        국내 수집 야생버섯류 추출물의 생리활성 비교

        국내 자생하는 야생버섯 추출물의 생리활성 성분을 평가하기 위하여 각지에서 수집된 야생버섯 70% 에탄올추출물에 대한 DPPH 라디컬 소거능, 총 폴리페놀 및 총 플라보노이드 함량, 철 환원 항산화능, 환원력의 항산화 활성, 아질산염 소거능 및 야생버섯의 건조시료를 이용하여 베타글루칸 함량을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 10종의 야생버섯류 중에서 영지(OK1362) 에탄올추출물의 DPPH 라디컬 소거능(73.2%), 총 폴리페놀 함량(28.9 mg GAE/g) 및 총 플라보노이드 함량(10.0 mg QE/g)철 환원 항산화능(0.134), 환원력(0.155), 아질산염 소거능(56.3%)이 다른 버섯류에 비하여 유의적으로 가장 높았다. 그 이외에도 아까시흰구멍버섯(OK1360), 광대버섯속의 A. lanigera (OK1398), 졸각무당버섯(OK1406)이 높은 항산화능 및 아질산염 소거능을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 베타글루칸 함량은 영지(OK1362)가 25.2%를 나타내며 가장 높았으며, 그 외에 구름버섯속의 T. lactinea (OK1457)가 24.5%로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 자생하는 야생버섯류 중 새로운 천연물 유래 생리활성 물질을 탐색하기 위한 기초자료로서 활용 가능성을 기대한다. The aim of the study was to obtain the extracts of various native wild mushrooms and select the useful resources though biological activity evaluation. The anti-oxidant potential, nitrite scavenging activity, and ��-glucan content of wild mushrooms collected from Eumseong and Bonghwa in Korea were investigated. Based on the results of this study, Ganoderma lingzhi (OK1362) showed the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity (73.2%), ferric reducing anti-oxidant power (0.134), reducing power (0.155), nitrite scavenging activity (53.6%), total polyphenol content (28.9 mg GAE/g), flavonoid content (10.0 mg QE/g), and ��-glucan content (25.2%) when compared to other wild mushrooms sampled in this study. In addition, it was confirmed that Perenniporia fraxinea (OK1360), Amanita sp. (OK1398), and Russula sp. (OK1406) had relatively high anti-oxidant and nitrite scavenging potentials. In conclusion, our results can provide fundamental data for extracting beneficial compounds from wild mushrooms.

        To suggest the basic data for a precautionary measures against sports injuries and safety educaion in Elementary school boys and girls, 1,149 boys and 1,111 girls(Total 2,260 answerers) who are 4th, 5th, 6th grade of Elementary school residing 4 districts((city, farm, fishing, and mining village) in Gang-weon province were answered on the questionair which is contents, 21 numbers of questions from Oct. 3, 1982. to Nov.3, 1982. The conclusions from gained results by analyzed data are as follows: 1. The most favorite sports Boys, Baseball and soccer Girls: Running and lope jumping Especially, boys residing in city area answered that the most favorite sports is baseball, and boys residing in the other districts answered that it is soccer. 2. The time required for carry out sports. About 85% of tatal answerer carry out sports 30min. to 1 hour per day. 3. Causes of sports injuries. Taking no notice of boys and girls carelessness and insufficiency of practice on the skill is the most. The next order, foul and a dangerous place in boys and fitness difficency in girls. 4. Situation injuries. When fall down a body toward the front was the most. During mining and collision against the other body were next order. 5. Injuried places and the weather. Out-door ground was most, the weather when injuried was clear. On the other hand, over 80% of total answere injuried season were summer and fall. 6. Sports events which caused sports injuries. Boys: Mainly soccer and baseball Girls: Running and lope jumping 7. Injuried part of the body was represented following order: ①The knee ②The ankle ③Hand and the charecteristic special features of injuries were sprain and laceration in addition, its symptom was acute form of decease. 8. treatment after injuried Boys and girls care at their home but 3.9% among total answeres who were injuried, and duration of curing was and day to 30 days. 9. A trend of experience on sports injury. 84% among total answerers in boys, and 75% among total answerers in girls. Thus it shows the experience ratis are more in boys than in girls.

      • 인체 병원균에 대한 자두 열수추출물의 항균효과

        In this study, authors investigated the inhibitory effect of plum (Prunus salicina Lindl. cv. Soldam) extract on the growth of human pathogenic bacteria. All plum extract was higher antimicrobial activity against genus Streptococcus and Staphylococcus than that against Enterobacterialog Escherichia coli, Enterobacter). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of low molecule(PE-1) and high mole-cule(PE-2) of hot water plum extract was 7.5 and 9.1mg/ml against genus Streptococcus. The mean MIC of plum extract against genus Staphylococcus was 7.5-13.3 mg/ ml. The mean MIC of plum extract against genus E. coli was 15.0-26.7 mg/l. The mean MIC of plum extract against genus Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 15.0 - 16.7 mg/mlThese results suggest that plum extract might have an growth inhibitory effect of various pathogenic bacteria. Further study is needed to know the what kind of materials in plum in terms of the antibacterial activity.

      • 근대 Olympism의 역사적 변천과정에 관한 연구

        To examine the process of historical changes of Olympism, by reviewing and analyzing all sorts of reasons at each of six stages divided according to the changes of the times of the Modern Olympic Games, the object of this study is to set the theoretic foundation necessary for establishing new direction-setting and philosophy of future Olympism. Then, the facts that have been examined so far are summarized as follows. Firstly, the Olympism, which boils down to ties among countries, peace and amateurism, has entered upon complicated and delicate phase, and it has developed into undisguised political intervention, a phenomenon of commercialism and increasing professionalism of sports. Secondly, the number of countries participating in the Olympic Games has mounted to 172 countries in the Barcelona Olympic Games while there were only thirteen countries when the Olympic Games had revived. As the result, the size of the Games has remarkably expanded. In addition, the doping problem, which has emerged as a new issue, is getting more serious. Thirdly, by provoking struggle among nations, the theory of putting victory first linked with national power, is discoloring the noble ideal of the Olympic and its fundamental spirit. In conclusion, to settle these problems, the philosophy of Olympism appropriate for the situation of the times should be established. Besides, the Olympism, based on Pierre de Coubertin's educational philosophy, should be well understood to every nation of the world. Then, the Olympiad will be the best medium for international understanding. Therefore, by being well aware of the fact that the Olympic Games are not competitions among countries but competitions among individuals and competitions with persoanl records, and understanding the philosophy and idea of Olympism, the Olymic Games should regain and develop its pure Olympic spirit.

      • 하루 콩단백질 25g 섭취를 위한 메뉴작성 및 영양성분 분석

        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.

        일본의 가정과 교육의 변천과정 : 소-중-고교를 중심으로 Special Reference to Homemaking Education in Elementary and Secondary schools

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the successional process of homemaking education curriculum for elementary and secondary schools in Japan. The findings wer as follows: 1. While homemaking education was mainly for the girls in schools before war, it has been developed to required subject for the girls and Japanese schools after war. 2. It is a very specific point that living subject is choosen newly for the lower grads in Japanese primary schools. 3. But it is remarkable that there are both the elective subject for the girls and the elective subject for the boys in japanese secondary schools. 4. As we investigate the process to study, discuss and revise curriculum according to the changes of social circumstances in Japan, it should be considered a lot for our homemaking education.

        대학 구내식당의 음식쓰레기 감량을 위한 교직원의 의식 및 이용실태 조사

        The goal of this study was to find the way of reduction on food waste in the university cafeteria. A survey was conducted on the 500 faculty members using Yeungnam University cafeteria, and if illustrates the faculty's use and perception for the reduction of food waste. Its results can be summarized as follows 32.0% of the total users use the university cafeteria everyday, also 86.6% of the users preferred Korean style dish. Female users left more food than the male users resulting in more food wastes. The male users resulting in more food waste and the most leaving food was Kimchi than the other types of foods. The most favorite stew and side dish turned out to be Yukgaejang and Bulgogi respectively, also Kimchibokkumbab was the preferred dish. But they disliked Sunjiguk, Ginger, Jellyfish and Mackerel pike. The perception of male users on the reduction of food waste was lower than that of female users. The best way of food waste treatment recognized by the users were utilizing the waste food as fodder for animals or fertilizer.

        일본에 있어서의 가정과교육의 실태 : 소 ·중 ·고교를 중심으로 Special Reference to Homemaking Education in Elementary and Secondary Schools

        The purpose of this study is to investigate realities of homemaking education for elementary and secondary schools in Japan and to obtain the basic guidance for the improvement of effect of homemaking education in Korea. The results are as follows : 1. Home economics education takes an important role for society. From this point of view homemaking education is also clarified in Japan. 2. Homemaking education is provided as independently required subject of coeducation in Japanese elementary and secondary schools. And many people think that homemaking coeducation is necessary in the elementary and secondary schools. 3. Curriculum is reorganized continuously and variously in Japan, so the girls and the boys can learn knowledge and skill which is necessary for them to live home lives, corresponding with circumstance and social changes that surround home.

      • 미국 체육ㆍ스포츠의 민족주의 성격에 관한 고찰

        The aim of this research is to understand developing process of American physical education and sport in early independent state through examine about developing process and combination of physical education and sport with Nationalism in \American society that was related settlers in colonial period. And another aim is to understand Modern American physical education and sport origin by analyzing process and quickening background of sport nationalism in forming period of independent state. So, the extent of this research is defined from 1776, when the nation was formed after Declaration of Independence, to 1860, before the Civil War. To realize aim of this research, we use many documents and academic studies about American physical education and sport. As Hans mentioned about Nationalism, as you know through colonial sport's circumstance in spite of local, geographical, cultural difference, the historical background that could accept sport phenomena in the whole American into a single entire culture could be found from Independent Revolution and forming of national consciosness that was shown through the victory against England in 1812. The abstract of the research is as follow. First, this forming of national consciousness was influenced by enlightening thought. That is, the trend of enlightening thought, Rationalism, Deism, Naturalism, Progressivism, had an great effect on forming of colonist's thought and consciousness who had created new culture in the poor historical period. This enlightening thought became the starting point of American democratism, and this could root in American consciousness as spirit of that times based on self-formation point to diligent attitude. Second, emotion or temper recognized from American have generalized through frontier spirit. The keynote of frontier spirit is individualistic feeling, not content, self-magnification made by lonely changeful life. This advanced spirit resulted from the instinct of self-conservation in wilderness. And vigorous competition shown in frontier life was reflected in every sport and amusement. Especially including organizing of baseball club, horse race, cricket, boat and yachting club were starting point in finding of Akmerican Nationalism in sport. And American organized cosmopolitan sport compromised European culture, so they created cultural Nationalism in sport. The advent of German gymnastics was also spirit of the times for independence of American culture and Nationalism in sport. In conclusion, watching sport, that is baseball, horse race, yachting etc, created Nationalism in sport with historical background and cultural state organizing of various sport clubs.

      • 자두 추출물을 이용한 미용비누 제조 및 여드름 환자에 대한 효과

        In this study, authors investigated the bathroom soap development using plum(Prunus salicina Lindl. cv. Soldam) extracts and studied the effects and safety of a plum soap on acne patients. For obtaining antibacterial material from dried plum, the serial extraction using organic solvent was carried out and gained of 0.2% hexane, 0.2% chloroform, 0.23% ethyl acetate, 9.8% butanol and 2.1% water extracts. The main bioactive contents of the soap were consisted of 0.006% plum extract, 0.1% glycyrrhiza extract, and 0.15% tocopheryl acetate. A clinical study of soap containg 0.006% plum extracts was carried out on three groups of people: a treatment and 2 control groups on acne patients. Efficacy and safety were assessed at baseline and at one month later. The group applving the soạp with plum extract felt better than the one applying the 2 control group. Some patients developed mild and transient local side effects. The plum soap didn't change at 40℃ and was 130 hardness. In conclusion, cleansing three times a day with a facial soap consisting 0.006% ethyl acetate extract of plum was found to be effective and safe for patients suffering from acne vulgaris
