        E-rosette法에 의한 T cell의 百分率과 螢光抗體法, 感作牛赤血球擔體法, 酵素抗體法 및 마우스赤血球 rosette法에 의한 B cell 의 百分率을 檢査하여 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있었다. 정상성인군의 active T cell은 26±8.2%이었고 total T cell은 72±4.9%이었다. B cell 는 螢光抗體法으로 22±5.4%, 感作牛赤血球擔體法으로 15.8±4.9%, 酵素抗體法으로 15±5.2% 그리고 mouse RBC-rosette法으로 17.2±4.1%이었다. 惡性腫瘍에 있어서 active T cell은 27.±10.4%이었고 total T cell 은 59±11.2%로서 정상인군에 비하여 유의한 감소를 보였다. 良性疾患에 있어서 T cell 은 정상인군에 비하여 유의한 차이를 볼 수 없었다. T cell percent by E-rosette and B cell by fluorescent antibody, senitized ox RBC rosette, enzyme antibody and mouse RBC rosette tests were performed. In healthy adult group the active T cell was 26±8.2% and total T cell was 72±4.9%, B cell by fluorescent antibody was 22.±5.40%, by ox RBC rosette 15.8±4.9%, by enzyme antibody 15±5.2% and by RBC-rosette 17.2±4.1%. In malignant tumor the active T cell was 27±10.4% and total T cell was 59±11.2%. In benign diseases T cell count showed no significant difference from normal adult group.

        Effect of Developmental Lead Exposure on the Expression of Hippocampal NMDA Receptor Subunit mRNA

        목적: in vivo 및 vitro에서 해마 신경세포의 발생단계별 NMDA 수용체 아단위 mRNA 발현에 대한 연 폭로 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 흰쥐 해마 신경세포의 발생단계별 NMDA 수용체 NR2A, NR2B 아단위 mRNA 발현에 대한 연의 영향은 정상군과 연 폭로군의 출생 후 7일, 14일, 22일 흰쥐의 해마에서 in situ hybridization으로 mRNA 발현 정도를 densitometer로 측정하여 비교하였고, 연과 NMDA 의 세포독성은 해마 신경세포 일차배양 후 도립현미경을 이용한 형태학적인 관찰과 LDH 활성도를 이용하여 측정하였다. 결과: 연 과 NMDA 에 의한 세포독성에 대한 in vitro 실험에서 형태학적 소견과 LDH 활성도에서 해마 미성숙 신경세포와 성숙 신경세포사이의 차이가 있었으므로, 연과 NMDA 독성효과는 해마 신경세포의 발달 단계에 따라 차이가 있다. 정상군의 해마에서의 NR2A mRNA 발현은 출생 후 연령이 증가함에 따라 점진적으로 증가하였으나, NR2B mRNA 발현은 출생 후 연령이 증가함에 따라 점진적으로 증가하였으나 NR2B mRNA 발현은 연령의 증가에 따른 변화가 없었다. 연 폭로에 희한 NR2A mRNA 발현은 유의하게 감소하였으나(p<0.05), NR2B mRNA 발현은 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 만성적 연 폭로는 NR2A를 포함하는 NMDA 수용체를 감소시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 결론: 연은 해마신경세포의 발생단계에서 NMDA 수용체 아단위 특히 NR2A mRNA 발현의 변화를 야기하여 시냅스 신호 전달에 영향을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다.       • 가토에 있어서 편측 요관 폐색시 환측, 반대측 요관에 대한 변화 : 조직학적 소견을 중심으로

        This study was designed to clarify histological changes in the experimental rabbit ureter after unilateral prartial or complete ureteral obstruction. A total of 20 adult white rabbits were divided into 4 subgroups in the partial obstruction followed by 2 weeks, partial obstruction followed by 4 weeks, complete obstruction followed by 2 weeks, complete obstruction followed by 4 weeks. The normal control group consisted of 5 adult white rabbits. The H & E stain. light microscopy were used. Abnormal histological fingings were showed in ipsilateral ureter of all subgroups; dilatation of ureter, epithelial cell atrophy or loss, interstitial fibrosis, interstitial inflammation. These findings were most severe in the complete-obstructed ureter for 4 weeks. There were no significant changes in contralateral ureter of all subgroups. Despite of progressive histological changes in ipsilateral ureter no abnormal findings were showed in contralateral ureter. We suggest that long term experimental investigation for histological changes in ipsilateral ureter and compensatory changes in contralateral ureter should be done.

        q진 LCZ 수열군의 일반화된 확장 생성 방법

        [1]에서 LCZ 수열군의 2배 확장을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 [1]에서의 2배 확장방법을 일반화하는 새로운 확장방법을 제안한다. 이 생성방법을 사용하면 인수가 (N,M,L,ε)인 q진 LCZ 수열군은 인수가(pN,pM,p「(L+1)/p」-,pε)인 q진 LCZ 수열군이 된다. 이 때, p는 소수이고 p는 q의 약수다. 특히 L≡p-1modp 일 때, 확장된 q진 LCZ 수열군의 인수는 (pN,pM,L,pε)이 된다. In this paper, a new extending method of q-ary low correlation zone(LCZ) sequence sets is proposed, which is a generalization of binary LCZ sequence set by Kim, Jang, No, and Chung. Using this method, q-ary LCZ sequence set with parameters (N,M,L,ε) is extended as a q-ary LCZ sequence set with parameters (pN,pM,p「(L+1)/p」-1,pε), where p is prime and p|q.

        Evaluation of Renal Toxicity by Combination Exposure to Melamine and Cyanuric Acid in Male Sprague-Dawley Rats

        Melamine-induced nephrotoxicity is closely associated with crystal formation in the kidney caused by combined exposure to melamine (Mel) and cyanuric acid (CA). However, there are few dosage-finding studies for toxicological evaluation of chronic co-exposure to Mel and CA. The objective of this study was to investigate the possible mechanism by which a Mel and CA mixture lead to renal toxicity in rats. Mel and CA were co-administered to rats via oral gavage for 50 days. Nephrotoxicity was determined by measuring blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (sCr) levels. Relative kidney weights were significantly increased in rats after co-exposure to Mel+CA (63/6.3 or 630/6.3 mg/kg) mixtures. BUN and sCr levels were significantly increased after Mel and CA co-exposure. Taken together, significant increase in KIM-1, NGAL, and calbindin levels were observed in the urine of rats exposed to Mel+CA (63/6.3 or 630/6.3 mg/kg) compared with the corresponding control group. Histological analysis revealed epithelial degeneration and necrotic cell death in the proximal tubules of the kidney after co-exposure to Mel+CA (63/6.3 or 630/6.3 mg/kg). Our data suggest that Mel-mediated renal toxicity may be influenced by CA concentrations in Mel-contaminated milk or foods.

        차세대 신규 정보통신 서비스

        오늘날 정보통신 환경은 디지털 융합(Digital Convergence)으로 대표되는 유?무선 및 음성?데이터 통합, 방송?통신?인터넷이 하나로 융합되어질 전망이다. 이러한 정보통신 환경변화에 따라 VoIP, 인터넷방송, e-Learning, VOD, Multicast, T-Gov, M-Gov, IPv6, 위성 DMB 등 다양한 형태의 차세대 신규 정보통신서비스가 출현하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신 환경의 변화에 따라 제공 가능한 차세대 신규 정보통신서비스를 정의하였다. 그리고 정의된 서비스를 무선랜과 무선인터넷, VoIP, DMB, e-Learning, M-Gov, IPv6, 텔레매틱스 등 7개영역으로 구분하여 그에 대한 개념과 해외 차세대 신규 정보통신 서비스의 구축 및 응용 사례를 조사하였다. 또한 해외 사례를 기반으로 국내의 공공부문 즉, 행정 분야, 의료 및 복지 분야, 재난관리 분야, 교통정보 분야에 적용 가능한 새로운 서비스를 제안하였다.

      • 運動種目間 屈指力 特性에 關한 硏究 : 男子 柔道 및 劍道種目을 中心으로

        To investigate the effects of judo-and kendo-training on finger flexion trength (FFS), single FFS (SFFS) in 2nd fingers(Ⅱs), 3rd fingers(Ⅲs), 4th fingers(Ⅳs), 5th fingers(Ⅴs),and combined FFS(C-FFS) in ⅡⅢs, ⅣⅤs,ⅡⅢⅣs, ⅢⅣⅤs, ⅡⅢⅣⅤs were measured in 19 judo-athletes(average training period:13 years), 30 kendo-athletes(average training period:13.5 years) and 50 non-athletic students as untrained controls. All the subjects were right-handed male. The isometric FFS were measured at the right angles of PIP joint (s) by the load cell method. The results were summarized as follows : 1) Both the kendo-and the judo-athletes had significant stronger FFS than the controls in all kinds of FFs. (P〈0.05) 2) The kendo-athletes had significant stronger FFS in their left Vs than in their right Vs, although their C-FFS in the left ⅡⅢⅣⅤs was significantly weaker than that in the right ⅡⅢⅣⅤs. (P〈0.05) 3) The judo-athletes had significant stronger S-FFS in Ⅱs and Ⅲs in both hands than the kendo-athletes. No significant difference, however, was found between any C-FFS in the judo-athletes and in the kendo-athletes. (P〈0.05) 4) There were significant correlations between the grades (dan-i) and S-FFS (Ⅱs) in both hands in the judo-athletes, and the training periods or the grades and left S-FFS (Ⅱs∼Ⅴs) in the kendo-athletes. These results suggest distinctive effects of kendo-training on FFS in left hand, especially in left Ⅴs, and those of judo-training on FFS in Ⅱs in both hands.

        齒科用 銀合金 製造에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was to determint the dimensional change, flow, and crushing strength at various time intervals with amalgam alloys made by the mech. and met. division, the army research and testing laboratory, Seoul, Korea. the chemical composition of the alloy used in these tests are Ag:68.03%, Sn:26.53%, Cu:4.76%, Zn:0.68% and the size of the particles are 200-270 mesh, 270-325 mesh and 325 mesh. All specimens measured Ag:Hg, 5:8 by weight and triturated for 46 seconds in a mechanical amalgamator, and packed by Amalers Spring Tester with condensation pressure 300㎏/㎠ and 700㎏/㎠. From the experiments, we obtained the following results. 1. It was observed that the dimensional change reached at 13 microns per centimeter during the first 24-hour period. 2. the flow rate exhibits 2% during the succeeding 24 hours. 3. It was found that the compressive strength reached at 3,800㎏/㎠ at the first 8 hours.

      • MgB₄O7 熱螢光體의 특성과 低에너지 X線의 線量測定

        To develope the thermoluminescent radiation sensors and low energy X-ray of dosimetry. The TL phosphors of MgB₄O7 are prepared and their physical characteristics are investigated. MgB₄O7 : Tb. Tm. Dy. La. Ho. and Nd phosphors have been prepared by sintering around 580℃ for 2 hours followed by flowing Ar gas. Ar gas. Activation energy and kinetic order of main peak of glow curve were studied by two methods peak shape method and initial rise method. By these methods, the estimated activation energies were 0.76±0.02eV(Tb doped). 0.94±0.03(Tm doped). 0.72±0.02 (Dy doped). respectively. The activation energy frequency factor and kinetic order of thermoluminescent process for each TL phosphors are measured by analyzing the glow curve by initial rise. peak shape. different heating rate. isothermal decay method. And The emission spectra of TL phosphors are also measured. The TL phosphors prepared in this work may be utilized to radiation sensor elements becaue of their high sensitivity to low energy X-ray.
