        포도종실 추출물이 Methylcellulose 필름 성질에 미치는 영향

        The film with methylcellulose(MC) and grape seed extract(GSE) were prepared by casting their aqueous solution at 80℃ and drying at 23℃ for 48 hrs. Effect of grape seed extract(GSE) on the barrier permeabilities and the thermomechanical property of methylcellulose(MC) film was studied. The barrier permeabilities and the thermomechanical property of MC film containing various contents of GSE were evaluated in terms of water vapor, oxygen permeabilities, and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA). The rate of water vapor permeability of MC film decreased with GSE contnets in the MC films. Also, the rate of oxygen permeability also decreased with GSE contents indicating higher oxygen barrier property of MC film. The results showed that GSE had a good miscibility with MC and acted as a plasticizer for MC film resuling in lowering the glass transition temperature of the film.

        Endothelial cells were isolated from the umbilical vein by collagenase digestion of freshly obtained human umbilical cord. These cells were grown in gelatin coated culture flask as a homogeneous population of polygonal cells with a centrally located nucleus for periods up to 4 weeks and 3-4 serial passages. By Immunofluorescent stain, von Willebrand factor were detected in both cultured endothelial cells and umbilical cord tissue. By transmission electron microscopy, Weibel-Palade bodies were observed in cytoplasm of endothelial cells as rod shape containing fine tubular structure. In conclusion, Endothelial cells of human umbilical vein treated with 0.2% collagenase were successfully cultured and it is suggested that 2 to 3 serial passages of cultures are ideal for the research of the endothelial cells..

      • Salmonella균 증식에 있어서 Ferric Citrate의 영향

        This study was performed to find a method of more high isolation rate of salmonella infection among the patients suspected of salmonellosis. Especially, there are several inhibitors in most popularly used S-S agar medium for increasing the selectivity of salmonella therefore, the formation of colonies is very low. So, I investigate the effect of the ferric citrate of an ingredient of S-S agar medium on the growth of salmonella. 1. The growth of all Salmonella spp. is inhibited in agar plate medium including low concentration of ferric citrate and as increasing the concentration of ferric citrate of the medium, inhibition of the growth of salmonella is greater. 2. Especially the growth of Salmonella enteritidis is inhibited in a medium including 0.1% ferric citrate. 3. Therefore, in order to increase the rate of isolation, it is proper to use the differential medium than to use selective medium.

        심층 생성모델 기반 합성인구 생성 성능 향상을 위한 개체 임베딩 분석연구

        An activity-based model requires detailed population information to model individual travel behavior in a disaggregated manner. The recent innovative approach developed deep generative models with novel regularization terms that improves fidelity and diversity for population synthesis. Since the method relies on measuring the distance between distribution boundaries of the sample data and the generated sample, it is crucial to obtain well-defined continuous representation from the discretized dataset. Therefore, we propose an improved entity embedding models to enhance the performance of the regularization terms, which indirectly supports the synthesis in terms of feasible and diverse populations. Our results show a 28.87% improvement in the F1 score compared to the baseline method.

        활동기반 교통수요 모델링을 위한 투어기반 통행분석 및 보정방안

        Autonomous driving technology is shaping the future of personalized travel, encouraging personalized travel, and traffic impact could be influenced by individualized travel behavior during the transition of driving entity from human to machine. In order to evaluate traffic impact, it is necessary to estimate the total number of trips based on an understanding of individual travel characteristics. The Activity-based model(ABM), which allows for the reflection of individual travel characteristics, deals with all travel sequences of an individual. Understanding the relationship between travel and travel must be important for assessing traffic impact using ABM. However, the ABM has a limitation in the data hunger model. It is difficult to adjust in the actual demand forecasting. Therefore, we utilized a Tour-based model that can explain the relationship between travels based on household travel survey data instead. After that, vehicle registration and population data were used for correction. The result showed that, compared to the KTDB one, the traffic generation exhibited a 13% increase in total trips and approximately 9% reduction in working trips, valid within an acceptable margin of error. As a result, it can be used as a generation correction method based on Tour, which can reflect individual travel characteristics, prior to building an activity-based model to predict demand due to the introduction of autonomous vehicles in terms of road operation, which is the ultimate goal of this study.
