This study investigate unofficial consignment as a part of collection device size of the customs duties arrears. Customs duties arrears is one of serious problems that Korea Customs Service has faced, there is no systematic incentive to prevent the customs duties arrears. So that the unofficial consignment obtain good results collection of customs duties arrears, the unofficial consignment carry forward following device : First, unofficial consignment company is under competent institutions because unofficial consignment company fulfill statutes, taxpayers right care, etc. Second, maximization collection of the customs duties arrears grant reasonable collection discretion for unofficial consignment company. Third, it need the foundation of computer system in order to classification, management, delivery for information of the customs duties arrears.

Growth analysis of Quercus mongolica and Juglans manshurica was carried out in Chungju experimental forest, Chungnam National University. Quercus mongolica stand is natural and Juglans manshurica stand is plantation. Average age is 67 and 25 years, respectively. Average tree of each species was selected and after diameter measuring disks were taken at 30㎝ from the ground. The number of annual rings were counted and ratio of root collar diameter(RCD) was calculated. Tree hight was estimated with the equation of root collar diameter and T-test was followed. Individual tree volume of each ages was computed with Smalian's equation and growth ratio of individual tree volume was calculated. Equation form of growth ratio was ??=(??-??)/?? × 100; ?? is growth ratio in %, ?? is RCD, Hight and volume in measuring in cm, m, ㎥, di is RCD, Hight and volume after n(=5) years from the time measured in cm, m, ㎥ and estimate equation of hight was H-??; H is tree hight in m, a is a constant, b is an exponent. Values of measurement and estimate was compared with T-test resulted with no significant difference at P≤0.05. Stand stock was 130.88㎥/ha in Quercus mongolica and 66.05㎥/ha in Juglans manshurica. Annual growth ratio of components were as follows in beginning five years; increment ratio of RCD was 118.45%, growth ratio of tree hight was 56.57%, growth ratio of tree volume was 3649.99% in Quercus mongolica, respectively and in Juglans manshurica, increment ratio of RCD was 189.41%, growth ratio of tree hight was 98.24%, growth ratio of tree volume was 8506.85% respectively. In recent five years, annual growth ratio of components were as follows; increment ratio of RCD was 2.88%, growth ratio of hight was 1.96%, growth ratio of tree volume was 8.52% in Quercus mongolica, respectively and in Juglans manshurica, increment ratio of RCD was 3.39%, growth ratio of hight was 2.49%, growth ratio of tree volume was 10.53% respectively. From the result of growth analysis, Annual growth ratio in beginning and recent five years were shown higher in plantation of Juglans manshurica than in Quercus mongolica in all part of RCD, hight and individual tree volume. We knew that the increment of individual tree volume depended upon the ratio of beginning growth. Therefore, the success of effective forest management relied upon if it could improve beginning growth and how long could it be continued to maintain the ratio of beginning growth.

This review of national and international randomized controlled trials of Salviae miltiorrhizae radix pharmacopuncture for lumbar herniated intervertebral discs was performed to assess its clinical efficacy. There were 5 online databases (PubMed, EMBASE, CNKI, NDSL, OASIS, and RISS) searched on June 1st, 2020. Studies were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were reviewed by risk of bias assessment. This review included 14 Chinese studies. The sample sizes ranged from 50 to 100. The numbers of treatments ranged from 20 to 30, with most patients receiving 20 treatments. The longest treatment periods were 10-15 and 15-20 days, of which each accounted for 29% of the studies. The most frequently used evaluation indices were the Japanese Orthopedic Association and the Visual Analog Scale scoring method. The most frequently used acupoints were EX18 and BL25, which accounted for 31% of the total number of acupoints. In 50% of the studies, the pharmacopuncture injection volume was 2 mL. Acupuncture treatment was the most common control group. Eleven studies reported that the intervention group had significantly improved symptoms. However, most of the included studies were of low quality.

The skin plays a key role in protecting the body from the environment and from water loss. Cornified envelope (CE) and natural moisturizing factor (NMF) are considered as the primary regulators of skin hydration and barrier function. The CE prevents loss of water from the body and is formed by cross-linking of several proteins. Among these proteins, filaggrin is an important protein because NMF is produced by the degradation of filaggrin. Proteases, including matriptase and prostasin, stimulate the generation of filaggrin from profilaggrin and caspase-14 plays a role in the degradation of filaggrin. This study elucidated the effects of an ethanol extract of Boesenbergia pandurata (Roxb.) Schltr., known as fingerroot, and its active compound panduratin A on CE formation and filaggrin processing in HaCaT, human epidermal keratinocytes. B. pandurata extract (BPE) and panduratin A significantly stimulated not only CE formation but also the expression of CE proteins, such as loricrin, involucrin, and transglutaminase, which were associated with PPARα expression. The mRNA and protein levels of filaggrin and filaggrin-related enzymes, such as matriptase, prostasin, and caspase-14 were also up-regulated by BPE and panduratin A treatment. These results suggest that BPE and panduratin A are potential nutraceuticals which can enhance skin hydration and barrier function based on their CE formation and filaggrin processing.

<P>OBJECTIVES: Adequate luminal distension is essential for improving adenoma detection during colonoscope withdrawal. A few crossover studies have reported that dynamic position changes maximize luminal distension and increase adenoma detection rates (ADR). We designed a multicenter, randomized, parallel-group trial to verify the effect of dynamic position changes on colonic adenoma detection. METHODS: This study was conducted at the six hospitals of the Catholic University of Korea. Patients aged 45-80 years who underwent a colonoscopy for the first time were included. In the position change group, the position changes during colonoscope withdrawal were as follows: cecum, ascending colon, and hepatic flexure: left lateral position; transverse colon: supine position; splenic flexure, descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum: right lateral position. In the control group, the examinations were performed entirely in the left lateral position during colonoscope withdrawal. The primary outcome measure was the ADR, which was defined as the proportion of patients with >= 1 adenoma. RESULTS: A total of 1,072 patients were randomized into the position change group (536 patients) or the control group (536 patients). The ADR was higher in the position change group than in the control group (42.4 vs. 33.0%, P=0.002). More adenomas were detected per subject in the position change group (0.90 vs. 0.67, P=0.01). Increases in the number of adenomas were observed in examinations of the transverse colon (0.22 vs. 0.13, P=0.016) and the left colon (0.37 vs. 0.27, P=0.045). A significant increase in the ADR was observed for endoscopists with a relatively low detection rate. For endoscopists with a high detection rate, non-significant changes in the ADR were observed. CONCLUSIONS: Dynamic position changes during colonoscope withdrawal increased the ADR.</P>

Extraintestinal manifestations are not uncommon in Crohn`s disease, and a thromboembolic event is a disastrous potential complication. Deep vein thrombosis is the most common manifestation of a thromboembolic event and typically occurs in association with active inflammatory disease. Peripheral neuropathy in Crohn`s disease has rarely been reported and is considered an adverse effect of metronidazole therapy. Here, we describe a patient who was initially diagnosed with Crohn`s disease complicated with deep vein thrombosis and ulnar neuropathy without metronidazole exposure. The simultaneous occurrence of these complications in the early stage of Crohn`s disease has never been reported in the English literature. (Gut Liver 2013;7:252-254)
