The Internet of Things, the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is growing by incorporating various technologies into various fields. Among them, smart home systems that apply IoT technology to home environments are being actively studied. The home hub market, a means of communication for smart homes, is also developing at the same time. As the home hub market develops, security threats are also increasing accordingly. In this paper, 'Smart Home Mirror' is implemented by combining mirror and IoT technologies so that users can use them to communicate with smart home applications and other devices. To meet security issues, users in it are recognized by using face recognition technology and AES between all data communications in it is applied. The proposed device’s usefulness is approved by implementing it in smart home environments.

Conditions for processing dried condiments with bloody clam were investigated. The enzymatic hydrolysis for 1 hour was more profitable than hydrothermal extraction to develop flavoring matters from bloody clam. As a result of omission tests, nucleotides were predominated in the taste compounds of bloody clam hydrolysates rather than free amino acids, and the contribution of nucleotides and free amino acids to the taste of bloody clam hydrolysates was remarkable. The major flavoring components of bloody clam hydrolysates were free amino acids and oligopeptides below 500 dalton. When bloody clam hydrolysates were separated with membrane(molecular weight cutoff 500 dalton) for recovering flavor, recovering yields of amino type nitrogen were 92.4%. Proximate compositions of dried condiments prepared with protease hydrolyzed bloody clam were moisture content 3.6%, total nitrogen were 71.2% amino nitrogen were 47.8%. And drying yield, solubility and absorption rates at Aw 0.88 were 21.4%. 86.3% and 6.6%, respectively.

본 논문에서 제시한 32비트 테스트 코어는 기존의 ARM과 같은 32비트 RISC 코어를 대신하여 JTAG 및 코어브레이커의 회로 테스트를 위하여 고안되었다. 테스트 코어는 디버깅유닛을 바꾸어가며 재이식(retargetable) 가능하게 사용될 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다. 회로 합성 결과 하드웨어는 ARM과 비교하여 33% 정도의 게이트를 가진다. 테스트 코어는 보다 높은 디버깅 성능을 위해 다중로드(multiple load; LDMA)와 다중저장(multiple store; STMA)명령을 추가하였으며 단일로드(single load; LDR) 또는 단일저장(single store; STR)명령들에 비해 64% 정도의 처리시간 단축을 나타내었다. A 32bit RISC type core is designed to replace full processors for testing JTAG and core breaker modules. It is retargetable and can be utilized to test a debugging unit. The design uses about 33% of gates with respect to a fully designed ARM7. It has instructions, multiple load or store(LDMA, STMA), for debugging purposes. Simulation result shows that they reduce the execution time about 64% with respect to processors having a single load or store(LDR, STR) instruction.

떫은감 품종의 하나인 등시를 이용하여 감장아찌 제조 중 과육의 이화학적 변화를 조사한 결과, 염도 변화는 저농도 간장 및 된장 침지의 경우 다소 완만한 증가를 보였고, 고농도의 간장 및 된장 침지의 경우 침지 기간내내 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 간장 침지액 감장아찌의 경도는 간장 및 된장 모두 20-80% 농도에서는 침지 초기에는 증가하다가 침지 기간이 경과할수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 간장 침지 감장아찌의 색도 변화는 저장기간이 경과할수록 명도가 낮아지는 경향이었고, 적색도와 황색도는 침지액 농도를 달리하였을 경우 농도가 낮을수록, 침지 기간이 길어질수록 높았으며, 침지액 농도에 따른 차이는 크지 않았다. 침지액의 간장 및 된장의 농도를 달리하였을 때 감장아찌 중의 탄닌함량의 변화는 모든 침지액 농도에서 침지 기간이 지속될수록 탄닌의 함량은 저장 초기에 서서히 감소되다가 침지 기간이 길어질수록 급격히 감소하였으며, 첨가량에 따른 탄닌함량의 변화폭은 크지 않았다. 침지액의 간장 및 된장의 농도를 달리하였을 때 감과육에 존재하는 연화효소인 polygalacturonase와 pectinesterase 활성 변화는 간장침지 및 된장침지 모두 침지 초기부터 효소활성이 증가하기 시작하였으며 침지 기간이 경화할수록 효소활성은 더욱 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었고, 침지액의 농도가 높아질수록 효소활성이 억제되었다. Changes of physicochemical properties during the preparation of persimmon pickles were investigated. The salinity in persimmon pickles increased during storage time (0~50 days) with soy sauce and soy paste. When the fermented soy sauce and soy paste was added to the soaking solution with 80~100%, the salinity increased more rapidly. The hardness of persimmon pickles with soy sauce and soy paste was slightly increased up to the 20 or 30th day of storage and then decreased. L value of persimmon pickles was gradually decreased, but a and b value were slightly increased. The concentration of soluble tannin in persimmon pickles was slightly decreased down to the 20th day of storage and then decreased rapidly. The activities of polygalacturonase and pectinesterase as softening enzyme in persimmon pickles with soy sauce and soy paste increased during storage time (0-50 days) and enzyme activity was inhibited by high concentration of soaking solution.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease associated with a combination of synovium joint inflammation, synovium hyperplasia, and destruction of cartilage and bone. Oleanolic acid acetate (OM), a com-pound isolated from Vigna angularis, has been known to possess pharmacological activities, including anti-intlarnmetion and anti-bone destruction. In this study, we investigated the effects of OM on RA and the under-lying mechanisms of action by using a type-II collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mouse model and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-a-stimulated RA synovial fibroblasts. Oral administration of OM decreased the clinical arthritis symptoms, paw thickness, histologic and radiologic changes, and serum total and anti-type II collagen IgG, IgG1, and IgG2a levels. OAA administration reduced Th1 (fh17 phenotype CD4+ T lymphocyte expansions and in-flarnrnarory cytokine productions in T cell activated draining lymph nodes and spleen, OAA reduced the expres-sion and production of inflammatory mediators, such as cytokines and matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-1/3, in the ankle joint tissue and RA synovial fibroblasts by down-regulating Akt, mitogen-activated protein kinases, and nuclear factor-KB. Our results clearly support that OAA plays a therapeutic role in RA pathogenesis by modulating helper T cell immune responses and matrix-degrading enzymes. The immunosuppressive effects of OAA were comparable to dexamethasone and ketoprofen. We provide evidences that OM could be a potential therapeutic candidate for RA.
