      • 大學生의 體力에 관한 硏究 : 淸州師範大學 一學年을 中心으로 Based on the Freshman of Cheong Ju College of Education

        The purpose of this study was to grasp the status of physical fitness of the college students and to obtain the basic data for the guidance. 303 freshman students(male 140, female 163) of Chung Ju college of education, 1983, were included in this study. The items of measurement were physique(standing hight, body weight) and physical fiftness(100m sprint, standing long jump, throwing, pull-ups, flexed arm hang, sit-ups) The results of this study were as follows: 1) The average standing height of male and female studnets was 168.94㎝ and 157.30㎝ respectively. There was no meaningful difference between standing height and age. 2) The average body weight of male and female students was 58.49Kg and 51.6kg respectively. There was no meaningful difference between body weight and age. 3) The average body weight ratio of male and female students was 34.06 and 32.46 respectively. There was no meaningful difference between body weight ratio and age. 4) The average Kaup`s index of male and female students was 2.05 and 2.09 respectively. There was no meaningful difference between Kaup`s index and age. 5) The average Rohrer`s index of male and female students was 120.89 and 132.43 respectively. 6) The average record of 100m sprint of male students was 14.18 second and that of female female students was 19.22sec. The record of male students increased from the 17 years to the 20 years old with the increase of their age but that of female students reached the top at the age of 17 and after 17 years old decreased with the increase of their age. 7) The average of standing long jump of male students was 243.64㎝ and that of female students was 175.24㎝. There was no meaningful difference between standing long jump and age. 8) The average record of throwing of male students was 53.26m and that of female students was 20.16m. There was no meaningful difference between throwing and age in the case of male students but there was some decrease in the case of female students with the increase of their age. 9) The average record of pull-ups of male students was 10.23 times and that of flexed arm hang of female students was 7.12 second. There was no meaningful difference between pull-ups(flexed arm hang) and age in the case of male students but there was some decrease in the case of female students with the increase of their age. 10)The average record of sit-ups of male students was 43.04 times and that of female students was 26.08 times. There was no meaningful difference between sit-ups and age in the case of male students but the record of female students reached the top at the age of 18 and after 18 years old decreased with the increase of their age. 11)Difference between the able students and poor students in the pull-ups(flexed arm hang)is the heaviest and the most delicate in the 100m sprint.

        Factors Affecting Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediatedTransformation of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer

        A protocol for the production of transgenic Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer was established via Agrobacterium tumfaciens- mediated genetic transformation of direct somatic embryos. A number of conditions related to the co-cultivation were tested with respect to maximizing transformation efficiency. The results showed that pH of the co-cultivation medium (5.7), the bacterial growth phase (optical density; OD600 = 0.8), co-cultivation period (3 days), and acetosyringone concentration (100 μM) had positive effects on transformation. Selected plantlets were cultured on the medium at an elevated hygromycin level (30㎎/ℓ). Integration of the transgenes into the P. ginseng nuclear genome was confirmed by PCR analysis using hpt primers and by Southern hybridization using hpt-specific probe. The transgenic plantlets were obtained after 3-month cultivation and did not show any detectable variation in morphology or growth characteristics compared to wild-type plants.         Thermotolerant Transgenic Ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer)by Introducing Isoprene Synthase Gene throughAgrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated Transformation

        The cost of conventional cultivation of ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) is very expensive, because shadow condition should be maintained during cultivation periods owing to inherently weak plant for high-temperature. Therefore, application of plant biotechnology may be possible to overcome these difficulties caused by conventional breeding of ginseng. Transgenic plants were produced via Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101, both carrying the binary plasmid pBI121mLPISO with nptII and Iso (isoprene synthase) gene. Integration of the transgenes into the P. ginseng nuclear genome was confirmed by PCR analysis using nptII primers and Iso primers. RT-PCR result also demonstrated the foreign isoprene synthase gene in three transgenic plant lines (T1, T3, and T5) which was expressed at the transcriptional level. When whole plants of transgenic ginseng were exposed to high temperature at 46℃ for 1 h, a non-transformed plant was wilted from heat shock, whereas a transgenic plant appeared to remain healthy. We suggest that the introduction of exogenous isoprene synthase is considered as alternative methods for generating thermotolerance ginseng.         Juvenile delinquency is a social problem causing treat suffering to individuals and society. The critical issues for the profession to develop a cohesive and educational approach for adolescents is increasing. Little is known about leisure in the lives of adolescents who engage in delinquent activity for excitement and pleasure. Adolescents often regard delinquent activities as their leisure. The purpose of this study was to determine the reasons of juvenile delinquency and to propose the possible methods of solving the problems through leisure. In modern society, leisure is recognized as a factor of considerable importance in the development of person as well as society. People engage in leisure activity frequently for the purpose of please, life satisfaction. The content of leasure activity is instructional as well as self-expressive. People make a good habit of concentrating on leasure activity that has been chosen for self-development. Now, a review of· literature suggested that access to socially acceptable leisure participation is blocked by a number of constraints such as financial problems, lack of skill level, timing, resources, and so on. Consequently adolescents strive to satisfy their unmeet needs such as release of stress, achievement, please, and competence through delinquent experiences. Through leisure education, adolescents may be able to acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes, and resources that can help them to gain access or facilitate meaningful forms of socially acceptable leisure. There should be consistent policies for the youngsters in terms of leisure. Leisure and sport service providers must understand the motivation for such delinquent behaviors to increase access to socially acceptable leisure opportunities that will satisfy the needs of this population. Leisure and sport programs without clear goals and objectives will be challenged to articulate benefits and justify community support. For these purposes qualified leaders must be educated in a systematic and scientific manner. Policy implications of this study seem to be rather critical.

        선피막이의 캘러스 배양을 통한 체세포 배발생과 기관분화

        약용식물로 쓰이는 선피막이 (Hydrocotyle maritima Honda)를 기내에서 재분화 가능성에 대해 조사하였다. 선피막이의 엽병 절편체를 식물생장조절제 (0~5 mg/l, NAA와 0~5 mg/l 2,4-D)가 단독 또는 0.1~2 mg/l BA와 조합 첨가된 배지 에서 6주동안 배양하였다. 2,4-D 또는 NAA을 단독으로 처리해도 캘러스가 발생하나, 가장 좋은 결과는 각각 0~5 mg/l BA, 5 mg/l NAA와 0.5 mg/l BA조합구에서 나타났다. Kinetin를 3 mg/l로 처리시 캘러스로부터 가장 많은 신초 (캘러스당 12개)을 발생시켰다. 또한, 0.5 mg/l 2,4-D와 0.5 mg/l BA가 첨가된 배지에서 유도된 배 발생 캘러스를 호르몬이 없는 배지에서 배양하였을 때, 체세포 배가 분화되었고, 식물체로 더 잘 발달하였다. Hydrocotyle maritima Honda used as medicinal plants for a hemostatic agent was investigated for in vitro regeneration. The petiole explants of H. maritima were cultured on callus induction medium containing growth regulators (0~5 mg/l, NAA and 0~5 mg/l 2,4-D) either in single or in combination with 0.1~2 mg/l BA for 6 weeks. Although single treatments of 2,4-D or NAA resulted in callus formation, the best results were combination of 0.5 mg/l, 2,4-D and 0.5 mg/l, BA. 5 mg/l, NAA and 0.5 mg/l, BA, respectively. The highest number of shoot (12 shoots per callus) was achieved with 3 mg/l, Kinetin. Also, when pieces of embryogenic callus induced on the medium supplemented with 0.5 mg/l, 2,4-D and 0.5 mg/l, BA were subcultured on hormone-free medium, somatic embryos were differentiated and developed further into welldeveloped plants.

        A Study on the Significance of leisure in the Sabbath Kim, Ok Tae(Seowon University) The significance of leisure in the Sabbath is great. The purpose of this paper was to explore the meaning of leisure in the Sabbath of the Holy Bible and in the Lord's day(Sunday) by the times. The results of this study by the Old and the New Testaments and related literatures were summarized as follows: First, God's rest in the Old Testament emphasized the leisure by setting the limit positively to the work and the avarice of human being, and provided us with the model for the rest and leisure of the man. Second, the rest as a commandment of the Old Testament told the rhythm between work and repose, namely, complement of two kinds. Third, Jesus of the New Testament had a good rest with prayer in spite of His tight schedule, and He encouraged His disciples to have their leisure. Fourth, the Sabbath of commandment of the Old Testament was focused on man's life and dignity by jusus, and gave us the meaning of leisure. Fifth, the concept and the meaning of the Sabbath have been changed in the doctrine and leisure with times since the Bible age through the present age. Sixth, today Sabbatarianism was declined greatly with the age of mass leisure, but, on the other hand keeping the Sabbath was emphasized. 국문초록기독교의 안식일은 여가적 의미가 크다고 할 수 있는데, 본 연구의 목적은 신구약 성서에 나타난 안식일과 시대에 따른 주일(일요일)로서의 안식일을 통하여 여가적 의미를 음미하고 조명해보는 것이다. 신구약 성서를 비롯한 관련 문헌을 고찰한 결과는 대체로 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다.1. 구약성서에서 하나님의 안식은 인간의 일과 탐욕에 대한 한계를 분명히 함으로써 여가를 강조하고, 인간의 휴식과 여가를 위한 모델을 제공하였다.2. 구약성서에서 계명으로서의 안식은 일과 안식 사이의 리듬, 즉 이 두 가지의 상호 보완을 말하고 있다.3. 신약성서에서 예수는 분주한 가운데서도 기도와 함께 휴식을 취했던 것처럼 제자들에게도 여가의 필요성을 강조했다.4. 구약성서에서의 율법적인 안식일은 예수를 통하여 인간 중심으로 바뀌고 여가적 의의를 제공한다.5. 성서시대 이후 현대에 이르기까지 시대의 변천에 따라 안식일의 개념과 의미가 교의적여가적으로 변하여 왔다.6. 오늘날 대중 여가시대와 함께 안식일 엄수주의가 많이 쇠퇴하였지만 한편으로는 주일성수가 강조되기도 한다.

        청교도의 여가에 대한 공과

        This paper intends to examine the Puritanism that has had a great influence on Christian history up to now, and to investigate the effect that merits and demerits have had on modern leisure, including Puritan's view of leisure based on Sabbatarianism. The Puritans, who emigrated to the New World in search of religious freedom, had to work hard to tame their new home. The hardships endured caused the Puritans to exalt labor and detest idleness. They wanted to eliminate any activity which they felt had been tainted by Catholicism. Most of the modern claims about the Puritans are either untrue or exaggerated. They placed a high importance on leisure. They enjoyed various sports and recreational activities such as hunting, fishing, bowling, reading, swimming, skating, dancing, listening to music, and archery. The Puritans devoted a reasonable amount of time for leisure and were aware that it could be pursued in excess. The Puritans favored intellectual and cultural leisure pursuits over physical recreation. However, the Puritans made many mistakes regarding leisure. The number of rules with which they circumscribed regarding leisure suggests a related problem. The Puritans rejected all sports on Sunday, and other sports on moral grounds. The Puritans had a negative attitude towards cultural and the artistic endeavors related to Catholicism. The Puritans had a utilitarian attitude toward leisure. They made their leisure ethic an appendage to their work ethic. 영국에서 일어난 개신교 종교 개혁이라 할 수 있는 청교도는 기독교 역사상 현재까지도 크게 영향을 미치고 있는 데, 이들 청교도들의 중심 사상을 알아보고, ‘안식일 엄수주의’에 바탕을 둔 ‘여가관’을 비롯하여 현대 여가에 미친 공과를 관련 문헌을 통하여 구명하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 참된 신앙을 위하여 아메리카 신대륙으로 이주한 청교도들은 척박한 환경을 개척하기 위해 자연히 열심히 일하지 않으면 안 되었다. 그리하여 노동을 존중하고 게으름을 혐오하게 되었으며, 일요일은 주의 날로 철저히 경건하게 지키고 가톨릭에 오명된 활동은 배제하게 되었다. 청교도들은 오늘날 상식적으로 알고 있는 것보다 많은 여가를 가졌다. 즉 그들은 다양한 스포츠나 문화적인 레크리에이션을 즐겼고, 무용도 배웠다. 청교도들은 합법적인 기준에 따라 여가를 추구하려 했고, 여가도 과도하게 추구될 수 있다는 것도 알고 있었다. 또 신체적 레크리에이션 이상의 지적이고 문화적인 여가를 선호했다. 그러나 청교도들은 여가에 대한 과오도 적지 않았다. 즉 그들은 여가에 대해서도 법을 우선시하거나 경직되게 했다. 일요일에 하는 모든 스포츠를 반대했고, 도덕적으로 문제가 있는 스포츠나 가톨릭과 관계있는 문화와 예술에 대해 부정적이었다. 또 그들은 여가에 대해 공리적인 태도를 보였는데, 그들의 여가 윤리는 일 윤리의 부속물에 불과했던 것이다.

        뉴스이용과 책임귀인이 셧다운제에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 논란 속에 도입된 인터넷 셧다운제에 대한 태도에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고자했다. 이에 게임 이용 빈도, 뉴스 이용정도, 게임의 효과에 대한 평가, 게임의 부정적 효과에 대한 원인 등이 셧다운제에 대한 동의에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 셧다운제가 도입된 직후에 서울시민 496명에 대한 1대1 면접조사를 실시하여 온라인게임 규제제도인 셧다운제에 대한 태도를 살펴본 결과, 뉴스미디어를 더 많이 이용할수록, 게임의 부정적 영향을 더 많이 인식할수록, 그리고 게임의 부정적인 영향에 대한 책임이 정부에 있다고 인식할수록 셧다운제를 더 찬성하는 것으로 나타났다. 귀인이론을 중심으로 결과에 대한 논의와 연구의 함의를 제시했다. This study explored the relationships between media use and attributions of negative ffects of video games on attitudes toward Shut-down system. To prevent the youth from game addiction and secure a right to sleep for the youth, Shut-down system ahs been enacted since the fall of 2011. Interview survey revealed that females, the aged, those who use more news products, those who perceive more negative effects of games, and those who attribute the negative effects of game on government would have more positive attitudes toward the shut-down system.

        갯기름나물의 체세포배 분화와 기관 분화를 통한 재분화

        식용 및 약용으로 사용되는 갯기름나물의 기내배양을 통한 재분화율을 조사하였다. 캘러스는 잎과 엽병의 절편체에서 발생하였고 0∼5 mg/L의 NAA와 0∼10 mg/L BA가 첨가된 MS 기본배지에 치상하여 암배양 결과 자발적인 배 분화와 기관 분화를 보여주었으며 2.5 mg/L NAA와 10 mg/L BA의 조건에서 재분화율이 가장 높았다. 체세포 배의 발생양상은 구형, 심장형, 어뢰형을 거쳐 자엽 단계로 발달하여 전형적인 접합자 배의 모습으로 발달하였다. 배 발생한 일차 체세포배를 0.2 mg/L의 NAA가 첨가된 배지에서 배양하였을 때, 이차 체세포배가 발생하였으며 주로 일차 체세포배의 배축과 하배축에서 많이 발생하였고 그 다음으로 자엽이나 뿌리 부분에서 발생하였다. Peucedanum japonicum $T_{HUNB}$ used as a edible and medicinal plants was investigated for in uitro regeneration. Callus formation occurred on leaf and stem explant cultures and showed spontaneous embryogenic and organogenic capability on MS basal medium supplemented with 0.1~5 mg/L NAA and 0~10 mg/L BA in dark. The regeneration was highest on the condition supplemented with 2.5 mg/L NAA and 10 mg/L BA. Development of the somatic embryo progressed through the globular, heart-shaped, torpedo-shaped and cotyledonary stage, typical of zygotic embryos. When the first somatic embryos was cultured on the medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/L NAA, secondary somatic embryo were induced with higher frequency on the hypocotyl then on the cotyledon and root.t.
