        간내 담석과 동반된 간내 담도암에서의 p53과 Ki-ras의 발현

        Background/Aims: Hepatolithiasis or primary intrahepatic stones may be accompanied later by intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. This cancerous lesion is frequently associated with atypical hyperplastic epithelium that was suspected of being precancerous. To investigate the Ki-ras or p53 mutation may play a role in carcinogenesis, and to determine whether atypical hyperplastic epithelium may be precancerous, this study was performed in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas associated with hepatolithiasis. Methods: We examined 12 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas associated with hepatolithiasis. Ki-ras point mutations were assessed by direct DNA sequencing. Expressions of p53 protein were immunohistochemically assessed. The overexpression of p53 and point mutation of Ki-ras were examined in normal, hyperplastic, atypical hyperplastic, and can- cerous tissues separately. Results: The expressions of p53 protein were detected in 4 (33%) of 12 cholangiocarcinomas and Ki-ras point mutations at codon 12 were found in 2 (17%) of 12 cholangiocarcinomas. In those two carcinoma cases which contained the mutant sequence of Ki-ras, the same point mutation from wild type GGT (glycine) to GAT (aspartic acid) was. found in the associated atypical hyperplastic epithelium. However, none of the normal and hyperplastic epithelium harbored Ki-ras or p53 mutations. Conclusions: The overexpression of p53 may play a part in the carcinogenesis of some intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas associated with hepatolithiasis, whereas the role of Ki-ras mutations in those cases is dubious. However, Ki-ras point mutation at codon 12 may be responsible for either cancer or atypical hyperplastic epithelium associated with hepatolithiasis in certain cases, suggesting atypical hyperplastic epithelium may give rise to carcinoma.

The tuber of kantenabtrennung, schmorl and rear oxhorn dissociation are one of the these barrier process. We assume that the fracture of apophysis by overusing is the main cause of these barriers.

      • Survey of the algal flora of Jeju Island

        The author intends to reports on the algal flora and communities on Jeju Island. which was carried out the periods of April, 1971 to December, 1975. The total investigatej algae are 212 species of marine algae. Of these, 3 species are beling to Cyanophyta, 36 species to Chlorophyta, 50 species to Phaeophyta, and the rest 123 to the Rhodophyta. From the standpoint of the phytosciological distribution, Jeju Island belong to Same category of Tsushima Island with the central part of Japan, Microdiciyon japonicum, Merislocheca pzpilosa, Actinotrichia fragllis etc. presented in Jeju Island for temper-ate elements. Algal coverage was observed by the author in 1974.

      • 도시공학 핵심과목의 심화교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 핵심과목 요목의 작성과 난이도별 문제은행의 지도과정, 핵심과목에 대한 자율학습 문제은행을 데이타베이스화하여 상시 활용화 추구, 교수와 학생의 상호 협동시스템에 의한 학습방법론 도출을 시도하였다. 시론적 성격에 한정되어 있긴 하나 본 연구는 협동시스템을 기반으로한 자율학습모형을 구축함으로써 학습과 교육효과 제고, 협동심과 선의의 경쟁을 매개로 하는 생활구현, 취업대비 등의 목표에 기여하는데 의의가 있다. This paper examines that drawing up a syllabus of core courses and an item pool classified by the degree of difficulty, and that inquiring practical use an databased item pool, and that proposing study method by cooperative system between students and professors. The result of this study is expected to contribute to studying, life, and taking up an occupation by constructing autonomous study model founded the cooperative system.

      • 제주대학 임해연구소 부근의 해조분포 및 식생

        이기완 제주대학교 1974 논문집 Vol.6 No.-

        저자가 1974년 3월부터 1975년 2월에 걸쳐 1년간 조사한 제주대학 임해 연구소의 해조분포 및 식생은 아래와 같다. 1) 채집된 해조는 모두 101종으로 녹조류 18종, 갈조류 36종, 홍조류가 47종이다. 2) 이 지역의 대표적인 해조군집은 ① Porphyra-GloiopeltiAssociation; ② Ishige Association; ③ Hizsikia fusiforme Association; ④ Sargassum Association; ⑤ Collaina Association으로 식물 사회학적인 분포로 보아 Hizkietum Taniputi에 속한다. The annual variation of marine algal flora including 101 species in all(18 species of Chlorophyta, 36 species of Phaeophyta, 47 species of Rhodophyta), was observed at Marine Laboratory of Cheju University near Seogwipo for one year from March 1974 to February 1975. Five typical algal association were observed at the observed station; 1) Porphyra Gloiopeltis Association; 2) Ishige Association; 3) Hizikia fusiforme Association; 4) Sargassum Association; 5) Corallina Association.

      • 標識放流 소라의 成長과 棲息場 環境

        소라棲息場의 環境과 소라의 成長에 關하여 標識放流에 의한 方法으로 1983年 4月부터 1984年 3月까지 濟州道 新村沿岸에서 調査한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 海底는 岩盤과 輕石으로 되어있고, 鹽分濃度는 34‰內外이며, 水溫은 12℃∼28℃였으며, 流速은 0.6∼1knot 範圍였다. 2. 海藻相는 水深에 따라 差異가 있어서 2m 以賤에서는 톳, 고리매, 珊瑚藻類와 톱니모자반이 主로 分布하나 2m 以深에는 珊瑚藻類와 모자반類가 分布하며 이 水域에서 소라의 捕率이 가장 높았다. 3. 標識放流한 소라 (平均殼長 5.46㎝, 平均全重量 37.2gr) 는 放流 後 316日 殼長이 1.6㎝, 全重量이 25gr 增加하였다. 4. 소라의 移動은 日間 50m였고, 調査其間中 擴散範圍는 주로 50m範圍였으나, 最大로 1㎞나 移動한 個體도 있었다. 5. 再捕率은 1∼6%로서 비교적 낮았다. In order to know environmental factors and growth of turban shell, authors performed fieldwork by tagging method at Shinchon coast, Cheju-do from April, 1983 to March, 1984 and the summarized results are as follows : 1. Sea bottoms were composed of flatten and isolated rocky area. Salinity was 34‰ more or less, waster temperature was 12℃ - 28℃ and current speed varied with in the ranges of 1.6 - 1Knot. 2. Algal vegetation changed narrowly in water depth. Hizikia fusiforme, Scytosiphon lomentaria, Sargassum tortile, and calcareous algae appeared dominantly in places under 2m depth, on the other hand, calcareous algae, Sargassum spp., and Ecklonia cava appeared in lower places than 2m depth, where many turban shells recaptured. 3. Tagged turban shells (5.46cm mean shell length and 37.2gr total body weight at first release time) increased 1.6cm mean shell length and 25gr total body weight after 316 days. 4. Maximum movement distances of turban shells were 50m/ day, scattering ranges were mainly 50meters from original released point, but exceptional one recaptured at the 1km away. 5. Recapture rates were 1-6% on poor records.
