Bioceramics 종합공영균양액의 처리가 오이의 생육 및 수량, 방울토마토와 부강고추의 생육에 미치는 영향을 연구하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. Bioceramics 양액 시여구에는 대조구에 비해 오이, 방울토마토 및 부강고추의 엽수, 초장, 경경, 근장, 전체중량, 엽장 및 엽폭이 양호한 편으로 건강한 식물체를 생산할 수 있었고, 오이의 수확량도 상당히 많은 증수의 결과를 얻었다. 향후 Bioceramics 양액의 시여가 토양에 미치는 영향과 양액의 조성 및 시여방법 등에 관한 보다 세밀한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This study was carried out to find the effect of bioceramic contained complex microorganisms on the growth and yields of cucumber, small bell type tomato and pepper plants. The number of the leaf, length of the plant and the root, total weight, the length and width of the leaf of treated plants had shown their significant effects than those of nontreated plants. Bioceramic solution produeced healthy plants and the higher yields especially in cucumber plants. It is required futher study for soil effectiness, the composition and applying methods of Bioceramic fertilizer.

The prevalence of PPNG among pretreated gonorrhea cases isolated at the STD clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul has been studied and reported annually since 1981. In 1991, 123 strains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 58(47.1%) were PPNG. In 1992, 98 starains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 51(52.0%) were PPNG. In all, 109(49.3%) strains were found to be PPNG among 221 strains isolated between 1991-1992. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul showed increased tendency till 1989, thereafter, it has been stationary or slightly decreasing.
Contact Pressure and Temperature Analysis of Solid Disc Brake based on Finite Element Method

Brake process is a thermal-mechanical coupling process that the most of mechanical energy of a moving vehicle is converted into the heat energy through frictional heating between the rotor and pads. The heat energy dissipated through the rotor lead to high temperature in disc and pad, and cause unexpected brake fade, thermal crack. The object of the present study is to investigate the contact condition, in the contact pair, temperature field in disc and pad based on 3D FEM model. Single stop brake operation is applied. The disc brake assembly (including rotor, outboard pad and inboard pad) is built by 3D thermomechanical coupling model. In order to simulate the process of heat produced by friction and contact distribution in the brake operation, two frictional contact pairs are defined between the brake disc and pads. The brake pressure is applied to the pad, and the disc rotation is controlled by the angular velocity function based on the multi-body technique. With the temperature increasing, coning is occurred in the rotor, and influences contact pressure distribution in the contact regions between the rotor and pads: contact pressure distributions in outboard and inboard shows different. The moving heat sources with non-uniformity contact pressure and conning deformation cause non-uniform temperature field in the disc and pads.
Transient Thermal Analysis of Disc Brake in Two-dimensional Model

The disc brake used in the automobile is divided in to two parts: a rotating axisymmetrical disc, and the stationary pads. The frictional heat generated on the interface of the disc and pats can cause high temperature during the brake process. The object of present work is determination of temperature distribution in the disc by 2D thermal analysis. The transient thermal simulation is used to characterize the temperature field of the disc with appropriate boundary conditions.
