This study focus on the effect of local university on regional economy. Global envis ronment requires a creative economic activity and advanced manpower. To meet the needs of these communities, local university's education should be strengthen and Open mind. In addition, Held by the University and the local distinctiveness should be taken into account to establish the RIS (Regional Innovation System). RIS means cooperation the subject of regional innovation in various fields with a local government, local unin versities, businesses, NGO, local media, institute, etc. Gimcheon University and students have been given a lasting impact on the local economy. Staff and students have much effect on the economy gave Gimcheon helped economic development. If the disappearance of the policy of the Ministry of University Gimcheon economy will be awash in a difficult situation. High school 3grade student are 631,835 people in 2013 but progressively reduce. 2018 are 549,890 people, 2023 are 397,998 people. Thus, the university and the regional economy should maintain a close relationship.

누적분포함수를 이용한 영상의 밝기 측정 및 이를 이용한 화질의 자동보상

In this paper, I proposed the cumulative distribution function of brightness of an televis-ion image and video camera, and define a new measure, FLATNESS to achive brightness distribution of an image. I devide the brightness distribution of an image into three catego-ries. In each case, the nonuniformness of an image is calculated by the difference between cumulative distribution function and the linear cumulative distribution. Using this parameter, the nonlinerity is used for dynamic range transform coefficient. The dynamic range conve-rsion is achived using the transformation coefficient. As a result, the brightness distribution and picture quality compensation are worked well in any conditions.

So each Corporation established business personality which was based on the purpose and characters etc and is trying to transmit them. As a result, it Produced C. I. P. (Corporate Identity Program) and needed mark which anounces them to Consumerrs. Marks have originated and developed from patterns since ancient time. Also, the ideograp-hic shapes and symbolical meanings of marks have been formed in their functional or Soc-ial relations to human beings. Today, the Graphic Symbol have their own systems as visual signs, which can contain the Communicative abilites. So, I wish to be helpful to development of our Graphic symbol, especially the develop-ment of the part in C.I.P. Therefore this thesis try to seek Strategies of Corporate Image up in order to effective Communicaton.

김천지역의 향토음식을 통한 관광상품화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study, the local restaurants in gimcheon ceo and chef, traditional food to target residents identify overall against the recognition. This can represent an area based on regional food ways that can be commercialized. To this end the following measures are presented. First, gimcheon should enable the local restaurants of gimcheon ways in. The most important element of the restaurant just because the food tastes of tourists coming to the area a special flavor with local restaurants, and local attractions that can represent the area restaurants. Second, the grapes and plum Festival, gimcheon related practice enabled the food. Many people are new to the topic of food. Food festival, cultural experience and to provide a place for locals to be able to inform the food culture festival. Third, representing agricultural and speciality by developing water-assisted traditional processed food merchandising. Gimcheon is being produced in a prime agricultural and specialities and distinctive flavors and seasonings in the sauce can do the products sales outlook is very bright with a judgment. Fourth, the flavor are willing provide food through the map and tourist information. On a map, the taste itself makes cooperating and of food-related at the level of the Association can represent the different forms and areas of gimcheon theme will yield vigorously. These effects in gimcheon of tourists and local economic development and tourist visits are expected to have increased.

Now the korean university students of majoring in social welfare are in the difficult situation worrying about lacking job due to the quantitative expansion of the welfare Therefore the awareness developing its own career decision and finding the way Abstract human resource and preparing to search a direction. searched empirically are to be important to the students. Accordingly, this research aims are to confirm the voluntary activity having an effect in the career decision and find detail of volunteering factors based on the leading results of the researches. For this, investigate between the career decision level and voluntary activities satis- faction level according to the general characteristic of the university students and help to the voluntary model development contributing to a career decision reveal the rela- tionship between two levels. The survey was conducted on 181 university students of majoring in social welfare. Data analysis of this research has been done by way of statistics methode such as frequency, cronbach a coefficient, t-test, one-way anova, correlation analysis in use of SPSS 18.0. The results of this research were as follows. First, voluntary activities satisfaction is high as the career decision level is high so relationship between voluntary activities satisfaction and career decision level have the mutual relevance. Second, the social contact desire' among the voluntary activities satisfaction is high as the career decision level is high, in order with 'achievement desire', 'experience desire! Third, for satisfaction of social contact desire, the staffs of organization have to eval uate volunteer's activities and need systematically education about mentor role. Moreover, in order to raise the satisfaction of social contact desire, education and practice of the positive interpersonal relationship are needed.

근용안경 조제가공에 대한 실태조사

1. Most of ophthalmic dispensing P.D have been dispensed more largely than prescription in ophthalmic dispensed spectacles. 2. Consumers high preference inclination of large frame makes P. D imprecise. 3. As market is supplied with frame on the basis of reading glass spectacles, the kind of frame of reading glass spectacles is limited, especilly the development and supply of large frame with a small eye size is urgent. 4. Although various materials, size and eccentric lens are manufactured and supplied in lens among stock lens, it is necessary that a variety of material and kinds of eccen-triced lens be supplied and this sort of reading glass be possessed because the sort and size of + lens of reading glass are limited. 5. The correct ophthalmic dispensing optically is difficult, and it differ in measures acc-ording to the years of optometrist, as service is more, as optometrist in cooperation with consumer manufactured more correct spectacles according to this study.

일부병원 MRI 검사 시 향기가 주는 효과에 관한 조사

MRI(Magnetic Resonance Image) is the image that devices from the characteristic frequencies of gyroscopic pression of nuclei in magnetic field. This study analyzed the effectiveness of fragrance in magnetic resonance images inspection. The survey was performed by 126 patient who were engaged in magnetic resonance images inspection. The results of this survey wrer as follows. 1. The time which MRI is required the inspection o’ clock the 20-30 minutes (79.4%) and the 60 minutes (18.3 %). An ambient noise 37.3 %, a long time inspection 19.8%, an uneasiness 19.0%. Boring of narrow place 15.9% to the point which the inspection is inconventient. 2. We did the response which 69 persons(54.8%) are affirmative at the making up question which the fragrance was helpful. We expressed the effectiveness at a 10-20 ages especially. We were inspected by prefering the natural fragrance. The response with the intention which brings goods expressed leul 22 peron(17.5%). We are thought by desirable we install the fragrance good and to use in the hospital. This many of field research is desired.
