The thoughts of Huang Lao have been formed centering around the schools of Ji Xia(稷下) about 300 B.C. But it is not clear to prove the accurate name and their works of the first opening figures of the thoughts of Huang Lao. By good luck, it is superior that the four volumes of Guan Zi(管子) are the early works of the schools of Huang Lao. And the silk manuscripts which had enearthed from Tomb No, 3 at Ma Wang Dui(馬王堆) offered new materials to study the thoughts of Huang Lao. The main current of four volumes of Guan Zi is founded on 'Dao'(道) and has developed by adding new elements, namely Qi(氣), Jing(精). Another important thing at Guan Zi is the conception of the Yin(因). Yin is the idea of Wu Wei(無爲) which has it's origin in declination and adapt ourself to nature. In four volumes of Guan Zi, we can see the idea that the human society must have it's own order as the natural world has it's own order. And one of the important materials of political thoughts of Huang Lao is the four treatises; The Jing Fa(經法), The Chen(稱), The Shi Da Chen(十大經) and The Dao Yan(道原). The texts of the four treatises which were written at the close of period hold the thoughts of Dao Jia Fa Jia. Dao Jia seek after Wu Wei(無爲) but Fa Jia emphasize governing according to law, So the thoughts of Dao Jia would be inconsistent with that of Fa Jia. But The Texts of four treatises have assimilated the term 'doctrine of form and name' to surmount the inconsistency between two schools. So the ruler could achieve his political object.
Al-Si合金의 閃光法에 의한 熱擴散係數測定에 關한 硏究

本 硏究를 通하여 얻은 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. Al-Si 合金에서 Si量이 增加할수록 熱擴散係數는 감소하나, 共晶組成(Al-12%Si) 部近에서는 亞共晶, 過共晶組成에 비하여 약간 增加하였다. 비열과 비중등의 조건이 一定하다면 熱擴散係數는 pure Al 이 8.47, 亞共晶(6%)組成이 3.24, 共晶組成(12%)이 3.99, 過共晶組成(18%Si)이 3.01(×10-5m2/sec)이다. 2. Cu, P, Na로 개량처리 하였을 때 共晶組成이내에서는 Cu의 경우에 열확산계수가 가장 적었으나, 과공정조성에서는 Cu의 경우가 가장 높았다. After pure Al, Al-6% Si(hypoeutectic composition), Al-12% Si(eutectic comp.) and Al-18% Si(hypereutectic comp.) among Al-Si alloys were treated refinement with addition of Cu(0.5%), P(0.5%) or Na(0.5%), their thermal diffusivities were measured by flash method. And then their microstructures and thermal diffusivities were investigated. The results obtained are as follows. 1. According as sillicon contents in Al-Si alloys increase, the thermal diffusivities decreases, but it increases slightly at eutectic composition(Al-12% Si alloy), if its density and heat capacity are constant, the thermal diffusivities are 8.47(pure Al), 3.24(6% Si), 3.99(12% Si) and 3.01(18% Si) (X10-5m/sec) respectively. 2. When the refinement treated with Cu, P, and Na, the effects of thermal diffusivities of alloys with Cu treated is the lowest under eutectic composition, but its effects is the best at hypereutectc composition.

Try to find a scheme for activation to College Physical Education, this Report informs the various kinds of Survey and process those were projected for improvement of management methods on Cultural Physical Education in Kang Weon National University. From experimentally carried out "Sports events Choosing System" not as usual be inforced "Total practical Skill System", Following Positive effects and sujestions were Presented; 1. "Sports events choosing system" gave birth to more students' interesting and more voluntary participation to the sports events they chose, and sports skill and instruction level was elevated due to charge of expert according to each sports events. This system would be managed continuously hereafter for it related to life sports. 2. This System needs to closed cooperations between College and Community, for the facilities of community are utilized by college. 3. To complete the plan for activation of college Physical Education, additionally, the successional study ; namely "autonomous extracurricular sports activity" should be excuted hereafter.

The micro-small hydro power is the exercise energy of the water and method which we use the location energy and turn the water wheel round and produces the electricity. especially, the output have been paid attention in the usage of the sujanguun especially less than about 100㎾ micro water power development. In case of the proposed the micro-small hydro power, is try examine apply possibility of the Water Supply Line and to consider an energy development possibility.

A series of rutaecarpine derivatives were prepared by employing previously reported methods and theirinhibitory activities against topoisomerase I and II were evaluated. Among them, strongly cytotoxic 10-bromorutaecarpine and 3-chlororutaecarpine showed strong inhibitory activities against topo I and II.
