      • 한국어 학습자의 빈도부사 사용양상 연구 -한국어 학습자 말뭉치를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 한국어 학습자의 빈도부사의 사용양상을 파악하고자 하는 데에 목적이 있다. 빈도부사란 행동을 어느 정도 자주 하였는지 나타내기 위해 사용하는 부사이다. 현재 사용되는 많은 한국어 교재에서는 빈도부사에 관한 내용이 부족하다. 이 때문에 많은 한국어 학습자들은 빈도부사를 사용하는데 있어 어려움을 느끼고 있으며, 쉽게 오류를 범하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 한국어 학습자들이 빈도부사를 사용하는 양상을 분석해 볼 필요가 있다고 판단하여 한국어 학습자 말뭉치를 한국어 학습자의 빈도부사 사용양상을 분석하였다. 또한, 한국어 모어 화자가 사용하는 빈도부사와 ‘2017 국제 통용 한국어 표준 교육과정 적용 연구’에서 제시된 빈도부사 리스트와 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 한국어 학습자가 사용하는 빈도부사가 무엇인지 초, 중, 고 등급별 한국어 학습자가 사용하는 빈도부사가 어떠한 특성이 있는지, 그리고 한국어 학습자가 사용하는 빈도부사가 ‘2017 국제 통용 한국어 표준 교육과정 적용 연구’에서 제시된 빈도부사 리스트와 비교했을 때 어떤 차이점이 있는지, 한국어 모어 화자가 사용하는 빈도부사와 비교했을 때 어떤 차이점이 있는지를 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 한국어 학습자가 사용하는 빈도부사의 사용양상을 기반으로 한국어 교육에 있어 세 가지의 제안점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand the use of frequency adverbs of Korean language learners. Frequency adverbs are adverbs used to indicate how often an action has been performed. In Korean textbooks, there is a lack of content on frequency adverbs, and Korean learners have difficulty choosing and writing frequency adverbs, and errors often appear. In this study, it was judged that it was necessary to analyze the pattern of Korean learners using frequency adverbs, and the pattern of Korean learners' use of frequency adverbs was analyzed.In addition, it was compared and analyzed with the frequency adverbs used by native Korean speakers and the frequency adverbs list presented in the 2017 Study on the Application of the Korean Standard Curriculum for International Use. Through this, we looked at the frequency adverbs used by Korean learners, the characteristics of frequency adverbs used by elementary, middle, and high grades, the differences between frequency adverbs used by Korean learners compared to the frequency adverbs presented in the 2017 International Standard Korean Curriculum Application Study. Finally, three suggestions were presented when teaching Korean based on the usage pattern of frequency adverbs used by Korean language learners.

      • Implication of Polymorphisms in DNA Repair Genes in Prognosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

        XRCC1 genetic polymorphisms could be associated with increased risk of various cancer, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the fifth most common cancer. We here conducted a study to explore the role of selective SNPs of the XRCC1 and XPD genes in the prognosis of HCC. A total of 231 cases were collected, and genotyping of XRCC1 Arg194Trp, XRCC1 Arg399Gln, XPD Lys751Gln and XPD Asp312Asn was performed by duplex polymerase-chain-reaction with the confronting-two-pair primer method. Our findings indicated XRCC1 399Gln/Gln genotype was associated with a significant difference in the median survival time compared with patients carrying Arg/Trp and Arg/Arg genotypes, and individuals with XPD 751 Gln/ Gln genotype had a significantly greater survival time than patients carrying Lys/Lys and Lys/Gln genotypes. The Cox's regression analysis showed individuals carrying XRCC1 399Trp/Trp genotype had 0.55 fold risk of death from HCC than Arg/Arg genotype. Similarly, XPD 751Gln/Gln had a strong decreasein comparison to XPD Lys/Lys carriers with an HR of 0.34. These results suggest that polymorphisms in XRCC1 and XPD may have functional significance in the prognosis of HCC.

      • A Research on User Interest Model Using Ontology and VSM Extension

        The user interest model is the key technology for us to efficiently obtain personalized high quality resources in huge amounts of data. On the basis of traditional user interest model, combining with the concept of ontology, this paper comes up with a construction method based on ontology semantic tree and space vector method, and its eigenvalue is changing by using forgetting curve. The model describes a theme by using semantic concept tree, and it not only simply to describe the semantic relations between concepts, but also can reflect the user interest drift character. It is more accurate in characterization of user interest, and better reflects the change of user interest, and efficiently improves the quality of network document resource personalized services. Finally the experiment describes the update process of the proposed model by using an example, and illustrates that the proposed model is simple and practical.

        Gene Expression Profile of Helicobacter pylori in Response to Growth Temperature Variation

        A Helicobacter pylori whole-genome DNA microarray was constructed to study expression profiles of H. pylori in response to a sudden temperature transfer from 37°C to 20°C. The expression level of the genome at each of four time points (15, 30, 60, and 120 min) after temperature downshift was compared with that just before cold treatment. Globally, 10.2% (n=167) of the total predicted H. pylori genes (n=1636) represented on the microarray were significantly differentially expressed (p<0.05) over a 120 min period after shift to low temperature. The expression profiles of the differentially expressed genes were grouped, and their expression patterns were validated by quantitative real-time PCR. Up-regulated genes mainly included genes involved in energy metabolism and substance metabolism, cellular processes, protein fate, ribosomal protein genes, and hypothetical protein genes, which indicate the compensational responses of H. pylori to temperature downshift. Those genes play important roles in adaption to temperature downshift of H. pylori. Down-regulation of DNA metabolism genes and cell envelope genes and cellular processes genes may reflect damaged functions under low temperature, which is unfavorable to bacterial infection and propagation. Overall, this time-course study provides new insights into the primary response of H. pylori to a sudden temperature downshift, which allow the bacteria to survive and adapt to the new host environment.

        The preparation, performance and lithiation mechanism of cobalt-doped zinc oxide as a high performance anode material for LIB

        Zn1-xCoxO (0 x 0.15) anode material was prepared by an easy polyacrylamide assisted sol-gel route. The successful replacement of Zinc by Cobalt within Cobalt content x 0.09 was confirmed by structural characterization. The introduction of Cobalt element greatly improved the electro-chemical performances of the matrix Zinc oxide. Without carbon coating, at the 20th cycle, Zn0.91Co0.09O anode still preserved a capacity a little bit more than 1000 mA h g1 and a capacity more than 600 mA h g1 was retained at the end of the 50th cycle. Better rate capability was also witnessed. The SEM, EIS at OCV, CV and in situ XRD were further carried out to elucidate the lithiation mechanism. The role Cobalt doping played can be summarized as follows: the stabilization of the Li2Zn phase, the minimization of charge transfer resistance and the enhanced reversibility of the reduction from metal oxide to metal.

        Effect of Microstructure on Thermal Conductivity of Polymer Composites

        Thermal conductivity (TC) of polymer composites is strongly depended on thermal conductive fillers as well as heat conduction pathways formed by these fillers. In this work, we examined effects of morphology, size and arrangement of fillers on TC of polymer composites by using energy-conserving dissipative particle dynamic (e-DPD) simulation. Theoretically, we explored effects of ideal and “pseudo” thermal conductive pathways on composites’ TC and investigated heat conduction of filler particles with cubic-center and lamellar morphology. To confirm orientation and size effects of lamellar filler particles on composites’ TC, we prepared a series of Boron Nitride/Silicon rubber composites (BN/SiR). Being same with those observed in e-DPD simulation, orientation could efficiently improve TC of BN/SiR composites. The TC of composites with filled diameters about 10 micrometer of BN flats is 11 times higher than that of SiR matrix. Our researching results show that heat conduction pathways are essential to transportation of heat flux in polymer composites and even “pseudo” pathways by disconnected filler particles along temperature gradient can accelerate heat conduction.

      • Survey on Visible Light-based Localization

        Indoor positioning technology based on visible light communication (VCL) combines lighting with communication. Compared with the traditional indoor wireless positioning method, the VCL-based indoor positioning technology has the advantages of green, energy saving, environmental protection, low cost, high precision and wide application, and has broad application prospects. We summarize the principles and features of two VLC-based indoor positioning technologies based on photodetectors and image sensors. We focus on the main problems in VLC-based indoor positioning technology, such as unreasonable layout of light sources, intersymbol interference and low sensitivity and stability of receiving equipment. In addition, We have summarized the relevant solutions. Finally, the future development trend and application prospects of indoor positioning technology based on VLC are discussed.
