        유신체제기 한국영화 〈증언〉(1974)의 영화적 특징과 시대적 특수성

        This thesis is a study of 〈Witness〉(1974) produced by Korean film promotion public corporation in the October Revitalizing Reforms(the Yushin) system. The Yushin system of the revitalizing reforms system was constructed South Korea in the 1970’s. The Yushin system was a political system and economical system and social system that Park Chung-hee’s administration introduced for a long-term power and the permanent adhering right. The Yushin system managed the cinema that had asserted one’s influence to the general public at that time. Therefore, 〈Witness〉 was taken in the Yushin system and showed the feature. 〈Witness〉 depicted Korea war and has peculiarity in characters, narratives, episodes, cameras, sounds and editing styles, etc. Thus, 〈Witness〉 secure realism and entertainment, and seek propaganda effect and commercial success.

        1970년대 한국 국책영화의 양가성과 균열 양상에 관한 연구 -<들국화는 피었는데>(1974)를 중심으로-

        본 논문은 이만희 감독의 <들국화는 피었는데>(1974)에 주목하여, 이를 중심으로 1970년대 한국 국책영화의 양가성과 균열 양상에 관해 고찰한 연구의 결과물이다. 박정희 정권의 유신체제 수립직후인 1973년 4월 3일 출범한 영화진흥공사(영진공)에서는 한국전쟁을 소재로 한 반공 전쟁영화를 직접 만듦으로써 ‘영화 국책’을 실현하고 동시기 한국영화의 전형을 제시하려 하였다. 그렇지만 계몽·선전의 효용과 대중적 파급력을 일거에 획득하려 한 이러한 국가적 기획은 제작 과정에서 감독의 연출을 거치며 온전히 작품에 수용되지 못한 채 차질을 빚어내었다. 이에 영진공의 자체영화 제작 사업은 중지되었고, 정부는 우수영화 제도를 통해 민간 차원에서 ‘국책영화’를 양산시키려 하였으나 이 역시도 혼선이 일어났으며, 이는 국책영화의 정체성과 안정성이 저해되는 결과로 이어졌다. 영화 정책 및 제도상으로 ‘국책’에 대한 당위가 강조되긴 하였으나 이것이 작품과 대면하며 겉돌거나 굴절되어 버리는 현상이 1970년대 초중반을 지나 중후반을 통과하면서도 지속적으로 일어났던 것이다. 동시기 한국영화의 제작 경향에서 결코 가볍게 치부되어서는 안 될, 영화사적 의의를 내포하는 의미 있는 지점이라 할 수 있다. This thesis focuses on < When Wild Flowers Blossom >(directed by Lee Man-hee, 1974), and it is the result of a study that examines the ambivalence and cracking aspect of Korean national film in the 1970s. The Korea Film Promotion Corporation(Young Jin-gong), which was launched on April 3, 1973, shortly after the establishment of the Park Chung-hee Yushin regime, tried to realize the ‘National Policy Film’ by producing the anti-communist war films based on the Korean War and to present the typical Korean movie at the same time. However, this national project, which tried to acquire the utility and popular power of enlightenment and propaganda at once, was disrupted without being fully accepted in the work through the directing of the director during the production process. Due to this, Young Jin-gong’s own film production business was suspended, and the government tried to mass-produce ‘National Movies’ at the civilian level through the excellent film system, but this also caused confusion, which resulted in the identity and stability of national films. Although the film policy and system emphasized the necessity of ‘National Policy’, this phenomenon was confronted with the work and it was repeatedly happening in the mid-to late 1970s through the early and mid 1970s. This time is a meaningful point that implies the significance of the film history that should never be lightly dismissed on the trend of Korean Film Production in the concurrent period.

        향기요법이 통증을 주소증으로 입원한 환자의 수면장애에 미치는 영향

        Objectives :The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of aroma therapy on sleep disorder patients with musculoskeletal pain. Methods :The 44 patients were divided into 2 groups: Experimental group(Exp. group) was treated with aroma therapy and control group was treated except aroma therapy. To evaluate the efficiency of aroma therapy, the Korean sleep scale A(Jin-Joo Oh, Mi-Soon Song, Sin-Mi Kim. 1998) and visual analogue scale(VAS) were applied before treatment and after 5 days treatment. Results :1. The Experimental group has improved statistical significance in sleep disorder score as compare to the control group. 2. The improvement of sleep disorder score of Exp.group has difference according to impression. 3. The improvement of sleep disorder has an effect on pain decrease. Conclusions :Aroma therapy has effects of improvement on sleep disorder with musculoskeletal pain.

        삭제기구의 종류에 따른 자가부식 프라이머 접착제의 법랑질에 대한 미세전단 결합강도

        연구목적: 이 연구는 서로 다른 버로 형성한 법랑질 표면에 대한 자가부식 프라이머 접착제의 결합강도를 상호 비교함으로써 법랑질에 우수한 접착 표면을 제공하는 적절한 버를 알아보기 위해 시행하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 42개의 발거된 대구치 치관의 법랑질을 이용하였고, 법랑질을 삭제하는 기구의 종류에 따라 6개군, 즉 1군은 Coarse (125 - 150 μm) diamond bur; 2군은 standard (106 - 125 μm) diamond bur; 3군은 fine (53 - 63 μm) diamond bur; 4군은 extrafine (20 - 30 μm) diamond bur; 5군은 plain-cut carbide bur (no. 245); 6군은 cross-cut carbide bur (no. 557)으로 분류하였다. 각 군의 법랑질 표면에 Clearfil SE Bond를 적용한 후 Tygon tube를 이용하여 Clearfil AP-X를 접착하였다. 각 군의 미세전단 결합강도를 측정하였다. 결과: 4군의 결합강도는 모든 군중 가장 높게 나타나 1군, 2군, 3군 및 6군보다 통계학적으로 높게 나타났으며(p < 0.05), 5군과는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다(p > 0.05). 결론: 버의 종류와 다이아몬드 버의 입자크기는 약한 자가 산부식 프라이머 접착제의 법랑질에 대한 결합강도에 영향을 주었 다. Clearfil SE Bond의 법랑질에 대한 우수한 접착을 위해서는 초미세입자 다이아몬드 버나 plain-cut 카바이드 버의 사용 이 추천된다. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to compare the microshear bond strength (uSBS) to enamel prepared with different burs and to determine what type of bur were chosen when a self-etching primer adhesive was used. Materials and Methods: Enamel of forty-two human molars were used. They were divided into one of six groups (n = 7), Group 1, coarse (125 - 150 μm) diamond bur; Group 2, standard (106 - 125 μm) diamond bur; Group 3, fine (53 - 63 μm) diamond bur; Group 4, extrafine (20 - 30 μm) diamond bur; Group 5, plaincut carbide bur (no. 245); Group 6, cross-cut carbide bur (no. 557). Clearfil SE Bond and Clearfil AP-X (Kuraray Medical Inc.) was bonded to enamel surface. The bonded specimens were subjected to uSBS testing. Results: The uSBS of Group 4 was the highest among groups and it was significantly higher than that of Groups 1, 2, 3, and 6 (p < 0.05), but it was not significantly different from that of Group 5. Conclusions: Different burs used on enamel surface affected the microshear bond strengths of a self-etching primer adhesive to the enamel surface. In the case of Clearfil SE Bond, extrafine diamond and plain-cut carbide bur are recommended for bonding to enamel. [J Kor Acad Cons Dent 2011;36(6):477-482.]

        단일 단계 접착제의 변연 미세누출

        This study evaluated the marginal microleakage of five single step adhesives. Class V cavity preparations with occlusal margins in enamel and gingival margins in dentin were prepared on both buccal and lingual surfaces of extracted human molar teeth. Prepared teeth were randomly divided into five groups and restored using one of the single step adhesives and composite resins: Prompt L-Pop/Filtek Z-250 (Group 1), AQ Bond/Metafil CX (Group 2), One-Up Bond F/Palfique Toughwell (Group 3), Futurabond/Admira (Group 4), Xeno III/Spectrum TPH (Group 5). The restored teeth were thermocycled. Microleakage was assessed by dye penetration using 2% methylene blue dye solution. The teeth were bisected buccolingually and evaluated for microleakage under steromicroscope. The data were statistically analysed by Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney tests. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Microleakage of enamel margins in group 3 was statistically higher than that in groups 1, 2, 4, 5 (p < 0.05) 2. Microleakage of dentin margins in group 1 was statistically higher than that in groups 2, 5, and that in group 3 was statistically higher than that in groups 2, 4, 5 (p < 0.05). 3. Dentin marginal microleakage was higher than enamel marginal microleakage in all experimental groups. In conclusion, Prompt L-Pop showed the least leakage at enamel margin, and AQ Bond showed at dentin margin in this study. Marginal miroleakage in dentin was higher than that in enamel.

      • 수정난백과 무수정난백 단백질의 전기영동적 성분비교

        This experiment was carried out to investigate the difference of electrophoretical pattern of fertile and infertile eggs. DEAE-Cellulose column chromatography for fertile egg white and infertile egg white were carried out to find paotein bands. Individual protein bands were examined for electrophoretic mobility and compared to the patterns of egg white protein. The results obtained were summarized as follows. (1) In DEAE-Cellulose column chromatography, both of fertile and infertile egg whites were showed similarly peaks(280 nm), the peaks were founded 10, respectively. (2) In electrophoresis of egg white protein, electrophoretic pattern of fertile and infertile eggs was almost similar, the concentration of egg white protein in fertile and infertile eggs was in the rank of ovalbumin, conalbuin, globulins, postalbumins, preconalbumins, ovomacroglobulin, flavoprotein.

      • 위치 제어계에서 신경망에 의한 2 자유도 PID 제어계의 구성

        Many industrial control system often use PID, I-PD in sort of the conventional control system method. But it is difficult to control a satisfactory response in variable load and changing parameter, can not have the both purpose of setpoint tracking and disturbance rejection at the same time. Therefore we propose 2-DOF(Degree of Freedom) PID controller ebust for tracking function in the target value point as well as removal disturbance. In this paper construct to 2-DOF PID control system in the position control system at D.C servo motor. first construct 2-DOF PID controller by a neural network. 2-DOF parameter (α, β, γ, η ) is tuned by the back-propagation algorithm of neural network. we consider the 2-DOF control system in the position control system and verify availableness of proposal method through the result of computer simulation.

        배 농가의 경영효율성 분석 : 비모수적 접근방법에 의한 사례연구 A case study using non-parametric method

        The objective of this study was to compare the farm efficiency of members of cooperative firms with that of non-members in Korea. Data were collected from 27 farms members of three cooperatives and 13 non-member farms, based on the managerial achievements of 1999. For the analysis, the data were divided into three different farming types: type I and Ⅱ of member farms and non-member farms. Economic analysis were implemented using DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis). Major findings was as follows. Total average technology efficiency was 0.782, which implies that there still remains 21.8% of improvement possibility. Among the time types, type I showed the highest technology efficiency of 0.9055, while " 11 and non-member farms showed 0.7670 and 0.7171, respectively. This means that these farms have relatively high potential improved. Also, comparing technology efficiency by dividing into pure technology and scale efficiency, all type of the farms exhibit a higher pure technology efficiency compared to scale efficiency. Therefore, to improve current technology efficiency, farms need to focus more on pure technology efficiency improvement. Meanwhile, profit analysis based on farm size indicate that most of the farms demonstrated the increasing-return-to-scale, which means it is necessary to extend the farm size to improve technical efficiency. Type I member farms achieve higher profit and efficiency than other two types and relatively higher producer prices through introducing cooperative sorting, grading and packing. Also, these labor saving technologies increased farm size.

        기니픽에서 Magnesium의 혈관 이완과 혈압 하강 효과

        The present study evaluated the effects of various agents on magnesium sulfate (Mg^(2+))-induced relaxation in aorta and blood pressure lowering in anesthetized guinea pigs. Mg^(2+) inhibited phenylephrine (PE)- or 40 mM KC1-induced sustained contraction of endothelium-intact (+E) guinea pig aortic rings in concentration-dependent manner. In preparations preconstricted with PE or KC1, Mg^(2+)-induced concentration-dependent relaxations. In preparations preconstricted with PE or KCl, Mg^(2+)-induced relaxations were not affected by the removal of endothelium (-E) and by the pretreatment of aortic rings with NO synthase (NOS) inhibitors (L-NAME and LNNA), guanylate cyclase inhibitors (methylene blue and ODQ, adenylate cyclase inhibitor (MDL), K^(+) channel blockers (glibenclamide and tetrabutylammonium), nifedipine or ryanodine. However, Mg^(2+)-induced relaxations were inhibited by Na^(+)-Mg^(2+) exchange inhibitor (imipramine) or removal (or attenuation) of extracellular Ca^(2+) in +E aortic rings. PE-induced contraction was not inhibited by nifedipine. In addition, Mg^(2+)-induced relaxations were inhibited by phospholipase C inhibitor (NCDC) or inositol monophosphatase inhibitor (lithium), but not by protein kinase C inhibitor (staurosporine). In vi패 infusion of Mg^(2+), directly into the femoral veins of guinea pigs, elicited sustained decrease in arterial blood pressure. The Mg^(2+)-lowered blood pressure was attenuated by intravenous administration of imipramine or lithium, but not by methylene blue, indomethacin, tetrabutylammonium nifedipine, LNNA, L-NAME or saponin (as an endothelium removal agent). These results suggest that endothelium independent vasorelaxant effect of Mg^(2+) on aortic ring appear to play important roles on the antihypertensive action in guinea pig, most likely via the inhibitory action of Mg^(2+) on the intracellular C^(2+) involve in PLC-IP pathway and influx (through the Na^(+)-Mg^(2+) exchanger) into the cell in guinea pig aorta.
