1. Career I Kyu-Bo (李奎報) is an eminent writer of Koryo (高麗) dynasty. In the early days of his life, he didn't get a higher political rank for a long time, because his charactor is random freely and more over the attitude of his life is decadant. But at the time when Choi Chung-Hun (崔忠獻), a subject in military services, had full power, he devoted Chun Yeop Ryu Hwa Si (千葉柳花詩) and Mo Jeong Ki(茅亭記) to his ruler for flattery. Due to this spiritual contribution, he was appointed to a minister and so he hold the right of civil administration. 2. His literature No less than 2.000 poetries are in his prose and poery anthology, Dong Kuk I Sang Kuk Jip (東國李相國集) throught which I will show the character of his literature as fallows: ① He is a celecrated poet in a long poetry especially and a pioneer of writing an epic. ② His poetical styleis various but he sant to seek the orginality of these styles ③ He is also proficient in Hoi Moon(回文), Hee si(회詩), Jupil ④ In his works the thoughts of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are harmonized perfectly. ⑤ In choicing the poetic diction he want to express in the Korean original type. ⑥ poetical themes are various 3. His Companionship In young days, He played with what was called the Seven Sages who were introduced by Oh Sae Jae (全이之) but he kept company Chon I Ji (吳世才), Park Hwan Ko (朴還古), Kim Hoi Young (金懷英), Yoon Sae Yoo (尹世儒), Jin Skik(陳식), Jin Hwa(陳화), An Chi Min (安置民), monk, Hyai Moon(患文), Don Yoo(敦裕), more friendly. In middle aged days, he was on good terms with Choi Chung Hun (崔忠獻) and his son, Choi I (崔怡), Choi Sun(崔선) and his family, Jo Young In (趙永仁) and his son, Jo Chung(趙沖), Min Shik (閔湜), Yoon Wi (尹威), Keum Eui(禁儀), Ki Hong Su (奇공壽), Park In Seok (朴仁碩), Im Yoo(任유) and his family, and in royal family, Kye Yang Hu (珪陽候), Kwang Reung Hu (黃陵伯 ), Shi Heung Baki(權敬中), Yeon Chang Hu (李百順), Young in Baik (寧仁旦), and also, Kweon Kyung Jung (權敬中), Lee Baik Soon (李百順), Kim Yang Kyong(金良鏡), Son Deuk Ji(孫得之), Lee Yoon Bo (李允甫), Hwang Bo Kwan(皇甫棺), Seo Reung(徐 ), Yoo Chung Ki (劉仲棋), Yoo Seung Tan(兪升坦), Yoo Kyong Hyen (유敬 ), and also monks, Kak Wol Sa(覺月師), Kyu Sun Sa(珪禪師), Lyong Su Joa (玲首座), Jung Tong sa(精通師). Abstract Background : Due to improvements in Korea's sanitary conditions, antibody rates to the hepatitis A virus is decreasing rapidly and admission due to the disease is increasing, Patients who were admitted for hepatitis A during the last 5 years were selected and yearly differences in admission, clinical picture, medical fees, and differences according to age and gender were analyzed. Methods : Patients who were admitted to the Seoul Soonchunhyang University Hospital during the 5 year period between May of 2003 and April of 2008 and tested positive for IgM anti-HAV were selected and their medical records retrospectively analyzed. Results : 156 subjects [91 male (58%), 65 female (42%) were selected. The average age was 29.2 years (range; 21.4-37), average admission period 12.6 days (range; 12.5-1 7.7) days, and average medical fees 2,295,151 (range; 932,097-3,658,205) KRW(Korean Won), Yearly incidence rates were as follows : 10 for May, 2003 to April, 2004, 14 for May, 2004 to April, 2005, 23 for May, 2005 to April, 2006, 69 for May, 2006 to April, 2007, and 41 for May, 2007 to April, 2008, The maximum value median of AST, ALT, and bilirubin during admission was 989 IU/L, 1999 IU/L, and 5.6 mg/dL each, Each factors were all positively correlated with the patient's age. Conclusions : Recent decrease in antibody positivity of the hepatitis A virus and subsequent surge of acute hepatitis A is a cause of rising socioeconomic costs. A large scale epidemiologic research on whether HAV vaccination should be made mandatory and health insurance applied seems to be needed. Key words : Hepatitis A, Age, Medical fees, Vaccination

1. A name is givened to distinguish one thing from anothers and ao it is affected by the properties of things naturally. 2. Before the invention of Korean Alphabet, Person name, Place name, Office name and the names of articles were transcribed by borrowing the sound and meaning of Chinese letters. 3. There are two wasys of recording above names. One is to present the significance of Korean in both meaning and form by using the system of borrowing sound in order to write coda or last syllables of Korean, i.e. 雲音(kurum, cloud), 夜音(pam, night), 母史(?zi parent) etc. in Hyangka(鄕歌) Another is to use Chinese letter having no concern with the referent, i.e. 所也只(a bister-beetle)(자), 末栗(a water-chestnut(기실), 道尾(a sea-bream)(해즉). 4. The transcriptions of Korean names in Chinese history book, Josunkwanyeke(朝鮮館譯語), Kyelimyusa(계림유사), were inscribed by the sounds of chinese on the basis of each period. 5. Before at least Korea dynasty, There were Korean stle letter formation never used in China even if they were like and also Korean style borrwoing letter which is different with Chinese letter in their function. 6. Korean style letter formations for transcription of names depend chiefly on Hoieuy(會意), Hyeongseung(形聲), Kacha(假借) etc, of lyukseo(六書). 7. Korean style borrowing letters for transcription of names depend on Kacha(假借) ro Jeonju(轉注), of Lyukseo(六書). 8. There are many vocabularies peculiar to Korea among Chinese style vocabularies even if they are writtened by Chinese letter. It is interesting we can not find these vocabularies in China. 9. Vocabularies peculiar to Korea were transcribed by Chinese letter being correlated with sound and meaning of them. Theier etymology was partly based on Chinese words. However many persons misunderstood this fact.

포도종실 추출물이 Methylcellulose 필름 성질에 미치는 영향

The film with methylcellulose(MC) and grape seed extract(GSE) were prepared by casting their aqueous solution at 80℃ and drying at 23℃ for 48 hrs. Effect of grape seed extract(GSE) on the barrier permeabilities and the thermomechanical property of methylcellulose(MC) film was studied. The barrier permeabilities and the thermomechanical property of MC film containing various contents of GSE were evaluated in terms of water vapor, oxygen permeabilities, and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA). The rate of water vapor permeability of MC film decreased with GSE contnets in the MC films. Also, the rate of oxygen permeability also decreased with GSE contents indicating higher oxygen barrier property of MC film. The results showed that GSE had a good miscibility with MC and acted as a plasticizer for MC film resuling in lowering the glass transition temperature of the film.

플륨 모니터링에 의한 SM45C 레이저 용접특성 평가

With the increased use of lasers in industrial welding applications, techniques for monitoring and controlling these processes become increasingly important. It is very important that we understand the dynamic behaviors of the laser induced plume in welding because the laser induced plume has considerable effects on welding efficiency and the quality of materials. As the plume fluctuation was associated with keyhole instability, unstable vapor plume indicated the process was unstable and would result in poor welds. An Infrared Themal-vision Camera can be utilized compensate for incurracies encountered in real-time monitoring during laser welding. We have results that instabilities of plume are closely dated with hot cracking and defect of laser welding.

2006년 춘천지역 산사태 유발 강우와 사면의 기하 특성에 관한 연구

This paper is results of analyzing the characteristics of rainfall triggering landslides and geometry of slopes, caused by the heavy rainfall and antecedent precipitation by Typhoons Ewiniar and Bilis at Chuncheon area in Gangwondo around July in 2006. As results of analyzing the characteristics of rainfall, landslides in 131 sites were found to happen due to the heavy rainfall having the maximum intensity of rainfall in an hour during July 15 and antecedent precipitation during July 12 to 14 causing the ground to be weak by increasing the degree of saturation previously. From results of analyzing the geometrical characteristics of 131 slopes where landslides occurred, the slope width were in the range of 6~10m. The average slope length and angle were 46m and 51.8°, which was relatively steep slope, respectively. Landlises occurred in the elevation of 400 - 500 m with the most probable frequency.

여행사 서비스 품질 평가 모형에 대한 연구

한국의 여행 업계는 1982년 시행된 규제완화정책으로 인하여 진입장벽이 해소됨으로써 업체간 경쟁이 매우 치열하다. 이러한 여행사간의 심각한 경쟁으로 인하여 각 여행사들은 업계에서 경쟁적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서 자사의 제품을 차별화하고 그 수준을 향상시켜야 할 필요성에 직면하고 있다. 그러나 여행 서비스 상품은 그 상품의 속성상 차별화가 어려우며 차별화를 달성했다 하더라도 타 기업에 의한 상품의 즉각적인 모방이 가능하기 때문에 기업에게 지속적인 경쟁력을 제공하기가 용이하지 않다. 이러한 상황하에서 각 여행사들은 차별화가 가능하고 즉시적인 모방이 불가능한 서비스 측면에 대한 배려를 매우 중요하게 인식하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 여행사의 서비스 품질에 대한 평가모형을 개발하였다. Travel agent industry represents pure competition these days in Korea due to the deregulation policy enforced in 1982 and the absence of entry barriers. This situation triggers the severe competition among the travel agents. Accordingly, every travel agent attempting to preempt a competitive position in the industry has to improve it's level of product quality. However there does not appear to be difference in core product attributes among companies because of the nature of the product. Therefore service attribute of a product is highly stressed and is regarded as being readily differentiated from that of other companies in travel agent industry. With this understanding, I develop the model for evaluating service quality of travel agents, which can be used as an analysis tool by travel agents to evaluate their level of service quality.

경기 일부지역 육용 양돈작업장의 분진 및 내독소 농도

The aim of this study was to evaluate exposure to dust and endotoxin produced while working at swine confinement buildings. The dusts and endotoxin may cause adverse health effects on humans. Fourteen swine farms located at Yong-In, I-Cheon and Yeo-Ju of onggi-do were investigated. Husbandry workers form the farms were requested to wear personal sampler to measure respirable dust levels. Area samplings for total and respirable dust were also conducted at swine confinements buildings by season (summer under window open, winter under window close.) Gravimetric analyses and Limulus Amebocyte Lysate assay for measu- rement of dust level and endotoxin, respectively. The highest geometric mean (GM) concentration of airbome dusts was 7.47mg/㎡ for area respirable dust. and 10.35mg/㎡ for personal respirable dust. For respirable dust levels, seven farmers exceeded level of ACGIH, 3mg/㎥. The highest GM of endo- toxin was 5745.40 EU/㎥ for personal respirable dust. Significantly increased level of total dust (p〈0.001) and endotoxin in area total dust was observe with winter samples compared with those of summer. Area total dust and area respirable dust (r-0.622, p〈0.0001) was very significantly correlated in winter. Swine husbandry worker may have a considerable risk of ill health whenexposed to level of dust or endotoxin demonstrated at this study.

약물의 폐 전달을 위한 염화 벤제토늄 기반 리포좀의 제조 및 평가

Benzethonium chloride-containing egg phosphatidylcholine-based liposomes (BC/EPC-LIPOs) were developed for lung-targeted drug delivery. BC/EPC-LIPOs were fabricated via thin-film hydration method with various BC-to-EPC molar ratios of 1:4 (F1), 1:1 (F2), and 4:1 (F3). Cyanine5.5 (Cy5.5) was loaded as a fluorescent probe for the biodistribution study during the film-forming step. BC/EPC-LIPOs were evaluated by using dynamic light scattering analysis, where the mean diameter and zeta-potential values of F1, F2, and F3 were observed to be 69.5 ± 3.1 nm and 50.06 ± 1.00 mV, 59.0 ± 2.3 nm and 51.30 ± 2.98 mV, and 694.2 ± 243.3 nm and 55.01 ± 3.16 mV, respectively. To evaluate the lung distribution efficiency of the developed liposomes, F1 and F2, which possess suitable particle sizes for the intravenous administration, were injected into the tail vein of ICR mice. At 6 h post-injection, the lung, liver, kidney, heart, spleen, and brain were dissected, and the radiant efficiency (RE) values of the or- gans were measured using the near-infrared fluorescence imaging method. The lung RE value of F2 was 1.69-fold higher than that of F1, indicating a more efficient lung targetability of F2. This phenomenon can be attributed to the higher content of BC in F2 than F1. Considering the lung-targetability, as well as the biocompatible natures of BC and EPC, the developed BC/EPC-LIPOs can be used as an efficient lung-targeted drug delivery system.
