        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

        2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

        In short is as follows to research the present situation and mooted point, to get ready development direction of horticulture equipment in Busan. 1.Area of culture equipment in Busan is that vegetables was formed 1.7% for 435ha of nationwide 82,465ha, florist crops was formed 6.7% for 220ha of nationwide 3,299.2ha in standard of 1998. 2.In the present situation of equipment of vegetable culture, fruit vegetables are a lot more in culture area and productive quantity. There is mainly cultivated tomato, cucumber and unripe red pepper. 3.In the present position of equipment of florist crops area, cut flower is formed 76.8% as 169ha in nationwide florist crops area. There is mainly cultivated carnation, rose, gladiolus. 4.In the usual present position of frame materials in equipment, vegetables equipment is built at 82.5% with iron frames. But iron frames is far the lower rate as 22.6% than 87.1% of nation rate in florist crops. It should be converted to iron frames for the durability and efficiency management of environment. 5.In the usual present situation of covering material in equipment, it is in use soft film as 97.8% and have the lots use of PE, EVA film. 6.In the present position of environment management of equipment, as 88% used soft film which is habitual means, Heat culture is used warm-air heater around 95%. In has to consider a special countermeasure in application and supply of farmhouse used the equipment in Busan because Busan was fell behind than other city in nutriculture area and culture technique. 9.In the export of horticulture equipment crops, vegetables are tomato, cucumber, florist crops are rose, chrysanthemum and europeans orchid but the work has not yet born fruit. It must be solve mooted point of low grade article, lack information. etc. So it is brought up the export horticulture.

        Seed sowing is the major method for the establishment of cool-season grasses at the soccer fields, golf courses, etc. Germination speed of kentucky bluegrass(Poa prantensis L.: KB) is much slower than the other cool-season grasses. This study was conducted to solve the problems at the early stage of establishment with KB. The best priming conditions of KB, drying method after soaking in the water, and covering materials will be selected. To reduce irrigation frequency and quantity for seed germination, seeds of KB were exposed to the different soaking temperature(4, 20, 25, 30℃). soaking durations(3, 6, 10, 13, 19, 23 days), storage periods(3, 6, 9 days), storage humidities(30, 50, 100%), shading rate(0, 50, 100%), drying methods(dry in the air, heating, mix soaked seed with profile=1:2), and covering materials(70% shade net, fiber net). The optimum soaking temperature and duration for the seed priming of KB were 20℃ and 10 days, respectively. The optimum storage period and humidity were 3 days and 100%, respectively, Under 50% shading, germination rate was the highest. In drying method after soaking, mixture of seeds and profile(1:2) was optimum for sowing. Using the thin fiber net as covering material after sowing was good for not moving seeds and improved germination speed and rate.

        Due to increase of population and development of city, people who live in the small country like Korea have great interest in high-rise building. Even though various kind of structure system have been developed and creating. The structure system of the anyone is not applied to all structure system, that's the reason why we have to considerate about the efficiency of economy, structure, energy. Repair high-rise building, horizontal load like wind make more big problem. In order word, resisting against horizontal load almost define the type of structure system. The way setting the high quality structure design is choosing the most economical structure system, In the line with satisfacting the efficiency of construction, technical and standard design format. What I've done from this project contents two point. First thing is comfaring vertical load and horizontal load when I apply shear wall system and tubular system the rectangle floor of 60's and 80's story building. Second thong is comfaring the amount of steel-frame when I setting the size of composite structure. Therefore, We try to present therefore efficient structure system according to an each number of layers.

        국어과 협동 학습의 의미와 방법

        이 글은 국어과 협동 학습의 중요성과 구체적인 방법을 다루고 있다. 협동 학습은 한 마디로 일정한 구성원들이 공동의 학습 목표를 설정하고 그 목표에 도달하기 위해 동등한 입장에서 책무를 가지고 문제를 해결해 나감으로써 구성원 모두에게 유익한 결과를 산출해 내고 결과에 대해 공동의 평가를 강조하는 학습 형태이다. 이렇게 협동 학습은 공동의 목표를 갖는다는 점, 구성원 모두가 동등한 입장이라는 점, 개인의 책무성이 강조된다는 점, 모두에게 유익한 결과를 산출하고자 한다는 점, 결과에 대해 공동으로 책임을 진다는 점 등에서 일반적인 학습 형태와는 구별된다. 이 글에서는 국어과에서 협동 학습법의 뜻과 그 중요성을 다루었다. 그런 다음 국어과 협동 학습법을 적용할 때 유의해야 할 원리를 제시했다. 이는 학교 현장에서 협동 학습을 적용하는 데 하나의원리가 될 수 있을 것이다. 이어 국어과의 협동 학습법의 유형으로 배분 학습법, 상호 교수법 등을 제시했다. 그런 다음 각 협동 학습법을 적용할 때의 지도 절차를 살펴보았다. 그리고 협동 학습법의 적용에서는 교수 학습 과정안을 제시함으로써 협동 학습법의 적용 모습을 그려보는 데 도움이 될 수 있게 했다. Korean Language Learning can be achieved by the interaction of the Language among the students. Just as Vygotsky pointed out, the importance of 'social language' and 'role of adult and peer', Korean learning process can be done by the talking with the able student or a teacher, and by the established scaffolding which they communicate between little master and student, between a teacher and students. Accordingly, Cooperative Learning makes students play active roles in their Korean Language Learning.. Because one of the traits of Cooperative Learning is that the member of the group are from heterogeneous groups, Cooperative Learning evokes language interaction actively. 'Teaching According to students level' which the Seventh Korean Language curriculum point, aims individual teaching on the ground of the homogeneous traits of the student. But the social interaction of language which can be active among the heterogeneous groups will be diminished if we devide the student into able and poor group.

        This study proposes a new analytical method for assessing outage cost of composite power system with considering transmission system. Uncertainty of outages of generation system and transmission can be included. Composite power system ELDC(CMELDC) on HLII is developed and proposed newly from reliability evaluation of composite power system in order to analysis the outage cost on HLII. Equivalent outage cost of transmission system(EOCTS) is proposed newly in this study too. This means the outage cost conversed from unarrival which is power occurred by the outage of transmission system. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by the two case studies. The results show that this approach can evaluate the equivalent price of the outages of transmission lines.

        유럽연합과 미국의 전자화폐 규제 차이점 및 원인 분석

        유럽연합과 미국의 전자화폐에 대한 규제 현황을 살펴보고, 규제 차이점 및 차이점 발생 원인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 전자화폐의 정의 및 규제 필요성을 설명하고, 유럽연합과 미국 전자화폐에 대한 규제현황과 차이점을 규제의 일치성 및 규제 제정의 적극성, 발행기관 선정, 건전성 규제, 지불준비금 적립의무, 예금보험 가입 의무 측면에서 조사하였다. 한편 규제 차이점 발생 원인을 유럽연합과 미국의 전자화폐 활용도 차이, 지불제도 및 지불관습의 차이, 금융시장에서 은행의 중요성 및 규모 차이, 전자화폐의 발전 종류 차이, 전반적인 전자상거래 활성화 정책 차이, 유럽연함의 통화통합 정책 등을 사용하여 설명하고, 각각의 원인을 분석한 후, 이에 기초하여 국내의 전자금융거래법의 성격을 제시하였다. In this article, we examine the two important topics in electronic money. First, we explain the reasons why the regulation on the electronic money are necessary. We show the fact that the electronic money is public goods and it may have a big external effect on the national economy. In addition, we explain the consumer protection problem of electronic money and what the government can do to solve it. Second, we survey regulations of most advanced countries and analyze the differences among them. We classify the regulatory system into a European system and American system and we show how they are different and why they are made different. In Europe, on 18 September 2000, two Directives on Electronic money (hereinafter E-money) were adopted. The objectives of the E-money Directives are manifold: to protect the consumer and to ensure bearer confidence, to foster the single market in financial services by providing for a single passport for E-money institutions and for the principle of home country control, and to avoid any distortion of competition for the issuance of electronic money between traditional credit institutions and E-money institutions by subjecting both kinds of institutions to prudential supervision. On the contrary the US government and Federal Reserve Board are not actively trying to making a specific regulation on electronic money. Since they showed their opinions in the seminar in 1996, they did not turn it into as a formal laws. In additions, they have a different opinions how the electronic money should be regulated. For instance, EU allowed non banks to issue electronic money on condition that they should satisfy some conditions of prudential regulations and others. On the contrary, US did not announced any specific conditions. We try to explain their difference by indicating the difference in the development stage and payment system.

        This Study is to set for appropriate warming up intensity setting for maximum muscle manifestation ability. It is not a problem internally, surgically and understand the purpose of this study and it samples 24 H University student who agree to attend to this experiment. After it calculates a VO₂max of testee for Bruce protocol, Treadmill, it computes a VO₂ 30%, 40%, 50% of testee as to criterion VO₂max. It takes effect a muscular strength test for Cybex770. This data analysis uses SPSS and it shows Descriptive Analysis about measure variables. It uses the One-Way ANOVA each to see difference of Muscle Strength, Muscle Power, Muscle Endurance according to each warming up intensity. It computes Post-hoc Turkey if it is significant difference according that. Change of muscular strength according to warming up intensity. 1) In the case a muscular strength, it shows 4.262(F-value) at FPT 60。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.05. it shows 5.835(F-value) at FPT 180。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.01. it shows 15.301 (F-value) at FPT 240。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. In the case a mean power, it shows 4043(F-value) at FAP 60。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P-C05. it shows 8.028(F-value) at FAP 180。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.01. it shows 23.590(F-value) at FAP 240。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. 2) In the EPT case according to a warming up, it shows 5.690(F-value) at EPT 60。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.01. it shows 12.844{F-value) at EPT 180。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<001. it shows 26.395(F-value) at EPT 240。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. In the EAT case of a mean power, it shows 3.558(F-value) at EPT 60。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.05. it shows 9.984 (F-value) at EAP 180。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. it shows 11.525 (F-value) at EAP 240。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. It proposes above result following : This study progresses to focus main exercise of warming up to muscular strength. Consequently it needs a effective verification of warming up of various fator for showing a ability of main exercise in case of view of a variety of ability of a body. Also it needs a setting of accurate intensity, time, frequency regard to a reliability and a validity for complex warming up program. The next study needs to supplement of this matters.
