        카지노의 종사원의 직무스트레스가 비인격화와 성취감소진에 미치는 영향 연구

        본 연구는 카지노 종사원의 직무스트레스가 성취감 소진에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 규명하고 이러한 영향력이 카지노 종사원의 비인격화와 성취감 소진에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 카지노 종사원의 직무스트레스에 따른 대안을 제시하는데 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌적 연구방법과 이를 바탕으로 설정된각 변수들에 대한 요인들을 토대로 카지노 종사원의 직무스트레스에 따라 직접적인 대상으로한 실증적 연구방법을 병행하여 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, “카지노 종사원의 직무스트레스가 직무소진의 비인격화에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다”의 가설 1의 검증결과를 살펴보면 직무스트레스의 역할스트레스, 관계스트레스, 보상스트레스,업무스트레스가 직무소진의 비인격화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, “카지노 종사원의 직무스트레스가 직무소진의 성취감 소진에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다”의 가설 2의 검증결과를 살펴보면 직무스트레스의 역할스트레스, 관계스트레스가 직무소진의 비인격화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, “카지노 종사원의 직무소진의 비인격화가 성취감 소진에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것이다” 의 가설 3의 검증결과를 살펴보면 직무소진의 비인격화가 종사원ㄷㄹ이 성취감 소진에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Research of this paper reveals impacts of job stress on employees` depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment.The main goal of this research is to suggest alternatives to the job stress. In order to achieve the goal, based on both the scholastic and practical research method, this research came up with a conclusion as follows. First, based on the test results of hypothesis #1 that states “job stress of casino employees will have impact on depersonalization of career exhaustion”, role stress, relationship stress, compensation stress and work stress that constitute job stress do have impact on depersonalization of job exhaustion. Second, based on the analysis of the test results of hypothesis #2 that states “job stress of casino employees will have impact on the diminished personal accomplishment of career exhaustion”, role stress and relationship stress that constitute job stress do have impact on depersonalization of job exhaustion. Third, based on the analysis of the test results of hypothesis #3 that states “depersonalization of career exhaustion of casino employees will have impact on diminished personal accomplishment”, depersonalization of career exhaustion do have impact on diminished personal accomplishment of casino employees.

        Nanotherapeutics with immunoregulatory functions for the treatment of bacterial infection

        The advent of drug-resistant pathogens results in the occurrence of stubborn bacterial infections that cannot betreated with traditional antibiotics. Antibacterial immunotherapy by reviving or activating the body’s immune systemto eliminate pathogenic bacteria has confrmed promising therapeutic strategies in controlling bacterial infections. Subsequent studies found that antimicrobial immunotherapy has its own benefts and limitations, such as avoidingrecurrence of infection and autoimmunity-induced side efects. Current studies indicate that the various antibacterialtherapeutic strategies inducing immune regulation can achieve superior therapeutic efcacy compared with mono therapy alone. Therefore, summarizing the recent advances in nanomedicine with immunomodulatory functionsfor combating bacterial infections is necessary. Herein, we briefy introduce the crisis caused by drug-resistantbacteria and the opportunity for antibacterial immunotherapy. Then, immune-involved multimodal antibacterialtherapy for the treatment of infectious diseases was systematically summarized. Finally, the prospects and challengesof immune-involved combinational therapy are discussed.

        Springback Nonlinearity of High-strength Titanium Alloy Tube upon Mandrel Bending

        Taking the stress-relieved Ti-3Al-2.5V tube as the objective, regarding both angular and radius springback, the nonlinear springback behaviors of the high-strength titanium tube (HSTT) upon the universal bending, viz., mandrel bending (rotary draw bending), are clarified. The experiments are conducted to identify the springback and validate the theoretical models, and the deformation theory of plasticity and the explicit/implicit 3D-FE based models are used to reveal the rules and the physical mechanism of the nonlinearity of elastic recovery. The results show that: 1) At early bending stages, the angular springback increases nonlinearly with larger bending angles, then it increases linearly when the bending angle exceeds a critical one; While the radius growth decreases exponentially with the increasing of the bending angles at early stages, then it remains unchanged when the bending angle exceeds another critical value; The springback behaves more nonlinearly under smaller bending radii; Both the critical values for the two springback phenomena become larger with smaller bending radii; The critical angle for radius springback is larger than the one for angular springback. 2) The relationship between the radius springback and angular one is further identified; The radius springback can be estimated by the angular springback of the bending regions of tube; The variation of bending radii has significant effect on angular and radius springback, while it has little influence on the springback angle by the straight regions; The variation of the material properties affects both the springback phenomena much more significantly than the changing of the processing parameters.

      • Location Fingerprint Positioning Technology using Bat Algorithm

        A location fingerprint positioning technology method is proposed based on bat algorithm to improve the defect of traditional indoor location fingerprint positioning technology. These shortcomings include offline heavy workload, limited accuracy and poor robustness. The fingerprint database can generate using the middle point interpolation method and the method that channel attenuation model which instead of offline training stage. This stage realize the function of timing automatic databased updates. After that the database combines K nearest neighbor algorithm with bat algorithm in the stage of matching algorithm to realize the positioning function. Compared with the traditional method, location fingerprint positioning technology using bat algorithm reduces the overall positioning of workload and rapidly respond to the effect of the changing environment. Finally, localization performance test is carried out under the given simulation environment. The result indicates that this method improves the average precision than other algorithms about 23.14%, the vast most of the blind node position error range within 1.5 meters, which shows the advantages of positioning accuracy, robustness and adaptation to the changing environment.

        Coordinated Control of DFIG System based on Repetitive Control Strategy under Generalized Harmonic Grid Voltages

        This paper develops a coordinated control strategy of the doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) system based on repetitive control (RC) under generalized harmonic grid voltage conditions. The proposed RC strategy in the rotor side converter (RSC) is capable of ensuring smooth DFIG electromagnetic torque that will enable the possible safe functioning of the mechanical components, such as gear box and bearing. Moreover, the proposed RC strategy in the grid side converter (GSC) aims to achieve sinusoidal overall currents of the DFIG system injected into the network to guarantee satisfactory power quality. The dc-link voltage fluctuation under the proposed control target is theoretically analyzed. Influence of limited converter capacity on the controllable area has also been studied. A laboratory test platform has been constructed, and the experimental results validate the availability of the proposed RC strategy for the DFIG system under generalized harmonic grid voltage conditions.

        Prediction of Surface Settlement with Ultra-shallow-burial and Large Rectangular Cross-section Urban Underpass

        Based on the actual measured surface settlement of two super-shallow buried large rectangular-section urban underpass, a settlement fitting function is established. The superposition curve used the reduction of settlement trough. By comparing the results of fitting analysis with Peck formula result, settlement characteristics and simple prediction method for super-shallow and large rectangular section urban underpass are proposed, including: 1) The settlement trough is a superposition of three normal distribution curves, with the maximum surface settlement appeared above the central line of each single passage; 2) The depth and width of the middle passage settlement trough should be uniformly reduced. The reduction coefficient is calculated based on the ratio of the middle passage width to the side passage; 3) The loss rate of the side passage is 0.7% − 1.0%, while it is 0.4% − 0.6% for the middle passage, 4) If the underpass is excavated in staggered sequence, the peck formula can be used to calculate the surface settlement. The surface settlement of a single passage is calculated firstly, and then the surface settlement of three passages is superimposed to obtain the final settlement.

        Calculation Method of Underground Passage Excavation on Interactive Effects among Pipe-Roof, Steel Bracing and Foundation Soil

        The ultra-shallow buried excavation technology, utilizing pipe-roof steel arches as main supporting structure, has broad application prospects. Current mainstream pipe-roof design schemes often adopt simple beam theory or engineering analogy methods, which do not take into account the cumulative deformation and have high engineering disaster risk. Based on the beam Winkler model of elastic foundation, this paper studies the method on interactive effects among pipe-roof, steel bracing and foundation soil. The calculation model of the ultra-shallow buried pipe-roof and steel bracing is established with theoretical derivation. And a new supporting design method of ultra-shallow buried excavation under interactive effects is proposed. Firstly, an optimal method for determining the elasticity coefficient of steel arch and foundation soil is put forward on interactive effects among pipe-roof, steel bracing and foundation. Secondly, considering the enhancement effect of concrete wall, a procedure of determining the elasticity coefficient of fulcrum is described. That is, the first steel arch, which is adjacent to underground passage tunnel face, returns to the 1.5H (H is the height of the hole) range as an enhanced transition section, and the elasticity coefficient of fulcrum varies linearly with its position. Furthermore, the key issue is the deformation of the inlet section increases to a stable level in a certain range, while the ground settlement does not exceed the threshold. The selection of pipe-roof is controlled by calculated deformation. If the deformation meets the requirements, the internal force will be far enough to meet the requirements. Only two sections need to be considered when calculating the ultra-shallow buried underground passage, the entrances 2.0H and the central across section. Finally, the accuracy of the interactive effects calculated method is validated by using the measured data of a practical example.
