        시험용 달 궤도선의 발사 요구조건 사전 분석 단계로 최근 외국에서 발사한 달 탐사선의 발사 요구조건을 분석하였다. 일반적으로 달 탐사선의 발사 요구조건은 달 임무 궤도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이며, 또한 지구, 달, 태양의 상대적인 운동으로 인해 임무궤도 요구조건을 만족하는 발사 가능 시간이 주기적으로 반복되는 경향이 있다. 분석 결과 설정된 발사 요구조건들로부터 달 궤도선의 주 임무가 달의 남/북극 지역의 광학 관측 임을 간접적으로 알 수 있었다. 향후 우리나라 달 궤도선 발사 요구 조건 설정에 본 논문이 도움이 되길 기대한다. In the preliminary study on launch window requirement for Korea Path-finder Lunar Orbiter(KPLO), the recent foreign lunar orbiter’s lauch window requirement was analyzed. Normally, the launch requirements depends on the mission orbit. Based on the relationship between Moon, Earth, and Sun, the launch time will be available periodically to meet requirements. In this paper, it is understood that the launch window requirements come from payload mission requirements to take picture each poles of Moon. This paper might be a practical example to derive KPLO launch requirements in the future.

        Ehlers - Danlos 증후군

        A Case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome Yoing Jin Joo, M.D., Sung Moon Choi, M.D., Young Ja Choi*, M.D., Ho Suk Sung, M.D. Department of Dermatology, Clooego of Medicine, Inje University, Pusan, Korea We presented a case of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome in a 25-year old female, who had hyperextensibility of skin, skin fragility, cigarette paper-like atrophic scar, joint hyperextensibility and skeletal abnormality of scoliosis since birth. There was no family history. Microscopic and electron microscopic examinations of the skin biopsy specimens from normal appearing skin on the forearm and the site of subcutaneous nodule was compatible with finding of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Although the manifestations of this case including marked extensibility of skin, joint, skin fraility and atrophic scar might be in accord with type Ⅰ(gravis) Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, skeletal abnormality of scoliosis did not correspond to this type, but to type Ⅳ(hydroxylysine deficient) Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. We consider this case as a type Ⅳ Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

      • 대장균 세포내 칼모듈린 돌연변이체 고발현을 위한 클로닝 및 Chemiluminescence 검출법에 의한 발현분석

        To obtain a large amount of VU-4 calmodulin (115, Lys to Ile). VU-4 calmodulin gene with Ptac promoter (680 bp) was cloned into a plasmid, pUC18. Newly cloned pUC18/VU-4 was transferred into E. coli UT481. The plasmid isolated from cell extracts of the transformed E. coli was analyzed by restriction mapping and yielded the expected restriction endonuclease map with BamHI and EcoRI. Calmodulin was detected by Western blot analysis using chemiluminescence protocol and the estimated expression level was 60 pmole calmodulin/mg protein. Calmodulin was purified from the E. coli cell extracts by Ca^(2+)-dependent chromatography on a phenyl-Sepharose column. The purified calmodulin was identified as a mutant VU-4 calmodulin by SDS-PAGE and methyltransferase substrate test.

      • 嶺湖南地方의 蒸發量分布에 關한 調査硏究

        This report is statistically carried out the research on the distribution of evaporation from 1931 to 1970 in Yeungnam and Honam provinces in Korea. For this work, several data of evaporation were derived from Climatic table(for 1931∼'60) and monthly reports(for 1961∼'70) by thirty eight meteorological stations or observations which were instituted in Yeungnam and honam. Previously, the results and those distribution charts of evaporation from 1961 to 1970 are shown Table-2 and Fig. 1∼l4. Since mostly meteorological stations or observations in Yeungnam and Honam were hardly to retain all data of evaporation from 1931 to 1970, ten places(*marked places in Table-2) where they didn't comparatively occur to the lacks of measured evaporation for forty years(l931∼'70) were selected in the representatives in Yeungnam and Honam. Table 3 shows the distribution of evaporation in the representatives for forty years. Some differences are happend to numerical values of mean evaporation per year in the results between Table-2 and Table-3. However, if all of data are treated of reasonably statistical process, Table-2 and those charts(Fig. 1∼14) are presented obtaining considerations as a distributive tendency of evaporation there. From the conclusion of Table-2, mean value of evaporation per year in Yeungnam and Honam is proposed about 1,200mm

      • Electron Cyclotron Resonance O_2 Plasma에서 증착한 규소 산화 박막의 특성

        규소 산화막을 ECR-CVD(electron cyclotron resonance-chemical vapor deposition) 증착방법으로 5인치 기판위에 상온에서 증착하고, 증착공정조건인 증착율, 기판온도, 마이크로파의 세기변화 및 플라즈마 혼합기체의 비에 따른 규소 산화막의 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 산화막의 구조적인 특성을 비교하기 위해 FTIR을 이용하여 ECR-CVD 증착한 산화막, RPE-CVD(remote plasma enhanced-CVD) 증착한 산화막 및 열 산화막의 stretching frequency를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과 ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막이 구조적인 면에서 열 산화막과 거의 같음을 보였다. ECR-CVD로 증착된 산화막의 전기적인 특성을 전류-전압 및 축전-전압 측정에의하여 분석하였다. 축전된 산화막의 전기적인 특성은 산화막의 전하 밀도는 1×10 exp (11)/㎠이였고, 평균 절연 파괴 전압은 약 6 MV/㎝이다. We have grown thin films of SiO_2 at room temperature by using an ECR-CVD system and have investigated the changes in the properties of the deposited films with changes in the processing conditions such as the deposition rate, the substrate temperature, the microwave power and the plasma gas mixing ratio. We also measured the stretching frequency of three kinds of oxides, and ECR-CVD-grown oxide, a PECVD-grown oxide, and a thermally grown oxide, using FTIR analysis to compare their structural properties. The result shows that the structural properties of the ECR-grown oxide are similar to those of the thermally grown oxide. Additionally, the electrical properties of the ECR-grown oxide were investigated by using current-voltage and capacitance-voltage measurements. These electrical results indicate that the oxide charge density and the average breakdown voltage are 1×10 exp (11) ㎝^-2 and 6 MV/㎝, respectively.

        석회화치성낭양 변화를 동반한 법랑모세포섬유치아종

        Thirteen-year-old girl complaining of the swelling and pain on the left midface visited our dental hospital. On the radiogaphic examination, well-defined radiolucent lesion with hyperostotic border was found in the left maxilla accompanying with the external root resorption of the involved teeth and the displaced second molar. CT showed calcified bodies, thinning of hard palate, inferior orbital wall and lateral wall of nasal fossa, and thinning and perforation of the buccal plate of the maxilla. Enucleation and curettage of the lesion and nasoantrostomy was carried out and histopathologic examination mainly showed a solid tumor tissue composed of odontogenic epithelium and pulp tissues admixed with dentin and enamel formation. And some part of reduced follicular epithelium of tooth germ showed a change mimicking calcifying odontogenic cyst, Taken together, we concluded the lesion is an ameloblastic fibro-odontoma with a change of calcifying odontogenic cyst.         원자력 사고 중 핵종의 건·습침적에 따른 농작물 오염 영향

        핵종의 지표 침적 모델의 고찰과 함께 방사성물질의 공기중 농도로부터 건침적 뿐 아니라 습침적에 따른 농작물 오염 영향을 분석, 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 방사성물질의 지표 침적량으로부터 농작물의 오염을 평가하는 기존 동적 섭식경로모델을 공기중 농도 또는 지표 침적량으로부터 평가할 수 있도록 개선하였다. 평가결과, 방사성물질의 지표 침적량은 습침적에 의한 영향이 건침적에 의한 영향보다 뚜렷이 높으나, 농작물의 오염정도는 핵종, 강우율 등에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 현상은 방사성물질의 지표 침적과 농작물에로의 차단중 어느 과정이 농작물 오염에 보다 지배적으로 작용하는가에 기인한다. Combined with deposition model onto the ground of radionuclides, the influence of radioactive contamination to agricultural products was analyzed due to wet deposition as well as dry deposition from radioactive air concentration during a nuclear emergency. The previous dynamic food chain model, in which initial input parameter is only radionuclide concentrations on the ground, was improved for the evaluating of radioactive contamination to agricultural products from either radionuclide concentrations in air or radionuclide concentrations on the ground. As the results, in case of deposition onto the ground, wet deposition was more dominant process than dry deposition. While the contamination levels of agricultural products were dependent on the a variety of factors such as radionuclides and rainfall rate. It means that the contamination levels of agricultural products are determined from which is more dominant process between deposition on the ground and interception onto agricultural plants.
