A new high speed pitch extraction method using only the magnitude and position of positive portion in speech signal is proposed. Since it needs no low pass filtering and any other traps formation process, the proposed algorithm is very simple and can be processed in real time.

대학생의 취업 향상을 위한 인적성 교육방안: 기업의 인성검사를 중심으로

With the youth unemployment rate increasing, the shortage of manpower is increasing in various industries. This unbalanced manpower supply and demand indicates that fostering social manpower is somewhat failing. It has been a long time since universities were able to meet the manpower demands of the existing 3D industry as well as the emerging industries, and university students generally maintain the old job trends, preferring public corporations and officials. The main reason can be found in that universities not providing personality & aptitude education to adapt to changes in society and technology and changes in business conditions. It is common for university students to take the education for personality & aptitude test in earnest at the time of application for employment. It is no exaggeration to say that only major-centered classes have been received without such appropriate personality & aptitude education. Therefore, in this paper, the employment improvement factor of university students was explored in terms of internal aspects, free from external variables such as economic conditions, which have been noted in prior studies. An education plan that fosters personality suitable for various aptitude development required by each company and occupation was suggested, focusing on rigid university education and other personality tests at the stage of corporate recruitment. 청년 실업률이 갈수록 높아지는 가운데 여러 산업 분야에서 인력부족과 구인난이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 인력 수급 불균형은 사회적 인력 양성이 일정 부분 실패한 것을 나타낸다. 기존 3D 업종은 물론이거니와 신생 업종의 인력 수요에 대학이 부응하지 못한 지 오래 되었고, 대학생들은 대체로 공무원, 공기업을 선호하는 고루한 취업 동향을 유지하고 있다. 그 주된 원인은, 대학이 사회 및 기술 변천과 기업 여건 변화에 적응할 수 있는 인적성 교육을 제공하지 못한 점에서 찾을 수 있다. 대학생은 입사지원 무렵에나 기업의 인적성검사 교육을 본격적으로 받는 것이 보통이다. 이처럼 적절한 인적성 교육 없이 전공 중심 수업만 받아왔다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 따라서 본고에서는 선행연구에서 주목해온 경제 여건 등 외적 변인에서 벗어나 대학생의 취업 향상 요인을 내적 측면에서 탐색하였다. 개별 기업과 직종에서 요구되는 다양한 적성 개발에 적합한 인성을 키워주는 교육방안을, 경직된 대학교육과 상이한 기업의 인성검사를 중심으로 제시하였다.

A Comparative Study in the IPA Recovery Process from Water Using an Extractive Distillation Process

본 연구에서는 IPA 수용액으로부터 용매로써 DMSO와 Ethylene glycol을 사용하여 추출증류공정을 사용하여 거의 순수한 IPA를 얻어내기 위한 공정에 대해서 Two-columns 배열과 Three-columns 배열에 대해서 비교 연구를 수행하였다. 용매의 성능은 Ethylene glycol보다는 DMSO가 에너지 소모량 측면에서 좀 더 우수한 용매임을 알 수 있었으며, 공정의 최적화를 위해서 농축기 상부에서 IPA의 공비점 직전의 순도를 총 재비기의 heat duty를 최소화할 수 있도록 하였다.

Mobile devices these days have become an important part of our daily lives. Mobile use has increased rapidly in our daily lives over face-to-face communication with natural language use. This means that most people live as part of Generation Mobile (Gen M). This paper aims to search for the tasks for moral character development (MCD) of Gen M with a focus on the use of natural language. According to the previous study, in the tropism model, moral characteristics of humans develop from subjectivity toward objectivity in cognition, from egoism (self-love) toward altruism (other-love) in affect, and from heteronomy toward autonomy in volition. Moral character, therefore, is closely related to human relations in real life, and human relations are directly related to the use of natural language. Considering this, Gen M may have exhibit a certain amount of retardation in the affective domain of MCD such as emotional development, because mobile-phone addiction among children and youths raises serious problems of moral character. They have less opportunity for face-to-face interaction to develop facets of human relationships including manners, perseverance, and emotional control with the use of natural language as mobile communication reduces face-to-face conversations. Mobile devices may lead to us becoming emotionless robots ourselves. Consequently, it is necessary to increase various educational opportunities and programs of face-to-face interaction with use of natural language in order to develop a sound moral character for Gen M. 오늘날 모바일 기기는 인간 삶의 중요한 부분이 되었다. 자연어를 사용하는 대면적 의사소통을 대체하는 모바일 커뮤니케이션이 급속히 증가하였다. 이것은 대부분의 사람들이 M세대(Generation Mobile, Gen M)로 살아가고 있음을 나타낸다. 그래서 이 연구에서는 M세대의 인성발달 과제를 자연어 사용 측면에서 탐색하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 인성은 인간관계를 전제로 하며, 인지적 영역에서는 주관성으로부터 객관성으로 발달해나가고, 정서 영역에서는 이기심으로부터 이타심으로 발달해나가며, 의지 영역에서는 타율성으로부터 자율성으로 발달해나간다. 이러한 인성은 일상의 인간관계에서 일어나는 현상이고, 일상에서의 인간관계는 자연어를 사용하여 이루어진다. 이를 고려하면 M세대는 대면적 인간관계 경험이 줄어드는 가운데 인성발달의 지체에 빠질 우려가 있으며, 모바일에 중독된 아동과 청소년들은 심각한 정서발달의 문제를 일으키고 있다. 이들은 모바일 기기가 대면적 의사소통을 대체하는 가운데 타인과 자연어를 사용하면서 예절, 인내, 감정 조절과 같은 정서적 인성을 올바르게 발달시키는 상호작용의 기회를 상실하였다. 따라서 M세대의 건전한 인성발달을 위하여 자연어를 사용하는 대면적 상호작용의 교육기회를 늘리고 관련 교육 프로그램을 강화할 필요가 있다.
