나노 소재 혼입 시멘트 복합체의 급성경구독성시험 및 급성경피독성시험을 통한 유해성 평가

본 연구에서는 탄소나노튜브를 혼입한 경량⋅고강도 시멘트 독합체의 유해성을 평가하기 위해 급성경구독성시험 및 급성경피독성시험을 실시하고, 이를 재령 28일 압축강도 50 MPa 수준의 탄소나노튜브를 혼입하지 않은 일반 콘크리트의 유해성과비교하였다. 일반 콘크리트 및 탄소나노튜브를 혼입한 경량⋅고강도 시멘트 복합체 모두 급성경구독성시험결과 GHS category 5인 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 모든 시편에서 급성경피독성시험에서 독성증상은 관찰되지 않았으며, GHS category 5/미분류(unclassified)에 해당하는 것으로 판단된다.

This study was performed to investigate the possible role of oxyhemoglobin in the metabolic activation of benzene, styrene and TCE by observing the difference of the SCE frequency between isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte cultures exposed to these chemicals. Isolated lymphocyte and fresh heparinized peripheral whole blood samples from a healthy donor(male, smoker) were cultured in the phytohaemagglutinin stimulated culture media for 72 hours. The cells were treated with 100, 300, 1000, 3000 μM benzene, 250, 500, 100, 2000 μM styrene or TCE respectively. Slides were stained with Giemsa's solution for SCE. SCE was analyzed for each subject from coded slides by one researcher. The results were as follows : 1.The frequency of SCE increased dose-dependently with concentration of benzene in isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte cultures, however there were no significance. There was no significant difference of SCE frequency between isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte cultures. 2.The frequency of SCE in whole blood exposed to sytrene significantly increased in dose-dependant relationship, but not in isolated lymphocyte. The difference of SCE frequency between isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte of 2000μM styrene exposure was marginally significant(P=0.0540). 3.In TCE, the frequency of SCE did not increase at any concentration used in this study of isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte. Above results suggested that oxyhemoglobin in erythrocytes play an important role in the metabolic activation of styrene but not in benzene or TCE. In this paper. a simple way of topology optimization is studied. The optimization problem is formulated as a nonlinear programming and solved by using design sensitivity analysis. The adjoint variable method is used efficiently for the sensitivity calculation. Material properties in terms of density distribution are taken as design variables. A simplified explicit relation between density and material properties is used without introducing microstructures as done in the literature. This approach is general and easily implementable suing existing codes.<br/>

In this paper, the installation method of A/F meter which is used for objective measurement of the characteristics of steering systems is classified into two types, direct and indirect method, and static and dynamic test results are analyzed. Dummy wheel of A/F meter is connected to steering column in direct installation method, and is installed on steering wheel in indirect method. Each method produces different results according to the relative position of geometric center, rotation center and mass center of steering wheel.

In this paper, an approach for the development of impact harshness performance on occasion of bump transverse was presented. Since the detection of the actual impact performance without any loss of physical meaning is the most important thing, body structure and some chassis parts are considered as flexible bodies. The FTire model proper for impact harshness simulation was used. The comparison with experimental measurements was also presented for validation and correlation of the analysis model. Simulation results for a sports utility vehicle (SUV) were presented and qualified for the improvement of impact harshness performance.

Respiratory effects in full time welders include bronchitis, airway irritation, lung function changes, and lung fibrosis. Welder's pneumoconiosis has been generally determined to be benign<br/> and not associated with respiratory symptoms based on the absence of pulmonary function abnormalities in welders with marked radiographic abnormalities. Accordingly, to investigate pulmonary function changes during 60 days induced by welding-fume exposure, male Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to manual metal arc-stainless steel (MMA-SS) welding fumes with concentrations of 64.8+0.9 mg/㎥ (low dose) and 107.8±2.6 mg/m3 (high dose) total suspended particulates for 2 hr/day, 5 days/week in an inhalation chamber for 60 days. Pulmonary function was measured every week with whole body plethysmograph compensated (WBP Comp, SFT38116, Buxco Electronics, Sharon, CT). The rats exposed to the high dose of welding fumes exhibited statistically significant (p<0.05-0.01) body weight decrease as compared to the control whereas cell number increase of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) (total cell, macrophage, polymorphonuclear cell and lymphocyte) during the 60 days exposure period. And only tidal volume was significantly decreased in dosedependantly during 60 days of MMA-SS welding fume exposure. This pulmonary function change with inflammatory cell recruitment confirms the lung injury caused by the MMA-SS welding fume exposure.
‘전국체육대회’아이덴티파이어의 문제점과 향후 개선방안에 관한 연구

The Korean National Sports Festival, which has been a symbol of national resistance during the Japanese colonial period and has grown repeatedly in historical pains (hereinafter referred to as the KNSF), has the symbolism of representing Korea as a sports festival that has a long history of 100 years. However, today it is recognized as 'the league of their own' and is neglected by the public with its authority and recognition falling. It is urgent to improve the current KNSF's identity design and operation system, which does not provide clear brand communication as a way to restore the symbolism of Korea's representative sports festival. To this end, this study analyzed the cases of Japan, China and Canada, which have operated successful sports festivals, and the 'Identifiers': numbering, emblem, symbol mark, logotype, mascot and commemorative mail stamp that constitutes the identity of the KNSF. And, by seeking ways to efficiently promoting the event hereafter and raising the national prestige as a sports powerhouse, this study suggests improvements for building a strong brand image of the KNSF. The future KNSF needs to be operated efficiently at the national brand level based on an organized design system and a clear identity. It is hoped that the KNSF, which has led the 100 years of Korean sports history, will continue to lead the future 100 years of the Korean sports, and hoped that this research will serve as the basis for follow-up research suggesting more enterprising design operations and systems. 일제강점기 속 민족 저항의 상징이자 역사적 아픔 속 거듭 성장해온 전국체육대회(이하 전국체전)는 100년이라는 유구한 역사를 가진 대한민국을 대표하는 스포츠 축제라는 상징성을 띄고 있다. 하지만, 오늘날 '그들만의 리그'로 인식되며 대중의 외면을 받은 채 그 권위와 인지도는 점차 하락하고 있다. 전국체전이 대한민국의 대표 스포츠 축제로서의 상징성을 회복하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 뚜렷한 브랜드 커뮤니케이션을 하지 못하는 현재의 전국체전 아이덴티티 디자인과 운영체계의 개선이 시급하다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 성공적으로 종합경기대회를 운영하고 있는 일본, 중국, 캐나다의 사례와 전국체전의 아이덴티티를 구성하는 각 '아이덴티파이어'인 넘버링, 엠블럼, 심벌마크, 로고타입, 마스코트, 기념우편인장을 분석하였다. 그리고 향후 효율적으로 행사를 알리고 체육 강국으로서의 국격을 높이는 방안을 모색하여 전국체전의 강력한 브랜드 이미지 구축을 위한 개선방안을 제안한다. 앞으로의 전국체육대회는 체계적인 디자인 시스템과 명확환 정체성을 바탕으로 국가 브랜드 차원에서의 효율적인 대회 운영이 필요하다. 대한민국 체육 역사의 백년을 이끌어온 전국체육대회가 계속해서 한국 체육 백년을 주도하기를 바라며, 본 연구가 보다 진취적인 디자인 운영 및 체계를 제안하는 후속 연구의 기초 자료가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
