, the service request rate and the service time of the remote server are transferred to the supervisor computer. These informations are supplied to the knowledge-based system. The knowledge-based system analyzes these data and diagnoses the traffic states of the remote server. In implementation, service request rate of the clients required for remote server and service time of remote server are transferred to a knowledge-based system loaded in supervisor computer. Using these data a knowledge-based system diagnoses Web traffic states of remote server. The knowledge-based system is developed using CLIPS in the GNU/Linux. The CLIPS is an expert system development tool. The traffic data are collected using tcpdump in the remote server. Further research is needed in the analysis and modelling of the service patterns and rates.
만성 특발성 혈소판 감소성 자반증에서의 Anti-D 정주 치료 4례

About 10-20% of patients who present with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) and who have persistent thrombocytopenia for more than 6 months have choronic ITP. Treatment requires differentiating the truly idiopathic state from thrombocytopenias associated with order disorders. Therapeutic options of included corticosteroid, intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG), and anti-D, as well as splenectomy. Good results were obtained in many chronic ITP patients treated with intravenous anti-D. immunoglobulin. The advantage of anti-D in chronic ITP patients is ease of administration and lower cost as compared to IVIG. We recently treated 4 cases of Rh(D+) chronic ITP patients with intravenous anti-D.

Most fractal image codings using fractal concept require long encoding time because a large amount of computation is needed to find an optimal affine transformation point. Such a problem can be solved by designing a block classifier fitted to characteristics of image blocks. In general, it is possible to predict more precise and various types of blocks in frequency domain than in spatial domain. In this paper, we propose a block classifier to predict the block type using characteristics of DCT(Discrete Cosine Transform). This classifier has merits to enhance the quality of decoded images as well as to reduce the encoding time meeting fractal features. AC coefficient values in frequency domain make it possible to predict various types of blocks. As the results, the number of comparisons between a range block and the correspoding domain blocks to reach an optimal affine transformation point can be reduced. Specially, signs of DCT coefficients help to find the optimal affine transformation point with only two isometric transformations by eliminating unnecessary isometric transformations among eight isometric transformations used in traditional fractal codings. 프레탈을 이용한 대부분의 영상 부호화하는 최적의 유사 변환점을 얻기 위해서 방대한 비교 연산이 필요하여 장시간의 부호화 시간이 요구되는 문제점이 있다. 이러 한 문제는 블럭특성에 적합한 블럭 분류기를 설계함으로써 해결할 수 있다. 일반적으 로 공간 영역에서 보다는 주파수 영역에서 좀더 정확하고 다양한 블럭의 형태를 예측 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 DCT특성을 이용하여 블럭의 형태를 예측할 수 있는 블럭 분류기를 제안하였다. 이 분류기는 프랙탈 특징과 부합하여 부호와 시간을 줄임과 동 시에 복원된 영상의 화질을 높이는 장점이 있다. 주파수 영역에서의 AC 계수의 크기는 다양한 블럭 형태를 예측 가능하게 함으로써 최적의 축소 변환점을 얻기 위한 도메인 블럭과 레인지 블럭간에 비교 연산을 줄일 수 있다. 특히 DCT 각 계수의 부호값은 프 랙탈 적용을 위한 8가지 변환에 대해 불필요한 변환을 생략함으로써 2가지 변환만으로 도 축소 변환점을 찾는 장점을 나타낸다.
방사성 의약품 합성에 관한 연구(Ⅵ) : Auflatoxine-B1의 방사성 요오드 표지와 그 생리작용

Carcinogen으로 알려져 있는 auflatoxine계통 화합물의 방사성 표지 반응을 연구하였다. Auflatoxine 계통 약품중에서 그 함유량이 가장 큰 auflatoxin-B1을 초산 촉매하에 chloroamine-T를 사용하여 125I로 표지한 결과 표지화합물을 방사화학적 수율 63.6%로 얻을 수 있었다. 생성물의 화학구조를 I.R. 및 N.M.R.로 검사한 결과 auflatoxine의 benzene고리에 표지되었음을 확인하였다. 쥐를 시험동물로 삼아 경구 투여후의 대사과정을 부검으로 조사한 결과 간 및 혈액에 방사능이 축적되고 요오드이온은 분리되지 않았음을 확인하였다. Labelling auflatoxines, the potential carcinogenic compounds, by radioactive iodine has been studied. The aufiatoxine-B1, which is known to be the most abundant components of auflatoxines in the nature, was labelled by radioactive iodine-125 through an acid catalyst chloroamine-T procedure. The radiochemical yield was amounted to 63.6%. The chemical structure of the labelled product was proved to be 6-iodo 5-methoxy coumarine structure of auflatoxine-B1 molecule by means of I.R. and N.M.R. spectroscopy. The labelled product was orally administered in a test animal (Rat) and examined the accumnulation of radioactivity in the body at the definite time interval. The accumnulation of the radioactivity was pronounced at the blood and the liver. There was no indication of the decomposition of auflatcxine-B1-125I in the organs of the test animal. $quot;

Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP), known as hyperergic leukocytoclastic vasculitis, is characterized by various associated signs and symptoms primarily involving the skin, the gastrointestinal tract, the kidneys, the joints, and the nervous system. The hallmark of the disease is the rash, beginning as pinkish maculopapules. Arthritis is usually localized to the knees and ankles and appears to be concomitant with edema. Edema and damage to the vasculature of the gastrointestinal tract may also lead to intermittent abdominal pain that is often colicky in nature. Renal involvement occurs in 25-50% of children The pathogenesis of HSP remains poorly understood, but it is postulated that an unknown antigenic stimulus causes elevation of circulating IgA and that complement activation leads to necrotizing vasculitis It typically occurs after infection of the upper respiratory tract. However, a wide variety of different conditions may also be involved. Recent reports have described an association between Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection of the gastric mucosa and HSP, suggesting a possible pathogenetic relationship. We report patients with HSP who presented with HP infection tests are positive and discuss about that.
유방의 과립구성 육종으로 재발한 급성 골수성 백혈병 1 례

Granulocytic sarcoma is a malignant neoplasm composed of poorly differentiated cells of the myelogenous series. Granulocytic sarcoma are reported in 3.1-9.1% of patients with myelogenous leukemia and occur concomitantly, following or rarely antedating the onset of leukemia. Granulocytic sarcomas can occur at various sites of the body and frequently at multiple sites. Involvement of the breast is uncommon. We experienced a case of acute myelogenous leukemia. 12 months earlier, she was diagnosed as acute myelogenous leukemia(M2) and acheived complete remission with KSPHOG ANL regimen. The patient was treated with KSPHOG ANL regimen without radiation therapy. An 20th day, left breast lesion disappeared and complete remission was obtained.
반하(Pinellia ternata) Lectin의 정제 및 특성

반하(Pinellia ternata) 뿌리를 $4^{\circ}C$에서 생리식염수로 추출한 후 hydroxyapatite 및 CM-cellulose column chromatography에 의하여 순수한 단백질의 lectin을 분리 정제하였다. Sephadex G-100 gel 여과법을 통하여 측정한 바 lectin의 분자량은 약 160,000이었으며 glycoprotein이 아니며 subunit도 없는 monomer로 존재하고 있는 순수한 단백질이었다. 본 lectin은 사람의 적혈구(A,B,O형)와는 아무런 응집반응도 일으키지 않으나 토끼나 생쥐 또는 흰쥐와 같은 동물들의 적혈구와는 응집반응을 일으키는 특성을 가지고 있었다. 응집반응이 일어나는 pH의 범위는 4.5~9.0이며 흰쥐에 있어서 최적pH 는 7.0~7.2였다. 응집반응에는 2가 양이온이 관여하지 않았으며 반응을 저해하는 "당"도 발견되지 않았다. 본 lectin은 열에 대한 안정도가 높아서 $100^{\circ}C$에서 25분 정도 처리하여야 응집성이 소실되었다. In order to study the chemical characteristics of Banha (Pinellia ternata) lectin, the lectin was extracted from Banha roots using saline method at $4^{\circ}C$ and purified by hydroxyapatite and CM-cellulose column chromatography. The purity of Banha lectin was ascertained by Davis and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and double gel diffusion method. The molecular weight of purified lectin was estimated as 160,000 by the method of Sephadex G-100 gel filtration. The lectin was certainly a pure monomeric nonglycoprotein having no subunit. In the hemagglutination test for the lectin, hemagglutination was not observed in the human erythrocytes (A,B,O) even by treatment with trypsin. The lectin, however, reacted with erythrocytes of animals such as rabbit, mouse and rat, and showed a hemagglutination phenomena. Hemagglutination occured at pH range from 4.5 to 9.0 and the optimal range was from 7.0 to 7.2. For the agglutination, divalent cations were not required and no monosaccahride was found to be a inhibitor. The lectin had a strong thermal stability and thus its agglutinating ability was eventually lost after being treated at $100^{\circ}C$ for 25 minutes.
