This study was undertaken as a literature survey to reevaluate the functionality of the health functional foods for gastrointestinal tract, in particular, dietary fibers. This study intend to furnish data which can be applied to assessment of permitted dose and description of notice, investigating literatures about functionality related to control of gastrointestinal function and establishment of intake for these dietary fibers.

법률서비스 조직의 내부품질이 직원 및 고객의 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 서비스-수익 체인(S-PC) 모델을 중심으로

[연구목적] 본 연구는 법률서비스 조직의 내부품질이 직원 및 고객의 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 그에 따른 시사점을 찾기 위하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구를 위하여 서비스-수익 체인 모델을 활용하였으며, 183명의 변호사, 변리사, 기타 전문가들을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였으며, 분석을 위하여 SPSS와 AMOS 버전 25를 사용하였다. [연구결과] 실증분석 결과 서비스제공 준비수준은 직원만족도, 직원층성도, 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 보였고, 고객만족도에는 유의미한 영향을 보이지 않았다. 내부서비스 품질은 직원만족도, 직원충성도, 고객만족도, 고객충성도 모두 유의미한 영향을 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 생산성 및 품질은 고객만족도와 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직원만족도 및 직원충성도에는 유의미한 영향을 보이지 않았다. 서비스가치 전달은 고객만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 갖는 것으로 분석되었지만, 직원만족도, 직원충성도, 고객충성도에는 유의미한 영향을 갖지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직원만족도와 고객충성도는 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 보였고, 직원충성도와 고객만족도는 경영성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시되는 내용과는 일부 다른 결과가 도출되었다. 이것은 법률서비스 및 서비스 제공자의 특수성에 기인한 것으로 판단된다. S-PC 모델이 단일 모델로 모든 성과경로를 설명하는 데에는 한계가 있다고 지적한 선행연구의 내용과 부합한다. S-PC 모델의 장점과 한계를 같이 이해하고, 산업과 기업(조직)의 특수성을 고려한 추가적인 검토가 함께 전략에 반영되어야 한다고 제시한다. [Purpose] This study conducted empirical analysis to analyze the impact of internal quality of legal service organization on employee and customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to find any implications accordingly. [Methodology] The Service-Profit Chain model was used to carry out this empirical study. For this study, 183 responses from lawyers, patent attorneys, customs agents, para-legals, patent technology experts, and legal support staffs were analyzed. A total of 20 hypotheses were set up and tested to verify. [Findings] As a result of the empirical analysis, the level of readiness for service provision had a positive effect on employee satisfaction, employee loyalty, and customer loyalty, but not on customer satisfaction. In terms of internal service quality, it had no meaningful effect on employee satisfaction, employee loyalty, customer satisfaction, and customer loy2alty. Service productivity and quality were found to have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, but not on employee satisfaction and employee loyalty. Service value delivery had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, but did not have a meaningful effect on employee satisfaction, employee loyalty, and customer loyalty. Employee satisfaction and customer loyalty had a positive effect on operational performance, however employee loyalty and customer satisfaction did not affect operational performance. [Implications] This study has shown some different results from those generally understood due to the characteristics of the service and the propensity of the service provider. The research results are consistent with the findings of previous studies, which point out that the S-PC model, as an integrated single model, has limitations in explaining all performance path. This study explains the limitations of the S-PC model and suggests that additional considerations should be taken into account in the service strategy, while taking advantage of the merits as an integrated model and at the same time taking into account the specificity of each industry or organization.

Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

전남쌀의 가격차별화 현황과 발전방향

Competitiveness of rice comes from higher quality and lower price. The latter accrues from cost reduction which is in turn possible through the economies of scale. Economies of scale is, however, very difficult to achieve because of small-scaleness of rice acreage in Chonnam Province and expensive land price. Therefore, rice competitiveness should be complemented by utilizing quality differentiation both vertically and horizontally. Chonnam rice is somehow treated as a lemon good among the metropolitan consumers like in Seoul. It is a problem to be coped with. According to our research results, Chonnam rice carried the lowest price in the rice markets of the big cities. In Taegu city, Chonnam branded rice was not sold at the department stores, and it was sold only at one place in Pusan. In other words, Chonnam rice is treated as a lemon good and shunned by some localities across the nation. In order to remedy this unfavorable situation, Chonnam rice should be differentiated both vertically and horizontally in terms of variety selection, storage, milling and processing, packaging, etc. Especially, development of new brands and quality guarantee is ncccss. Besides, both publicizing and improving rice quality should be emphasized to promote Chonnam rice at the national level.

과학교육 개선을 위한 실험모델 제작에 관한 연구(Ⅰ)

A curriculum for teaching materials in Science Education was studied as a model for modified xperiment on fundamental courses. Coscious effort can be made to desingn experiments that require minimum apparatus, that require low-cost equipment that can be made to from cheap locally available materials. Computer-aided instruction programs at high school, freshman course level have been developed. The software package was consist of five programs: The program contains explanation and problems for the calculation of resonance energy, molecular structure, mole concept, Rutherford's experiment, thermodynamic processes. Special course equipment package explanation mole concept, Rutheford's experiment, thermo dynamic processes. Special course were designed in Science Education with the understanding that to a certain extent science values would be covered in all of the modified experiments and program models.

A 10-year-old spayed female dog with history of persistent nasal discharge and halitosis was presented. In oral examination, there were severe dental calculi and gingivitis. The radiographic imaging showed lesions of left nasal cavity and periodontal membrane. In computed tomographic imaging, there are increased density of left nasal cavity, loss of nasal concha and partial defect of nasal septum. Many inflammatory cells were observed in nasal cytology. The result of culture from nasal smear was negative. All these findings result in rhinitis by dental calculi and gingivitis. The dog got improved after scaling, tooth extraction, and medical treatment.

B형 만성 활동성 간염 환자에서 Prednisolone 단기이탈 및 Alpha Interferon 병합요법의 효과

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Pd withdrawal followed by recombinant alpha- Interferon 2b therapy. Nine patients were given a single daily subcutaneous injection of ^α-Interferon at a dose of 3 x 10 exp(6) units/day for first weeks and thrice weekly for next 15 weeks (maintenance) after pd tappered over 6 weeks. To evaluate the efficacy of therapy, we measured serum aminotransferase activities monthly during and after therapy, and also measured serm HBsAg, HBeAg and DNA probe before and after therapy. To evaluate the safety of therapy, all patients checked peripheral blood WBC, Hemoglobin, Platelet, BUN and Creatinine. The results were as follows : 1. In control group, the normalization of s-AST & ALT level, negative seroconversion of DNA probe & HBeAg were observed in 1/12(8%) & 7/10(17%), 0/10(0%) & 0/12(0%) at 6 months later, and maintained response in 1/11(9%) & 1/11(9%), 2/9(22%) & 2/11(18%) until 1 years later. 2. In treatment group, Serum AST and ALT returned to normal in 8/9 & 8/9 cases (89%) after 1 montns Tx. (mean serum AST : 33±8, ALT : 34±12 IU/ml) and maintained to normal response in 5/9(56%) & 6/9 cases(67%)after 6 months Tx. (mean s-AST : 55±43, ALT : 66±84 IU/ml), 3/9(33%) & 4/9 cases(44%) after 1 years Tx. It was statistically significant reponse except s-AST of after 1 years Tx. 3. In treatment group, s- HBeAg returned to normal in 3/9 cases(33%) after 1 months Tx., and maintained to normal response in 1/7 & 1/4 cases among follow up patients in after 6 & 12 months Tx. Serm DNA probe level were observed significantly negative seroconversion in 8/9 cases(89%) after 1 months Tx. (p<0.003), and maintained to negative response in 2/6 & 1/3 cases after 6 & 12 months Tx. 4. Serum AST, ALT, HBeAg and DNA probe were not significantly correlated with therapeutic response in relation to histologic diagnosis. 5. Fever and myalgia were noted in 9(100%) & 6(67%) cases. Headache, mild hair loss, anorexia, nausea, facial flushing & diarrhea were noted in few cases. Peripheral WBC(3cases) & platelet counts(3cases) were decreased transiently. This study shows that Pd withdrawal followed by recombinant alpha Interferon 2b therapy may be safe and effective in decrease the level of s-DNA probe, transaminase activity, loss of HBeAg and less adverse effect of clinical and hematologic examinations in patients with CAH type B. But it was necessary for study with large number of patients, more prolonged follow up duration and more strict control study.
