        용도지역의 공간적 특성과 범죄발생 특성 분석 연구

        Developed at the center of the Old Downtown, J-City became a multi-centralization structure as the functions of the city center were dispersed after the creation of the innovative city, and the Old Downtown is declining due to the reduction of the floating population and the differentiation of functions. Crime data analysis shows that theft-crime hot spot are forming in the newly formed urban areas, but hot spots in the Old Downtown are also steadily maintained. In this study, the relationship between crime and spatial characteristics and physical factors was analyzed among residential Areas and commercial Areas located in the Old Downtown of J-City, based on the most frequent cases of theft in the A-Dong (Residential Areas) and B-Dong (Commercial Areas). The targeted crime was set at the center of theft (street, invasion) considered controllable by the CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design). Physical factors to be used for analysis through prior research were classified as street characteristics, building characteristics, facilities and space characteristics, crime safety characteristics, and space characteristics. The study found that first, in the residential Areas of A-dong theft is related to emergency bell Presence or Absence and fifth major crimes are related to street-wide appropriateness, emergency bell Presence or Absence and integration, and violent crime is related to entertainment place. In particular, crime tended to increase as the degree of integration by segmented axial angle analysis was reduced. This is consistent with existing studies, which show that the centrality of space and the amount of walking (or floating population) are closely related to crime. Second, in the commercial Areas of B-dong, there was no significant relationship between theft and five major crimes with physical factors. But Violent crimes were found to be related to the state of management of the street environment, whether or not to enter a separate space, whether empty houses or public notices are available, and Presence or Absence there is a safe place (convenience store). Third, the analysis of the relationship between spatial characteristics and theft without distinction of use area showed that appropriateness of street width, cleaning and management of street, hideable obstacle, management of entrance door on the first floor, installation of barrier windows, CCTV monitoring range, lighting facility, visibility of crime facilities, entertainment center, and safe space are related to crime. The area under study is narrow and the crime sample is small, so the generalization of the results is limited. But, The significance of the research is that the differences in the physical environment of each Land Use Areas were identified and the occurrence of theft changed depending on the spatial characteristics and physical factors. In subsequent studies, it is necessary to consider the relationship of criminal occurrence by combining the characteristics of the social population along with the spatial characteristics for a wider range of use areas. 원도심을 중심으로 발달한 J시는 혁신도시조성 후 도심 기능이 분산되면서 다핵화 구조가 되었고, 유동인구 감소 및 기능의 분화로 원도심은 쇠퇴하고 있다. 범죄자료 분석결과 새로 형성된 도심지역으로 절도범죄 핫스팟이 형성되고 있지만 원도심에서의 핫스팟도 꾸준히 유지되는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 J시 원도심에 위치한 주거밀집지역과 상가밀집지역 중 절도범죄가 가장 많이 일어난 A동(주거밀집지역)과 B동(상업밀집지역)을 대상으로 범죄와 공간특성 및 물리적 요인의 관계를 분석하였다. 대상 범죄는 범죄예방디자인(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, CPTED)으로 통제 가능하다고 여겨지는 절도범죄(노상, 침입) 중심으로 설정하고, 선행연구고찰을 통해 분석에 사용할 물리적 요인은 가로특성, 건물특성, 시설특성, 범죄안전 특성, 공간구조 특성으로 분류하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 주거밀집지역인 A동에서 절도범죄는 비상벨 유무, 5대 범죄는 가로 폭의 적절성, 비상벨 유무, 통합도와 관계가 있으며, 폭력범죄는 유흥업소와 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 분절축선 각도분석에 의한 통합도가 낮아질수록 범죄가 증가하는 경향이 있었는데, 이는 기존 연구와 일치하는 것으로 공간의 중심성과 보행량(또는 유동인구)이 범죄와 밀접한 관련이 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 상업밀집지역인 B동에서는 절도범죄와 5대 범죄는 물리적 요인과 유의미한 관계는 확인되지 않았지만, 폭력범죄는 가로환경 관리상태, 이격공간 출입통제 여부, 빈집 또는 공지여부, 안심공간(편의점) 유무가 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 용도지역을 구분하지 않고 공간적 특성과 절도범죄의 관계를 분석한 결과 가로 폭의 적절성, 가로의 청소 및 관리상태, 은신가능 장애물, 1층 출입문 관리상태, 방범창 설치여부, CCTV 감시범위, 조명시설, 방범시설 시인성, 유흥업소, 안심공간 유무 등이 범죄와 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구대상 지역의 범위가 협소하고 범죄표본이 적어 결과의 일반화에 한계가 있지만 용도지역별 물리적 환경의 차이를 규명하였고, 공간적 특성 및 물리적 요인에 따라서 절도범죄 발생이 변함을 확인했다는 측면에서의 연구의 의의를 가진다. 후속 연구에서는 보다 다양한 용도지역을 대상으로 공간적 특성과 함께 사회인구적 특성을 종합하여 범죄발생의 관계를 고찰할 필요가 있다.

      • 수입 및 국내 유통 식품 중의 Ochratoxin A에 관한 조사연구

        곰팡이 독소 중 현재 식품골전에 r'1 등재되어 있는 ochratoxin A의 규제기준 설정에 대한 기초자료로 활용하기 위한 방안의 일찬으로 곡류, 두류, 견과류 및 장류에 있어서 ochratoxin A의 오염정도를 조사하였다. 실헐방법으로 1차 screening은 ochratoxin test t를, 최종확인은 irnrrlunoaffihie· column을 이용한 HPLC 분석법을 사용하였파. 회수율은 수수를 제외하고 모두 80%이상을 나타내었고 최저겊출 한계치는 0.Sppb였다. 총 121건(보리 9잔, 찹쌀 7건, 백미 8건, 조 9건, 수수10건, 서리태 11건, 녹두 3건, 백태 9건, 동분 5건, 팥 7건, 강낳콩 8건, 땅콩 7건, 호두 7건, 혼합장 11건, 청국장 10건)에 대하여 조사한 결과 1차 screeRing에서 39건의 양성반응을 보였으나 HPLC로 최종 확인 결과 모든 시료에서 불검출 되었다

        Effects of Resistance Training on Skeletal Muscle GLUT-4 Protein and LDH Isozyme Expression in Rats

        본 연구는 7주령의 S·D계 흰쥐를 이용하여 12주 동안의 사다리 오르기 저항성 운동 수행 후 가자미근과 비복근 내 GLUT-4 발현량 및 LDH 동위효소들의 변화를 측정하여 당 대사 및 젖산 기전에 대한 연구로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 12주간의 사다리 오르기 저항성 운동은 체중감소에 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 가자미근 및 비복근 조직 GLUT-4 단백질 발현을 유의하게 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가자미근 및 비복근 조직 LDHA B-type 동위효소의 발현을 유의하게 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 12주간의 저항성훈련은 체중의 감소와 골격근 내 GLUT-4의 증가 그리고 LDH A4 동위효소를 제외한 LDH B-type 동위효소의 증가와 같은 신체조성의 균형과 당대사능력 및 미토콘드리아의 기능 개선에 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다. 추후 연구에서는 휴식시간이나 운동 강도의 차이와 근형태별에 따른 유?무산소적 저항훈련 프로그램의 효과에 따른 다양한 연구가 실시되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of climbing resistance training on GLUT-4 protein and LDH isozyme activities of the soleus and gastrocnemius muscles in rats. Each experimental group was randomly divided into a control group (n=6) and a resistance exercise (n=6) group. Sprague-Dawley rats were made to climb a 180 cm tower for 12 wk. Weight changes in the resistance exercise group were significantly higher than in the control group (p<0.05). GLUT-4 protein expression of the soleus and gastrocnemius muscles was significantly higher (p<0.05) in the resistance exercise group than in the control group. There was no difference in soleus tissue LDHA4 isozyme activity between the groups. In the case of other LDH isozyme, when compared with the control group, the resistance exercise group showed a significantly higher activity (p<0.05). LDHA4 activity of gastrocnemius muscle tissue was not different between the groups. However, the activity of the resistance exercise group of all the other LDH isozymes was significantly higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). In summary, based on the results of this study, over 12 weeks of resistance training, the total body weight of the rats was reduced and the GLUT-4 activity in the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles was increased. In addition, except for LDH A4 all of the other LDH isozymes activities were increased. These results suggest that climbing resistance training affects the balance of body composition, increases LDH B-type isoenzymes and glucose metabolism capacity, and improves mitochondrial function.

        Development of an ISSR-Derived SCAR Marker in Korean Ginseng Cultivars (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer)

        Recently, new ginseng cultivars having superior agricultural traits have been developed in Korea. For newly developed plant cultivars, the identification of distinctiveness is very important factors not only in plant cultivar management but also in breeding programs. Thus, eighty-five inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) primers were applied to detect polymorphisms among six major Korean ginseng cultivars and two foreign ginsengs. A total of 197 polymorphic bands with an average 5.8 polymorphic bands and 2.9 banding patterns per assay unit across six Korean ginseng cultivars and foreign ginsengs from 236 amplified ISSR loci with an average 6.9 loci per assay unit were generated by 34 out of 85 ISSR primers. Three species of Panax ginseng including the Korean ginseng cultivars, P. quinquefolius, and P. notoginseng, could be readily discriminated using most tested primers. UBC-821, UBC-868, and UBC-878 generated polymorphic bands among the six Korean ginseng cultivars, and could distinguish them from foreign ginsengs. Sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR) marker system was introduced in order to increase the reproducibility of the polymorphism. One SCAR marker, PgI821C650, was successfully converted from the randomly amplified polymorphism by UBC-821. It showed the expected dominant polymorphism among ginseng samples. In addition, the specific polymorphism for Sunwon was generated by treating Taq I restriction enzyme to polymerase chain reaction products of PgI821C650. These results will serve as useful DNA markers for identification of Korean ginseng, especially Sunwon cultivar, seed management, and molecular breeding program supplemented with marker-assisted selection.

        서울시내 고등학교 위탁급식의 급식비와 투자비의 실태 및 위탁업체의 기대수준 비교 분석

        The purposes of this study were to a) find out the operational characteristics of the contract-managed highschool foodservice in Seoul, b) investigate the expected level of meal-price and facilities investment cost perceived by contract-managed highschool foodservice managers c) compare the present level and expected level of meal-price and facilities investment cost. From October 12 to November 13 in 2001, the questionnaires were mailed to 249 high schools which was managed by contract foodservice company with respondent rate 40.2%. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win(10.0) for descriptive analysis and one group paired t-test. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. The student enrollment of highschools run by contract-managed foodservice was 1,243 with 72.6% participation rate of school lunch program. The average meal-price was 2,138 won. The average annual period of school foodservice operation was 156.78 days per year. The average contracting period was about 3 years. 2. The average cost concerned in the facilities investment amounts 169,578,180 won at the initial investment and 25,204,092 won at the repairs and maintenance cost in the course of operation. 3. The present level of meal-price and facilities investment cost were respectively 2,136won/meal and 171,157,336.72 won. And expected level.of meal-price and amount of facilities investment cost were 2,418.75 won and 121,353,215.19 won. Comparing the present level with expected level of the meal-price and facilities investment cost, expected level of meal-price was significantly higher than the present level of meal-price(p<.001) and expected level of facilities investment cost was significantly lower than present level of facilities investment cost(p<.001).

        호미 바바(Homi K. Bhabha)의 ‘혼종성’이 투영된 디아스포라(Diaspora) 내면에 대한 바디아트 표현연구

        Entering the 21st century, racial and cultural hybridity has become mainstream and people’s desire for art and design has increased. A diaspora, a group of people not belonging to any community, political party, or culture, become ‘the others’. They are confused with their identity and live in a modern hybrid cultural society. In today’s trans-national world, a diaspora’s hybrid identity plays a positive role in handling ‘global discourse’. First, this study investigates the fundamental meaning of a diaspora and Homi K. Bhabha’s hybridity, which explains the doctrine of creating a cultural boundary from a postcolonial perspective. Second, it derives two antagonistic cultures through the flow of aesthetic knowledge and design in a multifaceted perspective, such as art and philosophical concept, considering the confusion resulting from cultural conflicts as an aesthetic attribute of ‘opening’. Third, this study is significant in that it expresses the inner world of a diaspora, reflecting hybridity as a new form of bonding through the human body, taking Homi Bhabha’s third space as the creative space of cultural heredity. The ultimate goal of this study is to prove that body art can be transformed into a new form of formative art by converging open thinking about art/beauty elements and performing differentiated studies. Furthermore, it is anticipated that the study results would help set a direction for body art, taking the diaspora’s hybridity as an aspect for interdisciplinary studies across art, culture, and philosophy from a convergence perspective.

      • RET 유전자 배선 돌연변이가 확인된 제2형 다발성 내분비선종증 (MEN 2A) 1예

        저자들은 언니가 갑상선 종양으로 절제술을 시행받은 가족력이 있고 당뇨병의 증상으로 내원한 47세 여자 환자가 양측 갑상선 종괴와 양측 부신덩이를 동반한 다발성 내분비선종의 특징을 보여, 생화학적 검사 및 영상학적 검사로 MEN 2A로 잠정적으로 진단한 후 갑상선 전절제술 및 양측 부신제거술로 양측성갑상선수질암과 갈색세포종을 진단하고 유전자 분석에서 RET 원발암유전자의 codon 618의 돌연변이를 확인였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Multiple endocrine neoplasia 2A (MEN 2A) is an autosomal dominantly inherited disease, composed of medullary thyroid carcinoma, pheochromocytoma and hyperparathyroidism. The activation of germ-line mutations in the RET proto-oncogene are responsible for MEN 2. The analysis of the RET mutations has replaced the measurement of the calcitonin level in the diagnosis of the MEN carrier state. Specific RET codon mutations correlate with the MEN 2 syndromic variant, the age at onset of the medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) and the aggressiveness of the MTC. Herein, our experience of a 47-year-old woman, who had a bilateral pheochromocytoma and MTC, and MEN 2A confirmed by the detection of an RET proto-oncogene mutation at axon 10 on codon 618, is reported. Her sister was found to have the same mutant gene. After a total thyroidectomy and bilateral adrenalectomy, the calcitonin and catecholamine levels were normalized, and the patient discharged without problems. This case is reported, with a review of the literature (J Kor Soc Endocrinol 18:481∼488, 2003).

        자포니즘의 특성을 응용한 아트메이크업 디자인 연구 - 우키요에 모티브를 기반으로

        In the 19th century, European society faced a turbulent period with the Industrial Revolution, forming a capitalist world market and transforming into an imperial society. The history of Western art, which sought endless challenges and quests in search of new artistic expressions, increased interest in Japanese culture and art through London in 1862 and the World Exposition in Paris in 1867. Japonism in European art went beyond shock and curiosity and became a turning point in art history. Ukiyo-e, which caused the Japanese craze in modern western society, had a significant influence on Edo period painting with a universal aesthetic and artistic value that could be enjoyed by all classes, not for a specific class. This study analyzed the trend of Japonism, which had a significant influence on the revival movement of modernist painting and decorative arts by transmitting the originality of Japanese aesthetics to French society. Based on the formative characteristics of Japonism, aesthetic values, and exotic motifs such as ukiyo-e, three makeup artworks utilizing traditional meaning and modern materials and characteristics were produced. Body art will inspire from Japanese art and create a new visual expression style in various ways to activate the artistic mix of East and West cultures and establish itself as a modern art while continuing the tradition. In addition, various contents with high utility value will be developed for body art.
