학교교육에서 바라본 동시대 미술의 쟁점과 미술교사의 역할

In school education, art went beyond concentrating on artworks creatively produced by artists, and connected art with life based on awareness of the environment and the world around him/her to realize the intrinsic value of art that affected a human life. In contemporary art, where the starting point is, what is the ultimate purpose, and how to raise and solve problems, each researcher has different point of views. However, for its application of school education, it was necessary to select common issues among the concepts and issues of contemporary art, and select which of them could be discussed educationally in the school field. For this study, 10 common issues in contemporary art were selected: ‘decolonization’, ‘climate change’, ‘cultural diversity’, ‘community consciousness’, ‘identity’, ‘place specificity’, ‘art market’, ‘discrimination and inequality’, ‘institutional criticism’, and ‘extension of media’. According to the 3 criteria of ‘appropriateness of the level of students’, ‘conformity to 2015 Korean National Art Curriculum’ and ‘suitability to educational contents’, the following were selected for school art education: ‘climate change’, ‘cultural diversity’, ‘community consciousness’, ‘identity’, ‘place Specificity’ and ‘extension of media’. An in-depth interview was conducted with education experts in relation to the application of the issues to the educational field, and accordingly, a instructional model for educating issues of contemporary art, educational content suitable for elementary and secondary schools, and the role of teachers were suggested.

PLGA 미립구를 이용한 새로운 단회 접종 항원 전달 시스템의 개발

A promising approach to the development of a new single-step vaccine, which would eliminate the requirement for multiple injections, involves the encapsulation of antigens into microspheres. Biodegradable poly (lactide-co-gly-colide) (PLGA) microspheres gave us a bright insight for controlling antigen release in a pulsatile fashion, thereby mimicking two or three boosting injections. However, in spite of the above merits, the level of immunization induced by a single-shot vaccination is often lower than two doses of alum-adsorbed antigen. Therefore, optimal modification of the micorsphere is essential for the development of single-step vaccines. In this review, we discuss the stability of antigen in microsphere, safety and non-toxic in human and encapsulation technology. Also, we attempted to outline relevant physicochemical properties on the immunogenicity of microsphere vaccine and attainment of pulsatile release pattern by combination of different microsphere, as well as to analyze immunological data associated with antigen delivery by microsphere. Although a lot of variables are related to the optimized micorsphere formulation, we could conclude that judicious choice of proper polymer type, adjustment of particles size, and appropriate immunization protocol along with a suitable adjuvant might be a crucial factor for the generation of long-lasting immune response from a single-step vaccine formulation employing PLGA microsphere.

The Structure of Trade in Genetic Resources: Implications for the International ABS Regime Negotiation

The intensive exploitation of genetic resources at the international level has led to a negotiation of an international regime on Access and Benefit-Sharing (ABS) of genetic resources. Due to lack of systematic data, little is known about the structure of trade in genetic resources to inform the negotiators. This study attempts to shed a greater insight into genetic resources trade in the pharmaceutical sector in Korea, mainly relying on interviews of industry practitioners and scientists in related fields. The study finds that Korea is mainly a genetic resource importer, but that pharmaceutical firms rarely carry out bioprospecting directly, relying on semi-processed biochemicals imports trough agents. Therefore, the impact of the to-be negotiated international ABS negotiation will be larger if derivatives are included in its scope. However, the general impact on the economy as a whole would be small, given the small share of genetic resources trade compared to total trade volumes. 생물자원이 의약품, 화장품 등 고가품목 원료로 집중 활용되면서 유전자원의 국제 교환 및 무역이 증가하자 유전자원에 대한 접근과 이익공유를 규율하기 위한 국제규범이 협상되기에 이르렀다. 그러나 유전자원 국제무역에 대한 체계적인 통계 부재로 인해 이 분야에 대한 객관적 분석은 매우 저조한 형편이다. 본 글에서는 제약 및 관련 업계 관계자들과 과학계 전문가와의 인터뷰를 토대로 유전자원 국제무역 구조에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다. 국내 제약업체들은 직접 자연탐사를 하는 경우는 거의 없으며 주로 중개무역상을 통하여 생화학물로 가공된 형태의 유전자원을 수입하고 있다. 따라서 협상될 ABS 국제규범 범위에 파생물까지 포함될 경우 그 영향이 더 클 것으로 판단되나, 전체 무역규모에서 유전자원 무역이 차지하는 비중이 작아 경제 전반에 미치는 영향은 크지 않을 것으로 예상된다.

타가메트정 400㎎에 대한 신일시메티딘정 400㎎의 생물학적동등성시험

Cimetidine is a histamine H₂-receptor antagonist, used for the treatment of endoscopically or radiographically comfirmed duodenal ulcer. pathologic GI hypersecretory conditions. and active, benign and gastric ulcer. Simple method for determining cimetidine in human plasma has been developed and validated. The analytical procedure for cimetidine showed a linear relationship in the concentration ranges from 0.05 to 5 pg/ml. Coefficient of variance (CV, ° o) for intraday and interdav validation and relative error (RE. ° o) were less than ±150 o. Based on this analytical method. the bioequivalence of two cimetidine 400 mg tablets, reference (Tagamet 400 mg) and test drug (Sinil CIMETIDINE 400 mg) was evaluated according to the guidelines set by the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Release of cimetidine from the tablets in vitro was tested using KP VIII Apparatus II with various dissolution media (pH 1.2. 4.0. 6.8 butter solutions and water). Twenty-four healthy volunteers. 21.38±1.86 years in age and 68.71±8.68 kg in bode weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2x2 cross-over study was performed. After oral administration of a tablet containing 400 mg of cimetidine. blood samples were taken at predetermined time intervals and concentrations of cimetidine in plasma were determined using HPLC equipped with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of the two tablet formulations were very similar at all dissolution media. In addition. pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC, and C_(max) were calculated and ANOVA was employed for the statistical analysis of parameters. The results were revealed that the diterences in AUCf and Cma, between the two tablets were 4.17% and 0.97% respectively. At 90% confidence intervals. the differences in these parameters were also within ± 20° o. All of the above mentioned parameters have met the criteria of KFDA guidelines for bioequivalence, indicating that the test drug tablet (Sinil CIMETIDINE tablet) is bioequivalent to Tagamet 400 mg tablet.

도식화 제작을 위한 연령그룹별 바디 템플릿 개발

In global apparel product development, flat is one of the most important key factor for technical design communication. Proportionally correct flats based on correct scaled human body figures are imperative to be successful in the fashion business. In this study the researchers were to develop body templates for flats for Korean women body types using data from ‘Size Korea 2004 (5th)’, which is a Korean government apparel sizing project to analyze women's body measurements (age range 7-49). We measured 13 height measurements, 6 width measurements, 8 circumference measurements, 6 length measurements, 3 angle measurements and 5 body measurements. A body figure (i.e., schema) for each group was created by Pattern Design Software (PAD) System 4.1. Muscle was added to the schema created by Adobe Illustrator to ensure a better visualization and convenience for industry uses for flats. Developed body figure template of representative type had the largest difference in height level compared to exiting figures. It had a bigger head, lower crotch level, and longer crotch depth and hip length than existing figures.

Stochastic Frontier Analysis of Technical Progress and Technical Inefficiency in the Manufacturing Sector with a Focus on the Pharmaceutical Industry: 2000-2019

This paper conducts a stochastic frontier analysis and total factor productivity decomposition of the Korean manufacturing sector with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry for the 2000~2019 period to explore the dynamics of technical progress and catch up among firms. In particular, it decomposes technical inefficiency into transient and persistent technical inefficiency. The paper finds that overall technical inefficiency is 56%, indicating that there is a substantial technical gap between the frontier and laggard firms. The technical gap begins to widen since 2005, eroding the convergence achieved up to 2005. TFP growth is mainly driven by allocative efficiency changes, but there seems to be little room to improve on this source of TFP growth. Greater stimulus must come from technical change to propel productivity growth in both manufacturing in general and pharmaceuticals in particular.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between residents’ attitudes toward local festival and perceptions of regional ripple effects based on Gangneung coffee festival. Of the 417 questionnaires, 403 samples were used as analysis data. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between the attitudes of the residents toward the festival and the perception of the ripple effect in the local community. In the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral attitudes of local residents, only the behavioral attitude did not affect the perception of the economic ripple effect. Outcomes showed that the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral attitudes of local residents all affect the perception of socio-economic and environmental ripple effects.

An Analysis of the New Trade Regime for State-Owned Enterprises under the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement

This paper analyses the new discipline on state-owned enterprises contained in the recently concluded Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement, and evaluates various factors that influenced the shaping of its specific rules. The new discipline consolidates and strengthens related provisions in current trade regimes, reflects various aspects of trade disputes between China and the US, and adopts, as its general underlying rationale, the principle of competitive neutrality. The new discipline contains elements that may challenge the multilateral trade regime, and may serve as a role model in regulating state-owned enterprises, including subsidies in services trade in other on-going trade negotiations. The new regime makes us think hard about fundamental issues regarding enforcement of competition policy against state-owned enterprises, treatment of non-market economies, and how to deal with effects of subsidies in international trade, bringing competition issues back on the trade agenda.
