      • 大麥集團에 대한 遺傳分析

        大麥의 收量에 대한 相關關係를 밝히고 각 형질간의 直·間接效果를 평가하여 선발지수를 작성함으로써 有用形質의 選拔에 대한 基礎資料를 얻고자 皮麥 5品種과 裸麥 5品種을 재배하여 遺傳力, 相關關係, 經路係數, 選拔指數를 算出한 結果는 다음과 같다. 遺傳力은 皮麥의 경우 葉長에서 99.55로 가장 높게 나타났으며 千粒種을 제외한 모든 형질에서 76.86-99.55%로 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 裸麥의 경우 桿長 및 葉長에서 99.55%로 가장 높았고 節間直莖을 제외한 모든 형질에서 93.26-99.95%로 매우 높은 수치를 보였다. 形質間의 相關關係에서 皮麥은 節間直莖과 葉長, 節間直莖과 葉幅, 葉長과 葉幅, 桿長과 千粒種, 芒長과 千粒種, 穗長과 葉幅에서 正의 相關으로 有意性을 보였다. 그리고 穗長과 桿長, 桿長과 葉幅, 芒長과 1穗粒數, 千粒種과 1穗粒數에서 負의 有意한 相關이였다. 裸麥의 경우 桿長과 葉長, 穗長과 芒長, 葉幅과 千粒種, 葉幅과 1穗粒數가 正의 相關으로 有意性을 보였으며 穗長과 節間直莖, 穗長과 葉幅, 穗長과 1穗粒數에서 負의 相關으로 유의하였다. 經路係數분석에서 皮麥의 直接 또는 間接效果는 대체로 葉幅과 節間直莖 등이 크게 영향을 미친 것으로 評價되며, 裸麥의 直接 또는 間接效果는 桿長,穗長,節間直莖, 葉幅이 크게 影響을 미친 것으로 평가된다. 選拔指數에서는 皮麥은 단일 형질에서 節間直莖(X₃)의 指數가 가장 높았고, 葉幅,穗長,葉長의 順으로 높았다. 단일형질에서 가장 높았던 절간직경은 대부분의 여러 形質組合에서 指數가 높은 傾向을 보였다. 裸麥의 경우에도 단일형질에서 節間直莖(X₃)의 지수가 가장 높았으며 葉幅, 葉長, 千粒種의 순이었다. This experiment was carried out to analysis gentic basis data for selection of useful character. it was evaluated to heritability, correlation, path coefficient and selective index. The heritability of characters were spike length, culm length, culm diameter, length of leaf, leaf width, awn length, 1,000 grains weight and number of grains per spike. The heritability of hulled barley were showed from 76.8% to 99.55% and length of leaf was the highest from 99.55%. The heritability of naked barley were showed from 93.26% to 99.55% and culm length and length of leaf were highest as 99.55%. In correlation coefficients among characters in hulled barley, relationships between culm diameter and length of leaf, culm dameter and leaf, width, length of leaf and leaf width, culm length and 1,000 grain weight, awn length and number of grains per spike were showed significant positive correlation. In correlation coefficients among characters in naked barley, relationships between culm length and length of leaf, spike length and awn length, culm length and awn length, leaf width and 1,000 grains weight, leaf width and number of grains per spike were showed significant positive correlation. It was estimated from the path coefficient analysis that direct effects and indirect effects related number of grain per spike were most affected by leaf width and culm diameter in hulled barley and by culm length, culm diameter and leaf width in naked barley. The selection weight of culm diameter was the highest of all the characters or common the combination of all the characters in hulled barley.       • 窒素, 燐酸 및 加里의 施肥水準이 藥用作物 仙鶴草(Agrimonia pilosa L.)의 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        This study was carried out to determine the effect of various fertilizer levels on the growth and yield of Agrimony. this experiment was conducted for 2years from 1998 to 1999 in Medicinal Plant Experiment Station, Kyungnam ARES. The results obtainned were summarized as follows : 1. The growth characteristics such as plant height, tillers and leaf numbers were more increased at 22-10-10 plot than of other fertilizer levels. 2. Variations of percent flowering of Agrimonia pilosa L. treated with different fertilizer levels were more increased at 22-10-10 plot than of other fertilizer levels. 3. Yield per 10a of Agrimonia pilosa L., Fresh weight was 1,500kg in 22-10-10 plot, and 243kg in non-treatment plot. The dry weight was 736kg in 22-10-10 plot, and 96kg in non-treatment plot. Yield of Seed and Fruit following to different application levels was highest at the fertilizing plot of N, P2O5, K2O=22-10-10.

      • 맥주맥 F_1세대의 조합능력 검정

        맥주맥의 이면교잡에 의한 F_1세대에 대한 조합능력을 검정한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 8개 형질에 대한 GCA, SCA, RCA효과를 검정한 바 조합능력은 전 형질에서 GCA, SCA, RCA가 모두 유의하였는데 간장, 수장, 망장, 간직경, 곡핍폭, 1수립수 1000립중은 GCA가 SCA보다 크고, 품종간 GCA효과는 진양보리가 간장에서 부(-)이고, 삼도보리가 수장·망장·간직경·1000립중에서, 사천6호가 망장과 간직경에서, 진광보리가 곡립장에서, 두산29호가 곡립폭·1수립수·1000립중에서 각각 정(+)으로 높았다. SCA효과에서 수장은 두산29호×두산8호 조합이, 망장은 진양보리×두산29호 조합이, 간직경은 사천6호×진광보리 조합이, 곡립장은 진양보리×두산8호 조합이, 곡립폭은 진광보리×두산8호 조합이, 1수립수는 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 1000립중은 사천6호×두산8호 조합 및 두산29호×두산8호 조합이 각각 정으로 높았고, 간장은 삼도보리×진광보리 조합이 부로서 높았다. RCA효과에서 수장은 두산8호×남향보리 조합이, 망장은 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 간직겨은 사천6호×진양보리 조합이, 곡립장은 사천6호×진광보리 조합이, 곡립폭은 진양보리×삼도보리 조합이, 1수립수는 사천6호×두산29호 조합이, 1000립중은 진양보리×두산29호 조합이 각각 정으로 높았고, 간장은 사천6호×두산29호 조합이 부로서 높았다. Seven barley varieties in F_1 generation of the possible crosses among them were used to estimate the combining ability for eight characters, i.e., culm length, spike length, awn length, culm diameter, grain length, grain width, number of grains per spike and 1000 grains weight. Data for F_1 hybrid and parents were subjected to the analysis method proposed by Griffing. The results obtained were summarized as follows. mean squares of general combining ability(GCA), specific combining ability(SCA) and reciprocal combining ability(RCA) were significant for all characters observed. Mean squares of GCA were higher than those of SCA and RCA in culm length, spike length, awn length, culm diameter, grain width, number of grains per spike and 1000 grains weight. Variety Dusan#29 showed the highest GCA effect for number of grains per spike and positively high effects of GCA were observed from variety Samdo bori in spike length, awn length, culm diameter, 1000 grains weight, and from variety Jinkwang bori I grain length, from Dusan#29 in grain width, umber of grains per spike, 1000 grains weight. Also Jinyang bori showed negatively high GCA effect in culm length. In SCA effects, hybrids in Jinyang bori × Samdo bori were exhibited positively high for number of grains per spike and high SCA effects for 1000 grins weight were found positively in Sacheun#6×Dusan#8 and Dusan#29×Dusan#. In RCA effects, hybrids in Sacheun#6×Dusan#29 were exhibited positively high for number of grains per spike and high RCA effects for 1000 grains weight were found positively in Jinyang bori×Dusan#29.

        This study was carried out to estimate the genetic parameters such as heterosis, heritabilities and genetic correlation in F1 hybrid by the cross combinations of five six-rowed hulled barley: Daejinbori, Gangbori, Tabgolbori, Oweolbori, Albori and three six-rowed naked barley: Songhakbori, Nlssalbori, Hinssalbori and five two-rowed malting barley: Sachun #6, Samdobori, Dusan # 29, Jingkwangbori, Dusan #8. The results obtained were as follows. Oweolbori×Tabgolbori in cross combination of hulled barley showed positive heterosis or heterobeltiosis in leaf length, leaf width, number of grains per spike, and 1,000 grain weight. Songhakbori×Nlssalbori in cross combination of naked barley showed generally positive heterosis and hetrobeltiosis in culm length, leaf width, seed length, seed width, number of grains per spike, and 1,000 grain weight. Oweolbori×Songhakbori in hulled barley×naked barley cross combination showed approximately positive heterosis or hetrobeltiosis in culm length, spike length, leaf length, awn length, seed length, and 1,000 grain weight. Songhakbori×Oweolbori in naked barley×hulled barley cross combination showed generally positive heterosis or hetrobeltiosis in culm length, seed length, and 1,000 grain weight. In Jingkwangbori×Oweolbori and Sachun #6×Songhakbori cross combination heterosis and hetrobeltiosis were high in 1,000 grain weight respectively. When Oweolbori of hulled harley and Songhakbori of naked barley participated in cross combination, heterosis or hetrobeltiosis in productivity was high. Hulled trait in six-rowed barley was dominant against naked trait. Two-rowed trait in malting barley was dominant against six-rowed trait. Heritabilities of cross combination were low for seed length but high for culm length, spike length, length of leaf, leaf width, awn length, 1000 grains weight, and number of grains per spike from 79.21% to 99.87%. Genetic correlation was highly positive in 1,000 grain weight and culm length, 1,000 grain weight and leaf width, 1,000 grain weigh and awn length.

        완두의 이면교잡에 의한 F_1세대에 대한 조합능력을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 9개 형질에 대한 GCA, SCA, RCA효과를 검정한 바 조합능력은 전 형질에서 GCA, SCA, RCA가 모두 유의하였고, 분지수·경직경·엽장·주당협수·협당립수·주당립수·100립중·주당립중은 GCA가 SCA보다 크고, 품종간 GCA효과는 고성종1호가 경직경과 100립중에서, 고성종2호가 경장·분지수·엽장에서, 김해종이 주당협수·주당립수·100립중·주당입중에서, 진해종이 협다립수에서 각각 정(+)으로 높았다. SCA효과에서 경장은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 1×3(고성종1호×김해종)조합이, 분지수는 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 경직경과 엽장은 1×3(고성종1호×김해종)조합이, 주당협수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 협당립수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합·1×4(고성종1호×고성종3호)조합·2×3(고성종2호×김해종)조합이, 주당립수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 100립중은 3×4(김해종×고성종3호)조합이, 주당립중은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합·3×4(김해종×고성종3호)조합·4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이 각각 정으로 높았다. RCA효과에서 경장·엽장·주당협수·주당립중은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합이, 주당협수·주당립수·100립중·주당립중은 2×4(고성종2호×고성종3호)조합이 각각 정으로 높았다. Five pea varieties in F₁ generation of the possible crosses among them were used to estimate the combining ability for nine characters, i. e., stem length, number of branches per plant, stem diameter, leaf length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight per plant. Data for F₁ hybrid and parents were subjected to the analysis method proposed by Griffing. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Variety Gimbae showed the highest GCA effect for number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant and positively high effects of GCA were observed from variety Gosung#1 in stem diameter, 100-seed weight, and from variety Gosung#2 stem length, number of branches per plant, leaf length, from Jinhae in number of seeds per pod In SCA effects, hybrids in Gosung#1×Gosung#2 were wxhibited positively high for stem length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant, and high SCA effects for number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant were found positively in Gosung#3×jinhae. In RCA effects, hybrids in Gosung#2×Gosung#3 were exhibited positively high for number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight per plant and high RCA effects for stem length, leaf length, number of pods per plant, and seed weight per plant were found positively in Gosung#1×Gosung#2.

        This study was carried out to investigate the effect of microbial fertilizers on the application of organic farming materials in soil on growth and yields of leaf lettuce, eggplant. Three microbial fertilizers, Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM were used. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The effect of soil chemical properties after application organic arming materials, The amounts of pH, EC, P2O5 and O.M. treated all plot were few of change. 2. Change of soil microbial after application organic farming materials, The number of bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi in N, P, K treated plot showed the increased tendency, to the contrary, The number of bacteria, actimycetes in Aika, kalen-gold and EMRO-EM treated plot showed the increased, The number of fungi showed the dicreased tendency 3. The application effects of Aika, Kalen-gold and EMRO-EM on the growth, yield and components of leaf lettuce and eggplant in comparison with chemical fertilizers plot was not a difference.

      • 水盜作에서 親環境農業 定着을 위한 오리 및 왕우렁이 農法의 可能性 分析

        Concerns on use of excess amount of chemical fertilizer and pesticide in current farming system turns both of the producer and consumer of agricultural products to an organic farming which use a less chemicals and more natural manure. Possibility Analysis of Pond-snail and Duck Faming for Environment-friendly Agriculture in paddy field. Depression effect of weed occurrence by pasture of 5kg of the Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) per 10a and the 7th day after transplanting. Optimum duck rasing density in rice paddy field was was 25~30 heads per 10a and ducks could be harvested three times in a year starting from 40 days after mature-seedling machine transplanting. The weed control rate of the duck raised paddy field was superior to the conventional agriculture. Yield per 10a of the duck raised and pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) farming was inferior to conventional agriculture. The earnings of The Duck and Pond-snail farming realize a profit. From these results, it seems that the Organic farming are usefel and pasture of the Duck, Pond-snail(Ampullarius insularus) for depression of the weed occurrence is effective as the environmental perservation farming.

Mulching materials of Clear polyethylene film and Black plyethylene film, Fertilizer application level of Non-treatment, Chemistry fertilizer treatment, Compromise treatment, Fermentation Compost treatment was following, Percent emergence was increase vinyl mulched treatment plot, Stalk diameter and Fresh weight was increase clear polyethylene film+chemistry fertilizer treatment. Tuber Yield per 10a were significantly affected in the plot of clear polyethylene film+compromise treatment.

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.
