본 연구는 2020년까지 개발완료를 목표로 하고 있는 한국의 달 탐사 사업에 대한 경제성을 분석하기 위한 실증적 연구이다. 과거자료 이용의 한계로 인해 본 분석에서는 최근 널리 이용되는 가상가치평가법(CVM)을 적용하여 경제적 가치를 추정하였다. 달 탐사 사업의 성공에 따른 상황을 제시하고, 설문조사를 통해 국가적 사업을 위해 국민들은 개인적으로 얼마만큼을 지불할 의사가 있는지를 파악하였다. 산출함수모형을 통해 본 사업의 경제적 가치는 약 2조 7,481억 원으로 산출되었다. 이 같은 결과는 한국형발사체( KSLV-2)를 제외한 달 탐사 사업예산 7,357억 원에 비해 매우 경제성이 높은 사업임을 의미한다. This study provides an empirical analysis of economic value of Korean Lunar Exploration Project(KLEP) which would be finalized by 2020. Since the KLEP is a new national project, utilization of historical data is limited. Thus, the economic value is estimated by Contingent Valuation Method(CV M) . In this study, results based on the successful KLEP are presented and the amount of money the Korean people be willing to pay for the K LEP is estimated through a field survey. T he economic value of the K LEP is predicted as approximately 2.8 trillion KRW. This result clearly indicates that the K LEP has a ver y high economic value in comparison with the budget except KSLV - 2.

지역사회 구강진료기관 치위생사 집단의 직무만족에 관한 조사

This study is intended for suggesting some methods or measures to improve the working environment and dental service consequently by finding out general characteristics and various factors that affects the job satisfaction in the organization according to dental hygienists' job peculiarities and supplying dental hygienists' improvement in quality and good dental treatment with dental hygienists who work in the dental clinics in the community as study objects. In this study, to research and analyze dental hygienists' job satisfaction to improve dental hygienists' job satisfaction and promote efficiency in personnel management, 50 dental clinics where there were more than 5 dental hygienists were chosen at random and 250 dental hygienists who work there were given questionnaires and the questionnaires were analyzed and finally the result was as follows. Firstly, there are some general characteristics. The ages of 2.0~2.5 cover 68% of the dental hygienists. The unmarried occupied 81.2%. The size of the working place is the dental clinic(joint opening of a dental clinic), which occupied 54.2%. Secondly, there is a meaningful difference working ability, a sense of belonging and job stability or potentiality in case of job characteristics according to the marriage or singleness, and the married questionees are higher than the unmarried ones in the average value in all question sections. Thirdly, in case of the working Place that affects dental hygienists' job satisfaction there is a difference in the working region and no difference in the working place. Fourthly, it was found out that the difference between variables according to the region is meaningful. In working ability and job stability or potentiality, there is a meaningful difference according to the region. Lastly, the things that should be improved in the dental clinics are guarantee of job stability or potentiality, harmony in the group, publicity work, geographical conditions, improvement in dental treatment level, degree of reliability and kindness for patients , equipment. and finally hygiene.

본 연구는 경기도 성남 소재의 공군전용 비행장인 서울(성남) 공항의 민간 항공 활용방안을 모색하기 위한 타당성 검토를 목적으로 한다. 해당 공항은 현재 군 작전 이외에도 국빈용 공항으로 이용되고 있어 수도권 공항으로서 접근성이 양호한 여건임에도 불구하고 각종 규제와 함께 민항기 취항이 허용되지 않고 있다. 한편, 서울 도심으로부터 서쪽에 위치한 김포국제공항과 인천국제공항이 우리나라 항공여객의 약 63.2%를 담당하고 있다. 향후 꾸준한 증가가 예상되는 항공운송수요와 이로 인한 주변 공역의 혼잡, 남북한 간 항공교류 시대를 감안하면 현재의 공항 운영의 정책기조를 재검토할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이와 같은 배경에서 본 연구에서는 국방과 보안, 소음 등 제약요인을 고려하여 비즈니스(Business Jet, 일명 Biz Jet) 항공기를 중심으로 한 중ㆍ소형 항공과 저가항공기(LCC : Low Cost Carrier) 운항 등을 위한 개방에 초점을 두고 각각 장ㆍ단기적으로 타당성을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 중ㆍ소형항공시장의 전망과 서울(성남)공항의 인프라 및 규제현황, 외국의 사례 검토, 공항 개방의 수준별 잠재적 수요의 예측 등을 통해 활용 가능성을 모색하였으며, 민ㆍ군 겸용공항 전환에 따라 예상되는 주요 쟁점들에 대한 검토와 문제해결의 기본방향을 제시하였다. As a part of the feasibility analysis on partial and/or successive utilization for civil aviation of Seoul (Seongnam) Airport located in Seongnam, Kyunggi Province as a military-purpose only airport, this study is oriented to present the basic direction of policy establishment for performing the demand prediction of civil aviation transportation and analyzing overall problems related with successive and /or partial opening of Seoul Airport as well as solving these important issues. The scopes of the study are status analysis of world aviation transportation market, survey on examples of operation of airports both for civil and military usage in country and abroad, analysis of demand on civil aviation transportation market of Seoul (Seongnam) Airport, analysis of approach methodologies by staple issues for opening Seoul Airport for civil aviation in partial and/or successive way, and expected effect of opening Seoul Airport for civil aviation in partial and/or successive way.

A4-2 : CVM을 이용한 달 탐사의 경제적 가치 분석

한국의 달 탐사 개발사업은 2020년까지의 추진될 예정이다. 장기적인 사업기간과 대규모투자, 기술개발의 불확실성, 고도의 융합기술체제 등을 특징으로 하는 전형적인 R&D사업으로서 실질적인 우주개발국가의 진입을 의미하게 될 것이다. 본 연구는 향후 약 7,357억 원의 사업비가 소요되는 사업의 경제적 가치를 추정하기 위한 선험적 연구이다. 국가사업으로 추진되는 새로운 사업에 대한 경제성을 판단하는데 종종 이용되는 가상가치평가법(CVM)을 적용한 결과, 약 2조 7480억원의 경제적 가치가 있는 것으로 추정되었다. 그리고 설문조사 결과, 절대 다수의 국민들이 해당 사업에 대해 지지의사를 밝히고 있음을 확인하였다. 이와같은 결과는 비용-편익분석 또는 산업연관분석 등의 직접적인 경제적 효과에 의존하는 연구결과와는 다소 차이가 있다. 그러나 공공재의 성격을 지니는 국책사업의 가치를 판단하는데 의의가 있는 실증결과라고 할 수 있다. Korea``s lunar exploration project(KLEP) will be proceeded until the year of 2020. The project will make its way into the entrance of substantial space developing country with the tasks of long-term period of project, huge amount of investment, high standard of combined technology. This paper is previously intended to study the presumed economic value of the project which will invest about 735.7 billion korean won(KRW). The result of study using CVM estimated approximately 2,748 billion won of economic value, The applied CVM is often applied to decide economical efficiency of national project. Also, the opinion survey of study made sure that the project is receiving strong public support. The result of this analysis shows there are more or less differences from the cost benefit(B/C) analysis or I/O analysis, but it has been proved that the significant decision making of national property project is essential.
