      • Banknote Image Defect Recognition Method Based on Convolution Neural Network

        There are shortcomings in the currently used traditional CCD imaging system which can automatically recognize banknote image defect, such as the need to manually extract the defect characteristics and low accuracy rate of detection results. This paper briefly introduced the advantage of convolution Neural Network (CNN) in image classification and designed a image defect identification method based on convolutional neural network (CNN). The experimental results on data sets show that the identification accuracy rate of this method is 95.6%, which is significantly better than traditional identification method.

        Fabrication of Ag/In2O3/TiO2/HNTs hybrid-structured and plasma effect photocatalysts for enhanced charges transfer and photocatalytic activity

        The purpose of this work designed hybrid-structured and plasma effect photocatalyst of Ag/In2O3/TiO2/HNTs via sol–gel and photo-reduction methods. The structures, morphologies, optical and photoelectric performances of as-prepared photocatalysts were characterized via XRD, TEM, XPS, BET, UV–vis DRS, PL and photocurrents. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degradation of TC. The results showed that the hybrid-structure and plasma effect can effectively cause the multi-transfer of electrons and increase the separation rate of electron and hole pairs which obtained high photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic degradation processes reveal that O2− and h+ are major active species.

        High photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline under visible light with Ag/AgCl/activated carbon composite plasmonic photocatalyst

        Ag/AgCl/activated carbon (AC) plasmonic photocatalysts were prepared by precipitation and photoreduc-tion method. The as-prepared plasmonic photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, BET, EDS, UV–visDRS, XPS and PL. The results show the composite photocatalysts are successfully obtained and obviouslyexhibit surface plasmon resonance and effectively enhance the separation of h+/e . The photocatalyticdegradation rate of tetracycline (TC) could reach 97.3% in 60 min under visible light irradiation and cycledexperiments show stably photocatalytic activities. The active species analysis displays holes andsuperoxide radicals are the main reactive species. Photocatalytic kinetic indicates that the degradationprocesses obey pseudo first order kinetic equation.

        Preparation and characterization of Ag2O/SWNTs photocatalysts and its photodegradation on tetracycline

        The Ag2O/SWNTs photocatalysts were prepared by precipitated method, the photocatalysts werecharacterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, EDS, BET, UV–vis DRS, XPS, PL and Raman. The photocatalytic activitieswere evaluated by degradation of tetracycline. The results showed that the composited photocatalystswere successfully prepared, the responded light was enhanced with increasing the supported dosage ofAg2O, and the photocatalytic activity was also improved. The enhanced photocatalytic activity wasattributed to the synergy effect of SWNTs and Ag2O, the recycled degradation of tetracycline exhibitedstability of Ag2O/SWNTs composited photocatalysts. Finally, the possible mechanism for transferredprocesses of photoelectrons and photoholes were proposed.

        Complete genome sequence of Acinetobacter indicus and identification of the hydrolases provides direct insights into phthalate ester degradation

        A strain designated Acinetobacter indicus WMB-7 with the ability to hydrolyze phthalate esters (PAEs) was isolated from the fermented grains of Baijiu. The genome of the strain was sequenced with a length of 3,256,420 bp and annotated with 3183 genes, of which 36 hydrolases encoding genes were identified. The hydrolases were analyzed by protein structure modeling and molecular docking, and 14 enzymes were docked to the ligand di-butyl phthalate with the catalytic active regions, and showed binding affinity. The 14 enzymes were expressed in E. coli and 5 of them showed the ability for PAEs hydrolysis. Enzyme GK020_RS15665 showed high efficiency for PAEs hydrolysis and could efficiently hydrolyze di-butyl phthalate under an initial concentration of 1000 mg/L with a half-life of 4.24 h. This work combined a series of methods for identifying PAEs hydrolases and offered a molecular basis for PAEs degradation of A. indicus strains from Baijiu.

        중국의 유아미술 전문가가 인식하는 유아미술 창의성의 발현요인 연구: 델파이기법을 활용하여

        본 연구는 중국의 유아미술 전문가들이 인식하는 유아미술 창의성 발현요인을 탐구하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 15명의 중국 유아미술 교육전문가를 대상으로 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 총 3차를 걸쳐 진행되었으며, 1차 델파이조사를 통해 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 2개 영역(개인적 특성, 환경적 특성), 9개 요인(상상력, 호기심, 경험, 유전적 요인, 관찰력, 집중력, 자유로운 환경, 재료, 교육자의 예술적 소양)으로 범주화하였다. 2, 3차의 델파이조사를 통해 분석결과, 개인적 특성 영역에는 상상력, 호기심, 경험, 관찰력, 집중력이 유아미술 창의성 발현의 중요한 요인이며, 환경적 특성 영역에서는 자유로운 환경, 교육자의 예술적 소양이 유아미술 창의성 발현의 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 중국 유아미술 창의성 관련 연구를 확장하는데 기초자료로 제공해 줄 것으로 기대해 본다. The purpose of this study is to explore the creative Influencing expression factors of children’s art recognized by Chinese children’s art education experts. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, The Delphi survey was conducted with 15 children’s art experts are taken as the research objects. A Delphi survey was carried out 3 times, Through the first Delphi survey, expert opinions were collected, and the scope was expanded to 2 areas (personal characteristics, environmental characteristics), 9 elements (imagination, curiosity, experience, genetic factors, observation, concentration, free environment, materials, and the artistic literacy of educators). According to the second and third Delphi survey, imagination, curiosity, experience, observation, and concentration are important factors for the creativity of children’s art in the area of personal characteristics. In the area of environmental characteristics, the free environment and the artistic literacy of educators are important factors for the creativity of children’s art. It is expected that these findings will provide basic data for expanding research on the creativity of Chinese children’s art in the future.

        Si–Ge alloys in C2/c phase with tunable direct band gaps: A comprehensive study

        Si–Ge alloys are a new type of semiconductor material that are of great significance for the development of microelectronic technology, especially in the photoelectricity industry and for thermoelectric conversion in high temperature applications (> 700 K). In the present work, a novel Ge allotrope in the C2/c phase with band gap of 1.102 eV was firstly proposed, which is suitable for the absorption of sunlight. C2/c-Ge are mechanically, dynamically and thermodynamically stable. A series of Si24-xGex alloys (x=0, 8, 16, 24) in the C2/c phase with band gaps of 1.10–1.50 eV are predicted by ab initio calculations at ambient conditions. The Si24-xGex alloys (x=0, 8, 16, 24) in C2/c phase have better absorption ability than that of the Si in diamond, hP12 and oC12 phases. The Si24-xGex alloys in the C2/c phase have the strong absorption in the visible, which have a great impact on the new-generation photovoltaic applications.

      • Fire Location for High and Large-Span Space Buildings based on Binocular Stereo Vision

        To meet the demand for the early location of fire in large-span space buildings, an accurate fire location method is proposed based on machine vision technology. A nonlinear implicit camera calibration method is proposed by combining an improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) method with least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) to solve the problem that it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical models for traditional nonlinear explicit camera calibration. The matched pixel coordinates of images collected by cameras are used as input, and the output is the world coordinates. The IPSO is used to search the optimal parameters of LS-SVM regression model to increase the convergence speed and improve the generalization ability of LS-SVM. The spatial location of fire is achieved by three-dimensional reconstruction. The proposed method is applied to fire location for high and large buildings, and experimental results show that the method is effective, fast and accurate.

        Experimental Research of Axial Compression Bearing Capacity on RC Columns Strengthened with Angle Steel and Self-Compacting Concrete

        An improved reinforced method used for concrete columns strengthened with angle steel and self-compacting concrete is proposed. Static loading experiments for sixteen specimens were carried out to study the infl uences of angle steels and batten plates spacing on axial compression bearing capacity of the concrete columns reinforced by the proposed method. The results show that axial compression bearing capacity increases signifi cantly; angle steels and concrete column can be eff ectively united to resist the loads from superstructure because of self-compacting concrete; the increase of area of angle steel and the decrease of batten plates spacing can eff ectively increase axial compression bearing capacity of the reinforced columns.

        Relationship between 18F-FDG PET/CT Semi-Quantitative Parameters and International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society Classification in Lung Adenocarcinomas

        Objective: To investigate the relationship between 18F-FDG PET/CT semi-quantitative parameters and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer, American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society (IASLC/ATS/ERS) histopathologic classification, including histological subtypes, proliferation activity, and somatic mutations. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study included 419 patients (150 males, 269 females; median age, 59.0 years; age range, 23.0–84.0 years) who had undergone surgical removal of stage IA–IIIA lung adenocarcinoma and had preoperative PET/CT data of lung tumors. The maximum standardized uptake values (SUVmax), background-subtracted volume (BSV), and background-subtracted lesion activity (BSL) derived from PET/CT were measured. The IASLC/ATS/ERS subtypes, Ki67 score, and epidermal growth factor/anaplastic lymphoma kinase (EGFR/ALK) mutation status were evaluated. The PET/CT semiquantitative parameters were compared between the tumor subtypes using the Mann–Whitney U test or the Kruskal–Wallis test. The optimum cutoff values of the PET/CT semi-quantitative parameters for distinguishing the IASLC/ATS/ERS subtypes were calculated using receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. The correlation between the PET/CT semi-quantitative parameters and pathological parameters was analyzed using Spearman’s correlation. Statistical significance was set at p < 0.05. Results: SUVmax, BSV, and BSL values were significantly higher in invasive adenocarcinoma (IA) than in minimally IA (MIA), and the values were higher in MIA than in adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS) (all p < 0.05). Remarkably, an SUVmax of 0.90 and a BSL of 3.62 were shown to be the optimal cutoff values for differentiating MIA from AIS, manifesting as pure ground-glass nodules with 100% sensitivity and specificity. Metabolic-volumetric parameters (BSV and BSL) were better potential independent factors than metabolic parameters (SUVmax) in differentiating growth patterns. SUVmax and BSL, rather than BSV, were strongly or moderately correlated with Ki67 in most subtypes, except for the micropapillary and solid predominant groups. PET/CT parameters were not correlated with EGFR/ALK mutation status. Conclusion: As noninvasive surrogates, preoperative PET/CT semi-quantitative parameters could imply IASLC/ATS/ERS subtypes and Ki67 index and thus may contribute to improved management of precise surgery and postoperative adjuvant therapy.
