        중국 금융지주회사의 발전, 문제점 및 감독관리에 관한 연구 - “금융지주회사감독관리시행방법”에 대한 평가를 겸하여-

        2008년 글로벌 금융위기 직후 중국은 거시적 건전성 감독구조를 부단히 개선하고 있고 금융감독체제 개혁을 안정적으로 추진하고 있는 배경하에서 2020년 9월 11일, “금융지주회사감독관리시행방법”을 정식 공포하였다. 당해 방법의 공포는 필요하고 또한 불가피한 것이었다. “금융지주회사감독관리시행방법”은 거시적 건전성 감독 이념을 반영하였으며 거시적 건전성 감독, 철저한 감독, 조화적 감독 등 3대원칙을 명확히 하여 금융지주회사의 건전한 발전을 보장하는데 도움이 된다. “금융지주회사감독관리시행방법”은 감독 메커니즘, 설립과 진입허가, 금융지주회사 관리와 주식소유구조, 리스크 감독 등 구체적 제도면에서 실질적인 개선을 가져 왔다. 하지만 “금융지주회사감독관리시행방법”은 금융지주회사의 적용범위, 유형별 감독 및 감독의 중점과 기준, 주주가중책임, 시장퇴출시스템, 국제협력 등 면에서 여전히 미흡하다. 금융지주회사에 대한 감독을 개선하기 위해서는 아래와 같은 측면을 고려하여야 한다. 즉 금융지주회사의 정의(定義)를 개선하여 “금융지주회사감독관리시행방법”의 적용주체를 명확히 하고, 금융지주회사의 유형을 구체화하는 동시에 유형별로 차별화 되는 감독을 진행하며, 금융지주회사에 대한 금융지주회사 주주의 가중책임 및 금융지주회사의 피지배금융기관에 대한 가중책임을 강화하고, 금융지주회사의 시장퇴출시스템을 개선하며, 금융지주회사의 감독에 대한 국제협력을 강화해야 한다. Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008, China has continuously improved the macro-prudential regulatory framework and steadily promoted the reform of the financial regulatory system. On September 11, 2020, the “Trial Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Financial Holding Companies” was officially released. The promulgation of the regulations is necessary and inevitable. The “Trial Measures for the Supervision and Management of Financial Holding Companies” embodies the concept of following macro-prudential management and clarifies the three principles of macro-prudential management, penetrating supervision, and coordinated supervision, which are beneficial to guarantee the healthy development of financial holding companies. The “Trial Measures for the Supervision and Management of Financial Holding Companies” have made substantial breakthroughs in specific systems such as regulatory mechanisms, establishment and access permits, corporate governance and equity institutions, and risk supervision and management. However, the “Trial Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Financial Holding Companies” still have deficiencies in the scope of application of financial holding companies, typed supervision and supervision priorities and standards, increased shareholder responsibilities, market exit mechanisms, and international cooperation. In practice, the supervision of financial holding companies should be continuously promoted by improving the definition of financial holding companies to clarify the applicable subjects of the “Trial Measures for the Supervision and Management of Financial Holding Companies”, refine the types of financial holding companies, implement type-differentiated supervision, and strengthen financial holdings. The company’s shareholders have intensified the financial holding company and the financial holding company’s increased responsibilities to the shareholders of the holding institution, improved the financial holding company’s market exit mechanism, and strengthened international cooperation in the supervision of financial holding companies.

        Experimental Study on the Damage of Steel Tubular Structural Components by Near-Field Detonations

        This paper describes three blast-loading trials on three kinds of steel tubular structural components at the same explosive charge and standoff distance. Specimen one is a hollowsteel tube (HST), another is a HST wrapped with glass fibre-reinforced plastic (GFRP) with epoxy resin and the third is a HST infilled with concrete. The main objective of the trials is to investigate the effect of near-field detonations on circular steel tubular components. The experimental data, such as the overpressure time history, front local deformation, rear residual deflection and strain time history, are all recorded and collected. Analysis of the trial results shows that the experimental peak overpressure values of shot 1-3 are all larger than that of numerical simulation. The failure of these three specimens mainly experiences local damage, at the same time, the HST and HST with GFRP exhibit obvious global deformation. With the initiation point at one end of the cylinder explosive, both the maximum depth deformation on the front surface and the maximum residual deflection on the rear surface are all located on the side of the another end of the cylinder explosive. The blast-resistant approach by covering 10-layer GFRP on the surface of the HST can reduce the local damage, the global deformationand the dynamic strain value to certain extent, while the approach by infilling the steel tube with concrete can greatly decrease the local damage and the dynamic strain value and without any global deformation.

        Underlying mechanisms of phosphodiesterase 10A and glutamate-ammonia ligase genes that regulate inosine monophosphate deposition and thereby affect muscle tenderness in Jingyuan chickens

        Objective: Inosine monophosphate (IMP) is a key factor that imparts of meat flavor. Differences in the IMP content in the muscles were evaluated to improve chicken meat quality. Methods: For this study, the IMP content was detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The gene expression profiles of Jingyuan chickens with different feeding patterns and different sexes were analyzed by RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq). Results: Breast muscle IMP content in free-range chickens was extremely significantly higher than that of caged chickens (p<0.01). Breast muscle IMP content in hens was also higher than that of cocks, but the difference was not significant. Correlation analysis showed that the breast muscle IMP content in caged hens and cocks was negatively correlated with the shear force, and the breast muscle IMP content in free-range hens was significantly negatively correlated with the shear force (p<0.05). The two key genes associated with IMP synthesis in chickens with different feeding patterns were glutamate-ammonia ligase (GLUL) and phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A). Bioinformatics analysis revealed that the GLUL and PDE10A genes are involved in glutamine biosynthesis and purine salvage pathways respectively. In addition, GLUL expression was positively correlated with the IMP content in caged and free-range chickens, and PDE10A expression was significantly positively correlated with the IMP content in caged and free-range chickens (p<0.05). Conclusion: These findings will facilitate the comprehension of the deposition of IMP in the muscles and thereby aid the process of selection and breeding of good quality local chickens.

        A potential red-emitting phosphor with high color-purity for near-UV light emitting diodes

        New red tungstates phosphors, Na5La1-xLnx(WO4)4 (Ln = Eu, Sm) and Na5Eu1-xSmx(WO4)4, were prepared by solid-state reaction technique. And their structure and photo-luminescent properties were investigated. The introduction of Sm3+ broadened the excitation band around 400 nm of the phosphors,and strengthened the red emission. And the possible energy transfer process from Sm3þ to Eu3+ is discussed. The single red LED was fabricated by combining InGaN chip with Na5Eu0.94Sm0.06(WO4)4 as red phosphor, intense red light can be observed by naked eyes. Then the phosphor Na5Eu0.94Sm0.06(WO4)4 may be a good candidate for red component of near-UV InGaN-based W-LEDs,because of efficient red-emitting with broadened absorption around 400 nm and appropriate CIE chromaticity coordinates (x = 0.65, y = 0.34).

        Response of sheep rumen fermentation and microbial communities to feed infected with the endophyte Epichloë gansuensis as evaluated with rumen-simulating technology

        Achnatherum inebrians, a perennial grass, is widely distributed in China. When infected by the endophyte Epichloë gansuensis, A. inebrians produces an abundance of alkaloids that enhance plant survival but are toxic to animals. Here we used in vitro fermentation to study the impact of endophyte- infected A. inebrians (E+) addition on rumen fermentation characteristics and on microbial community and diversity as assessed with amplicon sequencing technology. We examined E+ addition at five levels, E0, E25, E50, E75, and E100, corresponding to 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the fermentation substrate, respectively. Both the fermentation characteristics and rumen microbial community structure differed significantly among treatments. E100 resulted in the highest values for pH, the Shannon index, Kiritimatiellaeota, and Lentisphaerae levels relative to the other treatments. In contrast, E25 was associated with higher levels of ammonia nitrogen, total volatile fatty acid, propionate, butyrate, isobutyrate, valerate, of the phyla Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes, and of the genus Prevotella_1, Succiniclasticum, Family_XIII_AD3011_group, Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group, Prevotellaceae_UCG-001, and Pyramidobacter as compared with other treatments. E50 resulted in the greatest values for the abundance-based coverage estimator (ACE) and the Chao1 index as compared with other treatments. E0 resulted in the greatest values for digestibility of dry matter, gas production, acetate, and Ruminobacter as compared with other treatments. This approach avoided animal toxicity experiments and confirmed that rumen fermentation characteristics and rumen microbiota were affected by E+ toxin. Therefore, E25 showed higher abundance in Prevotella_1, Prevotellaceae_ UCG-001, and Lachnospiraceae_XPB1014_group that implied they should play significant roles in E+ alkaloids degradation. And then, we can infer that rumen microorganisms should function as an antidote with respect to this poisoning reaction at moderate dietary percentages of E+.

        Genome-wide association study of gastric adenocarcinoma in Asia: a comparison of associations between cardia and non-cardia tumours

        <P>Objective Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) of gastric cancer have reported differences in single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) associations for tumour subtypes, particularly when divided by location into the gastric cardia versus the non-cardia. Design Here we present results for a GWAS using 2350 East Asian gastric cancer cases divided as 1189 gastric cardia and 1027 gastric non-cardia cases and 2708 controls. We also included up to 3042 cardia cases, 4359 non-cardia cases and 7548 controls for replication from two Chinese studies and one Korean study. From the GWAS, we selected 12 top SNPs for each gastric cancer subtype, 4 top SNPs for total gastric cancer and 1 SNP in MUC1 for replication testing. Results We observed genome-wide significant associations for rs10074991 in PRKAA1 at 5p13.1 for cardia (p=7.36x10(-12)) and non-cardia cancers (p=2.42x10(-23)) with per allele OR (95% CI) for the combined endpoint of 0.80 (0.77 to 0.83). At 6p21.1, rs2294693 near UNC5CL was significantly associated with gastric non-cardia cancer risk (p=2.50x10(-8)), with OR (95% CI) of 1.18 (1.12 to 1.26), but there was only a nominal association for cardia cancer (p=1.47x10(-2)). We also confirmed a previously reported association for rs4072037 in MUC1 with p=6.59x10(-8) for total gastric cancer and similar estimates for cardia and non-cardia cancers. Three SNPs in PSCA previously reported to be associated with gastric non-cardia cancer showed no apparent association for cardia cancer. Conclusions Our results suggest that associations for SNPs with gastric cancer show some different results by tumour location in the stomach.</P>

      • Research on the Expert System of Mathematics Application Question Teaching

        In view of the automatic solution process of the elementary school mathematics application question, this article has carried on the research to the mathematics application question teaching expert system. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition and structure of the expert system. Then the system structure and function module of the mathematics application question teaching expert system design, gives a detailed description and design of information extraction module, application of rule base, application type library and application question solving process. In this paper, the application of the problem is divided into an integer one step calculation problem, the integer two steps to calculate the application and fractional scores of three parts of the application. At the same time, according to different types of applications, the structural characteristics of the analysis. According to the information extraction model and mathematical operation rules, the overall framework and function modules of the design mathematics teaching expert system are designed. And the realization process is studied. The research results show that the system can be used to demonstrate the solution of mathematical problems in detail. Help students to understand the application of the problem solving process. Make it better learn to know how to solve the problem. And it is helpful for teachers to easily understand method and carry on the teaching process. This also means that the system has practical application value. As a bridge between mathematical theory and practice, mathematical application problems have become more and more important in the implementation of mathematical quality education. It is necessary to cultivate students' mathematics application consciousness and optimize the students' thinking quality. After leaving school, every student can still think about problems and solve the problem mathematically. In consequence, pay more attention to the teaching of application problems, make the cultivation of the consciousness of "use" of mathematics throughout the whole high school stage, and integrate training students' ability of solving mathematics application question into daily teaching, which is conductive to promote the development of students' mathematical innovation, stimulate mathematics learning interest, and improve internal drive of mathematics learning. In our country, many middle school mathematics teachers have carried on the thorough research on the mathematics application problems teaching, which also has made some progress. However, there are still a lot of mistakes in the application teaching in the daily used system. In particular, the college entrance examination still has its influences, teaching material adjustment is not in place, how to teach the application problems plays a crucial role in the overall implementation of the quality education reform.

        Selective methanation of carbon monoxide over Ru-based catalysts in H2-rich gases

        A series of Ru/Al2O3 methanation catalysts containing 0.5–5.0% Ru were prepared by impregnation. This study was designed to investigate the optimization conditions and catalytic activities for the selective methanization of carbon monoxide in hydrogen-containing streams, by use of a catalytically active composition which comprises ruthenium as the active component and a support material based on aluminum oxide. The properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD, TG and SEM technique. A number of laboratory experiments were performed to clarify the influence of process parameters (Ru loading, calcinations temperature, space velocity and chlorine ions content) on the activities of catalysts. The experimental results showed that the application of ultrasound impregnation could significantly decrease impregnation time and improve the activity of catalyst. The optimum process preparation conditions for these factors were found to be space velocity 3000 h1, calcination temperature 400 8C and 2% Ru loading, respectively. Under these conditions, the CO conversion and CH4 selectivity were 97.2% and 83.3%. The catalyst washed with deionized water and diluted ammonia not only removed chlorine, but also improved the catalytic activity. Overall, the catalyst showed high performance at optimization preparation conditions, and its activity was maintained after 4320 min. It was a promising candidate for utilizing H2-rich gas to produce methane at a wide temperature window.

        Define of Optimal Addition Period of Osteogenic Peptide to Accelerate the Osteogenic Differentiation of Human Pluripotent Stem Cells

        Background: The addition of growth factiors is commonly applied to improve the osteogenic differentiation of stem cells. However, for human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), their complex differentiation processes result in the unknown effect at different stages. In this study, we focused on the widely used bone forming peptide-1 (BFP-1) and investigated the effect and mechanisms of its addition on the osteogenic induction of hPSCs as a function of the supplementation period. Methods: Monolayer-cultured hPSCs were cultured in osteogenic induction medium for 28 days, and the effect of BFP-1 peptide addition at varying weeks was examined. After differentiation for varying days (0, 7, 14, 21 and 28), the differentiation efficiency was determined by RT–PCR, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, and alizarin red staining assays. Moreover, the expression of marker genes related to germ layers and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) was investigated at day 7. Results: Peptide treatment during the first week promoted the generation of mesoderm cells and mesenchymal-like cells from hiPSCs. Then, the upregulated expression of osteogenesis marker genes/proteins was detected in both hESCs and hiPSCs during subsequent inductions with BFP-1 peptide treatment. Fortunately, further experimental design confirmed that treating the BFP-1 peptide during 7–21 days showed even better performance for hESCs but was ineffective for hiPSCs. Conclusion: The differentiation efficiency of cells could be improved by determining the optimal treatment period. Our study has great value in maximizing the differentiation of hPSCs by adding osteogenesis peptides based on the revealed mechanisms and promoting the application of hPSCs in bone tissue regeneration.
