        구비설화에 형상화된 여성 억압의 양상과 비판 의식 : <강피 훑는 여자> 유형을 중심으로

        <떡보와 사신> 설화와 민중적 지식의 가치

        The existing research on <Ddeok-bo and Chinese envoy> is as follows. The character personality of the main character, Ddeok-bo, is a boo for the interest. He is a symbol of the people who look foolish but have amazing potential. Thus, the ending of this story is interpreted as a chance luck story that results in a victory over chance. This paper attempts to interpret this cause by focusing on several points that were not noticed in previous studies. First of all, the dispatch of a reaper of a large country is related to the extermination of talent of a small country. Such a messenger met and confronted in a space where the borderline river and the boat of commonality were combined. Ddeok-bo and Chinese envoy became a kind of common fate that they were able to exchange questions from each other. In addition, it was analyzed that Ddeok-bo had a lot of meta-knowledge related to rice cakes, and the Chinese envoy of the Great Powers had commonalities. Thus, this story was combined with the space of confrontation between river and ship, meta knowledge related to bread and Chinese knowledge, and resulted in objective contingency. Through this, we criticize the intolerance of the rulers' knowledge system while emphasizing the importance of talent. In addition, it can be seen that it is a work that contains narrative truth about the importance of people's knowledge and people's consciousness. <떡보와 사신> 이야기에 관한 기존 연구는 주인공 떡보에 대한인물 성격을 흥미 본위를 위한 우부(愚夫), 혹은 어리석어 보이지만 놀라운잠재력을 지닌 민중의 표상 등으로 설정하여, 이야기의 결말이 우연성에 기댄 승리로 귀결되는 우행담(偶幸談)으로 해석하는 방향으로 진행되어 왔다. 본고는 기존 연구에서 주목하지 않았던 몇 가지 지점을 중심으로 이 이야기를 새롭게 해석하고자 하였다. 우선 대국의 사신 파견이 소국의 인재 말살과 연관되어 있으며 그러한 사신을 경계성의 강과 공유성의 배가 결합된 공간에서 만나 대결함으로써 떡보와 사신은 일종의 공동운명체가 되어 상호적으로 동등한 입장에서 문답을 주고받을 수 있었음을 밝혔다. 또한 떡보는 떡과 관련된 메타 지식이 풍부한 인물이고 대국의 사신도 중화적 지식과 관련된 메타 지식이 풍부한 인물이라는 공통점을 지니고 있었음을 분석하였다. 따라서 이 이야기는 강과 배라는 대결의 공간, 떡과 중화적 지식과 관련되는 메타 지식 등이 결합하여 예상치 못한 효과를 발현하는 객관적 우연성으로 귀결되었던 것이다. 이를 통해 우리는, <떡보와 사신> 이야기는 인재의 중요성을 강조하면서도 지배자들이 지닌 지식 체계의 편협성을 비판하고 나아가 민중적 지식의 중요성과 민중 의식 등에 관한 설화적 진실을 내포한 작품임을 알 수 있다.

        부산지역 동제의 축문 연구 -­수사학적 특징을 중심으로­-

        The purpose of this study is to rhetorically analyze written prayers for Dong-Jae in Busan. For the purpose, this researcher investigated those prayers' characteristics in terms of ethos, logos and pathos. The written prayer is a means of communication between man and God. It is a part of Dong-Jae. Man delivers his message to God by reading the written prayer. Then God responds to man by delivering his message of divine language. Man use a linguistic expression like the written prayer to pray towards God, while the divine responds to man with a non-linguistic expression like 'well and ill'. In this respect, written prayers for Dong-Jae can be said each comprising parts for 'sender-message-receiver' or, rhetorically, 'ethos-logos-pathos'. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. In terms of ethos, first, those written prayers have lots of information. They contain lots of expressions regarding who the prayer is and his attitudes and behaviors. Those expressions are all polite in style. This is because man and God is not equal to each other. Man is inferior to God. If man as the lower being prays something to God as the higher one, expressions of politeness as mentioned above are most required. This is fulfilled in written prayers as analyzed here, too. Next, logos is associated with messages that man wants to deliver to God. The message has no decoration, metaphor and exaggeration. It consists largely of conventional expressions that can make man's wishes known by God most clearly and apparently. Words often found in written prayers, 'Gamsogowoo' meaningfully complies with lagos. In terms of pathos, finally, written prayers often contain expressions of praise. It is general that the written prayer praises a variety of God's abilities prior to describing man's wishes. In the written prayer, thus, expressions of praise are the representation of pathos. In fact, pathos is little or not found in written prayers for Dong-Jae in Busan. Even if those prayers contain expressions of praise, it is uncertain that the expressions are directly related to pathos. This needs to be further discussed. However, this study has some limitations. First, written prayers for Dong-Jae in Busan were compared with those in just a few regions. In order that characteristics of the former prayers can be meaningful and significant, they should be found quite different from those of such documents in many other regions. Second, the methodological validity of the study should be clearly determined. The study is methodologically based on rhetoric. It is needed to further discuss whether rhetoric is truly appropriate for analyzing written prayers.

        민요 사설에 형상화된 동물에 대한 인식

        The ultimate goal of this paper will be to investigate the animality which has become form in Korean folk song. From folk song the animal is divided with the breeding animal and the wild animals. The dog and cow etc, correspond to the breeding animal. And Bird and insect etc, correspond to the wild animals. On the basis of the available materials, I argue that relationship of the human being between the breeding animal is very variety. Folds but with the cow relationship of the same breeding animal and the human being with possession uses, and there is to relationship of familiarity. Leads the meat which is abundant the distance which will eat and the labor power which leads by the force which is powerful the human being occupies the cow and is a reason which is basic uses. The territory where folds is caused by with the instinct defending and possession use is encountering or in the human being. Birds and lice are the existence which eat the grain and the blood of the human being. Therefore they with the human being form the relationship of opposition. But the magpie and the pheasant with the human being with cooperation form the relationship of coexistence. The human being the small cymbal does to see the animal newly. Them only does not limit in the object of use and control instead of together to own privately, must recognize in the existence will be able to go with. But several questions merit discussion in this paper. This reading seems plausible, yet it requires further examination.
