        신포동 젠트리피케이션 현상에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 신포동 젠트리피케이션 현상에 관한 연구이다. 인천의 중심지였던 신포동 지역은 1985년 시청 및 공공시설이 구월동으로 이전하고 인천시의 대규모 도시개발정착에 따라 낙후된 지역으로 변해갔다. 그러나 2008년부터 교육서비스업종, 창작 및 예술, 협회 및 단체 업종의 종사자 수를 보면 신포동이 다른 주변지역(연안동, 동인천동, 북성동)보다 크게 증가하고 있다. 같은 시기 신포동의 인구의 수는 계속 감소하는 반면에 부동산업, 교육서비스업종, 창작예술업종, 문화예술인들이 카페 등으로 등록하는 휴게음식점 종사자는 증가하고 있다. 중구지역 지가변동은 2008년부터 2012년 까지 감소하다가 2013년부터 증가한다. 2013년부터 지가변동율이 증가하자 휴게음식점업종 및 창작예술업종이 감소하고 있다. 연구 결과를 종합해보면 신포동의 인구의 수는 계속 감소하는 반면에 부동산업, 교육서비스업종, 창작예술업종, 휴게음식점 종사자의 증가하고 있으며, 2013년부터 지가변동율이 증가하자 휴게음식점업종 및 창작예술업종이 감소한다. 신포동은 2013년을 기점으로 젠트리피케이션 단계로 진입한 것으로 파악된다. This study is a study on the phenomenon of gentrification phenomena in Shinpo - dong. The Shinpodong area, which was the center of Incheon, was moved to Guwol-dong in 1985 when the city and public facilities were moved to Incheon. However, since 2008, the number of employees in the education service industry, creative arts, arts, associations and organizations has increased sharply compared to other surrounding areas (coastal dong, Dongchun-dong, and north-east). At the same time, the number of population in Shinpo - dong continues to decline, while the number of resting restaurants that real estate, educational service, creative arts, and cultural artists are registered as cafes is increasing. The fluctuation of Jungang area land prices will decrease from 2008 to 2012, but it will increase from 2013. As the land price volatility has increased since 2013, the rest restaurants and creative arts industries are declining. According to the results of the study, the number of population in Shinpo - dong continues to decrease, while the number of real estate, educational service, creative arts and resting restaurants are increasing, and the rate of change in land prices has increased since 2013. Shinpodong appears to have entered the gentrification phase starting in 2013.

      • 소규모사업장 용접근로자들의 소음·용접흄·망간 노출에 관한 연구

        Objective : This study was conducted for the purpose of investigating the level exposure of welders to noise, welding fume and Manganese(Mn) related to this process. Methods and Material : All subjects in this study were welders engaged in CO2 arc and coated arc welding process especially in small-scale enterprises classified by type of manufacture of ship building, repairing and of other fabricated metal products, which is located in Gimhae and Milyang of Kyeongsang province in south Korea. Air sampling of welding fume was measured, shipped and analyzed on the basis of national institute for occupational safety and health(NIOSH) method in U.S. and work environment measurement method established in south Korea. To measure Noise in the work environment, Noise dosimeter was used on the basis of work environment measurement method established in south Korea. Result : This study was performed during a period from January, 2000 to December, 2001 and Results were as follows: 1. Noise level measured in this work environment was higher than national criteria for permissible exposure limit on health examinations related to hearing loss. 2. The concentration of welding fume and Mn in manufacture of ship building and repairing was higher than those in manufacture of other fabricated metal products. 3. In conditions of existing in ventilation system installed and operated, the concentration of welding fume and Mn was slightly lower than those of not existing. 4. In conditions of existing in sufficient air supply from out door into the work place relied on natural exhaust system, the concentration of welding fume and Mn was slightly lower than those of in not sufficient. 5. In all subjects, a rate of wearing ear plug and respiratory mask for dust and fume was lower than that of not wearing. Conclusion : According to above results, this study suggests that more positive work environment managements such as the use of portable local ventilation system, the supply of highly qualified personal protective equipment, and consecutive education and training related to health protection should be need to acquire suitable health protection program for welders engaged in small-scale enterprises in Korea.

        <P>Solution‐processable reduced graphene oxide as a hole‐transporting layer for highly efficient and stable organic solar cells is reported on page 4923 by Dong‐Yu Kim, Seok‐In Na, and co‐workers. Introduction of a newly reduced graphene oxide by simple solution processing into solar cells dramatically raises the cell efficiency and cell life‐time. The results will allow full use of chemically reduced graphene and will advance the realization of carbon‐based printable optoelectronic devices. </P>

        연골막판으로 싼 정제된 산호의 조직학적 연구

        Autogenous costal cartilage graft has been commonly used for reconstruction of auricular deformity. However, the risk of complication and discomfort at the donor site, as well as distortion of the graft due to morphological change in the cartilage have been serious drawbacks to this procedure. Previous studies examining the chondrogenic potential of perichondrium have suggested that perichondrium may be used as graft for cartilage reconstruction. When a perichondrial flap or a free perichondrium was used as graft, new cartilage formed appositional to the grafted perichondrium. However, the neocartilage was often irregular in shape and varied considerably in quantity. In this study, the feasibility of controlling the shape and the mass of neocartilage was investigated using coral, a porous biomaterial, as a template. A coral a template was wrapped with perichondrial flap from the ears of New Zealand white rabbits and placed into a subcutaneous pocket in the rabbits and placed into a subcutaneous pocket in the rabbit's back by incision. A total of 12 animals were used. Formation of new cartilage was later evaluated by gross and histological examination of the perichondrial flap and the coral template. New cartilage was formed in 11 animals. Immature chondrocytes were visible by 3 weeks after the surgery, and by 8 weeks the immature chondrocytes had formed a cartilage. New cartilage was formed only on the surface of the coral template. These results indicated that the shape and the mass of new cartilage may be controlled by using coral template. Therefore, the desired shape of cartilage may be achieved using a coral template of corresponding shape, and this may help in correcting subtle auricular contour defect and in correcting other structural defects that also require new cartilage formation.

      • 가진기의 최적 위치 결정에 의한 평판의 능동진동제어

        본 연구에서는 평판 진동의 능동제어를 위하여 다채널 적응 알고리즘과 피에조 가진기를 이용하였다. 평판에 존재하는 다양한 모드에 대한 다중 모드 제어가 가능하도록 제어기로 피에조 가진기를 이용하였는데, 피에조 가진기의 최적 위치 선정을 위하여 피에조 가진기가 부착된 평판의 지배 방정식에 최대 제어 감도가 발생하는 위치를 선정하였다. 또한, 음향 가진에 의해 복잡한 진동형을 갖는 평판에서 단일 채널 적응 알고리즘과 다채널 알고리즘을 이용한 제어 결과를 비교하여 평판의 전역적인 진동 저감을 위해 다채널 알고리즘의 필요성을 확인하였다. In this study, for the active control of plate, multi-channel adaptive algorithm and piezoelectric actuator are used. To control multiple mode for several modes in plate, piezoelectric actuator is uses as actuator and for determining a attached location of piezoelectric actuator the control sensitivity is derived from governing equation of plate with piezoelectric actuator. Also, in the plate with complicated mode shape due to acoustic loading, control results using single channel and multi-channel adaotive algorithm are compared and then, verified the feasibility of multi-channel algorithm for global reduction of Plate vibration.

        Heart failure is a clinical syndrome comprised of a number of symptoms and signs associated with congestion and/or hypoperfusion. Specific pharmacologic therapies have been developed to slow disease progression from early to more advanced stages, Once symptoms have developed, aggressive multimodality interventions are instituted to alleviate symptoms and improve clinical status and quality of life; especially in those patients that present symptoms. Recently, an evolving adjunctive therapeutic modality, that involves using implanted electrical devices; cardiac resynchronization with or without implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD). has been used for management. Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is a proven treatment for selected patients with heart failure-induced conduction disturbances and ventricular dyssynchrony. When used in combination with stable, optimal medical therapy, CRT is designed to reduce symptoms and improve cardiac function by restoring the mechanical sequende of ventricular activation and contraction. This review summarizes the rationale, procedure, clinical trials, and clinical indications for CRT.

        초소형 전기장치에 의한 미세 전류가 치아이동에 미치는 효과

        교정치료 본질인 치아이동을 보다 효과적으로 하기 위한 기계적 힘외의 다른 자극원으로서 전기적 자극에 대한 효용성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 임상에서 초소형 전기장치에 의한 전기 자극이 교정적 치아이동에 미치는 효과를 실증하기 위해 시행되었다. 교정용 미니 스크류를 식립한 성인 여성 교정 환자 7명의 상악 견치 후방 견인 시 실험측에 150 gm의 기계적 교정력 외에 20μA의 직류 전류를 공급하는 초소형 전기 장치를 고안, 제작, 장착하여 견치의 근원심에 1일 5시간씩 4주간 전류 자극을 흘리고, 대조측에는 기계적 자극만을 가한 후, 매 주간 치아 이동량을 측정하여 치아이동에 있어서 전기자극의 효과를 검증하였다. 실험기간 동안 치아이동률에 있어서 실험군에서 대조군에 비해 1, 2째주에서 33%, 3, 4째주에서 21.4% 증가된 치아이동을 보였다. 실험군의 평균 치아 이동량은 1, 2째주가 3, 4째주에 비하여 컸으며, 그 차이는 각각 47%, 24% 증가된 치아 이동량을 보였다. 실험을 통하여 미세 전류가 적용되어 치아이동을 촉진할 수 있다는 것이 임상적으로 실증되었다. 생물학적으로 최적의 치아이동을 계획하여 치료계획을 단축시킬 수 있는 방법은 기계적 교정력과 전기자극을 동시에 가하는 것이라고 제안한다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine whether an exogenous electric current to the alveolar bone surrounding a tooth being orthodontically treated can enhance tooth movement in human and to verify the effect of electric currents on tooth movement in a clinical aspect. Methods: This study was performed on 7 female orthodontic patients. The electric appliance was set in the maxilla to provide a direct electric current of 20μA. The maxillary canine on one side was assigned as the experimental side, and the other as control. The experimental canine was provided with orthodontic force and electric current. The control side was given orthodontic force only. Electrical current was applied to experimental canines for 5 hours a day. The amount of canine movement was measured with an electronic caliper every week. Results: The amount of orthodontic tooth movement in the experimental side during 4 weeks was greater by 30% compared to that of the control side. The amount of increase in tooth movement in the experimental side was statistically significant. The amount of tooth movement in the experimental side during the first two weeks was greater than that in the following two weeks. The amount of weekly tooth movement in the control side was decreased gradually. Conclusions: These results suggested that the exogenous electric current from the miniature electric device might accelerate orthodontic tooth movement by one third and have the potential to reduce orthodontic treatment duration.

        학습 부진아의 말하기 능력 신장 방안

        학생들의 말하기 기피 현상은 학생들이 흠잡을 데 없이 완벽하게 발표해야 한다는 심리적 부담감이 크게 작용하고, 교사는 이러한 심리적 부담감을 해소시킬 수 있는 분위기 조성과 학생들의 특성에 맞는 학습 자료 및 활동을 재구성하여 활용하려는 적극적인 노력이 부족하여 창의적인 언어 구사의 장이 활성화되지 않고 있는 데 기인하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하여 여러 사람 앞에서 자연스럽게 말하기와 내용을 분명히 말하기, 상대방과 상황에 맞게 대화할 수 있는 말하기 기능을 신장시키기 위한 말하기 보충 학습 자료를 개발 활용하고, 학생들의 말하기에 대한 인식 구조의 변화를 통하여 효과적인 말하기가 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위해 학습 부진아의 말하기 능력 신장 방안을 연구하고자 했다. 본 연구의 대상은 1학년 때의 2학기 성적을 분석하여 말하기 수행 평가 결과에 의거 집단간 서로 유의한 차가 없는 두 집단을 실험반과 비교반으로 선정하였으며, 실험반과 비교반의 구분은 기말고사 결과(수행평가영역 중 말하기 평가-10점 만점)에서 평균 5점 이하에 속하는 학생으로 교과 담임의 임상적 판단에 의하여 한글 미해독자, 정신박약아, 지능지수85이하인 학생을 제외한 집단을 비교반으로 하고 나머지는 실험반으로 선정하였으며, 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 다음과 같은 절차로 연구하였다. 첫째, 고등학교 1학년의 2학기 기말고사 성적 중 말하기 평가 성적을 분석하여 국어 말하기 평가를 실시하고 성적의 차가 거의 없는 2개 집단을 선정하여 실험반과 비교반으로 구분하여 연구하였다. 둘째, 고등학교 1학년의 2학기 기말고사 성적 중 말하기 평가 성적을 분석하여 국어 말하기 평가를 실시하고 성적의 차가 거의 없는 2개 집단을 선정하여 실험반과 비교반으로 구분하여 연구하였다. 셋째, 통계 방법에 따라 실험 결과를 검증한다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보충 학습 자료를 이용한 자기 의사 표현 중심 말하기 교수-학습활동 과정 안을 적용함으로써 말하기 기초 기능 및 바른 태도를 함양할 수 있었고, 기초 지식을 습득하게 하였다. 둘째, 학습 부진아의 누적된 학습 결손 상태를 진단하여 이를 교정하여 줄 보충 학습 자료의 개발은 연구 결과에서 밝힌 것처럼 효과적인 결과를 얻었다. 셋째, 학습 부진아의 실험반의 말하기 국어 성적이 12월 4.65점에서 4월 중간고사 성적이 6.5점으로 향상된 것을 보면 평소 수업에서 학습 부진아에 대한 약간의 관심과 정성만 있으면 최소한의 부진을 해소시킬 수 있었다. 넷째, 학습 부진 학생들이 말하기 중요성을 인식하게 되었고, 그것을 통해 학생들이 효과적인 언어 사용을 하려 하였다. 즉, 학습 부진 학생들의 의식 구조에 변화가 있었다. The students' psychological burden of that they should present perfectly makes them avoid speaking, and due to teachers' lack of efforts to produce an atmosphere to lessen this kind of burden, and to make and use restructured learning materials and activities, the actual speaking situation is difficult to be activated. Therefore, a researcher attempted to improve these problems by developing and using supplementary speaking materials for natural speaking in public, clear speaking of what is intended, and right communication with others in some situations, and also attempted to study for enhancing slow learners' speaking skills so that their effective speaking will be performed through the change of their thinking for speaking. The subjects of this study were 2 same classes which were chosen by the results of speaking performance assessment to analyze the marks of the second term in the first grade of the high school. 1 class was classified as a experimental group and the other as a control group These 2 groups were composed of students below the mean, 5 points in grade of the final test (the speaking test of the area of performance assessment-the perfect scores, 10 points). But the students who were not able to decode Korean letters, who were week-minded or below 85 points in the intelligence quotient were excepted. To fulfill this goal, a researcher studied as follows First, Speaking grade of results of final test of the second term in the first grade of the high school was analyzed, Korean speaking exam. was taken, and the 2 same classes were chosen in which 1 class was classified as a experimental group and the other class as a control group Second, the way of actual guiding was like this; after the teaching method for speaking based on the basic course of middle school and a current textbook of high school being made, students were taught speaking in regular classes and free time after class, and then they tried to get speaking proficiency through tasks assigned to them. Third, experimental result verify according to the method of staticstics Followings are the summary of the results of this study. First, slow learners came to develope their basic speaking skills and have good attitude towards speaking, and learned basic knowledge by applying speaking teaching-learning plan centered on self-expression activities with speaking supplementary materials to them Second, supplementary materials developed to diagnose and correct slow learners' lack of learning were effective as in the results of this study. Third, the fact that Korean speaking grade of an experimental group was improved from 4.65 points in December up to 6.5 points in April means that at least, the problem of slow learning is able to overcome, if slow learners are usually taught with a little more interest and devotion of teachers. Fourth, slow learners came to recognize the importance of speaking and tried to speak more effectively. In short, a change was made in their thinking about speaking language.
