        Interval valued (∈, ∈∨q)-fuzzy filters in MTL-algebras

        In the present paper, the interval valued (∈, ∈∨q)-fuzzy filter theory in MTL-algebras is further studied. Some new concepts of interval valued (∈, ∈∨q)-fuzzy prime, ultra, regular, strong and divisible filters are introduced and their properties and equivalent characterizations are investigated. Relationships among the above new concepts and interval valued (∈, ∈∨q)-fuzzy Boolean, MV- and G-filters are discussed. It is proved that an interval valued (∈, ∈∨q)-fuzzy filter is an interval valued (∈, ∈∨q)-fuzzy MV-filter if and only if it is both an interval valued (∈, ∈∨q)-fuzzy regular filter and an interval valued (∈, ∈∨q)-fuzzy divisible filter.

        박물관 전시공간의 시각적 유형과 창의성 간의 관계

        박물관의 전시공간이 창의성 교육을 위한 최적의 물리적 환경을 제공하는 데에 필요한 시사점을 도출하기 위하여 본 연구는 중국과 한국의 박물관 전시공간의 사진을 이용하여 창의 적인 시각적 유형을 밝히는데 목적을 두었다. 미술 전공자 2인으로 하여금 전시실 120장 사진에 대해 시각적 특성을 평정하게 하고, 중국 대학생 300명에게는 자신의 창의성을 자극할 것이라고 기대하는 정도, 즉 창의적 환경지수를 평정하게 한 후, 전시공간의 시각적 유형과 창의적 환경지수간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석방법은 위계적 군집분석을 사용하여 창의적 환경 지수가 가장 높은 군집과 그렇지 않은 군집을 추출하였다. 그 결과, 박물관 전시 공간 중 가장 높게 평가된 군집은 ‘현실감이 넘치고, 역동적인’ 유형이었고, 가장 낮게 평가된 군집은 ‘웅 장하지만, 단조롭고, 정적인’ 유형이었다. 마지막으로 선행연구와 종합하여 창의성과 가장 밀접하게 영향을 미치는 전시공간의 시각적 유형을 논의하고, 본 연구의 한계점과 제언을 제시 하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the visual characteristics and the ICE(Index of Creativive Environment). For this purpose, we visit Chinese and Korean science museums, historical museums, and art museums as the representatives of non-formal educational institutions. 120 photos of museum exhibition spaces were selected for rating the visual characteristics of each photo and evaluated for ICE by 300 college students from Hebei Province of China. The cluster analysis shows that the visual characteristics of highest ICE cluster is ‘realistic and dynamic’, but that of the lowest is ‘majestic but simple, static’.

        Emerging roles of centromeric RNAs in centromere formation and function

        Background Centromeres are specialized chromosomal domains involved in kinetochore formation and faithful chromosome segregation. Despite a high level of functional conservation, centromeres are not identifed by DNA sequences, but by epigenetic means. Universally, centromeres are typically formed on highly repetitive DNA, which were previously considered to be silent. However, recent studies have shown that transcription occurs in this region, known as centromeric-derived RNAs (cenRNAs). CenRNAs that contribute to fundamental aspects of centromere function have been recently investigated in detail. However, the distribution, behavior and contributions of centromeric transcripts are still poorly understood. Objective The aim of this article is to provide an overview of the roles of cenRNAs in centromere formation and function. Methods We describe the structure and DNA sequence of centromere from yeast to human. In addition, we briefy introduce the roles of cenRNAs in centromere formation and function, kinetochore structure, accurate chromosome segregation, and pericentromeric heterochromatin assembly. Centromeric circular RNAs (circRNAs) and R-loops are rising stars in centromere function. CircRNAs have been successfully identifed in various species with the assistance of high-throughput sequencing and novel computational approaches for non-polyadenylated RNA transcripts. Centromeric R-loops can be identifed by the single-strand DNA ligation-based library preparation technique. But the molecular features and function of these centromeric R-loops and circRNAs are still being investigated. Conclusion In this review, we summarize recent fndings on the epigenetic regulation of cenRNAs across species, which would provide useful information about cenRNAs and interesting hints for further studies.

      • The Prediction of Code Clone Quality Based on Bayesian Network

        This paper researched on the quality of code clone in the software, evaluated the code clone quality of the current versions. Then using Bayesian network to train the existing sample data to get the prediction model of code clone that is able to predict the quality. The prediction results are able to help developers decide which code clone should be reconstructed or efficiently reused. The experiment shows that the method can be used to predict the quality of code clone in software more accurately.

        Estimation of Process Damping Coefficient Using Dynamic Cutting Force Model

        A model of process damping in milling was developed in this study. The process damping is a critical parameter to increasethe stable cutting region at low cutting speed to avoid chatter. The previous studies conducted experiments to estimate theprocess damping. Nevertheless, it is time and cost consuming. A model of dynamic cutting force was employed in this study. The plowing force generated by the fl ank-wave contact is considered as the main source of process damping to dissipatevibratory energy during cutting. In addition to the material properties and plowing force, the eff ects of chatter amplitudeand wavelength, which result in the various indentation conditions and aff ect the coeffi cient of process damping, were alsoconsidered. The consideration of wavy contact surface and indentation area in this model allows quick determination of cuttingstability conditions with high accuracy. The process damping coeffi cient estimated by the proposed model successfullyrepresented the eff ect of the tool wear on chatter because of the change of tool geometry. Experiments were conducted toverify the new model.

        Hybrid model- and signal-based chatter detection in the milling process

        Chatter causes machining instability and reduces productivity in the metal cutting process. It has negative effects on the surface finish, dimensional accuracy, tool life and machine life. Chatter identification is therefore necessary to control, prevent, or eliminate chatter and to determine the stable machining condition. Previous studies of chatter detection used either model-based or signal-based methods, and each of them has its drawback. Model-based methods use cutting dynamics to develop stability lobe diagram to predict the occurrence of chatter, but the off-line stability estimation couldn’t detect chatter in real time. Signal-based methods apply mostly Fourier analysis to the cutting or vibration signals to identify chatter, but they are heuristic methods and do not consider the cutting dynamics. In this study, the modelbased and signal-based chatter detection methods were thoroughly investigated. As a result, a hybrid model- and signal-based chatter detection method was proposed. By analyzing the residual between the force measurement and the output of the cutting force model, milling chatter could be detected and identified efficiently during the milling process.

        Spatial differentiation of gated communities in Nanjing

        Since market reform began in China’s housing sector, gated communities have been the mainstream model for newly built residential communities. There is a rich literature exploring the popularity and social-spatial effects of gated communities, as well as reactions to them. However, the general layout and spatial differentiation of gated communities in urban areas have been scarcely explored. This paper studies the central urban area of Nanjing, which was determined in the Urban Master Planning of Nanjing (2011–2010). The research object is the set of 1114 gated communities that were built after 1998. The Theil Index and GIS Contour Line are used to analyse the spatial distribution of housing prices, property management fees and plot ratios of these gated communities in Nanjing. Then, we reveal the spatial differentiation of the types and grades of the gated communities and propose a spatial differentiation model of gated communities in Nanjing. Based on all of the above, this paper also discusses how factors including location/land price, city planning, construction type, resource allocation, and year of establishment impact the gated communities’ spatial differentiation and how the gated communities’ spatial differentiation reflects and predicts urban socio-spatial differentiation.

        Synthesis of novel oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in C-28 position derivatives as potential anticancer agents

        A series of nitrogen-containing derivatives ofoleanolic acid and ursolic acid were prepared by a modificationat C-28 position via esterification with 2-hydroxyaceticacid followed by amidation with amines, such aspiperazine, N-methylpiperazine, and alkane-1, 2-diamines,alkane-1, 4-diamines, alkane-1, 6-diamines. In vitroantiproliferative activities of the compounds preparedtowards MCF-7, Hela and A549 cell lines were evaluatedby a MTT method to show that OA-5a, OA-5b, OA-5c andUA-5a showed somewhat improved antiproliferativeactivities against MCF-7, Hela and A549 cells comparingto that of the positive control, gefitinib.
