Nowadays a brand economy is a mainstream of modern economy and a brand equity has become the most important intangible asset of companies. Therefore, a brand image as a core of the brand equity is one of the important research topics in the field of marketing. In recent years, some researches for the impact of brand image on customers’ satisfaction and loyalty have been explored. Until now the industry research has been involved in only hotels, shopping malls and other areas of service brand industry. This paper mainly studies the effects of brand image on customer perceived value and brand loyalty among Chinese customers. It also explores whether or not there are meditating effects of customer perceived value in the relationship between brand image and brand loyalty. Theoretical research and questionnaires are applied, and by using SPSS/AMOS 21.0 a statistical analysis is done and the results are obtained as following. First, the three dimensions of the sports shoes brand image, namely a corporate image, product image, user image, have a positive impact on customer perceived value and brand loyalty. Second, customer perceived value shows a meditating effects in the relationship between brand image and brand loyalty. Finally, customer perceived value has a positive influence on brand loyalty. According to empirical study results, this paper provides some suggestions for sport shoes companies when they construct their brand image: i) Improving employees’ corporate responsibility; ii) Optimizing shoes design to establish good product image; iii) Searching for some suitable product spokesperson to create good user image; iv) Improving the service quality of retail stores to gain more customer satisfaction.
예비 창업자의 심리적 특성과 창업 교육이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 예비창업자의 심리적 특성과 창업 교육이 실제 창업 의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하고 있다. 특히, 선행 연구에서 예비창업자의 심리적 특성으로 사용한 통제의 위치, 위험감수성향, 성취욕구, 모호성 수용 등의 변수 외에 최근 들어 주목 받고 있는 창의성 등 심리적 특성이 종속 변수인 창업 의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구모형의 검증을 위해 대전, 충청지역에서 창업교육을 이수한 예비창업자 125명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고 SPSS 14.0을 이용해 선형회귀분석을 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 예비창업자의 심리적 특성 중 모호성 수용을 제외한 통제의 위치, 위험감수성향, 성취욕구, 창의성은 창업의지에 있어 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절변수로서, 창업교육 만족도는 예비창업자의 심리적 특성과 창업의지에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났지만, 위험감수성향에 있어서는 조절의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between prospective entrepreneurs psychologic characteristics and their entrepreneurship's will. Based on the previous works, the creation is added to the prospective entrepreneurs psychologic characteristics including locus of control, risk-taking intention, need for achievement, and ambiguity tolerance. Also, to find the effect of satisfaction with entrepreneurship education between the prospective entrepreneurs psychologic characteristics and their entrepreneurship's will, the satisfaction with entrepreneurship education is set to control parameters at this work. This study was carried out by surveying 124 prospective entrepreneurs in Daejeon and around Chunchung Province in South Korea. Through the statistical analysis by using SPSS 14.0, the following results and implications were derived; An interpretation of the results reveals that first, prospective entrepreneurs psychological characteristics have a significant effect on their will to inaugurate. However there are a number of prospective entrepreneurs who perceive ambiguity as an undesirable element under uncertain circumstances. Secondly, entrepreneurs education satisfaction as a control parameter does not have any effect on prospective entrepreneurs' psychologic characteristics or will to inaugurate.
소아의 급성 특발성 혈소판 감소성 자반증에서 ABO 혈액형에 따른 정주용 면역 글로불린의 치료 효과

Purpose: Idiopathic or immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) is a common childhood illness characterized by thrombocytopenia secondary to shortened platelet survival. Medical therapy includes corticosteroids, intravenous immune globulin (IVIG), and IV Rho(D) immunoglobulin (anti-D). Individuals with Rh-negative blood generally do not respond to treatment with anti-D, but little information is currently available regarding the potential relationship between blood type and response to IVIG. This study was designed to characterize the relationship between ABO and Rh blood type and the response to IVIG in children and adolescents with newly diagnosed ITP. Patients and Method: A retrospective chart review was performed for 31 patients with newly diagnosed ITP initially treated with IVIG by the Department of Pediatrics at Soonchunhyang University Hospital in Seoul and Chunan, Korea. Results: There were no significant differences in response rate or clinical outcome by ABO blood group in children with ITP who received IVIG monotherapy as their initial treatment. However we could not evaluate the effect of Rh type on the reponse to IVIG because our all patients were Rh positive. Conclusion: ABO blood group does not appear to be prognostic factors when IVIG monotherapy is the initial treatment for childhood ITP.
반하(Pinellia ternata) Lectin의 정제 및 특성

반하(Pinellia ternata) 뿌리를 $4^{\circ}C$에서 생리식염수로 추출한 후 hydroxyapatite 및 CM-cellulose column chromatography에 의하여 순수한 단백질의 lectin을 분리 정제하였다. Sephadex G-100 gel 여과법을 통하여 측정한 바 lectin의 분자량은 약 160,000이었으며 glycoprotein이 아니며 subunit도 없는 monomer로 존재하고 있는 순수한 단백질이었다. 본 lectin은 사람의 적혈구(A,B,O형)와는 아무런 응집반응도 일으키지 않으나 토끼나 생쥐 또는 흰쥐와 같은 동물들의 적혈구와는 응집반응을 일으키는 특성을 가지고 있었다. 응집반응이 일어나는 pH의 범위는 4.5~9.0이며 흰쥐에 있어서 최적pH 는 7.0~7.2였다. 응집반응에는 2가 양이온이 관여하지 않았으며 반응을 저해하는 "당"도 발견되지 않았다. 본 lectin은 열에 대한 안정도가 높아서 $100^{\circ}C$에서 25분 정도 처리하여야 응집성이 소실되었다. In order to study the chemical characteristics of Banha (Pinellia ternata) lectin, the lectin was extracted from Banha roots using saline method at $4^{\circ}C$ and purified by hydroxyapatite and CM-cellulose column chromatography. The purity of Banha lectin was ascertained by Davis and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and double gel diffusion method. The molecular weight of purified lectin was estimated as 160,000 by the method of Sephadex G-100 gel filtration. The lectin was certainly a pure monomeric nonglycoprotein having no subunit. In the hemagglutination test for the lectin, hemagglutination was not observed in the human erythrocytes (A,B,O) even by treatment with trypsin. The lectin, however, reacted with erythrocytes of animals such as rabbit, mouse and rat, and showed a hemagglutination phenomena. Hemagglutination occured at pH range from 4.5 to 9.0 and the optimal range was from 7.0 to 7.2. For the agglutination, divalent cations were not required and no monosaccahride was found to be a inhibitor. The lectin had a strong thermal stability and thus its agglutinating ability was eventually lost after being treated at $100^{\circ}C$ for 25 minutes.
