The goal of this work is to present an advanced method of an estimation of the Modeling Uncertainties coming up in industrial rigid robot's manipulator and actuators. First, with the given physical robot model, the motion equation was derived. Considering a fictitious model, a new extended motion equation is developed. Based on this extended model, an observer and observer bank are designed for the estimation of modeling uncertainties which are involving the effects of gravity, friction, mass unbalance, and Coriolis which show the nonlinear characteristics in operation states
인터넷을 이용한 학술대회 초록업무 자동화시스템의 개발과 적용

그동안 여러 학술단체에서는 정기 학술대회를 개최하기 위하여 초록과 관련한 많은 업무를 수행하여야 하였다. 초록업무를 살펴보면 초록을 우편으로 접수하여 심사위원에게 전달한 후, 심사위원을 소집하여 심사결과를 정리 및 조정한 후에 최종 확정하여 초록자료를 출판사에 보내어 초록집을 출판한 후에 각 회원에게 배포하여야 했다. 최근 일부 학회에서는 전자우편이나 전자게시판을 이용하여 초록접수를 시행하고있지만 초록접수에만 국한되어 실제 전체 업무과정에는 별 도움이 되지 못하였다. 본 연구는 초록접수, 초록심사 및 결과발표와 전자초록집제작 및 배포에 이르기까지 초록업무 전과정을 인터넷으로 구현하여 2001년 대한병리학회 가을학술대회(http://www.pathology.or.kr/abstract.htm)에 적용함으로써, 회원들의 편의를 증대하였다. 심사를 위해 심사위원들을 소집하지 않고 인터넷상에서 심사를 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 인터넷으로 공개하여 즉시 검색이 가능하게 하였으며, 동시에 독립적으로 작동하는 전자초록집을 실행파일로 작성하여 인터넷으로 배포하였다(http://www.pathology.or.kr/way-board/db/File_Archives/file/Path2001.EXE). 인터넷을 이용한 초록업무 자동화 시스템은 학회 회원과 임원의 편의를 도모하였고, 학술대회 초록관련 업무량을 감소시켰다.
포스트 EHR시대를 대비한 임상연구 전략: 전자건강 기록을 이용한 관찰연구

Adoption of electronic health records (EHRs) is increasing worldwide. The worldwide EHR adoption rate is estimated to be around 9% to 12%. Thus, the accumulation of medical records in electronic form is also sharply increasing and is expected to be a precious asset for clinical research. Longitudinal observational studies based on EHRs are also increasing. Observational studies covering more than a million people are not rare at present. However,much of the current EHR data are equivalent in form to those of paper records, but are just stored in electronic stor-age devices, rather than as electronic data that can be transferred and shared without loss of clinical semantics. Current EHR systems must be improved in many ways to be used for anal-yses to yield important clinical knowledge. These improvements, which are addressed in this review, include the adoption of clinical data warehouses, use of controlled vocabulary, avoidance of personal/departmental research databases, a standardized interface of many diagnostic devices with the EHR system, control of time-stamp granularity, preparedness for whole-genome sequencing of every patient, confederation or consolidation of multiinstitutional EHR data, protection of privacy and confidentiality, and an education system for clinical informaticians.
의료진이 실제로 필요로 하는 의학계산식은 어떤 것인가? : 의학용 계산기 MedCalc 3000?의 1년간 사용 기록 분석

Objective: Medical personnel require many evidence-based medical equations and decision trees for their daily medical practice, medical education and research. Among the hundreds of medical equations, the essential or frequently used equations are not revealed yet. We tried to reveal the most frequently used medical equations and decision trees. Methods: A Korean version of medical equation tool was implemented on the Intranet, which provides 288 medical equations and decision trees. One year after implementation of the system, the log file was analyzed for the use status. Results: Of the 288 equations and decision trees, 170 items were visited more than once. The creatinine estimation equation was most frequently used (545 times, 18.7%). Body mass index, Apache II score, diabetes screening decision tree, and unit conversion were followed. Conclusions: We found the frequently used medical equations and decision trees in practice by analyzing the server log file. The list would be a reference for incorporation of selected equations into a computerized prescriber-order entry system. (Journal of Korean Society of Medical Informatics 13-1,27-34, 2007)
