        The purpose of this paper is development of the most suitable backfill material which increases thermal stability and decreases thermal resistances for increasing capacity of the transmission of electricity. In order to proceed this study, the sand which recently was used as backfill material and the stone dust as single material for most suitable backfill material was chosen and experiments on thermal character and basic soil properties were proceeded for appreciating stability and economical efficiency. As a result of this study, natural moisture content of stone dust was higher than that of sand and porosity of stone dust and thermal resistance of stone dust was lower than that of sand. Then the stone dust are expected to increase capacity of the transmission of electricity. In point of stability, because total strain of pipe was within allowed strain, two materials are expected to ensure against risks. Stone dust is considered as useful backfill materials by contributing great economical efficiency, because a price of stone dust is half to the sand.

      • 광대역 입력신호를 위한 선형 트랜스컨덕터와 Multiplier의 설계

        The linear transconductor and analog four-quadrant multiplier are designed. The DDA(differential difference amplifier) of new active component can be improved matching problems of external elements in op-amp application circuits. We have designed transconductor which have excellent linearity and is the most important block in DDA. And analog four-quadrant multiplier is designed using the designed transconductor and MOSIS 2㎛ design rule. We are simulated the linear transconductor and analog multiplier by SPICE program.

      • 마이크로스트립 지연선 여파기에 관한 연구

        일반적으로 LPA에서는 위상을 조정하기 위해 매우 긴 지연선을 필요로 한다. 지연성능은 고전력이나 저전력 모두에서 임의의 길이의 동축선로를 여러번의 과정을 거쳐 적용해봄으로써 구현된다. 그러나 동축선로형 지연선은 부피나 높은 삽입손실등의 제약이 많이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 형태의 지연선 대역통과 여파기를 설계하였고, 실험결과는 지연선여파기가 동축선로를 대신하여 LPA 시스템에 적용이 가능함을 보였다.

      • Si-Schottky障壁型의 大陽電池 製作에 관한 硏究

        The characteristics of these Si-schottky barrier type and Heterojunction type solar cells are as follows; 1. SnO_2/n-Si Heterojunction Solar Cells Fabricated by Spray Pyrolysis Method SnO_2 film were deposited on the (100) or (111) surface of Si single crystal by the spray pyrolysis method. The best SnO_2/n-Si solar cell has a good performance, with an open-circult voltage: Voc.=0.45V, short circuit current: Isc.=35.5㎃, fill factor: FF.=0.64, and conversion efficiency: η=10.2% under 98㎽/㎠ irradiation of AMl. The spray pyrolysis described in this paper is simple and suitable for mass production. One possibility for cost reduction lies in this method of junction fabrication, and the idea of simply deposited SnO_2/n-Si junction is, at first sight, very attractive. Hence the SnO_2/n-Si Solar Cell and the effectiveness of this method may be of great value in some future production of low-cost solar cells. 2. In_2O_3: Sn Heterojunction Solar Cells Fabricated by Spray Pyrolitic Method Highly conductive and transparent thin films of In_2O_3: Sn (ITO) are fabricated by spray pyrolytic method. The parameters of these thin films are as follows: resistivity ρ = 1.5×10 exp (-3) Ω·㎝, carrier concentration n = 7.5×10 exp (19) cm^-3, mobility μ = 55.5 ㎠/V·sec and transmission 85-90% over visible and long wave-length region. These thin films have simple cubic system with lattice constant 10.2Å. In_2O_3: Sn/n-Si heterojunction solar cells are fabricated, depositing In_2O_3: Sn (ITO) thin films on n-Si substrates with orientation(100) and resistively 2-3Ω, ㎝ by spray pyrolitic method. Under AMl sunlight simulator, the parameters of the excellent cell obtained has open-circuit voltage Voc=0.52V, short-circuit current I_sc=39.0㎃, fill factor: F.F=0.60 and conversion efficiencyη=12.1%. 3. Al/p-Si MOS Solar Cells Fabricated by Vacuum Evaporation Method Al/p-Si MOS solar cells, consisting of Al on P-tupe silicon with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2 have been found to have good light conversion efficiency for solar radiation. The effects of the oxide layer thickness between metal and substrate were investigated. Under AMl simulated sunlight illumination the best cell has open circuit voltage Voc=0.50V, short-circuit current I_sc=26.3㎃/㎠, fill-factor FF=0.70 and conversion efficiency η=9.2%. 4. Cr-Cu/P-Si MOS Solar Cells Fabricated by Vacuum Evaporation Method Cr-Cu/p-Si MOS Solar cells, consisting of Cr-Cu on p-type silicon with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2 have been found to have good light conversion efficiency for solar radiation. The effects of the oxide layer thickness between metal and substrate were investigated. Under AMl simulated sunlight illumination the best cell has open circuit voltage Voc=0.49V, short-circuit current I_sc=26.4㎃, fill-factor: FF=0.72 and conversion efficiency η=9.3%.

      • 地域經濟活性化를 위한 農村市場開發에 관한 硏究 : 忠南 禮山地域市場을 中心으로

        Since the first year economic development plan, imblanced development of national territory during the economic development process has aggravated remarkable disparity between urban and rural areas. For this reason, this study introduced the development of rural market as one of the development strategies of regional economic to correct the imblance and relieve regional disparity. The purpose of this study were to look into the present situation of traditional rural market and to analyze the problems for the rural development in view of the current road situations in the rural areas and status of marketing facilities in market center and to measure the degree of rural area people's satisfaction to the rural market and to suggest the development plan of activating for rural market center. To collect data, the Yesan Gun rural market were selected and a total of 591 residents and 178 merchants were sampled as final subjects of survey. Interview and/or questionnaire method was the main method of data collection. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1) The population of Yesan Gun has decreased 2.85 persons per year from in 1984, but the number of vehicles were increased 2.85 times than in 1989. And the parking capacity of Yesan Eup was only 129 vehicles which were below of the total vehicles of Yesan Gun area (14,352). The number of Yesan area markets were 8 markets which consisted of 1 permanent market and 7 periodic markets. But as the economy has been developed, the conditions of rural markets have been changing. That is, the role of periodic market tends to be weakened with the growth of large cities, reinforcement of permanent markets, development of traffic facilities, large production, preferring high quality goods. 3) Generally, the people of Yesan Gun were attached for purchasing the necessaries of life and comodities and farming materials to ① Yesan Eup ② Seoul ③ Chonan Shi ④ Hongsung gun ⑤ Daejeon Shi. 4) The degree of community people's satisfaction to the town market presented 26.6% which meaned higher than dissatisfaction(9.5%). And the degree of people's inconvenience of accessibility to market center by transferring of bus terminal presented 64.2% which meaned higher than average. 5) The degree of people's dissatisfaction of traffic system in Yesan gun area presented followings: the road networks(61.5%), parking facility(68%), bus route(54%). 6) By the survey of merchants of Yesan gun area, on the average, it showed followings: the size of store was 6-10 pyeong(40%), the type of enterprise was retail dealer(70.9%), and purchasing place was wholesale dealer from Seoul(51.8%). 7) And they thought that Yesan town market were too small(70.8%), and the diversifying of goods was not enough(35.5%). 8) The merchants of Yesan area showed that the degree of into venience to traffic system was 72.7% and its to parking facility was 83.3%. And they complained that community administration agency have not tried to activate market(79.1%). Based on the results of this study, the following recommendation were made for activating regional economy and community market. That is, it is to strengthen the economic function in community market so as to suffice the economic and social activities for settlement area as their living space. And it is necessary to improve the interrelationship of the central functions. 1) So, the accessibility between market center and its surrounding areas must be rised. ① the enforcing preferentially to pave the bus terminal and market center to link two place. ② the running of shuttle-bus two place every regular market day. ③ the widening and connecting the road to rise accessibility between market center and its surrounding area. ④ the enforcement of parking facility around market center. ⑤ the constructing marketing centered area as intergrated body of various marketing facilities in the adjacent site is the centered area planned to achieve efficient marketing. 2) The modernization and specialization market center facilities. 3) The strengthening of drawing surrounding area people into Yesan market center. So, the following recommended: ① the development of special products market ② inducing special projects ③ the development tour and leisure course drawing industrial facilities. 4) And it needs to enforce community people's local patriotism and to support community markets by administration agency.

        한국인 정신분열병 환자의 HLA-DQA1,HLA-DQB1 HLA-DRB1 대립유전자 빈도

        연구목적: 저자들은 PCR-SSOP 방법으로 한국인 정신분열병 환자에서 HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1 및 HLA- DRB1과 정신분열병의 감수성과의 상관성을 밝히고자 하였다. 방법: DSM-IV 에 의거하여 정신분열병으로 진단된 환자군 128명과 정상대조군 160명에 대해 polymerase chain reaction-sequence specifc oligonucleotide probes(PCR-SSOP) 방법을 이용하여 HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1, HLA-DRB1 대립유전자의 빈도를 분석하였다. 결과: HLA-DQB1□04는 환자군에서 14.6%로 정상대조군의 8.2%보다 높은 빈도를 보였고 (p=0.028), HLA-DRB1□14는 환자군에서 11.8%로 정상대조군으 5.5%보다 높았으며 (p=0.01), HLA-DRB□15는 환자군에서 2.0%로 정상대조군의 7.1%보다 낮은 빈도를 보였고(p=0.007), HLA-DRB□16은 환자군에서 1.6%로 정상대조군의 4.8%에 비해 유의하게 낮았다(p=0.043). 결론: 한국인 정신분열병 환자에서 HLA-DQB1□04와 HLA-DRB1□14S는 질병 발생의 감수성 인자로 작용을 하고, HLA-DRB1□15와 HLA-DRB1□16은 방어적인 역할을 할 수 있다고 할 수 있으나, 다른 인종에 관한 외국의 연구자들의 결과와는 상이한 양상을 보였다. Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between HLA-DQA1,HLA-DQB1 and HLA-DRB! alleles and disease susceptibility in Korean schizophrenic patients. Methods: HLA-DQA1, HLA-DQB1, and HLA-DRB! allele typing were performed using polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific oligonucleotide probes(PCR-SSOP) method in 128 Korean schizophrenic patients diagnosed by DSM-IV criteria, who were not blood-related, and 160 normal blood bank donors. Results: The HLA-DQB1□04 allele frequency was 14.6% in schizophrenic patients, which was significantly higher than that of normal controls which was 8.2%(p=0.028). HLA-DRB1□14 allele frequency was 11.8% in patients, which was also more frequent than that of normal controls which was 5.5%(p=0.01). HLA-DRB1□15 allele frequency was 2.0% in patients, which was significantly lower than that of normal controls which was 7.1%(p=0.007) and HLA-DRB1□16 allele frequency was 1.6% in patients, which was also lower than that of normal controls which was 4.8%(p=0.043). Conclusion: Schizophrenia in Korea had positive correlation with HLA-DQB1□04 and HLA-DRB1□14, and negative correlation with HLA-DRB1□15 and HLA-DRB1□16. These findings support the association of the HLA-DQB1 and HLA-DRB1 with schizophrenia in Korean population, which was different from other study results in other different ethnic groups.
