        치유환경디자인 연구 경향 -국내 선행 연구 분석을 중심으로-

        현대인들은 건강에 점점 더 관심을 가지게 되면서 건강 회복을 돕는 치유환경도 주목을 받게 되었다. 특히 치유환경디자인 연구가 증가하는 추세다. 따라서 본 연구는 치유환경디자인 연구 경향을 살펴보기 위해 2003년부터 2020년 6월까지 한국 국내 석·박사학위논문과 국내 학술지(KCI)논문 중 치유환경디자인에 관한 논문 127편을 선정하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구는 치유환경의 개념과 요소 분석, 논문 개수, 연구 주제, 연구 방법, 연구 내용, 연구 범위, 연구 대상 등의 내용이 포함된다. 분석 결과를 정리하면 아래와 같다. 첫째, 치유환경디자인은 이용자의 관점에서 치유환경과 소통하는 매개체다. 즉 환경디자인을 통해 치유효과를 높이는 것이다. 치유환경은 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 요소를 포함한다. 둘째, 논문 개수는 해마다 증가하는 모습을 보여준다. 특히 2012년에는 거의 배로 급증하였다. 셋째, 초기에는 의료기관, 요양원 등과 관련된 연구가 대부분 이었으나 후반부에는 의료기관 이외의 다양한 공간에 대한 연구 논문이 증가하며, 이후 상승과 하락을 반복한다. 넷째, 사례분석에 기반한 연구 방법이 전 단계에 걸쳐 우위를 차지하고 있다. 다섯째, 연구 내용은 주로 치유환경 디자인의 건축적 공간 요소에 관한 것이다. 여섯째, 연구 범위는 병원을 중심으로 하며, 내부 공간 계획에 집중되어 있다. 일곱째, 연구 대상은 전기, 중기, 후기에 각각 다른 변화를 보인다. 치유환경디자인에 관한 연구는 과학적 근거에 기반하고, 심리적·사회적 요소에 관한 연구가 추가적으로 이루어져야 한다. As modern people become more and more interested in health, the healing environment, which helps them recover, has also drawn attention. In particular, research on healing environmental design is increasing. Therefore, this study selected 127 papers on healing environment design from 2003 to June 2020 among Korean master's and doctorate papers and Korean journal (KCI) papers to analyze the data. Research includes the concept and elemental analysis of the healing environment, the number of papers, research topics, research methods, research contents, scope of research, and subjects of research. The analysis results are as follows. First, healing environment design is a medium that communicates with the healing environment from the user's point of view. In other words, it enhances the healing effect through environmental design. The healing environment includes physical, psychological, and social factors. Second, the number of papers increases year by year. In particular, the number nearly doubled in 2012. Third, most of the research involved in medical institutions, nursing homes, etc. initially, but in the second half, research papers on a variety of spaces other than medical institutions increase, and subsequent rises and falls are repeated. Fourth, research methods based on case analysis dominate the entire stage. Fifth, the contents of the study are mainly about architectural spatial elements of healing environment design. Sixth, the scope of the study is centered on hospitals and is focused on interior space planning. Seventh, the subjects of the study show different changes in the early, mid and late periods. Research on healing environment design is based on scientific evidence, and further research on psychological and social factors should be conducted.

        "The Hidden Melody" - Analysis of the Picture Composition of the Movie

        영화 화면은 영사막의 네모난 틀에 한정된다. 그러므로 영화화면은 그림틀과 비슷한 점이 있다. 화면은 물상을 어디에 놓으면 감독님의 의도를 잘 표현할 수 있다. 이런 문제가 바로 화면은 어떻게 구성한 문제이다. 감독님은 장면을 조정하고 미공사는 장면을 어떻게 설계하는 문제도 있다. 아무 평면 유한한 공간에 이미지 설계를 진행하는 것은 모두 그림예술이다. 영화는 조형 예술이고 삼차원 공간이 여기에 충분히 표현할 수 있다. 동시에 이차원 형식에 표현력을 가지고 있다. 구도는 영화화면의 형식 언어 중에서 하나이다. 영화 미술에서 뛰어난 화면 구도 설계가 영화의 심미 가치와 예술 가치를 표현하기가 아주 중요한 역할을 가진다. 관중들이 영화를 감상할 때 첫 번째 느낀 것은 영화의 시각 원소이다. 영화 구도는 먼저 관중들에게 아주 독특한 심미적인 체험을 주어야 한 다음에 시각적인 미감을 나타낼 수 있다. 그리고 영화구도는 영화 미술가의 독특한 예술 개성을 놓아야 한다. 이렇게 한다면 남다른 영화를 제작할 수 있는 중요한 원인이다. 마지막, 구도는 전체 영화 작품을 중심으로 설계해야 하고 줄거리를 발전시키고 영화의 주지를 표현할 수 있도록 한다. The image of cinema description is limited within the frame of the screen; this constitutes the similarities between cinema description and picture frame. In other words, there is a problem about cinema description as to how to place image at a position that could express the director"s intention most appropriately - the composition of cinema description, or how directors do the mise-en-scine and how art designers design the scene. Any art that involves image-building in a flat and limited space can be regarded as painting art. Film is a plastic art, in which three-dimensional space can be fully demonstrated; but, it also has expressive force in two-dimensional form. Composition is also the most important form of formal language in cinema description. With respect to fine art in film, excellent composition is extremely important for the realization of the film"s aesthetic value and artistic value. When watching a movie, the audiences first come into contact with visual elements. Film composition need to bring a unique aesthetic experience to audiences, reflecting its visual beauty. Moreover, the unique artistic personality of film artist ought to be integrated into film composition, which is the key to make a film different. Finally, the overall film should be at the core of composition design, only in this way can it promote the development of the story and reveal and elaborate the film"s subject.

        Transcriptome profiling identifies immune response genes against porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus and Haemophilus parasuis co-infection in the lungs of piglets

        Background: Co-infections of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and the Haemophilus parasuis (HPS) are severe in Chinese pigs, but the immune response genes against co-infected with 2 pathogens in the lungs have not been reported. Objectives: To understand the effect of PRRSV and/or HPS infection on the genes expression associated with lung immune function. Methods: The expression of the immune-related genes was analyzed using RNA-sequencing and bioinformatics. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were detected and identified by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and western blotting assays. Results: All experimental pigs showed clinical symptoms and lung lesions. RNA-seq analysis showed that 922 DEGs in co-challenged pigs were more than in the HPS group (709 DEGs) and the PRRSV group (676 DEGs). Eleven DEGs validated by qRT-PCR were consistent with the RNA sequencing results. Eleven common Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways related to infection and immune were found in single-infected and co-challenged pigs, including autophagy, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, and antigen processing and presentation, involving different DEGs. A model of immune response to infection with PRRSV and HPS was predicted among the DEGs in the co-challenged pigs. Dual oxidase 1 (DUOX1) and interleukin-21 (IL21) were detected by IHC and western blot and showed significant differences between the co-challenged pigs and the controls. Conclusions: These findings elucidated the transcriptome changes in the lungs after PRRSV and/or HPS infections, providing ideas for further study to inhibit ROS production and promote pulmonary fibrosis caused by co-challenging with PRRSV and HPS.

        Correlations between Serum Inflammation Factors and Left Ventricular Remodeling in Acute ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

        Purpose: To investigate the changes and correlations of the serum inflammation factors levels and left ventricular (LV) structure and function in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Materials and Methods: A prospective study was performed on 70 STEMI patients and 70 control subjects. Serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L), metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) were measured by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and cardiac structure and function were assessed by echocardiography at admission and 3-year follow-up. Results: We found that the levels of serum IL-6, sCD40L and MMP-9 increased steadily among control subjects, remote myocardial infarction and acute STEMI patients, and the level of TIMP-1 elevated remarkly at 3-year follow-up visit in STEMI. The admission level of serum MMP-9 positively correlated with LV end-diastolic and end-diastole volume (r=0.294, p=0.022; r=0.269, p=0.036, respectively), and TIMP-1 positively correlated with E/A ratio (r=0.278, p=0.044) at 3-year follow-up. Conclusion: The study indicates that admission levels of serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 closely correlated with left ventricular structure and function, which may be involved in the process of post-infarction remodeling of myocardium.

        陸機“緣情綺靡”詩學理論再探

        西晋의 陸机가 제기한 “??情而?靡”설은 중국 시가사에 있어서 매우 중요한 창작이론 가운데 하나이다. “??情而?靡”설은 중국 시가 창작의 새로운 국면은 개척했다. 하지만 이 시학 이론에 대한 이해는 현재까지도 서로 다른 시각과 관점이 존재하고 있으며, 西晋 ?期의 시가 창작에 대한 일정한 부분의 오해마저 불러 일으키고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 “??情而?靡”이론의 진면목에 기초하여 西晋 ?歌를 보다 정확하게 해석하는 중요한 전제를 삼고자 한다. 본문은 “?情”과 “言志”의 관계에 대한 분석을 통하여, 陸机가 언급한 “?情”은 실제로 이전 “言志”이론에 대한 반발로서 先秦 ?? 精神에 대한 이성적 회귀이며;“?靡”는 문학에 대해 자각하게 된 상황에서 문인들의 ?歌 言?에 외재하는 형식미에 대한 적극적인 추구라는 사실을 파악하였다。“?情?靡”의 ???念은 바로 西晋 ?期 시가 창작 이론을 반영하는 것으로써, 중국 시가사상 훼손될 수 없는 중요한 가치와 의의를 지니고 있다.

        A New Examination Method for Anatomical Variations of the Flexor Digitorum Superficialis in the Little Finger

        Background: Current examination methods to assess the anatomical variations of flexor digitorum superficialis (FDS) tendon in the little finger necessitate a strong external force applied by the examiner and cause false negatives. A new examination method was designed to detect the variations more accurately. Methods: We examined the little fingers of 220 adult hands (110 subjects) by 2 methods: the expanded examination method advocated by Tan et al., and a new examination method. Variations of the FDS in the little finger were examined by both methods and categorized separately as having independent FDS function, FDS connection to the tendons of the ring finger or of the multiple adjacent fingers, and functional substitution of the flexor digitorum profundus (FDP) with or without tendinous connection to the ring or multiple adjacent fingers. By our new method, we could further divide the FDS connection or FDP substitution with connection to the ring finger into 2 subtypes: loose and close connections. Data were reported as case numbers and percent. Date on symmetry were statistically analyzed by matched case-control studies. Results: Among 220 hands, 113 hands (51.4%) had independent FDS function by the new examination method, which was lower than the incidence (55.5%) detected with the existing expanded examination method. In the hands with connections between FDS tendons of the little and the ring fingers, 32 hands (14.5%) demonstrated loose and 37 (16.8%) close connections. Three hands (1.4%) had loose and 19 (8.6%) had close FDP substitution with tendinous connection to the ring finger. Among 110 hands without independent FDS function, variants of 42 hands (38.2%) were asymmetric. There was no statistical significance in symmetry of variations. Conclusions: This new examination method offers other assessment variations of FDS tendon in the little finger. We recommend using this test to assess the variations and function of the FDS of the little finger.

        Self-assembled micelles of the natural medicine ginsenosides for cancer metastasis therapy

        The nanocarrier-based drug delivery systems have become an alternative strategy for cancer treatment. Whereas, increasing studies find that the utilization of drug carriers may result in poor biocompatibility,lower drug loading capacity and unpredictable side reactions. Therefore, we herein reported selfassembledmicelles based on herbal product ginsenosides, which are the main active ingredients ofPanax ginseng C.A. The ginsenosides-based micelle system exerts excellent biosafety, better stability, highdrug capacity, and lower cytotoxicity compared to free ginsenosides. Meanwhile, ginsenosides micellesexhibits superior inhibitory effects on cancer cell adhesion activity, especially the expression of intercellularadhesion molecule-1, which is the critical factor of cancer metastasis. Importantly, ginsenosidesmicelles results in remarkably therapeutic efficacy on lung metastasis of liver cancer. All these resultshighlight the potential utilization of ginsenosides micelles in the clinic. Meanwhile, the carrier-freenano-drugs self-delivery system of ginsenosides showed great promise to become an emerging approachfor cancer metastasis therapy.

        Applying the OMOP Common Data Model to Facilitate Benefit-Risk Assessments of Medicinal Products Using Real-World Data from Singapore and South Korea

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to characterize the benefits of converting Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) to acommon data model (CDM) and to assess the potential of CDM-converted data to rapidly generate insights for benefitriskassessments in post-market regulatory evaluation and decisions. Methods: EMRs from January 2013 to December 2016were mapped onto the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership-CDM (OMOP-CDM) schema. Vocabulary mappingswere applied to convert source data values into OMOP-CDM-endorsed terminologies. Existing analytic codes used in a priorOMOP-CDM drug utilization study were modified to conduct an illustrative analysis of oral anticoagulants used for atrialfibrillation in Singapore and South Korea, resembling a typical benefit-risk assessment. A novel visualization is proposed torepresent the comparative effectiveness, safety and utilization of the drugs. Results: Over 90% of records were mapped ontothe OMOP-CDM. The CDM data structures and analytic code templates simplified the querying of data for the analysis. Intotal, 2,419 patients from Singapore and South Korea fulfilled the study criteria, the majority of whom were warfarin users. After 3 months of follow-up, differences in cumulative incidence of bleeding and thromboembolic events were observable viathe proposed visualization, surfacing insights as to the agent of preference in a given clinical setting, which may meaningfullyinform regulatory decision-making. Conclusions: While the structure of the OMOP-CDM and its accessory tools facilitatereal-world data analysis, extending them to fulfil regulatory analytic purposes in the post-market setting, such as benefit-riskassessments, may require layering on additional analytic tools and visualization techniques.

        Translocation and Phosphorylation of Calcyclin Binding Protein during Retinoic Acid-induced Neuronal Differentiation of Neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y Cells

        For better understanding of functions of the Calcyclin Binding Protein (CacyBP) and exploring its possible roles in neuronal differentiation, the subcellular localization of human CacyBP was examined in retinoic acid(RA)-induced and uninduced neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells. Immunostaining indicated that CacyBP was present in the cytoplasm of uninduced SH-SY5Y cells, in which the resting Ca^(2+) concentration was relatively lower than that of RA-induced cells. After the RA induction, immunostaining was seen in both the nucleus and cytoplasm. In the RA-induced differentiated SH-SYSY cells, CacyBP was phosphorylated on serine residue(s), while it existed in a dephosphorylated form in normal (uninduced) cells. Thus, the phosphorylation of CacyBP occurs when it is translocated to the nuclear region. The translocation of CacyBP during the RA-induced differentiation of SH-SY5Y cells suggested that this protein might play a role in neuronal differentiation.
