Background: The clinical efficacy of preoperative 2D-echocardiographic assessment of pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) has not been evaluated fully in liver transplantation (LT) recipients.Methods: From October 2010 to February 2017, a total of 344 LT recipients who underwent preoperative 2D-echocardiography and intraoperative right heart catheterization (RHC) was enrolled and stratified according to etiology, disease progression, and clinical setting. The correlation of right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) on preoperative 2D-echocardiography with mean and systolic PAP on intraoperative RHC was evaluated, and the predictive value of RVSP > 50 mmHg to identify mean PAP > 35 mmHg was estimated.Results: In the overall population, significant but weak correlations were observed (R = 0.27; P < 0.001 for systolic PAP, R = 0.24; P < 0.001 for mean PAP). The positive and negative predictive values of RVSP > 50 mmHg identifying mean PAP > 35 mmHg were 37.5% and 49.9%, respectively. In the subgroup analyses, correlations were not significant in recipients of deceased donor type LT (R = 0.129; P = 0.224 for systolic PAP, R = 0.163; P = 0.126 for mean PAP) or in recipients with poorly controlled ascites (R = 0.215; P = 0.072 for systolic PAP, R = 0.21; P = 0.079 for mean PAP). Conclusion: In LT recipients, the correlation between RVSP on preoperative 2D-echocardiography and PAP on intraoperative RHC was weak; thus, preoperative 2D-echocardiography might not be the optimal tool for predicting intraoperative PAP. In LT candidates at risk of pulmonary hypertension, RHC should be considered.

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum range of laser energy density to the enamel surface of permanent incisors when they are irradiated with the pulsed Nd : YAG laser, Laser impacts on each experimental group were made at energy density of $20\sim50J/cm^2$ by 20 pulses of the pulse width 1.2 msec. The author investigated the enamel surface with the sunning electron microscope(SEM) and the surface roughness tester, and measured the shear bond strength between electrolytically etched Ni-Cr-Be alloy casting and composite resin. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The surface roughness of enamel after laser irradiation showed the significant difference level from the energy density $40J/cm^2(P<0.05)$. 2. The mean shear bond strength of etched-metal resin-bonded specimens were $154.23{\pm}33.30kg/cm^2$ at unlased enamel surface and $195.72{\pm}29.56kg/cm^2$ at lased energy density $30J/cm^2$, and showed a significant difference(P<0.05). 8. SEM photographs showed the irregular microcracks and the structural changes of lased enamel surface. 4. SEM photographs of the fracture surface after testing the shear bond strength showed the aspect of interfacial fracture between bonding agent and composite resin at the metal sides.

휴대전화를 통한 2D(Two Dimensional)이미지 인식기반의 QR(Quick Response)코드 및 칼라코드 활용이 급속히 확산되면서 디코딩 기술과 플랫폼의 개선이 요구되고 있으며, 범용 디지털카메라에 의한 소형 비주얼코드의 비 초점 이미지정보 인식기술인 새로운 보코드(Bokode)라는 기술이 발표되었다. 이에 스마트환경 기반의 2D 이미지코드와 인식기술에 대한 연구개발 및 산업 활성화를 위한 대응전략이 절실히 필요한 시점이다. 논문은 이 같은 전략수립을 지원하기 위해 기술 및 산업동향 조사 분석을 통한 정보지원 및 실천과제 제시에 중점을 두며 기술개요, 기술동향, 기술 활성화 과제, 전망 및 제안 등으로 구성하였다. Applications of two dimensional image codes like QR and color code on mobile phone are spreading widely and in lieu of that, better decoding technology and platform designs are required. Futhermore “Bokode” technology which recognizes the defocus-blur image information from imperceptible visual tiny code on ordinary digital camera has been announced newly. There is an urgent need for competitive strategies to activate 2D image code industry and R&D under smart environment. This paper focused on suggesting valuable idea and practical task through investigation and analysis required for supporting of thus strategy construction. Description consist of introduction, technological tendency for R&D, patent and market, implementation task, conclusion and suggestion.
전기저항측정법 및 젖음성을 이용한 나노복합재료의 미세파손 감지능 및 계면물성 평가

탄소나노튜브(CNT)를 이용하여 신율이 뛰어난 p-DCPD를 지로 사용하여 손상감지용 고분자 필름 센서를 연구하였다. CNT를 수지에 혼합시킬 경우 중합을 방해하여 1차 개환만 진행되었다. CNT 농도에 따른 정적접 촉각을 측정하여 계면의 젖음성을 측정하였다. 높은 신율을 가지는 p-DCPD에 CNT를 혼합시킴으로써 전도성을 확보하였고, CNT 농도에 따른 인장강도 및 전기저항 분산도 평가를 실시하였을 경우 0.5 wt% CNT/p-DCPD 조건이 최적의 조건임을 확인하였다. CNT/p-DCPD 센서의 내구성을 평가하기 위해 동적 피로 실험을 실시하여 인장 응력에 따른 전기저항 변화를 평가하였다. 초기 3회 사이클 동안은 전기저항 변화도와 응력간의 결과가 유사한 경향을 나타내었다. CNT/p-DCPD 센서의 활용을 위해 에폭시 기지 표면에 센서를 붙이고 기지 재료의 파괴거동을 확인하였다. 기지 파괴가 발생되기 전에 CNT/p-DCPD 센서의 전기저항 점핑 신호를 관찰할 수 있었다. 이는 기지재료에 발생된 균열에 의해 CNT/p-DCPD 센서와 기지간의 접착 파괴로 발생된 신호이며, 이러한 신호를 이용하여 기지재료의 균열 및 파괴를 예측해 볼 수 있었다. Damage sensing of polymer composite films consisting of poly(dicyclopentadiene) p-DCPD and carbon nanotube (CNT) was studied experimentally. Only up to 1st ring-opening polymerization occurred with the addition of CNT, which made the modified film electrically conductive, while interfering with polymerization. The interfacial adhesion of composite films with varying CNT concentration was evaluated by measuring the wettability using the static contact angle method. 0.5 wt% CNT/p-DCPD was determined to be the optimal condition via electrical dispersion method and tensile test. Dynamic fatigue test was conducted to evaluate the durability of the films by measuring the change in electrical resistance. For the initial three cycles, the change in electrical resistance pattern was similar to the tensile stress-strain curve. The CNT/p-DCPD film was attached to an epoxy matrix to demonstrate its utilization as a sensor for fracture behavior. At the onset of epoxy fracture, electrical resistance showed a drastic increase, which indicated adhesive fracture between sensor and matrix. It leads to prediction of crack and fracture of matrix.

The purpose of the present experiment was to evaluate the effect of high nitrogen fertilization on the accumulation of nitric chemical composition of Korean native millet (Echinochloa crusgalli L.) The results obtained were as follows: 1. Dry matter of Korean native millet generally increased by increasing the rate of nitrogen fertilization but the marked lodging caused the decrease of dry matter at the period of ripening. 2. Soluble protein nitrogen was the major part of soluble total nitrogen and the content of other nitrogen fraction lowered in the order of ammonia, nitrate and amide nitrogen. 3. The content of soluble nitric chemical compound and soluble nitrate nitrogen of the plant sections did not coincide, but generally lowered in the order of sheath, blade, grain and culm. 4. Through the period of tillering and elongation of culm internodes, the content of soluble nitric compound generally increased by increasing the rate of nitrogen fertilization, but which didn`t occur sit the period of ripening.

한국산 감잎으로부터 분리한 폴리페놀 화합물군으로 부터 알레르기 저해효과에 관한 연구 결과를 얻고자 수동피부 아나필락시스 반응에 대한 효과 및 비만세포에서 유리되는 히스타민의 유리억제능을 관찰하였다. 수동피부 아나필락시스에서는 대조군에 비하여 모든 군에서 유의하게 격감되었으며, 3차에 걸친 항원투여 기간에 있어서도 이러한 경향은 계속되었으며, 항원 투여 후 혈중의 히스타민을 측정한 결과 거의 정상군에 가깝게 혈중 히스타민 함량을 낮추는 역할을 하였다. 이러한 결과는 알레르기 치료제들이 갖는 부작용을 최소화시킬 수 있는 새로운 치료제로서의 가능성을 보여주는 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to investigate antiallergy of the polyphenol fractions isolated from persimmon leaves (Diospyros kaki folum). The result of the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction of expriment on anti-allergy, the allergy remarkably decreased in polyphenol fraction Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups in comparison with the control group. After antigen challenge, histamine content of blood of the polyphenol groups was lowered to near the normal group.
