The following conclusion has been derived from the foregoing results of analysis and observation. First, we found, in this proposed system, reliability, objecivity, and individuality. Second, this type of system must be able to measure numerable testees. Third, testees are regulated that they are brought to the same condition in which their willful adventage are not allowed, Fourth, when considering the foundamental physical strength and skills can be evaluated in general throughout all skills areas of physical education, the following items of skills are recognized to have the advantages and disadvantages which relatively lack or relieve one another. However, under various conditions of the prevailing system of the entrance physical test, the following measurable items of physical skills selected are concluded as having highest validity primarily for the physical entrance examination. 1. 서울의 Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae 발생빈도(1998)

In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.
Comparison of host preference, survivorship and feeding behavior of Lycorma delicatula

This study was performed to compare the host preference, survivorship and feeding behavior using EPG against ggot-mae-mi, Lycorma delicatula against seven plants such as Ailanthus altissima, Vitis vinifera, Malus pumila, Pyrus calleryana, Hibiscus syriacus, and Pinus densiflora. In host preference. L. delicatula was most preferred the Ailanthus altissima, Vitis vinifera and was not preferred the other plants. Survival rate of 3rd Nymph was recorded from Ailanthus altissima, Vitis vinifera as 15.0, and 15.4 days, respectively, it showed longest period. However, Malus pumila, Pyrus calleryana, Hibiscus syriacus, were survived within 6 days and Pinus densiflora was within 5 days. Moreover, L. delicatula was survived within 2 days to the three kinds of fruits. Ecdysis rate from 3rd to 4th nymph also high from Ailanthus altissima, Vitis vinifera as 63.3, 63.0 % and the order was followed as Malus pumila(17.7%) > Pyrus calleryana(9.3%) > Hibiscus syriacus(7.8%) > Pinus densiflora(5.9%). Especially, ecdysis rate was recorded 0% to the three kinds of fruits. Feeding behavior was analyzed using EPG and compared the differences their waveform from seven kinds of plants and three kinds of fruits. Non-probing time was short in host plants, reversely, Phloem-feeding time was recorded longer in Ailanthus altissima, Vitis vinifera as 45.7 and 13.7 min, respectively. And other plants and fruits were not showed feeding behavior.

In this study, activated carbon fibers (ACFs) for automobile carbon canisters were produced usinghigh-density polyethylene (HDPE) fibers treated with a multistep stabilization process as the precursor. The stabilization of the HDPE fibers involved the following sequential steps: (1) electron beamirradiation, (2) mild sulfonation, and (3) dry oxidation. The stabilized fibers were carbonized at 900℃in a nitrogen atmosphere. The carbonized fibers were activated at 900℃ in a water–vapor atmospherefrom 30-60 min. The textural properties of the activated carbon fibers were determined using N2/77 Kadsorption–desorption isotherms. The specific surface area ranged from 1090 to 1980 m2/g, and the totalpore volume ranged from 0.56 to 1.11 cm3/g. The specific surface area, micropore volume, and mesoporevolume increased with increasing activation time. The fractions of micropores and mesopores were similaracross all conditions, whereas the yield decreased gradually until 50 min, and then exhibited a sharpdecline at 60 min. The butane working capacity increased as much as 56.24% as the increase in activationtime. This can be attributed to the increase in butane activity owing to the increase in micropore volume,along with a decrease in butane resistivity caused by the increase in mesopore volume at a specificdiameter.
Assessment of Soil Compaction Related to the Bulk Density with Land use Types on Arable Land

Soil compaction is affected by soil texture, organic matter (OM), strength (ST) and soil moisture, which is difficult to understand the degree and effects of related factors. The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of them on the compaction with bulk density (BD). The analysis was conducted with data collected from national-wide monitoring sites including 105 upland soils, 246 orchard soils, and 408 paddy soils between 2009 and 2012. The distributions of soil physical properties were measured. The correlation and multi linear regression analysis were performed between soil physical properties using SAS. The regression equation of BD(y) includes ST, gravitational water contents (GWC), and OM as variables commonly, having additional factors, clay content and sand content in paddy soil and upland soil for only subsoil (p<0.001). Our results show that the BD could be explained about 40~50% by various physical properties. The regression was mainly determined by ST in orchard and upland soil and by the GWC in paddy soil. To mitigate soil compaction, it is important to maintain the proper level of OM in upland soil and to consider the moisture condition with soil texture in paddy soil when making work plan. Furthermore, it would be recommended the management criteria classified by soil texture for the paddy soils.

해상국립공원 내 분포하는 다수의 도서는 해양생물다양성 측면에서 매우 높은 가치를 가지고 있기 때문에 생태학적 기반의 관리 방안을 마련하여 보전해야 하는 중요한 도서이다. 본 연구는 해상국립공원 내 서식지를 기반으로 한해양생태계 관리와 활용방안을 마련하고자 국립공원연구1호(국립공원관리공단, 147 ton)를 이용하여 2012년 계절별로 4회 조사를 수행하였다. 해양생태계 기본조사는 한려해상국립공원 동부해역의 해양환경(CTD, 수질, 퇴적물)과 해양생물(동·식물플랑크톤, 해조류, 저서무척추동물, 어류)에 대한 시·공간 분포특성을 조사하였다. 유·무인도서 및 특정도서 정밀 조사는 한려해상국립공원 주변에 있는 6개(경남홍도, 북여도, 어유도, 갈도, 세존도) 도서와 다도해 해상국립공원의 백도에 대해서 스쿠버 다이빙(SCUBA Diving)으로 수중생물 분포조사를 수행하였다. 그리고 사이드스캔소나(Side Scan Sonar)를 이용해 해저지형도를 작성하여 서식지 기반 수중생태계 지도를 작성하였다. 한려해상국립공원동부지역 거제도 외해의 대한해협 부근에서 고온고염의 대마난류(對馬暖流)의 유입이 확인되었으며, 다양한 해양생물이 출현하여 생물다양성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 동·식물플랑크톤의 분포는 해상공원구역 내에서 높게 나타났으며, 해류의 계절적 분포와 비교적 잘 일치하였다. 한려해상국립공원의 홍도와 다도해해상국립공원의 백도에는 멸종위기종인 나팔고둥, 둔한진총산호, 유착나무돌산호, 검붉은수지맨드라미, 해송 등이 다수 발견되어 주변의 다른 도서와 비교했을 때, 해양생물의 다양성에 차이를 보였다. 특히, 홍도와 백도에서 기후변화 난류성 지표종인 옥덩굴(해조류)과 빨강불가사리의 출현은 기후변화(수온상승)로 남해안의 생물종 분포가 변화하고 있는 것으로 추정된다. 본조사의 중요 결과는 한려해상국립공원의 해양생태계를 이해하고, 해양생물 서식지를 기반으로 하는 종합적 생태지도를 작성하고, 서식지 관리가 시급한 도서는 전략적으로 집중 관리해야 할 것으로 보인다.
