        업무와 정보기술의 정렬과 통합 : 문헌검토와 프레임워크

        본 논문은 정보기술 관리에 있어서 성과 및 효율성 향상을 위해 최근 도입되고 있는 ITA/EA 방법에서 업무-정보기술의 통합과 정렬 문제를 다루고 있다. 통합과 정렬은 많은 문헌과 실무 보고서에서 그 중요함이 지적되었으나 구체적으로 다루어지지는 않았다. 본 논문은 다양한 프레임워크에 대한 검토와 비교분석을 통해 통합과 정렬이 어떻게 개념화 될 수 있는지를 보여준다. 또한 이러한 맥락아래서 어떻게 필요한 모델링 기법과 도구를 선택 적용할 수 있는가 하는 문제를 다룬다. 이 문제를 위하여 우리나라의 ITA/EA 추진방식에 적합한 모델링 기법 및 도구의 분류체계가 제안된다.

        개선된 탄소성 해석을 이용한 버팀지지 흙막이벽의 거동비교

        Recently, when being constructed the large structures, the deep excavations have performed to utilize the underground space. As the ground excavation is deeper, the damage of the adjacent structure and the ground is frequently occurred. The Analysis of the retaining structures is necessary to safety of the excavation works. There are many methods such as elasto-plastic theory, FEM, and FDM to analyze the displacement of the retaining structure. In this thesis, GEBA-1 program by the Nakamura-Nakajawa elasto-plastic method was developed. The lateral displacement of the wall was analyzed by the developed program GEBA-1, SUNEX, and EXCAD, and compared with the measured displacement by the Inclinometer. The monitored fields were three excavation work site in S-Ⅰ, S-Ⅱ, and S-Ⅲ area. Excavation method of each site is braced retaining wall using H-pile. Excavation depth is 14m, 14m, and 8.2m.

        점막유표피암종의 치험례

        Mucoepidermoid carcinomas, first reported by Volkman(1895), form 6% to 9% of all salivary tumors. Two thirds affecting the parotid gland and the remaining third, the minor glands. As we could know from its name, mucoepidermoid carcinomas originate from ductal epithelium including squamous, mucous-secreting, and undifferentiated intermediate cells. Histologically, it is classified as well-differentiated (low grade), moderately-differentiated(intermediate grade), and poorly-differentiated (high grade) types and the treatment method and prognosis are influenced from its histological grade. We have experienced two cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma treated surgically with good results and now would like to report these with review of literatures.

      • 생쥐 鼻中隔 各種 粘膜上皮 및 粘膜下腺의 分布樣狀과 그 表面積에 관한 硏究

        In order to set the distribution pattern and surface area of the mucosal epithelium and submucosal gland in the mice nasal septum. 3-month-old healthy 6 mice weighing 25gm approximately have been contributed for this research. For the mapping of the each nasal epithelium and submucosal gland in the submicroscopic level, the routine paraffin block of the mice nasal septum were cut as the 10㎛ thick at 110㎛ intervals. Consecutive 2 slides were stained with H-E and PAS and reconstructed in form of maps representing the structure in a sagittal plane. The results obtained from this research were summarized as follows. 1. The unilateral nasal surface epithelial area of the mice nasal cavity was 31.23㎟ 2. The areas of the stratified squamous epithelium, respiratory epithelium and olfactory epithelium which compose the unilateral nasal epithelium were 4.47㎟(14.3%), 12.7㎟(40.8%), and 14.02㎟(44.9%), respectively. 3. Submucosal glands in the mice nasal septum were divided into the PAS-positive, PAS-negative and Bowman's glands by the PAS staining. 4. The surface area of the PAS-positive glands in the nasal unilateral septum was 5.23㎟ which is located in the central area of the respiratory portion. 5. The surface area of the PAS-negative glands in the nasal unilateral septum was 5.05㎟ which is located above and below the PAS-positive gland. 6. The surface area of the Bowman's glands was 12.1 ㎟ which was located in the olfactory region. 7. In the vestibular region., 3 ducts of PAS-negative glands of the respiratory region are found, and below the nasal septum there is the infraseptal gland(PAS-negative).

      • 민속놀이의 활성화 방안 연구

        As an effort to revive our folk tradition, I am suggesting that our folk plays, especially those with a competitive nature, be turned into a sporting event which youths can enjoy, and which can be taught in every school. This will enable our students to gain a better understanding of our traditions and come to value and love them. Above all, an organization should be created that will play a central role in implementing this agenda. Second, this organization should lead in turning various folk plays into sporting events. Third, those events should be exciting competitions that will gain peoples attention. Fourth, to promote the spread of folk plays, they should be included in school curricula and trained physical educators should help spread these competitions in the schools. In addition, these events should be actively publicized through the press and other mass media. Lastly, this organization ought to take the lead in seeking assistance from the Office of Education to hold a variety of these sporting events. If these projects are carried out successfully, we will have a future in which folk plays are always with us in everyday life.

      • 수중 음향 수신기에의 용응을 위한 DIC-노취 필터에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 아나로그 노취필터의 전달함수를 디지탈 노취필터의 전달함수로 전환하는데, 쌍일차 변환법(bilinear trans-formation)이 사용된다. DIC(Digital incremental computer)에 의해서 실현된 노취필터는 낮은 반올림 2차(round-off error)와 시스템의 강도(sensitivity)를 가지며, 극점들이 Z=+1부근에 존재하므로 안정성이 높다. 노취주파수와 3-dB소거 대역폭을 매개변수로 하는 디지탈 노취필터의 실현방법으로는 승산기 추출접근법(multiplier extraction approach)이 이용되었다. 이와같은 방법으로 실현된 16개의 노취필터중, 수중음향 탐지신호 처리시스템으로써 최적필터는 DIC-노취필터-A형 임이 보여졌다. In this paper, the bilinear-transformation was applied to the analog transfer- function order to develop a suitable transter-function for the digital notch filter. A notch filter structure, based on DIC is proposed, which has low sensitivity, minimum errorch-aracteristics, and good stability. A recursive digital notch filter is characterized by two distinct parameters, that's what, the notch frequency and 3-dB rejection bandwidth. A multiplier-extraction approach to the DIC-notch filter realization problem was proposed. The best optimal system that processes the sonar signal was found to be DIC-notch filter-A type.

      • 니트섬유강화 복합재료의 기계적 성질에 관한 연구

        Using conventional textile techniques such as weaving, braiding, knitting and stitching it is possible to produce a wide range two and three dimensional fiber preforms. However, so far only a limited attention has been given to knitted fabrics in composite industry. This is mainly due to the opinion that knitted fabric reinforced composites posses low mechanical properties owing to their looped fiber architecture. But it is possible to obtain desired mechanical properties by selecting proper knitted fabric structure. In this paper, tensile failure load and displacement of one yarn, four yarns and knitted fabrics of ten yarns of kevlar fiber were determined experimentally in the unidirection. Mechanical properties of plain weft knitted fabrics reinforced composite intrusion beam for car side door application were investigated experimentally, which compared with desire value of American Fedral Motor vehicles Safety Standard (FMVSS) and presented the results.

      • Aspergillus sp. ISR 균주를 통한 콜레스테롤 합성저해제 lovastain의 생산

        본 연구에서 한국 토양에서 분리된 lovastatin 생산 균주인 Aspergillus sp. ISR 균주를 이용하여 여러 배지 조성 성분이 lovastatin의 생산에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 탄소원으로는 lactose보다 glycerol 5%가 가장 효과적이었으며 질소원과 인산염의 경우는 기본 RPM배지 조성과 농도에서 보다 효과적인 것을 발견하지 못하였다. 복합영양원으로 rapeseed meal 보다는 대두박이 보다 효과적이어서 저렴한 배지원으로 사용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 최종적으로 최적화된 배지를 사용하여 52 mg·L^(-1)의 lovastatin을 생산할 수 있었고 이는 기존의 RPM 배지보다 수율이 4.5배 증가한 것이다. 좀 더 효과적인 lovastatin의 생산을 위하여 회분식 발효에 대한 연구와 분자유전학적인 연구를 통한 고생산 균주의 제조에 대한 연구가 진행중이다. Effects of various nutritional components on the production of lovastatin were investigated in the Aspergillus sp. ISR. Among various carbon (C) sources, glycerol was determined to be the most effective C source at the concentration of 5% (v/v). In case of nitrogen sources, 0.2% (w/v) KNO_(3) efficiently induced the lovastatin production in Aspergillus sp. ISR. Interestingly, the addition of soybean meal into the production medium enhanced the lovastatin production compared to the rapeseed meal. Conclusively, Aspergillus sp. ISR produced 52 mg·L^(-1) of lovastatin in the optimized medium containing 5% (v/v) glycerol, 0.2% (w/v) KNO_(3), 0.3% (w/v) KH_(2)PO_(4), and 0.3% (w/v) soybean meal, which was 4.5 times higher than the amount produced using the standard RPM (rapeseedmeal production medium).
