        This Study is to set for appropriate warming up intensity setting for maximum muscle manifestation ability. It is not a problem internally, surgically and understand the purpose of this study and it samples 24 H University student who agree to attend to this experiment. After it calculates a VO₂max of testee for Bruce protocol, Treadmill, it computes a VO₂ 30%, 40%, 50% of testee as to criterion VO₂max. It takes effect a muscular strength test for Cybex770. This data analysis uses SPSS and it shows Descriptive Analysis about measure variables. It uses the One-Way ANOVA each to see difference of Muscle Strength, Muscle Power, Muscle Endurance according to each warming up intensity. It computes Post-hoc Turkey if it is significant difference according that. Change of muscular strength according to warming up intensity. 1) In the case a muscular strength, it shows 4.262(F-value) at FPT 60。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.05. it shows 5.835(F-value) at FPT 180。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.01. it shows 15.301 (F-value) at FPT 240。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. In the case a mean power, it shows 4043(F-value) at FAP 60。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P-C05. it shows 8.028(F-value) at FAP 180。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.01. it shows 23.590(F-value) at FAP 240。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. 2) In the EPT case according to a warming up, it shows 5.690(F-value) at EPT 60。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.01. it shows 12.844{F-value) at EPT 180。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<001. it shows 26.395(F-value) at EPT 240。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. In the EAT case of a mean power, it shows 3.558(F-value) at EPT 60。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.05. it shows 9.984 (F-value) at EAP 180。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. it shows 11.525 (F-value) at EAP 240。/sec, it computes a significant difference at P<.001. It proposes above result following : This study progresses to focus main exercise of warming up to muscular strength. Consequently it needs a effective verification of warming up of various fator for showing a ability of main exercise in case of view of a variety of ability of a body. Also it needs a setting of accurate intensity, time, frequency regard to a reliability and a validity for complex warming up program. The next study needs to supplement of this matters.

        자연과학편 : 철봉에서 뒤돌아 공중내리기의 Kinematic적 분석

        To analysis 3 backward somersault dismount in horizontal bar, this paper was studied on centering of each subject 7 segments during airbone phase, the range of the study was from the release on bar to the ground position, the subject recruited in the study were all national representing team’s athletes(3).The experiment equipment recruited in the study were 16 mm high speed camera (photosonic) and frame rate used in the study was 100 fr/sec.The results of this study were as follows :1) The consumed time by each phase during 3 backward somersault dismount were the least in sub-1 of all subjects in the the first phase.2) In the projectile course of C.O.G. in each subject, the max verticle distance were each 4,376, 3,709, 3,179 M in sub-1, sub-2, sub-3.3) Resulting the analysis of each segments’ angles Angle variable were 146.6, 139.1, 115.6 degree in shoulder in the order of sub-1, 2, 3 and hip angle were 177.4, 88.8, 80.7 degree Knee’ angle were each 83.5, 99.1, 80.7 degree. The result considered in hare the most unstable dismount position in sub-1 of all subjects.4) In variation of angular velocity of each segment, the case of sub-1 was rasters pattern than any other subjects at the release on the bar.5) In the pattern of linear velocity of C.O.C. Verticle velocity of sub-1 was slower than any other subjects and also in max reach phase.

        자연과학편 : 한국(韓國) 대학생(大學生)의 자세(姿勢)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        In order to clarify the posture of Korean collegians, an attempt by means of the Massey posture test was made to study through the selection of 302 students who are undergraduates of Dong Guk University for random sampling. The study showed that Angle I showed 15.8 ; Angle II 15.6; Angle III l0.1 ; and Angle IV 7.5. The total of the angles represented 49.1) These results intricate that the spinal curve of Korean collegians is great and therefore, a more through posture education is required.2) As a results of a comparison with the Massey posture grade table, the posture of Korean collegians are distributed below grade C, and therefore, it is urgently required to work out a scientific research to upgrade the present grade of posture.RECOMMENDATIONS1) There must be a study and research for body mechanics as a whole.2) Post standards must urgently be established for Korean collegians by sex, and age.3) It must be gone first that the conditions of posture is an important factor for enlarging the range of the activity.

        제한적 댄스스포츠 수행 중 심폐기능의 변화 요인 분석

        This study catch the cardiopulmonary function properity among the event and tells about basic data of the more detailed physiological dance sports by comparing the process of change in cardiopulmonary function under dancing a waltz, tango, rhumba and jive with students specialize in dance sports. We can see that the result of this study is like following phrase. First, there are significant differences in HR of each event(a waltz, tango, rhumba and jive) from first minute after dancing dance sports(P<.05). Second, there are significant differences in R, VO₂ of each event from second minute after dancing dance sports(P<.05). Third, there are significant differences in HR, VE, SVO₂, VO₂ of each event from third minute after dancing dance sports(P<.05). Fourth, there are significant differences in VE, SVO₂ ,VO₂ of each event from fourth minute after dancing dance sports(P<.05). Fifth, there are significant differences in HR, VE, R, SVO₂, VO₂ of each event from fifth minute after dancing dance sports(P<.05). Sixth, there are significant differences in HR, R, SVO₂, VO₂ of each event from sixth minute after dancing dance sports(P<.05). Seventh, there are significant differences in HR, VE, R, SVO₂, VO₂ of each event from seventh, eighth, nineth minute after dancing dance sports(P<.05). Eighth, there are significant differences in HR, VE, SVO₂, VO₂ of each event from tenth minute after dancing dance sports(P<.05).

        인문 · 사회과학편 : 운동선수(運動選手)와 체육전공학생(體育專攻學生) 및 일반대학생(一般大學生)의 위치감각(位置感覺)에 관(關)한 비교연구(比較硏究)

        “Kinestic,” is an very important element fur acting accurately in sports that is required physical movement, and the reporter has studied the difference of kinesthetic sense between the students who specialize physical education, the students who do not specialize physical education and the students of special players for the games, by the stratified random sampling, from "D" University, 17 soccer players, 13 base ball players, 13 basket ball players, 32 students who specialize physical education and 48 students who do not specialize physical education were studied for 3 sorts of kinesthetic sense in 90˚, 135˚ and 45˚ by measuring, analyzing, comparing. The followings are the brief reports.1. The result of mean difference in left and right.Soccer team: Left arm showed MD 5.4㎝ in horizontal abduction 90˚.Base ball team: Left arm skewed MD 4.3㎝ in flexion 45˚ and right arm showed MD 7.5㎝ in horizontal that was superior by (p<0.05).In general students, left arm showed MD 3.6㎝ in flexion 135˚ that was excellently superior. In the students who specialize physical education left arm showed MD 4.3㎝ in flexion 90˚ (p<0.001) that was apparently superior.2. The result of movements with comparison between groups.Basket ball team was superior by MD 4.7㎝, 2.7㎝ in flexion left arm 90" to each students group who specialize physical education and who do not specialize it, and for left arm, in 90˚ and 45˚ showed MD 2.7㎝, 4.5㎝ in horizontal abduction to the general students, for right arm in 90˚ showed 6.9㎝ in horizontal abduction to soccer team by (p<0.05). Baseball team: Left arm showed MD 4. 4㎝ in flexion 90˚ superior to the students who specialize physical education, showed MD 4.5㎝ for left arm in horizontal abduction 90˚superior to the students who specialize physical education, for 7he left arm was superior by 5.4㎝ in horizontal abduction to the general students. In 135˚ by MD 6.1㎝, 6.4㎝ and 8.3㎝ to base ball team, physical education student and general students.For right arm, in 45˚ by MD 5.5㎝ to general students by (p<0.05).The students who specialize showed superior MD 3.4㎝ in flexion right arm 135˚ to the general students by (p<0.05), also superior MD 2.4㎝ in 90˚ MD 6.9㎝ in horizontal abduction right 135˚ to the general students and soccer team by (p<0.01).3. That superior kinesthetic fence of arms is directly related to the sports in which requires arms` movement by the order of base ball, basketball and physical education, it is studied in this study.
