The effects of estradiol-17β or progesterone on the contractility of neurotransmitters on pig oviductal isthmic smooth muscle were investigated. The motility of the isolated smooth muscle was recorded by using physiological recording system. The results were summarized as follows : 1. The contractility induced by histamine or prostaglandin F2α was depressed by the pretreatment of estradiol-17β but was not by the preteatment of progesterone in follicular or luteal stage. 2. The contractility induced by acetylcholine was depressed un follicular stage but excited in luteal stage by the pretreatment of estradiol-17β or progesterone. 3. The contractility induced by norepinephrine was depressed by the pretreatment of progesterone in follicular stage but was excited by the pretreatment estradiol-17β in luteal stage.

This study was conducted to investigated the major characteristics of genetically modified rice of "Milyang 204" originated from Dongjinbyeo compared to a non-transgenic rice varieties Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. Basta resistant transgenic rice lines carrying bar gene produced by the Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute were evaluated for their agronomic characters. The transgenic Japonica rice of "Milyang 204" showed inferior phenotypic traits compared to a non-transgenic rice variety Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. On the basis of UPOV (Union Internationale Pour la Protaection des Obtentions Vegetables) and NSMO(National Seed Management Office) the transgenic "Milyang 204" showed difference in some traits out of some agronomic traits, such as leaf color, angle of flag leaf, number of spikelets, culm length, white core and white belly compared to the nontransgenic varieties rice.

For the research of cytotoxic natural products, 50 medicinal plants were extracted with benzene and methanol, separately, and screened against L1210 cells. From the results(Table I), 6 samples showed cytotoxicity both in benzene and methanol extracts of 17 samples in benzene extracts and 3 samples in methanol extracts, respectively. Generally, the cytotoxicity exhibited high frequency (34%) in benzene extract but low frequency in methanol extract(6%), it meant that active cytotoxic components had less polarity. ED_50 values less than 10 ㎍/㎖ were observed in 17 medicinal plants.

The propose of this study is to discover the extrusion lightweight concrete panel mixing by admixture. The standard of water ratio 50% and weight substitution 0%, 10% by Fly-ash. When produce manufactures, there use to maintain its form weight substitution and addition among the viscosity agent each Silica-fume and Hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose. The study is basic properties and performances of extrusion lightweight concrete panels. Testing methods was specific gravity, water absorption, resistance to impact, thermal conductivity, sound insulation.
시뮬레이션 기반의 인적자본지수 향상을 위한 실천전략에 관한 연구

In this study, we focus on defining a human capital, and measuring the human capital index (HCI) which can be used as a proxy of the amount of either human capital or knowledge. For this purpose, we applied a several literature, obtained relevant factors statically from the questionnaire data, and calculated a concrete HCI for each of firms under consideration. The questionnaire data were rigorously collected from 1500 persons of 42 firms in Korean Stock Market. On the basis of the HCI model, we performed HCI simulation. The simulation results showed that proposed approach could be used effectively for analyzing the human capital when the market is rapidly changing.

The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor fluoxetine is one of the most frequently prescribed drugs for the treatment of depression and other psychiatric disorders. In the few years, there have been several reports of adverse effects encountered during coadministration of fluoxetine with or without other psychotropic drugs. We experienced three cases of extrapyramidal symptoms were developed when admini-stered fluoxetine alone and with neuroleptics. We conclude that there is a probable or possible causal relationship between fluoxetine and extrapyramidal side effects. The pathogenesis of such adverse reactions, which may be hetero-geneous, is unknown, but it has been suggested that they might be caused by serotonergically mediated inhibition of dopaminergic transmission. From reports in those cases, it appears that fluoxetine alone may be associated with extrapyramidal side reactions. Furthermore the potential for increased levels of concomitant psychotropic medicines and increased side effects, should be borne in mind.

This study is for the great quantity use of fly-ash. For the producing of high volume concrete from the use of fly-ash, the method of replacement between bonding agents and fine aggregate by fly-ash at the slt was used that the adiabatic temperature rise of concrete about the mass member which bad been produced by the method that was mentioned before, and the hydration heat of the core test pieces in concrete was measured. Also the core test pieces which were replaced with fly-ash was studied by the compressive strength's comparison between standard care test pieces and core test pieces. In the case of mass test pieces, hydration heat and the time to reach the highest temperature were decreased by an increase in replaced fly-ash's amounts of concrete. In addition, among the test pieces having the same amounts of concrete, the test pieces having more replaced amounts of fly-ash's fine aggregate showed higher hydration heat and the increased time to reach the highest temperature. Compressive strength was also increased by hydration heat's decrease according to fly-ash replacement. Replacement of fly-ash was more effective in high temperature environment.

A pocket park is valued in securing green space in downtown and improving urban view in the aspect of natural and environmental values, and it signifies a lot as the center of local residents’ community and harmony as well. Since subway exits and surroundings that have high portions in taking up street space due to lack of green space in downtown aren't made full use of, valuable pocket park place. Dangni Pocket Park of subway exits is a park completed with cooperative works and partnership by students, specialists, administrative organizations, businesses and civilian organizations, etc. without support of special budget. The study site was finally chosen to the space between exit No.1 of Dangni subway station, after analyzing the surrounding circumstances, availability and accessibility of the space among the several subway station exits of Saha, Dangni, and Hadan Station in Busan Metropolitan city. For the designing process, The Citizens organization for Million Amenity Park performed the planning and project proceeding, and 19 design drafts were proposed during the class of landscape architecture in Dong-a University. Design review panel members discussed to select the best draft in practical and authentical, and the related experts reviewed and revised to present the final design plan. The construction was conducted was performed under the cooperation between the civil, authorities, and industrial organizations, among which Saha District office managed for the waste treatment and maintenance matters. The graduates of landscape architecture department of Dong-a University and related industrial enterprises supplied landscape materials and related labors, were supported by 20 members of GPM, one of clubs of Dong-a University volunteered durig the most of construction progress, completing the Pocket Park of subway exits through partnership.

<P>Microfluidics has provided biodegradable microcarriers for sustained release of drugs, while allowing insignificant initial bursting. Here, we further engineer the microcarriers to have multiple compathilents to release distinct drugs in a more controlled fashion. With a capillary microfluidic device, monodisperse emulsion drops containing two immiscible biocompatible polymers, one is biodegradable and the other is pH-responsive, are prepared, which undergo phase separation as the solvent in the drops is depleted. The emulsion drops finally form uniform microcarriers with distinct compartments. During the phase separation and consolidation, two model drugs with different hydrophobicity involved in the drops are spontaneously concentrated in their own compartments with higher affinity. The configuration of the microcarriers is exclusively selected from five different structures depending on the pair of polymers, pH of continuous phase, and organic solvent of emulsion drops; two of five have minimum interfacial energy, and the others are kinetically arrested. Microcarriers with each configuration provide their unique release behavior of the model drugs. These are potentially useful for choosing the release profile of multiple drugs suitable for specific diseases.</P>
