      • 나노 파우더 제조용 비드밀 제작에 관한 연구

        Manufacturing methods of Nano particles can be distinguished by top-down technology as physical method and bottom-up technology as chemical synthetic method. Top-down technology is a kind of method for making microstructure as like carving after forming a macroscopic structure in advance and its typical methods are ball milling, gas condensation method and so on. Nano Particles synthesized by bottom-up method have got to do dispersing process for using them as actual nano particles because their viscosity are very strong and so easy to shape cohesive substances. Therefore, this study is about a particle separating device which separates a certain constant size of grains processed already in mill and mixer because we mostly use media agitating mill as a device of milling and dispersing and we necessarily use very slight balls as media for manufacturing nano particles in the machine. The centrifugal device has been designed for passing and separating below a certain type of grain size after final process of particles in the mill.

        Silicon-to-silicon anodic bonding was accomplished using lithium doped interlayer. Lithium doped interlayers were deposited on silicon substrates by electron beam evaporation, which has a fast deposition rate compared with sputtering method. Silicon-to-silicon bonding occurs in the range of temperatures from 250℃ to 300℃ with the applied voltages from 70V_(DC) to 100V_(DC). The bonding strength obtained from tensile test was about 5MPa under the condition of 80V_(DC) in 300℃. The surface morphology of lithium doped interlayer was studied with the atomic force microscopy (AFM). Finally, secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) analysis was carried out in order to investigate the role of the lithium ions in bonding mechanism.

        치과 방문 시 어린이와 부모의 치과 불안도의 상관 관계

        어린이에게 있어서 치과 불안의 문제는 오랫동안 환자 행동조절의 문제로서 여겨져 왔으며 이러한 문제로 인해 치료 시의 비협조도, 치료 악속 취소 및 회피 둥이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 치과의사 및 치과 팀에게 가능한 한 빨리 어린이의 치과 불안을 인지하여 적절히 대처할 것이 요구 되어진다. 한편, 부모의 치과 불안이 그들의 아이의 치과 불안과 치료 협조도에 영향을 줄 수 있음이 이전의 여러 연구들로부터 언급 되어지고 있다. 또한 치과 방문 결정의 주체가 어린이라기보다는 부모임을 고려할 때, 부모와 어린이 사이의 치과 불안도의 관계 규명이 중요하다 하겠다. 본 연구는 전북대학교 병원 소아치과에 내원한 3~10세(평균 연령 5.27세, 표준 편차 2.172세)의 어린이 78명(남아 45명, 여아 33명)과 그들의 부모 78명을 대상으로 하였으며, 치과 치료 전의 어린이의 치과 불안도 평가를 위해 Venham Picture Scale을, 부모의 치과 불안도 평가를 위해 Corah's dental anxiety scale을 사용하여 두 값을 비교하였다. 또한 어린이의 치료 시 협조도, 기질, 성별, 나이, 부모의 교육 정도를 평가하여 치과 불안도와 비교하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 어린이의 치과 불안도와 부모의 치과 불안도 사이의 상관 분석 및 회귀분석에서 상호 관계성이 존재하였다(P<0.02). 2. 어린이의 치과 불안도와 치료 협조도사이의 상관 분석 및 교차 분석에서 음의 상호 관계를 나타내었다(P<0.001). 3. 어린이의 치과 불안도와 기질에 관한 Student's t-test에서 낮은 불안도와 높은 불안도 그룹의 네 가지 기질 평균 점수비교 시, 낮은 불안도 그룹에서 모두 약간 낮은 평균 점수를 보였으나 통계학적 유의차는 없었다(P>0.1) 4. 어린이의 치과 불안도와 어린이의 성별, 나이에 관한 Student's t-test에서, 여아에서 높은 불안도, 3~6세의 어린 그룹에서 높은 불안을 보였다(P<0.001). 5. 부모의 치과 불안도와 부모의 학력에 관한, Student's t-test에서, 대학교육을 받지 않은 저학력 부모 그룹에서 더 높은 불안도를 보였으나 통계학적 유의차는 없었다(P>0.1). In children, dental anxiety of dental treatment has been recognized as a source of problems in patient management for many years. Dental anxiety can be causes of negative cooperation, cancel and avoid of dental treatment. Therefore, dentist and dental team should recognize of child's dental anxiety as early as possible and manage appropriately. In previous studies, it is reported that parental dental anxiety affect dental anxiety and cooperation of their child. And it is parental decision which results in a child's visit to the dentist, rather than a child's decision in most cases. Therefore, it is important to identify the relationship of dental anxiety between child and parent. We estimated child's dental anxiety before dental treatment using Venham Picture Scale that is useful even a very young child and parental dental anxiety using Corah's dental anxiety scale. Then, two values above were compared. Child's cooperation, temperament, sex, age, parental education were estimated and compared with dental anxiety, too. The results were as follows: 1. There are positive relationship of dental anxiety between child and parent with the correlation analysis (P<0.02). 2. There are negative relationship of child's dental anxiety and child's cooperation with the correlation and regression analysis (P<0.001). 3. Low anxiety group has lower mean value of four temperament item with the Student's t-test. But, there is no statistical differences (P>0.1). 4. Girl and younger group have higher mean value of dental anxiety than boy and older group with the Student s t-test (P<0.001). 5. Low educated parents have higher mean value of dental anxiety than high educated parents with the Student s t-test (P>0.1).

      • Polygoum Tinctoria와 합성 인디고 염료의 물리화학적 특성 비교

        The natural dye substances appear to have a lot of benefits that enable the dyed materials to exhibit their natural colors. It may have a bit of a harmful influence on the human body itself, in comparison with the synthetic substances. It also causes hardly any environmental pollution because of the natural chemicals and costs much less to disposal. In this study was investigated physicochemical characterization of polygoum tinctoria dye substance and synthetic indigo. Calcium hydroxide was added into polygoum tinctoria leaves to precipitate dye substances and it was freezing dried into powder form. Characterizations of dye substances were investigated by UV/VIS spectrophotometer, TLC, DSC, TGA, HPLC, and MALDI-TOF Mass. Resultantly, polygoum tinctoria was confirmed that is consisted of two ingredients from these results.

        자동차 공조용 핀형 열교환기의 성능특성에 관한 연구

        Fin-tube type(Fin-type) heat exchanger has been tested in order to replace the heat exchanger of parallel flow type(P.F-type) which is now widly used in automobile air conditioning system. The following conclusions are drawn by the comparison of the characteristics of the heat exchangers. Evaporator and condenser capacities and COP(Coefficience of performance) were varied as with the compressor speed, outdoor air temperature and air flow rate changed, which much influenced on the characteristics of the air conditioning system. Evaporator and condenser capacities were increased with increasing compressor speed and outdoor air temperature. Evaporator and condenser pressures of Fin- type were decreased by 7% and 5% respectively compared with those of P.F-type. The COP of Fin-type was decreased with increasing outdoor air temperature and compressor speed. The COP of P.F-type was decreased by 14% compared with that of Fin-type.

        한국 성인을 대상으로 한 전산화 Standard Progressive Matrices의 표준화 예비연구

        연구목적 : 전산화 Standard Progressive Matrices(SPM) 검사의 한국인 성인 표준자료를 확립함으로써, 간이로 지능을 평가하는 경우에도 보다 정확하게 지능지수를 추정하기 위해서 본 연구를 수행하였다. 방 법 : 18세 이상의 남녀 정상인 자원자 353명을 대상으로 전산화 SPM 검사를 시행하고, 백분율 및 표준점수(T-점수)를 기준으로 하여 표준화 자료를 작성하였다. 전체 대상군을 성별, 연령별로 구분한 후 평균과·분포가 유사한 집단은 군을 합치는 방법을 사용하였다. 한국인 표준자료에 근거하여 추정한 SPM 지능지수와 외국인 표준자료에 근거하여 추정한 SPM 지능지수를 각각 KWAIS 지능지수와 비교함으로써 타당도를 검증하였다. 결 과 : 18∼30세, 31∼40세, 41∼50세, 51세 이상의 연령군으로 구분된 한국 정상 성인의 SPM 표준화 자료를 산출하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의한 표준화 자료를 적용하여 지능지수를 추정하는 것이 현재 사용하고 있는 외국인의 표준화 자료를 이용하는 것보다 KWAIS 지능지수에 더욱 근접한 결과를 보였다. 결 론 : 18세에서 50세까지의 한국인 남녀에게는 간이지능평가도구로서 전산화 SPM 검사의 한국인 표준화 자료를 유용하고 타당하게 적용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. Objectives : We conducted this study to provide standardized data of the computerized Standard Progressive Matrices(SPM) test in Korean adults. Methods : The computerized SPM test was administered to 353 healthy volunteers aged 18 years over. We provided the standardized data(percentile and standardized T-scores) for the groups with similar mean and distribution of SPM scores, which was originally divided by age and sex. The validity of the new standardized data was tested by comparing IQs estimated by SPM and K-WAIS. Results : The standardized SPM data were provided for four age groups : 18 to 30 years, 31 to 40 years, 41 to 50 years, 51 years and over. IQ estimated by this standardized data tends to be closer to IQ by K-WAIS than the IQ estimated by foreign normative data. Conclusion : The standardized data of the computerized SPM were proven to be a useful and valid tool for measuring IQ briefly, compared with the conventional way of measuring IQ.

      • Organic thin film transistor with poly(4-vinylbiphenyl) blended 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)pentacene on propyleneglycolmonomethyletheracetate dielectric surface.

        <P>This paper presents the latest results in the use of soluble materials, such as organic semiconductors (OSCs) and gate-dielectrics, for simplified processing of organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). In this work, the fabrication of a solution-processed OTFT, with 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)pentacene (TIPS-pentacene) and TIPS-pentacene mixed with poly(4-vinylbiphenyl) (PVBP) as the OSC, and propyleneglycolmonomethyletheracetate (PGMEA) as the gate-dielectric, is described. From electrical measurements, we observed exemplary I-V characteristics for these TFTs. Device performance characteristics have been obtained, including the charge carrier mobility (micro) of 1.47 x 10(-2) cm2Ns, threshold voltage (V(T)) of -11.36 V, current on/off ratio (I(ON/OFF)) of 1.08 x 10(4), sub-threshold swing (SS) of 2.13 V/decade for an OTFT with PVBP blended TIPS-pentacene and micro of 1.39 x 10(-4) cm2/Vs, V(T) of 0.7 V, I(ON/OFF) of 1.64 x 10(3), SS of 4.21 V/decade for an OTFT without polymer binder, individually.</P>
