        식육 및 식육가공품 섭취에 따른 안전성 및 식중독 위험성 인식

        Purpose: This study investigated consumers' perception of food safety and risk from foodborne illness and consumption pattern of meat and processed meat products in Korea. Methods: A quantitative survey was performed by trained interviewers, surveying 1,500 adults who were randomly selected from six major provinces in Korea. Results: Most of the respondents reported foodborne illness risk related to the consumption of raw meat but not related to heated meat and processed meat products. As respondents perceived the risk of food poisoning from raw meat, the purchase and intake decreased (p<0.001). Most of the respondents considered a low possibility of foodborne illness at home. Seventy-seven percent of the respondents thought that bacteria and virus are the main causes of foodborne illness. Improper storage practice (40.7%) and unsafe food material (29.3%) were the main risk factors contributing to foodborne illness. Perception and practice of food safety was significantly different by the residency area. The most preferred meat, processed meat, and processed ground meat products were pork (58%), ham (31.1%), and pork cutlet (40.4%), respectively. The most preferred cooking method was roasting, regardless of the type of meat, but the second preference for cooking method was significantly affected by the type of meat (p<0.001): stir-fried pork, beef with seasoning, fried-chicken and boiled duck. Frequency of eating out was 0.75/day on weekdays and 0.78/day on weekends at the mainly Korean BBQ restaurant. Conclusion: The results of this study could be used to develop science-based education materials for consumer and the specific guideline of risk management of meat and processed meat products.

        협력적 멘토링 과정에서 나타난 멘토의 어려움 분석

        이 연구에서는 과학교사 수업 전문성 향상을 위한 협력적 멘토링 프로그램 과정에서 멘토가 겪는 어려움을 알아보았다. 수업전문성 향상을 위한 멘토링 연수에 참가한 현직 중등과학교사 일곱 쌍(14명)을 선정하였다. 연구에 활용한 자료는 멘토링에 대한 전반적인 인식을 알아보기 위한 설문지, 멘토의 효능감을 알아보기 위한 설문지, 멘토링 관련 인터뷰 녹화본과 전사본, 멘토 협의회 녹화본 및 전사본, 멘토 저널 등을 수집하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 협력적 멘토링 과정에서 멘토는 멘티와 전공이나 학교 급이 다른 경우, 학교에서 맡은 과다한 업무로 인하여 멘토링에 어려움을 나타냈다. 또한 멘토링 초반 멘토로서의 전문성 부족으로 인한 낮은 자신감을 나타냈으며, 일부 멘토는 멘티와 정서적 유대 관계를 형성하는 것에 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 멘토와 멘티의 멘토링에 대한 관점에 차이가 있는 경우에도 멘토링 진행에 어려움이 있었다. The purpose of this study was to examine mentor teachers' difficulties during their collaborative mentoring process to improve beginning science teachers' teaching practice. Participants were fourteen science teachers. This study collected questionnaires for mentor teachers' perception of the mentoring program, questionnaires for mentor teachers' efficacy, a record and transcript of interview, a record and transcript of mentoring conversation, and mentor teachers' journals for the study. The result showed that mentor teachers were having difficulties with mentee teachers when they have different major or work in different levels of school, and they found it hard to set aside time for mentoring due to heavy amount of school work. Also, they had low self-confidence experiencing a lack of expertise as a mentor teacher, and some mentor teachers were having difficulties in building a rapport with mentee teachers. Mentor teachers had difficulties as well when they have different point of view with mentee teachers about mentoring.

        3D yolk–shell Si@void@CNF nanostructured electrodes with improved electrochemical performance for lithium-ion batteries

        Si-based anode materials are studied to overcome the limitations of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). However, Si-based anodes have critical drawbacks such as volumetric electrode expansion during cycling in LIBs, that result in deterioration in cycling performance. Herein, we prepare 3D yolk–shell Si and carbon nanofiber (CNF) nanostructured electrodes with different void portions (Si@void@CNF-x) using oxidation, etching, and electrospinning process. The portions of the void in the Si@void@CNF electrodes can be controlled by electrospinning with Si powder oxidized at 700 °C under an air atmosphere for a reaction time (x) of 3, 6, and 9 h followed by chemically etching in HF solution. The electrodes are structurally characterized using X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, and scanning electron microscopy. The charge/discharge and rate performance of the electrodes is evaluated in the coin-type cells. Si@void@CNF-6 shows a highest reversible discharge capacity of 304.9 mAh g−1 at a current density of 200 mA g−1 after 500 cycles and an improved high rate performance (166@2000 mA g−1 after 500 cycles), compared to Si@void@CNF-3 and Si@void@CNF-9. The particular void portion in the Si@void@CNF-6 can be responsible for the superior LIB performance, representing the efficiently volumetric expansion-relieved electrode structure during cycling.

        “많이 다르네요!(挺不一样)” : 중국인 음악치료 전공생의 문화적 경험에 관한 사례연구

        이 집합적 사례연구는 국내 음악치료 교육과정에서 수학 중인 중국인 유학생들의 문화적 경험과 필요 및 요구에 대해 탐색하고 기술한다. 이를 위해 최대편차 표집법에 따라 최대한 다양한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 참여자를 모집하고자 하였고, 한국어 언어능력과 한국문화에 익숙함 정도에 차이가 있는 세 명의 중국인 학생 샤오펑, 천천, 셩윈이 최종적으로 연구에 참여하였다. 자료수집을 위해 각 사례와의 개별적인 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 수집된 자료에 관한 참여자 확인을 수행하였다. 핵심주제를 도출하기 위해 Stake(2006)의 집합적 사례연구 방법을 사용하여 개별적 사례 내 분석과 통합적 사례 간 분석을 실시하였고, 분석결과에 대한 동료검토를 실시하였다. 또한, 사례 내 분석의 결과로서 각 중국인 학생의 문화적 경험을 상세하게 기술하였다. 사례 간 통합 분석을 통해 언어장벽, 임상 실습의 어려움, 새로운 교실문화, 복잡한 학교행정, 이방인, 선구자의 총 6개의 주제를 도출하였고 12개의 하위주제와 관련 내용을 보고하였다. 끝으 로, 이 연구결과의 교육적, 임상적 및 연구상의 함의가 논의되었다. 본 연구를 통해 외국인의 한국유학이 늘어나는 시점에서 음악치료 유학생들의 문화적 경험에 관해 관련 분야의 관심을 촉구하고 이를 기반으로 학생들의 성공적인 학교적응과 효과적인 학업 수행을 지원하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. This multiple case study describes the cultural experiences and related needs of three Chinese students majoring in music therapy in South Korean universities. To this end, we tried to recruit participants who could provide as much variety of information as possible according to the maximum variation sampling method. Three Chinese students, Xiao Feng, Chen Chen, and Sheng Yun, who had different levels of Korean language proficiency and familiarity with Korean culture participated in the study. We conducted in-depth interviews with the participants, whose levels of Korean language proficiency and acculturation to the learning environment varied. Using the multiple case study analysis of Stake(2006), we described each student’s cultural experiences and extracted six cross-case themes: language barrier, difficulty of clinical practice, classroom culture, complex school administration, being outcasted, and future pioneers. During a time when Korea is becoming a new study destination for foreign students to pursue music therapy, these research results which emphasizes the participants’ perceived cultural differences, and generate foundational information to effectively assist their acculturation on campus and academic success.

        자살생각과 관련된 부모와의 애착, 역기능적 신념 및 우울간의 관계분석

        This study examined the relationship of parent attachment, dysfunctional beliefs, depression and suicidal ideation. A sample of 397 university students completed measures of the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment -Revision; IPPA-R, Dysfunctional Beliefs Test: DBT, Beck Depression Inventory: BDI, and the Scale for Suicide Ideation; SSI. The correlation analysis showed that all variables were significantly related, and result of structural equation modeling(SEM) showed that dysfunctional beliefs and depression fully mediated the relationship between parent attachment and suicidal ideation. The results were as follows: First, dysfunctional beliefs, depression and alienation of parent had positive effect on suicidal ideation. Another finding was that trust of parent and communication of parent had negative effect on suicidal ideation. Second, alienation of parent predicted directly and indirectly suicidal ideation through the effect of dysfunctional beliefs and depression. The limitations of this study and the implications for future studies were discussed. 본 연구는 자살생각과 관련하여 부모와의 애착, 역기능적 신념 및 우울간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 397명을 대상으로 부모와의 애착 척도, 역기능적 신념 척도, 우울 척도, 자살생각 척도를 실시하였으며, 부모와의 애착과 역기능적 신념 및 우울이 어떠한 경로를 통해 자살생각에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 부모와의 애착, 역기능적 신념, 우울과 자살생각의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 자살생각은 역기능적 신념, 우울, 부모와의 애착의 하위 요인 중 부모와의 소외감과 유의미한 정적 상관을 보이고 부모와의 애착의 하위 요인 중 부모와의 신뢰감, 의사소통과 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 부모와의 애착 중 소외감, 역기능적 신념, 우울, 자살생각의 구조적 관계에 대해 살펴보았다. 그 결과 부모와의 소외감은 자살생각에 직접적으로도 영향을 미치고 역기능적 신념과 우울을 통하여 간접적으로도 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 부모와의 소외감이 높을수록 자살생각은 유의미하게 높았으며, 역기능적 신념 또한 유의미하게 높았다. 또한 역기능적 신념이 높을수록 우울은 유의미하게 높았으며, 우울이 높을수록 자살생각도 유의미하게 높았다. 이러한 결과를 통해 자살생각이 부모와의 애착과 유의한 관계를 나타낼 것이라는 기존의 연구결과를 확인할 수 있었으며, 역기능적 신념과 우울의 매개효과 또한 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 제한점과 시사점이 논의되었다.

        무용교육 패러다임 변화요인으로서의 포스트모더니즘

        This research interpreted postmodernism as a new cultural logic comprehensively calling the cultural phenomenon which has shown up with the advent of a socil life and a new-way economic order since the 1960s. As an individual’s point of view changes as he or she goes through the real world, the paradigm of dancing education gets related to society, economy, and the cultural change and speed. A shift toward the information and knowledgebased society has created craving for new social and cultural desire, education has stressed creativity based on the knowledge, not the acquirement of simple knowledge itself, and the art education has focused its paradigm on creativity and experience education as well. This research saw the starting point of a change in the paradigm of dancing education comes from ideologies in the age prior to postmodernism, not from a postmodern society. It is aimed at analyzing what factors played a leading role in changing the paradigm of dancing education by the relationship between arts education and dancing through the characteristics of postmodernism, and exploring the changed goals of dancing education by taking part in postmodern society. The capitalistic ruling ideology had taken control over life, thinking, culture and art, in reaction to which postmodernism came into being. While modernism was frentically in pursuit of high-level specialization in the field of each and every culture, and communicated with one another in their own language, postmodernism criticized such an incommunicable state and began to break down the boundary of life and culture. The special features of postmodernism arts like that have brought about transformation in the way people see and experience the world, and the social and cultural desire has been wary of the authority of knowledge which logical thinking can enjoy. As a result, a not-solid way of thinking as to new values in terms of the newly-appearing paradigm of dancing education has turned itself into the stepping-stone by which the change in paradigm towards creativity and experience education took place. Abstract A study on the postmodernism relationship as the factors of changes in the paradigm of dance education 37 Therefore, dancing education can be included in the knowledge structure intended for an age-conscious education, and the display of sensibility, sensitivity, and creativity has emerged as the diversification of creative ideas which has been seen as individual and insignificant. Dancing, as a form of knowledge and experience, is a kind of method to convey and organize individual perceptions, which came to recognize an individual as a perfect one. So the transformation in one’s view on the plural and cultural knowledge, as a whole-person education, which includes new ideologies and generalize consciousness through participation, can tell us the change and direction of dancing education paradigm which should go on in human beings’ life

        저소득층 학생의 디지털 정보격차에 미치는 요인 분석 연구

        Objectives This study was conducted to analyze the types and causes of the digital information gap among lowincome students, identify prerequisites for resolving the digital information gap, and derive implications to help with subsequent research related to this. Methods Using the digital information gap survey data collected by the Korea Intelligence Information Society Promotion Agency in 2021, a factor analysis of 22 questions was conducted to determine the types of digital information gap, and a step-by-step selection method was used to analyze the causes of each type of digital information gap. Multiple regression analysis was performed using. Results The average monthly household income of low-income students was analyzed to affect the access gap. In addition, it was found that the older the age, the higher the ability to use PCs and mobile devices, and the higher the household average monthly income, the relatively higher the ability to use PCs and mobile devices. On the other hand, it was found that women were less capable of using PCs. Additionally, students with a positive attitude toward digital technology say they are familiar with the basic functions of digital devices, and the efficacy of using digital devices appears to have an impact on the gap in use of low-income students. Conclusions The types of digital information gap among low-income students were classified into ‘access gap’, ‘use gap’, and ‘utilization gap’, which were discussed in existing information gap research. This implies that students from low-income families also have access problems related to physical access and are experiencing difficulties in accessing and utilizing digital devices and networks. Moreover, the gap in use and utilization of low-income students was identified as containing problems caused by the absence of a digital education environment, and as a way to resolve this, a digital education plan to strengthen attitudes toward digital technology and efficacy in using digital devices can be expected.
