        Failure Diagnosis Method of Photovoltaic Generator Using Support Vector Machine

        The capacity of photovoltaic (PV) generators can increase owing to the 4030 policy of the Government of South Korea.. In addition, there has been signifcant interest in developing a technology for the maintenance of PV generators owing to an increase in the number of outdated PV generators. This paper describes a failure diagnosis method that uses operational data for power generation and solar radiation of PV generators. The measured data stored since four years in an operational 50-kW PV generator that was installed in 2014, were analyzed. The proposed failure diagnosis logic uses support vector machine classifcation as a failure diagnosis method that can classify normal and failure data. The failure data were processed to be used as the fault diagnosis logic for solar power generators. A new 50-kW PV generator, which contained no fault data, was used for a case study in this paper. Fault data were generated and the operation data of the PV generators were diagnosed by applying the proposed method. In addition, the accuracy was calculated and the results were analyzed.

        원위 전대뇌동맥류의 외과적 치료

        The authors described a more different type of aneurysms in the distal anterior cerebral artery (DACA), which is difficult to approach surgically. There are anomalies of distal anterior cerebral artery in about one fourth and narrow space, which made more careful surgical dissection. We experienced 7 cases of DACA aneurysm, 6 cases of which were treated surgically through the interhemispheric approach via the unilateral frontal paramedian craniotomy on the non-dominant side. Surgical results were anatomical complexities, modem microsurgical technique aided by microscope make the approach more exactly and safely.

        골절 및 탈구 없는 경추손상의 치료

        The authors analized the 98 cases of cervical spine injuries without fracture or dislocation by hyperflexion/hyperextension of the neck. The peak incidence of the age was in the second to fourth decades(69.4%). There was a male preponderance with a sex ratio of 1.8:1. Sources of trauma were motor vehicle accident, object falling on and motorcycle accident in the order of frequency. The common mechanisms of injury were flexion-extension, extension and flexion injury in the order of frequency. There were 10 cases of cervical cord injury without fracture or dislocation and operative management was given in 6 cases of them. The most common preexisting desease was congenital cervical stenosis. Surgical modality such as laminectomy, laminoplasty and anterior decompressive procedure made them improved. The authors discuss the mechanism of injury and surgical management of the patients with cervical cord injury in the abscence of concomittent fracture or dislocation.

        Limy bile is a rare condition characterized by excessive precipitation of calcium carbonate in the gallbladder or bile duct. Recently we experienced two cases with obstructive jaundice in which limy bile in the common bile duct but not in the gallbladder for one case, and in the common bile duct and intra hepatic duct but not in the gallbladder for another case. The patients were treated by endoscopic sphincterotomy. Here, we report the cases and review the literature.

        뉴로메드정(옥시라세탐 800㎎)에 대한 뉴라세탐정의 생물학적동등성

        The purpose of the present study was designed to evaluate the bioequivalence of two oxiracetam tablets, Neuromed tablet (Korea Drug Co., reference drug) and Neuracetam tablet (Sam Jin Pharmaceutical Co., test drug), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Release of oxiracetam from the tablet in vitro was tested using KP Ⅷ Apparatus Ⅱ method with various dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution and water). Twenty-four healthy volunteers, 23.7 ± 2.4 year in age and 68.9 ± 6.2 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was performed. After oral administration of a tablet containing 800 ㎎ of oxiracetam, blood samples were taken at predetermined time intervals and concentrations of oxiracetam in plasma were determined using HPLC-MS-MS. The dissolution profiles of two formulations were very similar at all dissolution media. In addition, pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUCt, C_(max) and T_(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC, and C_(max), untransformed T_(max). The results showed that the differences between two formulations based on the reference drug were 0.42%, 0.45% and -12.58% for AUCt, C_(max) and T_(max), respectively. There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals for the log transformed data were within the acceptance range of log 0.8 to log 1.25 (e.g., log0.94 ~ log1.06 and log 0.90 - log 1.07 for AUCt and C_(max), respectively), indicating that Neuracetam tablet is bioequivalent to Neuromed tablet. The major pharmacokinetic parameters, AUCt, and C_(max), met the criteria set by KFDA for bioequivalence indicating that Neuracetam tablet is bioequivalent to Neuromed tablet.

        백서의 우울모형에서의 칼슘통로 길항제 에타베린(Ethaverine)의 항우울효과

        연구목적: 본 전임상연구에서는 우울증의 두가지 동물모형을 통해 에타베린이 단독 혹은 이미프라민과 병용처치 되었을 때의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 표준화된 검사법인 강제수영검사를 사용하여 옹성백서에게 에타베린(20mg/kg) 및 이미프라민 (20mg/kg)을 단독 혹은 병용 처치하였을 때의 부동시간의 변화를 관찰하였고, 경도의 만성 스트레스를 3주간 가한 후 4주간 에타베린과 이미프라민을 단독 혹은 병용 처치하였을때의 자당섭취량의 변화를 관찰하였다. 결과: 약물을 1회 단기처치 및 7일간 장기처치한 강제수영검사에서 이미프라민 및 에타베린 단독처치는 대조군에 비하여 부동시간의 단축을 보였고 에타베린은 이미프라민의 부동시간 감소에 대한 증강작용을보였다. 경도의 만성스트레스 실험에서도 3주간의 스트레스로 인하여 감소된 백서의 자당섭취량을 이미 프라민 및 에타베린이 회복시켰으며, 치료초기에 두 약물의 병용처치효과가 두드러졌다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 에타베린이 향우울 효과를 가지고 있음을 시사하며, 삼환계 항우울제인 이미프라민의 항우울효과를 증강시키므로 에타베린의 임상적 활용 가능성을 보여준다. Objectives: This pre-clinical study was performed to assess the effects of ethaverine in the two kinds of behavioral models of depression in rats. Methods: We observed the changes of the immobility time in the froced swimming test and the quantity of sucrose consumed in the chronic mild stress model, using ethaverine(20mg/kg) alone, imipramine(20mg/kg) alone, or ethaverine and imipramine concomitantly. Results: In the forced swimming test, both single treatment and chronic treatment(for 7days) with imipramine or ethaverine significantly reduced the immobility time, and concomitant chronic treatment with ethaverine potentiated the effect of imipramine. In the chronic mild stress model, both imipramine and ethaverine reversed the decreased sucrose consumption induced by 3-week stress and concomitantly treated ethaverine potentiated the effect of imi-pramine in the early phase of treatment. Conclusions: The data suggest that ethaverine can be used alone or concomitantly with other antidepressants in the clinical situation.

      • 이방성 담낭(Bicameral Gallbladder) : 1례 보고

        담낭의 선천성 기형 중 이방성 담낭은 매우 드문 기형으로 저자들은 우상복부 동통을 주소로 내원하여 초음파, 전산화 단층 촬영, 간담도 스캔 검사에서 이방성 담낭으로 진단되고 수술로 확진된 이방성 담낭(Bicameral GB) 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고 하고자 한다. The bicameral gallbladder is one of the rarest congenital malformation of the gallbladder. A 26 years-old male was examined for the colicky pain in right upper quadrant area. On sonographic examination the lumen of gallbladder was partitioned, nearly completely, into two chamber(fundal and ductal) that are of approximately equal size. There was gallbladder wall thickening with cholelithiasis in the fundal chamber. Surgical finding showed bicameral gallbladder divided into two camber of same size and gallbladder wall thickening with cholelithiasis in the fundal chamber.

        The development and maintenance of a sound bond are an essential requirements of concrete repair and replacement. The bond property of a bonded overlay to its substrate concrete during the lifetime is one of the most important performance requirements which should be quantified. A standard or a verified bond strength measurement method is required at field for screening, selecting materials and quality control for overlay or repair materials, but no test method have been adopted as a standard. In this dissertation, a concrete pull off bond strength measurement method for field application is proposed and evaluated. This dissertation compares the splitting tensile test, slant shear test, nipple pipe direct tensile test, flexure adhesion test, briquette tensile test, jumbo nael pull-out test and core pull-off test with their test procedures. From these comparison and investigation, core pull-off test is selected ad a main topic of this study because of it's suitability for in situtesting, simplicities in field application and clearness at interface boundary condition. The stress concentration, which is one of non-uniform stress distribution and arises from specimen geometry, should be minimized in order to measure the bond strength correctly. This study discusses the main relevant issues effecting to core pull-off test, namely, core drilling depth, stiffness of steel disk, modulus ratio, overlay thickness and length of between cores and edges. Finite element analysis is carried out in order to investigate the effects of those above into the stress concentration at concrete interface. From a series of finite element analysis, a fine concrete pull-off bond strength test method is proposed for field application.
