        김남천의 『사랑의 水族館』에 나타난 '현대'의 성격과 '현대청년'

        Aquarium of Love written by Nam-cheon Kim is a novel that was published serially from 1939 to 1940 in Chosun Ilbo. It features the characteristics of modern times that isolates the main character. The author also delineated them in his previous work. While Gwang-joon Kim, brother of Gwang-ho Kim, who ended up in dying of acute tuberculosis after abandoning his old-style wife and cohabiting together with a barmaid was .1 prototype of previous generation that implied the background of the times when the ideology of the past socialists collapsed, Gwang-ho Kim, the main character of this work, represents "the characteristics of modern times". Nam-cheon Kim already showed his interest in the way of the world and public morals through the theories of complaint literature and view literature. Accordingly, his delineation of the characters including Gwang-ho Kim and Gyeong'-hee Lee is just a complaint about and view of the then social reality, and the features of their living were the epitome of the social reality of the times. In this work, Nam-cheon Kim explores the love, belief, the way of the world, and public morals of young people who represent "the characteristics of the times" and are represented by Gwang-ho Kim and Gyeong-hee Lee. Outwardly, however, the story progresses with a focus on the plot of conflicts and reconciliation that arise in the course of love and marriage of Gwan-ho Kim and Gyeong-hee Lee. Furthermore, since the real time from 1939 to 1940 and the internal time of the story coincide, the work fully reproduces the sense of reality of the times. The reason why Nam-cheon Kim positively delineates the new senses of "modernized young people" is that vogue is closely associated with productive relationship and it is a means to sensitively view the public morals of 'modern times'.

      • 임부의 연령에 따른 보완대체요법에 관한 인식 태도 경험 비교 연구

        Purpose: This study aims to test if the age of pregnant women affects the perception, experience, and attitude towards complementary alternative therapy (CAT), by investigating the perception, experience, and attitude of pregnant women under the age of 35, and above 35 (Advanced Maternal Age). The study will 1) find the general characteristics of pregnant women under and over the age of 35 2) compare the perception, behavior, and experience of pregnant women under and over the age of 35, and 3) find the comparison of the perception, behavior, and experience according to the general characteristics of pregnant women under and over the age of 35. Method: The subjects of this study are composed of 44 women under the age of 35 and 44 women above the age of 35, totaling 88 pregnant women visiting midwiferies, obstetrics and gynecology, and baby fairs in Seoul and Gyeong-Gi area. Data for this study was collected from November 28, 2015 to January 6, 2016 for 40 days. The collected data analyzed mean, standard deviation, t test, ANOVA, and chi-square by using SPSS 23.0. Result Results show that there is a significant difference in the perception, attitude, and experience of the two-sample groups in the use of CAT. The question of “what is most necessary when applying CAT in a hospital clinical environment” for the perception criteria came out with the results of t=9.980, p<.05. For the attitude, results showed that the answers of pregnant women under the age of 35 displayed a more positive attitude towards CAT. (t=2.421, p<.05) Lastly, in the experience section, pregnant women under the age of 35 showed more CAT use than the other sample group. Conclusion Results have shown that there is a difference in the perception, behavior, and experience between the two sample groups. Therefore further research on the efficacy and the adverse effects of CAT needs to be done.

      • Rhodospirillum rubrum DM에 의한 δ-Aminolevulinic Acid의 최적생성조건

        본 실험실에서 분리하여 Rhodospirillum rubrum DM으로 동정된 균주는 빛이 존재하는 혐기적인 조건에서 ALA의 균체외 방출량이 높게 나타났고, ALA의 균체외 방출량은 균주가 정지기에 접어들어도 120시간 까지 계속적인 증가를 보였다. ALAD의 저해제인 Levulinic acid를 15 mM첨가했을 때가 5 mM, 30 mM을 첨가했을 때 보다 ALA의 균체외 방출량이 높았다. 또한 LA의 첨가는 대수기의 초기(약 16시간)에 첨가하는 것이 성장도 억제되지 않고 ALA의 균체외 방출량 또한 18 mM 로, 성장 후기에 첨가하는 것(3-4 mM)보다 높게 나타났다. Rhodospirillum rubrum DM, isolated and identified in our laboratory, produces higher amount of ALA under anaerobic-light condition in Lascelles medium than other three culture conditions such as aerobic-light, aerobic-dark, anaerobic-dark conditions. Though cells approached stationary phase, the accumulation of ALA increased continuously until 120 hr after inoculation. ALA production was higher when 15 mM of levulinic acid(LA), inhibitor of ALAD, was added into culture broth than 5 mM or 30 mM of LA. When LA was added at the early exponential phase(16 hr), the cell mass was not inhibited by LA, and then, amount of ALA was reached the maximum(18 mM). When LA was added at the late exponential phase, the production of ALA was 3-4 mM. As a result, adding time of LA to the culture broth for the production of extracellular ALA was added at the early exponential phase.

      • 생쥐난자의 성숙에 따른 투명대의 FITC-casein 결합양상

        The structural changes of the ZP of mouse oocytes during maturation in vivo and in vitro were examined by using the fluorescence staining method. When immature GV oocytes isolated from mouse ovarian follicles were stained with FITC-casein, their ZP exhibited a mixture of numerous bright spots and thready fluorescence with faint milky background. In contrast, when mature oocytes with a polar body obtained either from ovarian follicles 11 h after hCG injection or from oviducts 17 h after hCG injection were stained similarly, their ZP exhibited only a little spotty fluorescence without any distinct fluorescence staining regardless of their source. ZP of cumulus-enclosed oocytes(CEO) after culture for 17h in the presence of FBS also showed only a few spotty fluorescence staining similar to that of ZP of in vivo matured oocytes. However, ZP of CEO cultured in the presence of BSA showed a numerous bright spots like that of immature GV oocytes. Addition of PMSG to the culture medium did not make any difference. When oocytes were freed from cumulus cells and then assigned to culture, ZP of oocytes exhibited numerous spotty fluorescence whether they were cultured with FBS or BSA. From these observations, it is suggested that ZP of mouse oocytes undergo structural changes during meiotic maturation as revealed by differential staining properties with FITC-casein. In addition, serum and cumulus cells appears to play important roles in the structural changes of ZP of oocytes acompanied during in vitro maturation.

        This study was conducted to detect the allelopathic effect of water and ethanol extracts from 4 plant species (Lactuca sativa L., Ambrosia elatior L., Oenothenra odorata Jasp., Ginkgo biloba L.) on germination and growth of lettuce seeds. A little bit higher inhibitory effect was obtained in ethanol extracts rather than water extracts. Allelopathic effects varied in the source of extracts and concentrations of 4 plant species and the highest allelopathic effect appeared in 10% solution, regardless of plant species.

      • 들잔디 성숙종자로부터 캘러스배양 및 식물체 재분화에 미치는 몇 가지 요인의 영향

        In an effort to optimize tissue culture responses of zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.) for genetic transformation, factors affecting callus induction and plant regeneration were investigated. MS medium containing 3 ㎎/L 2,4-D was optimal for embryogenic callus induction from mature seed. The plant regeneration frequency of 73.3% was observed when embryogenic calli induced in this medium were transferred to N6 medium supplemented with 0.1 ㎎/L 2,4-D and 5 ㎎/L BA. Among several basic media, MS and N6 medium were optimal for callus induction and plant regeneration, respectively. Regenerated plants were grown normally when shoots transplanted to the soil. A rapid and efficient plant regeneration system established in this study will be useful for molecular breeding of turfgrass through genetic transformation.

        Determination of the optimum porosity for 2‑CEES adsorption by activated carbon fiber from various precursors

        In this study, we prepared ACFs with a high specific surface area from various precursors (rayon, pitch, and oxidized polyacrylonitrile-based fibers) by a steam-activation technique and investigated the effects of the micropore and mesopore fraction on 2-CEES adsorption behaviors. The activation time was precisely controlled so that the activation yield was in the range of 35–40% to ensure the mechanical properties of the ACFs. The N2 adsorption isotherm characteristics at 77K were confirmed by Brunauer–Emmett–Teller, Barrett–Joyner–Halenda and non-local density functional theory equations. The adsorption capacities of the ACF were measured by breakthrough experiments in the gas phase (750 μg/mL of 2-CEES in N2 flow). The removal efficiency of the ACFs was evaluated and compared with that of AC. From the results, specific surface areas and total pore volume of the ACF were determined to be 1380–1670 m2/g and 0.61–0.82 cm3/g, respectively. It was also observed that various pore characteristics of ACF were found to be dependent on crystallite structure of each precursor. The break through time (C/C0 = 0.10) was in the order of Oxi-Pan-H-9-2 < Saratoga AC < Rayon-H-9-3 < Pitch-H-9-4. This indicates that 2-CEES adsorption capacity could be a function not only of specific surface area or total pore volume, but also of sub-mesopore volume fraction in the range of 1.5–2.5 nm of adsorbents.

        1970년대 이후 한국 주택 거실의 시대별 실내구성 특성 및 이미지 경향분석

        As a basic study to predict the trend of new interior design, the purpose of this study lies in analyzing the image and features of each periodic interior design centered on Korean house living room from the 1970s to the 2000s and in grasping the trend of chronological change in interior design. Through the extraction of each periodic image and evaluation structure of house living room using repertory grid method and chronological feature analysis of house living room design, we analyzed the trend change of image and feature of periodic living room design and then presented the direction to be taken hereafter for living room design. Results of the research on design feature are as follows. There is an increase in simple and sleek form and inelaborate spatial construction using minimal furniture and decorative constituent and also a growing preference for plain and geometric patterns. Furthermore the current situation shows an expanding use of artificial materials such as glass, concrete and steel and of architectural lighting or lighting of simple and sleek form. In the aspect of color, there is a continuous use of warm colors in the YR or Y system and use of subdued colors of low tone and increasing use of monotone colors. Results of research on the trend of image are as follows. 1) 「bright」, 「warm」and「comfortable」images were common throughout the whole period. 2)「desultory」, 「stifling」, 「dark」images appeared in the 1970s. 3) In the 1980s「awkward」,「desultory」,「pastoral」,「refreshing」,「archaic」,「refined」,「natural」images appear frequently. 4) In the 1990s 「awkward」,「sleek」,「open」,「roomy」,「cold」,「splendid」,「archaic」,「smooth」images emerge. 5) Appearing in the 2000s are images describing「simple」,「open」,「refreshing」,「cold」,「urban」,「changeable」,「intense」,「unique」, 「smooth」.

        In this paper Research development about a micro metal forming manufacturing system has been developed. A micro forming system has been achieved in Japan and it's developed micro press is limited to single forming process. To coincide with the purpose to be more practical, research and development is necessary about the press which the multi forming process is possible. We set the development of the equipment including micro deep drawing, micro punching and micro restriking process to the goal. To achieve this goal, Research about micro forming process to be related to multi process forming must be preceded first. Material selection and analysis about micro forming process are accomplished in this paper. And the basis research to make actual system is accomplished.
