The purpose of this study was to analyze the housing mobility behavior according to the income change and to predict the probability of upward and downward movements. A binary logit model was used with the data which were obtained by the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements in 1989. The sample size was 1620 households in Seoul. The results of this study were as follows; the upward movement probability in rental housing or in single housing was higher than that in owned housing or in apartment housing as household income increased.

Recently Digital TV industry has drastically been moving the illuminating system, which causes an obvious product change from PDP and LCD to LED model to provide high-definition image. Due to strong competition in the digital industry. TV manufacturers make a great efforts to reduce production cost by using low-priced materials such as steels instead of aluminum and plastic etc. In this paper we have developed a new low-priced electrogalvanized steel sheet, which has a black resin composite layer, to substitute conventional high-priced PCM steel and plastic mold for rear cover panel in the digital TV. The black resin composite was prepared by mechanical dispersion of the mixture solution that consists of high solid polyester resin, melamine hardener, black pigment, micronized silica paste, polyacrylate texturing particle and miscellaneous additives. The composite solution was coated on the steel sheet using roll coater followed by induction furnace curing and cooling. Although the coated layer has a half thickness compared to the conventional PCM steels having 23tn thickness, it exhibits excellent quality for the usage of rear cover panel. The new steel sheet was applied to test products to get quality certification from worldwide electronic appliance customers. Detailed discussion provides in this paper including preparation of composite solution, roll coating technology, induction curing technology and quality evaluation from customers.

Pachydermoperiostosis is a rare hereditary syndrome characterized by finger clubbing, periosteal new bone formation of tubular bones, and hypertrophic skin changes (pachydermia). This syndrome is known to be associated with a variety of diseases such as cranial suture defect, female escuchen, bone marrow failure and autonomic nervous system symptoms such as facial flushing and hyperhidrosis. There are just a few reports documenting gastric ulcer, hypertrophic gastropathy and Crohn's disease as associated diseases. A case is herein reported of pachydermoperiostosis accompanied by hypertrophic gastropathy and early gastric cancer.

Although there have been various treatment methods for ruptured ACL from the conservative care to the reconstructive surgery, arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with bone patella tendon bone graft has been gold standard technique. It has been reported that clinical results of autograft and allograft for ACL reconstruction were about the same. The purpose of this study is to compare the clinical results after arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with BPTB allograft( Group 1: 12 cases ) and BPTB autograft ( Group 2: 11 cases ). Average duration of follow up was 12 months( Group 1: l2 months, Group 2: 11 months ). The clinical results were evaluated by IKDC ligament standard evaluation form, KT 2000TM knee ligament ARTHROMETER and analyzed with Mann-Whitney U test. Clinical result of harvest sight pathology showed clear statistical difference (P(0.05 ). But other clinical results did not show obvious statistical difference between Group 1 and Group 2. We think that these above mentioned results are due to a short term follow up. But higher rate of ligament laxity was shown in the ligament evaluation, such as anterior translation more than 5mm, occurred in 3 cases of allograft group (25%). We know that longer duration of follow up should be necessary to (obtain the more meaningful clinical results, and we wiil report again because it is preliminary study.

Multiple biliary papillomatosis are extremely rare, fifty one cases have been reported in the literature. Clinical symptoms are associated with obsructive jaundice and cholangitis. Malignant transformation into adenocarcinoma had been described. We report a case of multiple papillomatosis in the entire biliary ductal system with malignant transformation, in which endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography and peroral choledochoscopy showed multiple polypoid lesicons. The endoscopic sphincterotomy and the intraductal biopsy confirmed the histologic diagnosis of multiple papillomatosis and adenocarcinoma.

<P><B>Background</B></P><P>The prognostic impact of preoperative 18F-FDG PET/CT in advanced gastric cancer (AGC) remains a matter of debate. This study aims to evaluate the prognostic impact of SUVmax in preoperative 18F-FDG PET/CT of AGC according to histologic subtype, with a focus on the differences between tubular adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell (SRC) carcinoma.</P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>As a discovery set, a total of 727 AGC patients from prospective database were analyzed according to histologic subtype with Cox proportional hazard model and p-spline curves. In addition, another 173 patients from an independent institution was assessed as an external validation set.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>In multivariate analysis, high SUVmax in preoperative 18F-FDG PET/CT of AGC was negatively correlated with disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with diffuse type (DFS: HR 2.17, <I>P</I> < 0.001; OS: HR 2.47, <I>P</I> < 0.001) or SRC histology (DFS: HR 2.26, <I>P</I> = 0.005; OS: HR 2.61, <I>P</I> = 0.003). This negative prognostic impact was not observed in patients with intestinal type or well or moderately differentiated histology. These findings have been consistently confirmed in a validation set. The p-spline curves also showed a gradual increase in log HR as SUVmax rises only for SRC histology and for diffuse-type AGC. Finally, a novel predictive model for recurrence of AGC with diffuse type or SRC histology was generated and validated based on the preoperative SUVmax.</P><P><B>Conclusions</B></P><P>Preoperative high SUVmax of AGC is a poor prognostic factor in those with diffuse type or SRC histology. This study is the first to demonstrate the differential prognostic impact of preoperative PET/CT SUVmax in AGC according to histologic subtype and provide a clue to explain previous discrepancies in the prognostic impact of preoperative PET/CT in AGC. Prospective studies are required to validate the role of preoperative SUVmax in AGC.</P><P><B>Electronic supplementary material</B></P><P>The online version of this article (10.1007/s10120-018-0847-5) contains supplementary material, which is available to authorized users.</P>
